  • Two different electronically resonant two-dimensional spectroscopies are described. The first, two-color photon echo peak shift spectroscopy, is sensitive to correlations in transition frequency between the initial and probed (final) states. It provides new insight into the mechanism of ultrafast solvation and should prove useful for characterizing dynamics in inhomogeneous systems in general. The second technique, fifth order threepulse scattering, contains two coherence periods whose durations are controlled. The entire two-dimensional surface was recorded for a dye molecule in dilute solution and a photosynthetic light-harvesting complex. The data provide insight into the short-time dynamics of solvation and exciton relaxation, respectively.

  • During problem solving, "mathematical thought process" is a systematic sequence of thoughts triggered between logic and insight. The test questions are formulated into several areas of questioning-types which can reveal rather different result. The lower level questions are to investigate individual ability to solve multiple mathematical problems while using "mathematical thought." During problem solving, "mathematical thought process" is a systematic sequence of thoughts triggered between logic and insight. The scope of this case study is to present a desirable model in solving mathematical problems and to improve teaching methods for math teachers.

  • This study basically is an attempt to categorize green architecture as the notion of occurrence and formation. In doing so would enable to seek for an insight of methodological matrix in green architecture. Which methodology should be arrived at to suit to which typology of green architecture. Moreover, the notion of occurrence is a fundamental principle to bring socialism into architecture. Therefore, it implies selecting which methodology to make green architecture can be associated with its communal sense and its appropriation is usually determine in a specific typology such as social program, community enlightenment and so on. At the same time, whether the notion of formation or occurrence, it is important to make clear insight the appropriation and alternation of technology while attempted to make green architecture. In a practical sense, this study ultimately proposes a critical aspect internationalism in the category of green architecture and speculates appropriate green architecture in substantial way.

  • My suggestions to the teachers on the basis of my research are as follows: 1. A mathematical curriculum in high school requires an intuitive understanding. I'm sure we can not only improve the student's intuition and imagination by Euler's insight and intellectual investigation, but also induce motive and interest in mathematical learning by increasing the inquiry activities. Therefore, I suggest that we take advantage of teaching aids available from this research by processing the units in the mathematical textbook. 2. We can feel the beauty of mathematics by Euler's symbols and simple formulas. We must take pride in teaching mathematics because the mathematical insight is very useful in the inqury process. 3. We have to model ourselves after Euler's spirit of inquiry and energetic activities.

  • Generally, The systems are so complex that it not possible to obtain reasonable model using physical insight. Also a model based on physical insight contains a number of unknown parameters even if the structure is derived from physical laws. To solve these problems, the systems identification is described in this paper. So, AC servo motor system which has both open loop and closed loop is selected as an example for identification. A state-space model of AC servo motor system is identified through open loop experiment and identified through closed loop experiment and using pole placement integral controller to open loop system. As the results, From ARMA model, We have obtained continuous-time state space model.

  • Food fermentations have enhanced human health since the dawn of time and remain a prevalent means of food processing and preservation. Due to their cultural and nutritional importance, many of these foods have been studied in detail using molecular tools, leading to enhancements in quality and safety. Furthermore, recent advances in high-throughput sequencing technology are revolutionizing the study of food microbial ecology, deepening insight into complex fermentation systems. This review provides insight into novel applications of select molecular techniques, particularly next-generation sequencing technology, for analysis of microbial communities in fermented foods. We present a guideline for integrated molecular analysis of food microbial ecology and a starting point for implementing next-generation analysis of food systems.

  • Global Biodiversity is common interest of humans for better health and sustainable development of the society. To provide access and analysis on microbial diversity information, Bacteriology Insight Orienting System (BIOS) has been developed. BIOS contains 6402 species and subspecies names of bacteria and archaea, 2606 names of cyanobacteria by March 2000. BIOS of which web based analytical tool provides windows to compare the results of phylogenetic analysis based on 16S rDNA sequence and the results of cluster analysis on proteome profiling. The sequence data and 2 dimensional gel electrophoresis analysis data were accumulated in BIOS database content for cyanobacteria reclassification and taxonomy.
