장애청소년의 수단적 일상생활 수행능력이 생활만족도에 미치는 영향과 주관적 건강인식, 문화·여가활동참여의 이중매개효과 (The Influence of IADL to Life Satisfaction and the Double-mediating Effects of Self-Rated Health, Leisure Activities in Adolescents with Disabilities)

  • 본 연구는 장애 청소년의 생활만족도 증진에 영향을 미치는 변수들의 인과적 경로를 확인함으로 일상생활 가운데 구체적인 개입을 가능하게 하는 근거를 마련하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 본 연구는 2017년 장애인실태조사에 응답한 만9세-만24세의 장애청소년 239명을 대상으로 하였으며, 이중매개효과 검증을 위해 SPSS macro process를 활용하여 분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 수단적 일상생활수행능력, 생활만족도, 주관적 건강인식, 문화 여가활동참여는 통계적으로 유의한 상관관계가 존재하는 것으로 나타났으며, 수단적 일상생활수행능력이 생활만족도에 영향을 미칠 때, 주관적 건강인식과 문화 여가활동의 매개효과를 확인 할 수 있으며, 수단적 일상생활수행능력이 주관적 건강인식과 문화 여가활동참여의 인과적인 경로를 통해 생활만족도에 영향을 미치는 이중매개효과를 확인 할 수 있다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 장애 청소년의 수단적 일상생활 수행능력과 생활만족도의 영향관계 가운데 주관적 건강인식과 문화 여가활동의 순차적인 경로의 확인을 통한 실천적인 개입을 초점을 확인 할 수 있다.

"소학"에 나타난 자아의 개념적 표상에 관한 연구 (A Study of Conceptual Representations of the Self in Sohak)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate conceptual representations of the self in Korean culture by analyzing normative conception of the self present in Sohak. The method of this study was the historical method and the material for analysis is 'Reverencing for the Self of Sohak, which was the textbook for childhood education and contained normative tasks that the society of the Chosen Dynasty period held for what people should do in their lives. According to the analysis, the Chosen Dynasty had interdependent conception of the self, which had strong emphasis on connected relationships, especially between self and parents, and regarded respect, rightness, and politeness as important attributes of the self, and expected reciprocal exchange of mutual support in social roles. Also, there were many instrumental and terminal goals in normative expectations of the self, which were toward harmonious interdependent relationships. Finally, the attributes of the self that were thought of as positive characteristics served collective interests rather than individualistic ones. In addition, the society of the Chosen dynasty regarded socially disengaged emotion such as pride, anger, and pleasure as negative ones.

Relationship between Health Promotion Behavior and Marriage Value View

  • This study was cross sectional descriptive survey study to analysis the relationship between marriage value view and health promotion behavior among university students. Questionnaires from those who voluntary agreed to the study were collected online, and the collection period was from May 20, 2020 to June 10, 2020. Research tools for analyzing marriage value view was used by RR lee, and health promotion behavior research tools was developed by Walker., The data analysis was performed using SPSS 18.0 as frequency, Pearson correlation, t-test, and Multiple regression analysis. According to the analysis, women had high passive (p<0.05) and exclusive (p<0.01) marriage value view, while men had high active (p<0.01) and instrumental (p<0.05) marriage value view. According to the analysis, it turns out that people who value interpersonal relationships during health promotion have a positive effect on romantic (t=2.383, R2=.257, p=.019) and instrumental (t=2.201, R2=.120, p=.030) marriage value view. Hygiene has been appeared to affect Passive marriage value view (t=3.001, R2=.111, p=.003) and Exclusive marriage value view (t=3.765, R2=.122, p=.000). Nutrition has been appeared to affect conservative marriage value view (t=2.086, R2=.118, p=0.039). Exercise has been appeared to affect conservative marriage value view (t=2.456, R2=.118, p=0.015) and active marriage value view (t=2.261, R2=.168, p=0.025). Through this study, in order to increase for the desire of marriage, marriage values need to be organized differently between men and women in marriage value programs and it suggested that health promotion behavior be included in programs that enhance the value of marriage.

의사소통 행위로서의 조경계획 및 설계에 대한 연구 (A Study on Landscape Architecture Planning and Design as Communicative Action)

  • With more and more people paying attention to substantial democracy, participatory democracy is presented as a practical strategy and an index of Korean democracy. In this social and political atmosphere, participation in environmental planning and design is essential. Nonetheless, the true meaning of “participation” is not used properly because many people do not understand it correctly, The concept of social and political participation is “the action or attempt of ordinary members of society for affecting on the result of decision making.” Based on this concept, participation is accomplished through conventional means and as a form of mobilization in environmental planning and desist Most of the theories on public participation in landscape architecture are technical theories. Therefore, this paper proposes that planning and design of landscape architecture be understood as a communicative action that aims to enable stakeholders to reach a consensus through communication. This study offers the framework of theory to understand and practice planning and design of landscape architecture as a communicative action, after reviewing communicative action theory and communicative planning theory. Results suggest that communicative action theory should be accepted in landscape architecture to overcome the shortcomings of instrumental rationality -- the same way planning theory accepted this theory --and to join the culture of experts focusing on the artistic truth and the culture of life of the world. In addition, accepting communicative action theory enables the acquisition of the instrumental effect and social learning effect and the making of social capital. This study also suggested prerequisite for using the method. There should be change in the social institution and in individual action. In addition the method is composed of three steps: creating the atmosphere for communication; communicating, and; reaching a consensus among stakeholders. Finally, raising the possibility of applying the theory presented in this study requires the accumulation of know-how through trial and error.

건조 단호박을 첨가한 냉동쿠키의 제조조건 최적화 (Optimization of Iced Cookie with the Addition of Dried Sweet Pumpkin Powder)

  • This study was conducted to develop a functional cookie with the addition of a sweet pumpkin powder on a cookie shape, that showed high preference level to all age group and that was very easily to store because of low moisture content, by substituting partially a sweet pumpkin powder for reducing content of wheat flour. This study has produced the sensory optimal composite recipe by making iced cookies, respectively, with each 5 level of Sweet pumpkin powder($X_{1}$), sugar($X_{2}$), butter($X_{3}$), by C.C.D(Central Composite Design) and conducting sensory evaluation and instrumental analysis by means of RSM(Response Surface Methodology). Sensory items showed very significant values in color, appearance, flavor, overall quality(p<0.05), texture(p<0.01), and instrumental analysis showed significant values in lightness, redness(p<0.01), yellowness, spread ratio, hardness(p<0.05). Also sensory optimal ratio of Sweet pumpkin cookie was calculated as sweet pumpkin powder 81.8g, sugar 116.6g, butter 210.7g, and it was revealed that the factors of influencing cookie aptitude were in order of Sweet pumpkin powder, butter, sugar.

학교관리자의 지원에 대한 영양(교)사의 인식과 직무만족도 (Perception on School Administrator's Supports and Job Satisfaction by Nutrition Teachers (Dietitian))

  • The purpose of this study was to determine the association between school administrator support as perceived by nutrition teachers (dietitians) and job satisfaction in order to provide data concerning efficient job performance of nutrition teachers, to determine effects of school administrator support on job satisfaction in nutrition teachers, and to provide basic data that could help improve school meals. Major supporters of nutrition teachers (dietitians) were chief administrators (55.3%), principals (27.2%), assistant principals (15.0%), and managers in charge (2.4%). Nutrition teachers (dietitians) scored 3.38 for perception of school administrator support, 3.66 for emotional support, 3.27 for informational support, 3.22 for instrumental support, and 3.11 for evaluation support. Support of nutrition teachers (dietitians) by school managers included emotional support (3.66)>informational support (3.27)>instrumental support (3.22)>evaluative support (3.11). Nutrition teachers (dietitians) scored 3.37 for job satisfaction, as follows: work performance (4.19)>interpersonal relationships (3.39)>job satisfaction in general (3.37)>job itself (3.29)>job environment (3.07)>performance rating and benefits system (2.70). Statistically significant correlation was observed between perception of school administrator support and job satisfaction (r= .771, p< .01). Therefore, school administrators are necessary to provide evaluative supports to nutrition teachers (dietitians), performance assessment, employee benefit packages, and improvement of school meal plans and quality.

한국 전통음악의 전승과 미래 - 가야금산조를 중심으로 - (Transmission of Korean Traditional Music - Focusing of Solo Instrumental Music for the Gayageum (12-stringed Zither) -)

  • 20세기 초 일제강점기를 겪고 서양문화의 급격한 수입으로 인해 전통은 '과거의 진부한 유산'으로 취급받으면서 전통음악은 농경사회의 잔재 혹은 '기생문화'의 전형으로 여겨졌다. 이런 와중에 전통음악문화는 매우 빠른 속도로 붕괴되면서 피폐화되었다. 1960년대 이후 전통문화를 보호하기 위한 문화재보호법이 제정되면서 무형문화유산은 정부의 보호막에 들어갔다. 이후 많은 전통음악장르가 중요무형문화재로 지정되어 근근이 명맥을 유지하게 된다. 또한 많은 대학에 국악과가 설립되고, 국립국악원을 비롯한 각종 시립·도립 국악관현악단이 설립되면서 전통음악은 부활하고 있다. 그러나 제도권 음악계의 이런 변화는 우리의 전통음악문화의 전승방법과는 전혀 다른 것이다. 전통음악을 포함하는 무형문화유산은 살아있는 생명체이고, 전통음악은 이를 둘러싼 유기적인 환경이 바뀌면 외부환경의 영향으로 스스로 소멸되기도 하고 새로운 환경에 적응하기 위하여 끊임없이 변모하기 마련이다. 한번 창작되면 어느 정도의 고정성을 갖는 완성예술(product arts)인 서양예술음악과는 달리 한국 전통음악은 음악가의 손을 거치면서 시대적으로 끊임없이 새로운 모습으로 변화하는 과정예술(process arts)의 전형적인 형태를 보인다. 이것이 한국 전통음악의 생명력이었다. 일제강점기 이후 자생적 생명력을 소진한 전통음악은 해방 이후에는 외부의 동력에 힘입어 새로운 생명력을 얻게 되었다. 즉, 해방 이후의 전통음악문화는 기존의 음악문화와는 전혀 다른 경험을 통해 성장하고 있다. 이는 전통문화의 재창조·전승이라는 긍정적인 작용과 더불어 왜곡·박제화라는 부정적인 면도 공존하고 있는 실정이다. 이 글에서는 가야금산조를 중심으로 전통음악의 전승과 미래를 논의하고자 한다. 전통음악의 부침과 부활을 가장 극명하게 보여주는 것이 기악독주음악인 산조이다. 19세기 끝머리에 처음 만들어진 산조는 일제강점기에는 판소리의 전성시대에 힘입어 괄목할만한 성장을 이룬다. 그러나 해방 후에는 전통음악의 부침과 더불어 침체기를 겪다가 1960년대 이후 중요무형문화재와 대학 교육의 영향으로 부활하여 지금은 전통음악장르를 대표하는 음악으로 성장했다.

매생이 분말을 이용하여 제조한 만두피의 품질특성 (Quality Characteristics of Dumpling Shell made with Capsosiphon fulvescens Powder)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of Capsosiphon fulvescens powder on the functional and sensory characteristics of dumpling shell. Various dumpling shell samples were prepared with wheat flour along with the addition of different amounts of Capsosiphon fulvescens powder, and then instrumental characteristics and sensory evaluations were investigated. According to amylograph data, the composite Capsosiphon fulvescens powder-wheat flour samples had increased gelatinization temperatures with increasing Capsosiphon fulvescens powder content; whereas initial viscosity at $95^{\circ}C$, viscosity at $95^{\circ}C$ after 15minutes, and maximum viscosity were reduced. In terms of Hunter's color values, L, a and b values decreased with increasing Capsosiphon fulvescens powder content. Besides cooked weight, cooked volume and turbidity of dumpling shell increased as the addition level of Capsosiphon fulvescens powder increase. In terms of textural characteristics, addition of Capsosiphon fulvescens powder increased springiness, chewiness, brittleness, pringiness and adhesiveness. Based on sensory evaluations, the overall preference of dumpling shell with 3% added Capsosiphon fulvescens powder, was more effective than control.

Quality of Yackwa as Influenced by Xylitol Addition

  • Yackwa was prepared by substituting syrup with xylitol (0, 10, 20, and 30%) and the quality characteristics were evaluated. Volume and specific volume were higher in Yackwa prepared with xylitol than the control. Crude fat content of xylitol-containing Yackwa were significantly higher than that of control (p<0.05), but moisture content was not different among treatments. Incorporation of xylitol in Yackwa lowered the redness and yellowness values (p<0.05). Instrumental hardness results showed that the addition of xylitol decreased the hardness of Yackwa. Sensory evaluation revealed no significant difference in overall desirability between control-and xylitol-containing groups. Therefore, Yackwa made with up to 30% xylitol in place of syrup is as acceptable as control Yackwa without depressing sensory quality.

강낭콩 앙금 혼합율에 따른 양갱의 기계적.관능적 특성 (Instrumental and Sensory Characteristics of Yanggaeng Mixed with Kidney Bean Sediment)

  • The proximate composition and calorie of kidney bean sediment, amylogram, color, texture and sensory evaluation of Yanggaeng mixed with kidney bean sediment. Significant differences in the protein and fat contents were noticed among kidney bean sediment samples. The amylograms of sediment mixed with sugar and/or agar showed no peak and increase of viscosity compared with the control. When the Yanggaeng was prepared from the mixture of sediments of red bean and kidney bean, noticiable color changes were observed at 30% level of kidney bean sediment. Hardness and cohesiveness of Yanggaeng were increased but elasticity decreased as the proportion of kidney bean sediment increased. Sensory evaluation of Yanggaeng stored at $4^{\circ}C$ for 24 hr revealed that the product prepared from the mixture of red bean sediment (70%) and kidney bean sediment (30%) was not significantly different (p<0.05) compared with that from the 100% red bean sediment.
