  • In this paper we studied the fittest method of effective production line for multifunction welder. So, that can be good productivity. Because this method is simpler than present method and it don't need to change on production line for new product.

  • I. Objectives This study investigated the quantity of debris which was extruded apically after canal instrumentation using different types of enlarging instrument in endodontic resin models. II. Materials and Methods Five groups of 9 endodontic resin model were instrumented using each different technique:hand instrumentation without early coronal flaring, hand instrumentation after early coronal flaring, and three nickel-titanium engine-driven instrumentations(Hero 642, Protaper, K3) after early coronal flaring.(omitted)

  • Variable Structure Controller with effective tracking performance is propose to control micro actuator system. Propsed VSC(Variable Structure Control) technique is implemented to tracking control of comb driving system having high non-linearity. The tracking performance due to VSC technique is compared to conventional PD(Proportional Derivative) control technique, reveals improved results.

  • Diamond films including nanocrystallites are grown by microwave plasma chemical vapor deposition using $O_2$ additives and negative substrate bias at growth step. Effects of growth parameters on film properties are characterized by Raman spectra, SEM, and AFM images. It is found that the surface roughness and the microstructure of grown films can be controlled by changing $O_2$ gas ratio. The I-V characteristics are also investigated in terms of growth conditions of diamond films. The surface roughness and the $sp^2$ phase of the grown diamond films turn out to be crucial factors for reducing leakage currents at diamond/metal interfaces.

  • In this paper, a fuzzy PNN algorithm is proposed to estimate the structure and parameters of fuzzy model, using the PNN based on GMDH algorithm. New algorithm uses PNN algorithm and fuzzy reasoning in order to identify the premise structure and parameter of fuzzy implications rules, and the leastsquare method in order to identify the optimal consequence parameters. Both time series data for gas furnace and data for wastewater treatment process are used for the purpose of evaluating the performance of the fuzzy PNN. The results show that the proposed technique can produce the fuzzy model with higher accuracy than other works achieved previously.

  • In this paper, we study the discretization behaviors of the equivalent control based sliding-mode control (SMC) systems. The investigation is carried out via studying the second order linear system and some interesting dynamic properties are explored. Especially, according to the variation of system parameters, the inherent dynamical behavior of the trajectories within some specified boundaries are studied. From this result, the boundaries of system state using symbolic dynamics approach are first proposed. Simulations are presented to verify the theoretical results.

  • This paper presents the analyses of Auto CAD plot file for carving machine. The plot file is first analyzed and then sorted to properly perform a sequence of the line segments. The experimental results show that this technique can improve the carving performance, reduce the operating time, and save the tool and machine’s lifetime. In addition, this proposed technique can also be extended to apply for other coordinate machines.

  • This paper presents a new technique to generate the 1-bit signal by decoding Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) signal to a binary file before programming onto the ROM. Since each PWM signal requires only 1-bit digital signal, PWM signal and other forms of digital signal related to multi-bit can be simply generated. The results demonstrate that using this new technique to generate the PWM signal can simplify the process and hardware complication. Moreover, the signal's data and frequency can be easily modified by programming the data onto the ROM and using the counter, respectively, which can reduce the size of the circuit and make the PCB easier.

  • This paper describes the development of a fuzzy logic control based on PID controller to improve the performances of the control system using conventional PID controller for the cascade process control systems. The structure of the proposed control system consists of two fuzzy-based PID controllers. One is used to eliminate the input disturbances of the inner loop and the other is used to regulate output response of the outer loop. The fuzzy PID design is derived from the linear-time continuous function of the conventional PID controller. The performance of the proposed controller is verified by MATLAB/SIMULINK simulation. Results of simulation studies demonstrates the outstanding of the control system using fuzzy-based PID controller in terms of reduced overshoot and fast response compared with the conventional PID controller.
