The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of computerized cognitive therapy on cognitive function and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living for elderly people with mild cognitive impairment living in the community. 22 MCI elderly people were randomly assigned to 11 experimental group and 11 control group. For a total of 10 weeks, 3 times a week, 30 minutes per session, the experimental group received CoTras and the control group received traditional cognitive rehabilitation. Neurobehavioral Cognitive Status Examination(NCSE) and Korean Instrumental Activities of Daily Living(K-IADL) were used to investigate the changes in cognitive function and performance of instrumental activities of daily living before and after the intervention. As a result of the study, the experimental group showed improvement in overall cognitive function, including attention and memory, and performance in IADL. The use of CoTras may be considered to improve cognitive function and performance of instrumental activities of daily living for the elderly with mild cognitive impairment in the community.

Value is one of the most useful variable for achieving marketing concept that satisfy consumer needs. The issue related to which value consumers have when they're shopping and which effect this shopping value has on the process of consumer satisfaction formation, would be helpful to understand the post-purchase behavior as well as the process of pre-purchase decision making. Therefore, the objective of this study was to clarify differences in the process of satisfaction formation in relation to the type of shopping value. The study was conducted in three steps. Through the two steps, measurement instruments were developed. At the last step, judgement sampling method were utilized to collect the data and subjects were 614 university students. Factor analysis, cluster analysis, frequencies, t-test, and structural equation model analysis were used to analyze the data. Two groups regarding shopping value were found, which included consumers with hedonic shopping value and consumers with utilitarian shopping value. Overall, the results revealed a similar tendency in the process of satisfaction formation between two groups. But the tendency, which expressive product performance was related to the positive consumption emotion more than instrumental product performance was and instrumental product performance was related to the negative consumption emotion more than expressive product performance was, was clearer in consumers with utilitarian shopping value than in those with hedonic shopping value. In consumers with utilitarian shopping value, expressive product performance has a greater effect on satisfaction than instrumental product performance did, but in consumers with utilitarian shopping value, expressive product performance showed a similar effect on satisfaction with instrumental product performance. Understanding of the post-purchase behavior of the consumers with hedonic shopping value and the consumers with utilitarian shopping value and practical administration of the differences of the two groups would contribute to build useful marketing strategies.

Objective : The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of telerehabilitation on executive function, activities of daily living, instrumental activities of daily living, and occupational performance in stroke patients. Methods : The participants of this study were 30 outpatients with stroke residing in community. Both groups underwent the intervention 3 times a week for a total of 18 sessions. For the experimental group telerehabilitation was administered at home to only fifteen participants in the experimental group schedule, and it was supervised by the caregiver. Fifteen people in the control group underwent only the traditional occupational therapy. Executive function and instrumental activities of daily living were evaluated using the Korean version of the Executive Function Performance Test (EFPT-K). The basic daily activities of living were assessed using the Modified Barthel Index (MBI). The Canadian Occupational Performance Measure (COPM) was used to evaluate the client-centered occupational performance. Results : After the intervention, the experimental and control groups showed improvements in executive function, instrumental activities of daily living and occupational performance. Occupational performance improved more significantly in the experimental group than in the control group. Conclusion : Telerehabilitation and occupational therapy positively affect executive function, instrumental activities of daily living and occupational performance of patients with stroke. We suggest that telerehabilitation combined with occupational therapy is more effective in improving the occupational performance of stroke patients.

In this paper the Simplified Refined Instrumental Variable (SRIV) identification algorithm for SISO systems is extended to MIMO systems described by a Left Matrix Fraction Description (LMFD). The performance of the extended algorithm is compared to the well-known MIMO four-step instrumental variable (IV4) algorithm. Monte Carlo simulations for different signal to noise ratios are conducted to assess the performance of the algorithm. Moreover, the algorithm is applied to a simulated quadruple tank process.

Hoseonmu belongs to the genre of a composite of song, music, and dance. At that time, there was no widely known record of Hoseonmu in Baekje, but it is clear that it was popular enough to be invited to Changan by Emperor Yang of Sui. The musical instruments, songs, and dances were analyzed through the research method of literature and the content of the Hoseonmu version was established. The setting of the stage for the performance of Baekje instrumental music reveals its characteristics through sabangak from Gigaku in the neighboring countries. The stage for Hoseonmu was set up utilizing the creation of the imperial performance stage in the Baekje instrumental music. In particular, Hoseonmu has two types: heavenly and earthly. The heavenly Hoseonmu can be found on the wall of the Cave No. 220 formed in the Chodang (618-707) era. They include Dongbang Pharmacopoeia jingbian and Western Paradise jingbian. Hoseonmu would have chosen to be the fast-paced spinning dance. Motions for Hoseonmu could be set up through them. Meanwhile, Mimaji's instrumental dance is presented. Six dancers appear in two turns of the performance. Four dancers in front row and other two in the back are dressed up as hunters, wearing goblin masks, and holding flowering plum tree branches in their right hands. Through this, the movements and costumes of Hoseonmu are reproduced in more detail. Various sectors of education, theater, dance, and tourism in the Hoseonmu contents of Baekje instrumental music contributed to the Korean Wave.

In this study the effects of nozzle diameter on the performance characteristics for the tangential impeller-type water meter are studied experimentally. The nozzle is cut along the tangential direction of the inner case in the water meter. The nozzle shape is round and the number of nozzles used for the experimental study are 8. The performance characteristics are discussed for various nozzle diameters such as 3.1, 3.3, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5 and 5.0 mm. Among the tangential impeller-type water meters, the water meter with the nozzle diameter of 5.0 mm shows the least pressure loss and the instrumental error compared to the Korean Standards.

This study was conducted to identify the causal pathways of variables affecting life satisfaction in adolescents with disabilities to establish a basis for concrete intervention in their daily lives. This study was conducted on 239 adolescents with disabilities aged 9 to 24 years who responded to the survey on the actual conditions of people with disability in 2017. The SPSS macro process was used for analysis of the dual mediation effect. The results showed that there was a statistically significant correlation between instrumental daily life performance capacity, life satisfaction, Self-Rated Health, and participation in culture and leisure activities. It confirmed the mediating effects of Self-Rated Health and cultural leisure activities when the instrumental daily life performance capacity affected life satisfaction. This confirmed the dual mediating effect of instrumental daily life performance capacity on life satisfaction through causal pathways of Self-Rated Health and participation in cultural leisure activities. Based on the results of this study, it was possible to identify the focus of practical intervention through the identification of sequential pathways of Self-Rated Health and cultural and leisure activities on influence of instrumental daily life performance capacity and life satisfaction in adolescents with disabilities.

The purpose of this study was to discover a conceptual framework and evaluation process of apparel quality by means-end chain theory. The theoretical study was conducted to find out a conceptual framework and build a hypothetical evaluation process model of apparel quality. Apparel quality was perceived associative network called a means-end chain and was evaluated in several stages. A conceptual framework of apparel quality evaluation was organized into hierarchical relationships among four different dimensions: physical attribute, physical function, instrumental performance, and expressive performance. The means-end structure linked tangible physical attributes and function to more abstract instrumental and expressive performance. A hypothetical evaluation process model linked dimensions of apparel quality to the selected means-end relationship. Different consumers had different means-end chains for the same apparel. Therefore different subjects are likely to have different evaluation paths. From this study we can suggest an evaluation process model of apparel quality.

This paper aims at designing an intelligent controller, based on control Lyapunov Function strategy integrated with fabricating discrete model of Buck and Boost converters and analyzing energy changes during the DC/DC progress to realize tracing reference current on Buck and Boost converters. In addition, practical stability phenomenon research and transient performance analysis has been proposed to give an insight to the influence of controller parameters in achieving an enhanced output performance and how the time of sample period affect the error of practical stability will be illustrated. The novelty of this controller in comparison to other schemes lies in the improved performance of practical stability.

Less-volatile organic components in leaves from aromatic tobaccos of different varieties, both Oriental and Korean types were isolated and concentrated using a simple apparatus with fewer manipulations. Each less-volatile concentrate was then subjected to spectrophotometric recording in the visible range, to thin-layer chromatographic group separation, and high-performance liquid chromatographic profile analysis. The methods allow detection of significant quantitative differences in visible absorption spectra, TLC patterns, and high resolution HPLC profiles among varieties.
