교량 점검신뢰도 분석법 개발과 향상방안 (Development of Bridge Inspection Reliability and Improvement Strategy)

  • 교량의 안전은 점검에 의해 보장된다. 그리고 교량의 유지관리는 점검결과를 토대로 시작된다. 따라서 점검결과는 '교량의 안전'과 '효율적인 유지관리'를 위한 가장 중요한 정보이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 교량의 점검신뢰도를 평가하고 이를 제고 할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 교량의 점검신뢰도를 평가 할 수 있는 세 가지 점검신뢰도를 제시하였다: 명목점검신뢰도, 실질점검신뢰도, DS명목점검신뢰도. 교량의 점검신뢰도 분석 방법은 정밀안전진단결과를 참값으로 간주하고 당해년도 정밀(정기)점검과 차년도 정밀안전 진단결과를 비교하였다. 인적오류를 고려한 DS명목신뢰도를 기준으로 현재 고속도로교량의 점검신뢰도 85%로 양호한 편으로 평가 된다. 이는 현재 고속도로 교량의 평균공용연수가 13년으로 대부분의 교량이 'A'와 'B'등급에 집중적으로 분포되어 상태변화가 크지 않기 때문인 것으로 판단된다. 점검신뢰도를 제고하기 위해서는 점검자의 역량을 강화하고 전문점검인력 육성이 필요하며 점검결과에 대해 QC(Quality Control, 품질관리)를 실시하여 점검결과의 신뢰도 향상이 필요하다.

  • 본 논문에서는 LCD 구동 모듈 PCB의 기능 검사를 위한 자동 검사 시스템인 EVT (Emulated Vision Tester)를 제안하고 구현하였다. 기존의 대표적인 자동검사 방법으로는 전기적 검사나 영상기반 검사방식이 있으나 전기적 검사만으로는 Timing이 주요한 변수가 되는 LCD 장비에서는 검출할 수 없는 구동불량이 존재하며 영상기반 검사는 영상획득에 일관성이 결여되거나 Gray Scale의 구분이 불명확하여 검출결과의 재현성이 떨어진다. EVT 시스템은 Pattern Generator에서 인가된 입력 패턴 신호와 구동 모듈을 통한 후 출력되는 디지털 신호를 직접 비교하여 패턴을 검사하고 아날로그 신호 (전압, 저항, 파형)의 이상 여부도 신속 정확하게 검사할 수 있는 하드웨어적인 자동 검사 방법이다. 제안된 EVT 검사기는 높은 검출 신뢰도와 빠른 처리 속도 그리고 간결한 시스템 구성으로 원가 절감 및 전공정 검사 자동화의 실현을 가능케 하는 등 많은 장점을 가진다.

영상처리를 이용한 원사공정 검사시스템 (A Yarn Process Inspection System Using Image Processing)

  • Line scan camera has been widely used in the area of inspection of glass, film, fabric, iron, PCB and etc. due to the high resolution and the high speed. We developed the line scan based vision system to inspect tangled and cut-off status of yarn in the manufacturing process. The original image is binarized with a proper threshold, and the gap distances in the yarn are measured in real time, so finally the status of the process is decided by the maximum value of the gap distance. All procedures are executed in real time by realization of multi-processed threads. By implementation of this system, the error of the yarn in manufacturing process can be precedently monitored and the loss of the yarn is decreased efficiently.

회전 윤곽 상자를 이용한 표면 검사 알고리즘 (Surface Inspection Algorighm using Oriented Bounding Box)

  • DC motor shafts have several defects such as double cut, deep scratch on surface, and defects in diameter and length. The deep scratches are due to collision among the other shafts. So the scratches are long and thin but their orientations are random. If the smallest enclosing box, i.e. oriented bounding box for a detective point group is found, then the size of the corresponding defect can be modeled as its diagonal length. This paper proposes an suface inspection algorithm for the DC motor shaft using the oriented bounding box. To evaluate the proposed algorithm, a test bed is made with a line scan CCD camera (4096 pixels/line) and two rollers mechanism to rotate the shaft. The experimental result on a pre-processed image with contrast streching algorithm, shows that the proposed algorithm sucessfully finds 150 surface defects and its computation time (0.291 msec) is enough fast for the requirement (4 seconds).

실동하중에 의한 강판형교의 교통하중 분포 (The Distribution of the Normal Traffic Loads on the Steel Plate Girder Bridge)

  • The objectives of the study are to know the strain distribution and modal dynamic behaviour of steel bridge girders by actual traffic load. The live load effect depends on many parameters including the span length, gross vehicle weight, axle weight, axle configuration so on. For the estimation of static and dynamic characteristic, strain data caused by moving loads and traffic characteristics of passing vehicle under actual traffic load have measured using Bridge Weigh in Motion. To confirm the reliability of BWIM system, strain data measured using the $120{\Omega}$ strain gauge under the same condition. It is considered that the data acquired from BWIM system have reliability through the analysis and comparison between stress measured by strain data from BWIM and computed by FEM. Additionally according to the measured strain data of up-line and down-line on the highway, the up-line bridge grows more faster than the down-line bridge and girder 4 and 5 carry more load when vehicles pass the inner line and girder 2 and 3 does when vehicles pass the outer line as this case(the bridge composed with 5 girders).

형상 매칭법을 이용한 비이클 실링 검사 시스템 개발 (Development of Vehicle Sealing Inspection System Using Geometry Matching Method)

  • This work present a new method of sealing inspection system for vehicle in which foam rubber materials are used for sealing the vehicle parts. This system is composed from a devices comprising non-contact and real-time scanning on visual inspection in machine parts. We have been investigated qualitative factors that influenced on sealing system of vehicle structure which flexibly attenuated vibration and plenty of foam rubber materials having elastic property. However, there are different factors which still depended on outdated technique (personnel subjective judgment) in the performance inspection of rubber parts, specially for cross section inspection. Through a newly developed inspection system which recently applied for the production line, we successfully achieved more effective results of matching rate by about 80 % in the sealing performance inspection with 0.7% to 1.4% in the repeated errors. These are resulted from non-contacted response by CCD camera and vision program using geometry matching method. We expect that this system may be widely applied in the strict inspection parts of more diverse cross-section in future.

검사지연시간을 고려한 SMT 검사기의 통합적 경로 계획 알고리즘 (Unified Approach to Path Planning Algorithm for SMT Inspection Machines Considering Inspection Delay Time)

  • This paper proposes a path planning algorithm to reduce the inspection time of AOI (Automatic Optical Inspection) machines for SMT (Surface Mount Technology) in-line system. Since the field-of-view of the camera attached at the machine is much less than the entire inspection region of board, the inspection region should be clustered to many groups. The image acquisition time depends on the number of groups, and camera moving time depends on the sequence of visiting the groups. The acquired image is processed while the camera moves to the next position, but it may be delayed if the group includes many components to be inspected. The inspection delay has influence on the overall job time of the machine. In this paper, we newly considers the inspection delay time for path planning of the inspection machine. The unified approach using genetic algorithm is applied to generates the groups and visiting sequence simultaneously. The chromosome, crossover operator, and mutation operator is proposed to develop the genetic algorithm. The experimental results are presented to verify the usefulness of the proposed method.
