우울증 변증도구의 신뢰도, 타당도 평가 (Reliability and Validity Analysis of the Instrument on Pattern Identifications for Depression)

  • Objectives: This study was performed to evaluate the reliability and validity of the instrument on pattern identifications for depression. Methods: Two assessors carried out an evaluation about the instrument on pattern identifications for depression, targeting 201 participants, who after taking the HAM-D score over 12 or under 7 twice. Results: Inter-assessor reliability was higher than intra-assessor reliability in a reliability analysis about classification of pattern identification evaluated by the instrument on pattern identifications for depression. Reliability of intra-assessor and inter-assessor showed a moderate to strong agreement when reliability analysis about classification score of the pattern identification had been performed. Reliability analysis to evaluate the validity of the instrument on pattern identifications for depression showed moderate agreement. Conclusions: The results reveal that reliability analysis of the instrument on pattern identifications for depression showed an over moderate agreement and validity analysis represented a positive correlation.

眞圓度 測定器의 誤差特性에 대한 解析 -위상차법- (An Analysis of Performance Error of Roundness Measuring Instrument -by phase different method-)

  • A phase different method to evaluate the instrument error of roundness measuring instrument and the form error of specimens for the calibration of the instrument is used. An instrument with a rotary table supported by an air bearing was calibrated by using the standard balls as a standard. The calibration was carried out repeatedly by setting the same ball in 12 phase angles(per 30.deg.) on the table and by recording their roundness errors with a magnification of 100,000 times. As a result of data analysis of all the observations, readout at each of 144 orientations(per 2.5.deg.) from recorded data file, the error of performance of the instrument and the specimens are separated. In the particular instrument used in the present experiment, the error of the instrument was determined with the accuracy of 0.0164 (.mu.m) and the form error of the specimens was determined with the accuracy of 0.0264,0.0172(.mu.m), respectively. If the instrument was calibrated by using the above specimens, then the accuracy of the measurement of roundness error can be improved to about 0.017 (.mu.m).

유니몰프 PZT 액츄에이터를 이용한 정밀 이송기구의 개발 (Development of Precision Moving Instrument by Using the Uni-morph type PZT Actuator)

  • This paper presents a new precision moving instrument for the displacement and direction control using the uni-morph type PZT actuator. The instrument is composed of the two-body and a link. The body has the uni-morph type PZT actuator, which make the vibration. Movement of simple moving instrument is generally analyzed by the theory of center-of-gravity moment. However the analysis of the instrument in this paper is focused the resonance of instrument. Resonance of the body is originated a uni-morph type PZT actuator that is vibrated by voltage and frequency. The basic performances of one body instrument are analyzed by the FEM analysis. And experiments are also performed to confirm the linear movement of the instrument and direction control. it is proper a voltage control than a frequency control for the direction changing. And Moving velocity is 0.032m/s.

유아기 주 양육자의 양육행위 측정도구 개발 (Development of a Measurement Instrument for Parenting Behavior of Primary Caregivers in Early Childhood)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop an instrument to measure the parenting behavior of primary caregivers of children in early childhood. Methods: An instrument was developed according to Devellis's instrument development process. The participants in this study who completed the main survey were 370 mothers and grandmothers. The survey was conducted from June 1 to July 30, 2014, and collected data were analyzed using item analysis, half-split reliability and Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ coefficient, exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, convergent validity. Results: The factor structure of the instrument showed the cumulative variance as 55.7% in the factor analysis. As a result of a confirmatory factor analysis, a four-factor structure was found to be appropriate, and the construct validity and convergent validity of the instrument were thereby confirmed. The finalized parenting behavior instrument consisted of 26 items and four independent factors: affectionate, laissez-faire, educational and impulsive. A five-point Likert scale was employed, and a higher score in a particular factor showed that most of the behaviors belonged to the factor. Conclusion: The instrument developed in this study was found to be reliable and valid, and can be used to develop parent-child relationship building.

억제대 적용해 대한 가족의 정서적 반응 측정 도구개발 (Development and Testing of an Instrument to Measure Family's Emotional Response toward Physically Restrained Patients)

  • Purpose: This was a methodological research to develop an instrument to assess the emotional response of family members of physically restrained patients. Methods: A primary instrument with 68 questions was developed based on literature review and semi-structured interviews with family members. A group of experts revised individual questions and removed 4 irrelevant questions. This secondary instrument, then, was tested with 199 family members of physically restrained patients in intensive care units of a university hospital. The validity and reliability of the instrument were tested by factor analysis. Results: After item analysis, 3 questions with a correlation coefficient under .30 were discarded and the questions with a factor loading under .45 on Varimax Rotation were also removed. After factor analysis on the final 37 questions, 7 factors were identified; avoidance, shock, helplessness, grudge, depression, anxiousness, and acceptance. The total variance explained was 55.63%. The reliability of this instrument was 0.93 of Cronbach's alpha. Conclusion: This instrument was statistically reliable and valid to measure family's emotional response to physical restraints of the patients. This instrument can be useful in assessing the effects of nursing interventions for family members of restrained patients.

  • 본 연구에서는 반경법 진원도 측정기의 회전정도와 편심에 의한 영향을 제거 하여 시험편의 형상오차와 측정기 자체의 오차특성을 분리함으로써 진원도 측정의 정도를 향상시킬 수 있는 방법에 대하여 검토하였다. 진원도의 표시법으로는 최근 최소영역법에 의해 규정되는 경우가 많으나 이는 일반적으로 많은 연산시간을 요구 하므로 비경제적인 면이 있다.

  • In these days, the interest on medical industry is increasing around the world. This paper attempts to estimate the economic effects of the medical and measuring instrument industry through the Input-Output Analysis. Especially, 78*78 Sector Tables were used as the first analysis tool. So then, 79*79 Sector Tables adjusted were used for that industry. The main analysis tools of this study are comparing and analyzing backward and forward linkage effect, the induced effect of the self industry and other industries and the induced coefficients such as products, value-added, employee's pay, sales surplus, employment. According to the result of analysis, the medical and measuring instrument industry has great economic impacts which affects the major macroeconomic factors such as production and backward linkage effect. And the induced effects of the self medical and measuring instrument industry are significant compared to other industries in aspects of production, employee's pay and sales surplus.

Maslow의 욕구위계이론에 근거한 간호사 욕구만족도 측정도구 개발 및 타당화 (Development and Validation of the Nurse Needs Satisfaction Scale Based on Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs Theory)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop an instrument to evaluate the needs satisfaction of nurses and examine its validity and reliability. Methods: The initial items for the instrument were developed through a literature review and interviews, using the conceptual framework of Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory. The initial items were evaluated for content validity by 14 experts. Four hundred and eighty-six clinical nurses participated in this study through offline and online surveys to test the reliability and validity of the instrument. The first evaluation (n = 256) was used for item analysis and exploratory factor analysis, and the second evaluation (n = 230) was used to conduct a confirmatory factor analysis and to assess the criterion-related validity and internal consistency of the instrument. Test-retest reliability was analyzed using data from 30 nurses. Results: The final instrument consisted of 30 items with two sub-factors for five needs that were identified through the confirmatory factor analysis. The criterion-related validity was established using the five need satisfaction measures (r = .56). Cronbach's α for total items was .90, and test-retest reliability was .89. Conclusion: The findings from this study indicate that this instrument has sufficient validity and reliability. This instrument can be used for the development of nursing interventions to improve the needs satisfaction of clinical nurses.

  • The purpose of this study was to develop an instrument for analysing elementary secondary school, and university science laboratory instructions. The categories of this analysis instrument were instituted through literature overviews and interactions with three researchers in a science classroom analyst team, a doctoral student, and eight master level students, who participated in the process of modification of the analysis instruments on the science laboratory instructions. The contents areas were divided into three categories: aims of laboratory activities, interactions, and scientific inquiry processes. Each category contains $2\~3$ items. So the instrument consisted of 20 subcategories. The validity of the this instrument was achieved through checking with 4 science education specialists.

한국어판 자기주도 학습능력 측정도구의 신뢰도 및 타당도 검증 (A Study on the Reliability and Validity of the Korean Version of Self-directed Learning Instrument)

  • Purpose: This study was done to verify the self-directed learning instrument (SDLI) developed to measure self-directed learning ability in nursing students. Methods: The participants for the study were 425 nursing college students. Their self-directed learning was verified using self-reports and results through questionnaires. SDLI was translated into Korean through translation/reverse translation process and its content validity verified by five experts. The validity of the instrument was verified through item analysis, exploratory factor analysis, and confirmatory factor analysis. Reliability verification was analyzed using internal consistency reliability. Results: Four factors were identified through exploratory factor analysis and 20 items of the original instrument were found to be valid. In the confirmatory factor analysis, the validity of the instrument was verified as the model was valid. The internal consistency reliability was also acceptable and SDLI was found to be an applicable instrument. Conclusion: SDLI has been developed and verified by selecting nursing students as participants for the study. Use if SDLI is expected to improve the quality of self-directed learning in nursing education and to be used in future nursing research.
