The essence of Mutual aid service is looking into the general commerce about its goods and services that is a general viewpoint. Through the contract that the contractor related with the Mutual aid associations and Mutual aid companies. provide the goods and services to future member's demanding point. and members are pay out money, and pay for that on the installment plan. This Mutual aid business had been increased rapidly after 2005, it is expanded huge business, even its scale alone, the cost is estimated at over three trillion won. But because of Mutual aid business's prepayment installment plan, stipulated substance of the Law on hire-purchase systems were more actualized than in the past, but it leave much to be desired. for example, the obligation of explanation to Mutual aid associations and members of Mutual aid company, the consumer protection about the contract of advance received deposit, upward problem of capital, when establish the Mutual aid company etc. in this paper will review these problems and improvement about legal details that for the customers of Mutual aid service and development of Mutual aid industry, and claimed about Mutual aid law's singular legislation.
In this study, the discharge loads of non-point pollution sources were analyzed using a Hydrologic Simulation Program-Fortran (HSPF) model for 46 sub-watersheds in order to guide the management plan for water and streams passing through the city. The results using HSPF showed good applicability in comparison to point measurements, which were based on BOD, TP, and TN. The mean value of the BOD loads was $4.08kg/km^2$ per day, and the highest level of BOD was $17.75kg/km^2$ per day at Namri. Three potential areas of high priority for the installment of constructed wetlands were selected in order to reduce non-point pollution sources based on BOD loads and on environmental and economic conditions. The results for these scenarios indicated a maximum rate of reduction in BOD of 39.12% within the proposed constructed wetlands.
The purpose of this study was to analysis housing life styles of apartment dwellers by alteration in Ulsan, got hold of the influencing variables of housing life styles and indicated source materials about the plan of alteration of apartment dwellers. As a methodology for this study, questionnaire survey were used. The number of 228 cases were analyzed through SPSS PC+. For the analysis of the data, such techniques were used as reliability analysis, frequence analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis.The major findings of this study were as followings: 1. Housing life styles of apartment dwellers by alteration in Ulsan identified five factors. In order of decreasing importance, these factors included: i)practicality, ii)ornament, iii)the faculty of space, iv) actuality, and v) spending habits. 2. The size of a family, wife's education, income, cost of alteration, and the area of installment sale were the most significant factors that influenced housing life styles of apartment dwellers by alteration in Ulsan.

Facility layout is the early stage of system design that requires a mid-term or long-term plan. Since improper facility layout might incur substantial logistics cost including material handling and re-installment costs, due consideration must be given to decisions on facility layout. Facility layout is concerned with low to arrange equipment necessary for production in a given space. Its objective is to minimize the sum of all the products of each equipment's amount of flow multiplied by distance. Facility layout also is related to the issue of NP-complete, i.e., calculated amounts exponentially increase with the increase of the number of equipment. This study discusses Hybrid GA developed, as an algorithm for facility layout, to solve the above-mentioned problems. The algorithm, which is designed to efficiently place equipment, automatically produces a horizontal passageway by the block, if a designer provides the width and length of the space to be handled. In addition, this study demonstrates the validity of the Algorithm by comparing with existing algorithms that have been developed. We present a Hybrid GA approach to the facility layout problem that improves on existing work in terms of solution quality and method. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm is able to produce better solution quality and more practical layouts than the ones obtained by applying existing algorithms.
The first objective of this study is to examine the finanacial management practices of rural housewives. The second objective is to determine the effects of sociodemographic characteristics on financial management practices. The Deacon & Firebaugh's model of family resource management framework and previous studies were used to determine the effects, regarding a9e, income, number of family, education level, and farming/nonfarming as independent/input variables, and monthly saving and managerial behavior index as dependent/throughput variables. A sample of 179 rural housewives aged less than 60 was selected from Shihung-Si Gyonggi-Do Province. Results showed that rural housewives more frequently did keeping bills, making purchase-list and verifying purchase need than recording where money spent making financial plan, and evaluating spending. With regard to household debt use, 60% of the sample had debt the most borrower used debt for farming, 73% of borrowers paid for their debt behind the schedule, and the main source of borrowing was NACF (NongHyup). Using installment credit, the rural housewives mainly bought cosmetics. 25% of the sample had credit cards. Average debt was 6, 070, 000 won, and 81% of annual income. In terms of saving, 85% of the sample saved, and 23% of the sample lived with the money after save. The main reasons of saving were for education and marriage of children and emergency. The main saving institutions were NACF and NLCF (ChukHyup). The regression showed that income was negatively associated with monthly saving, and age was identified as the positive determinants of managerial behavior index.

U-City laws are divided into three categories: intellectual laws, information superhighway laws, and integrated operation center laws. Previous studies have suggested that efficient infrastructure operation and management is necessary in Ubiquitous-City (U-City). However, infrastructure is often interpreted differently by different laws. The purpose of this study was to plan for the integrated operation of intelligent service facilities by comprehensively analyzing the law system of domestic intelligent service facilities and problems in operation and management based on this critical mind. For this, present conditions and problems of intelligent service facilities were found through interviews with people who are in charge of the law system and other practitioners. The necessity of integrated use, including city information generated from intelligent service facilities and installment locations, has been demonstrated. Government ministries and local governments have established various information systems using ICT and U-City laws that specify integrated management and operation, but do not clearly specify definitions for the specific responsibility and authority for main agents participating in facility operation. A system is needed to smoothly mediate the relevant divisions so that they can use installed equipment simultaneously for efficient operation in generating city information. This objective of this study was to prepare a unitary law system for efficient installment and management of intelligent service facilities by establishing a logically linked relationship among the relevant laws and regulations. This will provide a foundation for a management system that has an integrated linkage of intelligent service facilities.
The purpose of this study is to propose the method to improve management aspect and facilities plan to enhance spatial cognition of visitors through visitors' analysis of spatial cognition regarding tourism destination facilities. The research model was established by factors affecting spatial cognition such as facilities characteristics and visitor characteristics as well as spatial cognition of visitors' facilities to achieve objectives of research, and actual proof analysis was made to visitors to Nami Island tourism destination based of this. As a result of analysis, it was proved that visitor characteristics including their gender and age, and tour map use as well as facilities characteristics of facilities type, location, etc showed a statistically significant difference in visitors' spatial cognition. In addition, it is deemed as a result of analysis that Nami Island requires re-organization of symbolic features and attractiveness of food and beverage facility, while needing additional installment and rearrangement of information facilities and related facilities. The result of this research suggests that close analysis and application of factors affect spatial cognition such as facilities and visitors' characteristics to plan and manage the tourism destination facilities effectively. Moreover, visitors' spatial cognition is related to spatial characteristics of tourism destination, therefore it is analyzed that the uniqueness of facilities played an important role in improving female's spatial cognition. In particular, the result of this study is meaningful in that in light of plan and management for tourism destination facilities, the function to provide tourism destination plays a major role in improving visitors' spatial cognition regardless of complexity of spatial structure of tourism destination.

In 2008, the Development Impact Fee Zoning has been newly amended and added to the existing National Territory Planning Act. Since the beginning of 2009, many local governments nationwide started to adopt the law as a powerful tool to prepare the prescirbed masterplans for the installment of adequate infrastructure and to procure the financial resources to realize the plan. The study, in this context, tried to build gridded population data and analyzed the population cells that exceed the legal criteria of population increase rate required by the law over the case area of Sooyoung-Ri in Hwasung City. The study further probed to group the selected population cells in five specified increasing steps on which the alternative impact fee zones are built. Throughout the process, the study could properly set a reasonable impact fee zone and suggested a practical examples of the final zone specification applicable by the localities.

This study was conducted to provide a method for fire suppression in a central area inside the roof of a wooden cultural property using a gas extinguishing apparatus, which is used as one of fire suppression methods with view to preventing valuable wooden properties inherited from ancestors from being destructed by fire. For a wooden property, it is very difficult to suppress fire when combustion spreads to a central area inside its roof, so it is impossible to put out a fire without destructing it. Such a fire fighting apparatus as a sprinkler, etc., installed in modern structures, is very effective, but the possibility of damaging a cultural property is highly probable after installment and operation, which leads to its low adaptability to a wooden property. Thus, the necessity of developing a fire suppress ion apparatus was raised to minimize the said problem and to obtain the desired results, and the need of making a plan on the installment was also raised based on the results of a test whose validity was proven. The central area inside a roof is a traditional - architectural style which is found in Korean wooden structures only, so it is impossible to discover similar cases in foreign countries. For this reason, this study was conducted to verify the effectiveness by developing a fixed fire suppression apparatus designed considering the speed and effectiveness in fire suppression. This study was sequentially carried out in the following steps. First, a frame for this study was made and the specific plan on a fire suppression method was established. Then, a fire suppression apparatus was installed. In the first step, the effectiveness for fire suppression was tested by installing valve open - punched - main water pores, and in the second step, the same effectiveness was tested by valve opened - punched - injection ports. For a wooden property similar to "Sungnyemun"(Gate of Exalted Ceremonies), its central area of the roof decides whether the fire suppression is successful or not, so the opinions on how to put out a fire were presented in this study, and thus the objective data to establish a method on fire suppression in a wooden structure(cultural property) was secured. Lastly, a scientific verification in the effectiveness for fire suppression measures was presented by installing a gas - fixed fire suppression apparatus.
Rail vibration in city zone is becoming a serious environmental problem. In order to make a reduction plan for rail vibration, the research was conducted in which many experiments to measure actual rail vibration along the railroad through the central Deajeon area. A digital vibration level meter was used to measure rail vibration. Vibration levels of Z-axis were measured at every second for the duration of the train passing. The measuring station was placed at every 5m for the distance of 55m. A total of 353 different sets of vibration level were obtained. The signals were processed to get $L_{10}$ value and analyzed in terms of distance, train velocity, and number of trains. As a result, it has been found that rail vibration exceed the allowable vibraton limit of 60 dB, at the point of 25 m far from the railroad center, which is regulated by the las of vibration and noise. Train velocity was found to affect a little for vibration level within the zone. It was also found that a trench installed along a railroad could reduce vibration level up to approximately 10 percent. A model test was conducted to investigate the influence of the location and size of trench, on the transfer of vibration. A heavy steel ball was used to generate vibrations. On the basis obtained from this study, it could be concluded that the application of distance-attenuation and the installment of a trench along railroad could be applied as a reduction plan for rail vibration. Because limitions might exist to depend on the effect of distance attenuation, trenchs excavated along a railroad might be suggested as the most efficient solution to reduce railroad vibration.
