본 연구의 목적은 심리전기적 심층면담(Psychobiograpical Intensive Interview: PII)이 부모의 통찰수준, 부모-자녀 관계특성 및 상담회기에 미치는 효과를 알아보는 것이었다. 이를 위해 학령기 자녀를 둔 어머니 10명을 대상으로 PII를 실시했다. PII는 심리전기적 정보탐색을 위한 심층면담과 이에 대한 해석상담이 포함되어 있는 반구조화된 형태이다. 연구결과 부모의 자녀 문제에 대한 통찰과 자신의 문제와의 관련성에 대한 통찰 수준이 의미 있게 높아졌다. 반면, 자녀와 의 관계특성에 대해 알아본, 부모효능감, 양육태도, 양육스트레스에 대한 평가에서는 양육스트레스 중 일부에서만 유의한 변화가 있었을 뿐이다. PII에 대한 상담 도구로서의 가능성을 상담회기영향평가를 통해 알아본 결과 과제영향, 관계영향 및 유익성 측면에서 긍정적인 결과를 확인할 수 있었다.

본 연구의 목적은 선행연구들을 통해 양육행동을 잘 설명하는 것으로 밝혀진 주요한 변인들 외에 부모통찰의 영향을 검증함으로써 양육행동과 부모통찰과의 관계를 실증적으로 탐색하는 것이었다. 이를 위해 양육행동을 설명하는 변인으로 부모통찰 외에 과거 아동기 경험(지각된 부모양육행동, 원가족 건강성), 현재 삶에서의 양육 관련 경험(결혼만족도, 부모 역할만족도)의 영향력을 함께 살펴보았다. 중학생 자녀를 둔 어머니 202명을 대상으로 위계적 회귀분석을 통해 검증한 결과, 투입된 변인들 모두 양육행동을 유의하게 설명하는 것으로 확인되었다. 특히 부모통찰은 양육행동 하위요인들 중 과보호를 제외한 애정, 거부 통제, 독립성 지향 행동에 유의한 설명력이 있는 것으로 검증되었다. 끝으로 본 연구의 시사점과 앞으로의 연구방향에 대해 논의하였다.

Purpose : To compare the diagnostic accuracy of proximal caries detection between Kodak Insight film and the Biomedisys CDX2000HQ digital (CCD) sensor. Materials and Methods: 156 proximal surfaces of extracted teeth, 78 of which had chemical artificial caries, were used in this study. Four observers interpreted the radiographs using a five-point confidence rating scale to record their diagnoses. The results were analyzed by receiver operating characteristic curves, ANOVA and Kappa values. Result: Analysis using receiver operating characteristic curves revealed the areas under each curve which indicated a diagnostic accuracy of 0.951 in Insight and 0.952 in CDX2000HQ digital sensor. ANOVA revealed no significant differences between the two images with respect to caries detection. Kappa values indicated that the mean intra-observer agreement was 0.85 and inter-observer agreement 0.71 in conventional radiography. In digital radiography, the mean intra-observer agreement was 0.84 and inter-observer agreement 0.72. Conclusion: The results suggest that no significant difference exists between the two modalities for artificial caries detection and that CDX2000HQ was as good as Insight film for this purpose.

Purpose: The purposes of this study were to develop an acceptance commitment-based cognitive behavioral program for patients with schizophrenia and to use it as an intervention tool for psychiatric mental health nursing and thereby confirm the program's effects on patients' psychological flexibility, psychological well-being, and treatment adherence including insight and attitude toward treatment. Methods: This study consisted of a pretest, posttest 1, and posttest 2 for a nonequivalent control group design. The participants were 42 patients with schizophrenia (experimental group: 21, control group: 21). The acceptance commitment-based cognitive behavioral program was conducted in 10 sessions for 5 weeks. Data collected from February to April 2018 were analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 25.0 for $x^2$ test, Fisher's exact test, independent t-test, and repeated measurement ANOVA. Results: The differences between experimental and control groups were statistically significant regarding psychological flexibility, psychological well-being, and insight. Conclusion: This study findings suggest that the acceptance commitment-based cognitive behavioral program can be used as an effective mental health nursing intervention for psychological flexibility, psychological well-being, and insight of patients with schizophrenia.

The regulatory periodic inspection program (PSI) conducted at every overhaul period is the most important process for confirming the safety of nuclear power plants. The PSI for operating nuclear power plants in Korea mainly consist of component level performance check that had been developed based on deterministic approach putting the same degree of importance to all the inspection items. This inspection methodology is likely to be effective for preoperational inspection. However, once the plant is put into service, the PSI must be focused on whether to minimize the risk of accident using defense-in-depth concept and risk insight. The incorporation of defense-in-depth concept and risk insight into the deterministic based safety inspection has not been well studied so far. In this study, two track approaches are proposed to make sure that core damage be avoided: one is to secure success path and the other to block the failure path in a specific event tree of PSA. The investigation shows how to select safety important components and how to set up inspection group to ensure that core damage would not occur for a given initiating event, which results in strengthening defense-in-depth level 3.
