일본은 방범설비협회가 중심이 되어 표준화 문제, 설치기준문제, 자격제도 운영 등을 주도하고 있다. 즉, 이 협회는 기계경비업자, 제조업자, 시공업자 등이 가입하여 방범기기, 방범시스템, 정보시큐리티 시스템에 관한 조사, 연구를 하고 있다. 그리고 방범설비에 종사하는 자의 연수, 방범설비 보급 등을 통해 범죄를 방지하고 국민생활의 안전에 공헌하고 있다. 그리고 방범기기에 대한 연구와 표준화로 방범설비협회가 제정한 기술기준과 시공기준을 업무에 적용하고 있는 실정이다. 아울러 방범설비협회를 중심으로 우량방범기기인정제도(RBSS: Recognition of Better Security System) 등을 시행하고 있다. 또 방범설비사와 종합방범설비사 자격제도를 도입하여 방범기기 설치 및 제조자의 능력을 향상시키고 생산기술 향상을 도모하고 있다. 그러나 우리나라의 경우는 경비업법에 따라 한국경비협회가 중심을 이루고 있지만, 경비시장의 중추를 이루고 있는 기계경비업체는 참여가 거의 없는 실정이다. 그렇다고 기계경비업체나 방범기기 제조업체와 설비업체들이 함께 할 수 있는 조직이 있는 것도 아니기 때문에 방범기기에 대한 통합된 노력을 할 수 없는 환경이다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 일본의 시큐리티산업과 방범설비산업의 현황 및 방범설비협회의 사업과 운영 등을 살펴보고 한국에 적용할 수 있는 시사점을 제시하는 것이다.

After reviewing the current status of hydrogen buses and hydrogen charging stations in the United States, as well as related laws and programs, it was found that the federal and state governments supported the supports of hydrogen buses and the deployment of hydrogen charging infrastructure through various policies and programs. In order to promote the spread of domestic and overseas hydrogen buses and hydrogen charging infrastructure, it is necessary to develop and apply various legal systems and programs that can provide incentives to hydrogen bus manufacturers, hydrogen charging station installers, hydrogen bus operating organizations and entities. Objectives: The purpose of this study is to understand the effect of infection anxiety about COVID-19 perceived by home appliance installers and repair technicians on work stress. Methods: To collect data, the purpose of the study was explained through the labor union of domestic home appliance service companies, and a survey was conducted through mobile to 286 home appliance installers and repair technicians who agreed to the survey. Results: As a result of the analysis, it was found that age, fatigue, work satisfaction, visit time, and Corona 19 infection anxiety had a significant effect on work stress. In other words, the higher the age, the higher the fatigue, the lower the job satisfaction, the higher the work stress was when the visit time was more than 30 minutes, and the higher the Corona 19 infection anxiety, the higher the work stress. Conclusions: Based on the results of this study, the following suggestions are made. First, in order to prevent work stress, we propose the development of a workplace health care program that can solve fatigue. Second, it is necessary to prepare a working environment and provide institutional support to reduce work stress by increasing Job satisfaction. Third, a workplace quarantine measures is needed to prevent infection for essential-workers who do face-to-face work in preparation for possible infectious diseases in the future.

It is getting higher the demand on a good sound in a car. Like some other sensory qualities, achieving a good sound is still treated as a black-box followed by the individual taste of tuning engineers. This study aims to define the attributes of a good car audio sound and the assessment factors affecting the sound quality. With a variety of surveys on professional listening groups and car audio installers, 26 most frequently used vocabularies are selected as typical presentations of car audio sound quality. After repetitions of listening tests with deliberately selected test CD, pre-recorded 15 different digital car-recordings, headphones replay system, and three different listening groups, it is proved that there are at least 5 different assessment factors which significantly affect the car audio sound quality. They are high fidelity, spectral balance, tonal accuracy, sound stage and acoustic fault.

EHV power cables can take any damage during shipping, transportation, handling, storage and installation. As the damage influences a reliability of the power cable system in the short and long periods, field tests have been required, for installers, to confirm the reliability of an installed system and, for utilities, to make sure the compatibility of an installed system. Of field tests, a HV withstand test for the cable insulation has been performed to check the soundness of the insulation. For EHV XLPE power cables, the test has been done by applying a specified d.c voltage till lately. But as some problems with the d.c test is emphasized and the equipment for the a.c test is improved, the a.c test is considered positively as an after-installation test. This paper describes the recent trends of the a and its recent application in the field.

To expect accurately the maximum power of solar cell module under various installation conditions, it is required to know the performance characteristics like temperature dependence. Today, the PV (photovoltaic) market in Korea has been growing. Also BIPV (building integrated photovoltaic) systems are diversified and become popular. But thermal dependence of PV module is little known to customers and system installers. In IEC 61215,a regulation for testing the crystalline silicon solar cell module, the testing method is specified for modules. However there is limitation for testing the module with diverse application examples. In extreme installation method, there is no air flow between rear side of module and ambient, and it can induce temperature increase. In this paper, we studied the roof type installation of PV module on the surface of one-axis tracker system. We measured temperature on every component of PV module and compared to open-rack structure. As a result, we provide the foundation that explains temperature characteristics and NOCT (nominal operation cell temperature) difference. Decision making for gas boiler consumers depends on the characteristics of products such as the price and quality as well as the brand image. Although a gas boiler is a high involvement product in terms of price, in fact, it is a low involvement product which is greatly affected by installers. This study examined variables which affect the level of satisfaction and repurchase intention by surveying about 1,000 housewives through an on-line questionnaire. The results were as follows: first, gas boiler users' general knowledge of gas boilers showed a correct-answer rate of 54.5%. The average satisfaction score of product quality (mean=5.61 out of 7) was higher than that of the satisfactionscore of the company's service (mean=5.46). Second, the level of repurchase intention was above the mid-point (mean=4.72). Multivariate regression found that product satisfaction, service satisfaction, household size, and information sources explained repurchase intentions for gas boilers to be about 50.7%. Gas boiler marketers should pay attention to the survey result in that the level of repurchase intention depends mainly on both consumer satisfaction and information sources.

PSK(Pre-shared Secret Key) 기반 방식은 공개키 기반 알고리즘을 사용하여 세션키를 설정하는 방식보다 적은 계산 시간과 에너지를 사용하므로 경량화 장치로 구성되는 IoT 환경에 적절하다. PSK 기반 방식의 주요한 전제는 사전에 통신 주체 간에 PSK가 안전하게 설정되어야 한다는 것이다. 그러나 IoT 환경의 작은 센서나 액추에이터의 경우 설정을 위해 필요한 키보드, 모니터 같은 입출력장치가 부재하므로 기존 인터넷 장치들보다 PSK를 안전하게 설정하기가 어렵다. 특히 일반 사용자의 경우 보안전문지식이 부족하기 때문에 설정에 어려움이 있다. 따라서 공장에서 제조 시 설정되는 기본 값을 사용하거나 장치의 설치자가 설정하는 경우가 일반적이다. 이 경우 모든 설치자들과 제조사들을 신뢰할 수 있는지는 생각해 볼 문제이다. 이를 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서는 자원이 제한적인 소형 장치들을 대상으로, NFC(Near Field Communication)를 OOB(Out-Of-Band) 채널로 활용한 안전한 초기 설정 (secure bootstrapping) 기술을 제안한다.
