인터포저의 디자인 변화에 따른 삽입손실 해석 (Insertion Loss Analysis According to the Structural Variant of Interposer)

  • 본 연구에서는 실험 설계법을 통해 인터포저에서 Through Silicon Via (TSV) 및 Redistributed Layer (RDL)의 구조적 변형에 따른 삽입 손실 특성 변화를 확인하였다. 이때 3-요인으로 TSV depth, TSV diameter, RDL width를 선정하여, 구조적 변형을 일으켰을 때 400 MHz~20 GHz에서의 삽입 손실을 EM (Electromagnetic) tool Ansys HFSS(High Frequency Simulation Software)를 통해 확인하였다. 반응 표면법을 고려하였다. 그 결과 주파수가 높아질수록 RDL width의 영향이 감소하고 TSV depth와 TSV diameter의 영향이 증가하는 것을 확인했다. 또한 분석 범위 내에서 RDL width를 증가시키면서 TSV depth를 감소시키고 TSV diameter를 약 10.7 ㎛ 고정하는 것이 삽입 손실을 가장 최적화 시키는 결과가 관찰되었다.

표면 절연층이 나노결정립 합금 리본의 자기적 특성에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Surface Insulation Layer on the Magnetic Properties of Nanocrystalline Alloy Ribbons)

  • 나노결정질 비정질 리본 표면에 졸-겔법에 의해 제조된 $TiO_2$$SiO_2$ 졸을 딥 코팅법을 이용하여 절연막을 형성시킴으로써 전기 비저항의 증가를 통한 고주파 손실을 제어하고자 하였다. 졸-겔법에 의한 슬러리 제조에서, 금속 알콕사이드의 혼합조건 및 절연층 형성용 슬러리의 제조조건을 확립하였고, 비정질 합금 리본 표면에 균일하고 우수한 점착력을 가지는 절연층을 형성시킬 수 있었다. 그리고 표면 절연층이 형성된 나노 결정질 합금 재료를 이용하여 제조한 자심재료는 전기 비저항의 증가로 인해 코어 손실을 약 40% 이상 감소시킬 수 있었다. 또한 표면 절연층을 형성시킨 자심재료를 이용하여 제조한 비접촉식 커플러는 코어 손실의 감소로 인해 삽입손실의 감소 효과가 나타났으며, 삽입손실의 감소효과는 주파수 증가에 따라 증가하였다.

  • In this paper, the advantages of buffer insertion access method in comparison with other access methods to local area networks are analyzed. Sending and Receiving protocols in a data link layer are designed by a software method, We have derived both qeueing delays and the response time for the performance model that is proposed in this paper, and using the computer simulation, analyzed the performance for the proposed model in terms of the throughput rate- response time characteristrics. Based on the proposed model, the hardware design is implemented.

알루미늄 합금/고장력 강판 겹치기 마찰교반점용접에서 공구 형상과 삽입 깊이에 따른 접합 특성 (Effect of Tool Shape and Insertion Depth on Joining Properties in Friction Stir Spot Welding of Aluminum Alloy/high-strength Steel Sheets)

  • Friction stir spot welding (FSSW) is a solid-state joining process and a rapidly growing dissimilar material welding technology for joining metallic alloys in the automotive industry. Welding tool shape and process conditions must be appropriately controlled to obtain high bonding characteristics. In this study, FSSW is performed on dissimilar materials AA5052-H32 aluminum alloy sheet and SPRC440 steel sheet, and the influence of the shape of joining tool and tool insertion depth during joining is investigated. A new intermetallic compound is produced at the aluminum and steel sheets joint. When the insertion depth of the tool is insufficient, the intermetallic compound between the two sheets did not form uniformly. As the insertion depth increased, the intermetallic compound layer become uniform and continuous. The joint specimen shows higher values of tensile shear load as the diameter and insertion depth of the tool increase. This shows that the uniform formation of the intermetallic compound strengthens the bonding force between the joining specimens and increases the tensile shear load.

기판의 종류에 따른 SAW 필터용 AlN 박막의 특성 (Characteristics of AlN thin films for SAW filters based on substrates)

  • AlN thin film for SAW filter application was deposited on (100) silicon, sapphire, $Si_{3}N_{4}$/Si, and $Al_{2}O_{3}$/Si substrates by reactive magnetron sputtering method, respectively. The structural characteristics were dependent on the structure of substrates. Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), X-ray Diffraction (XRD) and Atomic Force Microscope (AFM) have been used to analyze structural properties and preferred orientation of AlN thin films. Preferred orientation and SAW characteristic of AlN were improved by insertion of $Al_{2}O_{3}$ buffer layer. Insertion loss of SAW devices using AlN/Si and AlN/$Al_{2}O_{3}$/Si were about 33.27 dB and 30.20 dB, respectively.

Implementation of Low Loss Radome with Hexa mesh for Ku-Band

  • In this study, the insertion loss and phase delay according to the multi-layer structure radome parameters were analyzed using the boundary value solution approach, and the multi-layer structure and hexa mesh structures with low-loss electrical characteristics for the Ku-band transmission/reception frequency of 10.7 ~ 14.5 GHz were designed and manufactured. A hexa mesh was applied to minimize radio wave transmission and scattering, which lowered the transmittance refractive index according to the radio incident angle and minimized dielectric loss through high-density foam. Similar to the simulation result, the transmission loss obtained the gain in a specific receiving frequency band, and in the transmission frequency band, an excellent low loss characteristic was obtained with an insertion loss of 0.8dB or less. The results of this study can be used in radio transmission radomes of low-weight, low-cost end-system protection devices.

수삼음경의 락혈 침자가 백서의 혈위 조직내 nNOS. NO와 조직 및 혈장 Norepinephrine의 변화에 미치는 영향 (The Changes of NO, nNOS, Norepinephrine by Acupucture at LU7, HT5, PC6 Acupoints in Rats)

  • Objectives : A previous study demonstrated that the connecting points of three yang meridians attenuated changes of nNOS, and Norepinephrine(NE) in rats. The current study investigated the changes in nNOS, NO and NE upon the needle insertion at varying depths at the connecting point of three yin meridians of the hand. Methods : Needles were inserted into rats, on both left and right sides of the connecting point, including the LU7, HT5 and PC6 acupoints which are three yin meridians of the hand. After insertion, needles were retained for five minutes. Each acupuncture groups were treated acupuncture at each acupoint and at the depths of superficial, middle and deep layer. After the retention, blood was drawn via cardiac puncture, and tissues of each point near meridian vessel was extracted to examine the changes in the expression of nNOS, NO and NE. Results : Compared with the superficial layer group, nNOS production significantly decreased in the middle and deep layer at LU7 acupoint group and in the deep layer at HT5, PC6 acupoint group. The tissue NE decreased in the deep layer on PC6 acupoint and the plasma NE increased at the middle layer at LU7 acupoint group but decreased at the deep layer on at LU7 acupoint group. Conclusions : Acupuncture at connecting points of three yin meridians of the hand can regulate the activities of nNOS, and NE.

스포츠 영상 내에서 자동적인 가상 광고 삽입을 위한 다층퍼셉트론 기반의 저정보 영역 검출 (Low-Informative Region Detection based on Multi-Layer Perceptron for Automatical Insertion of Virtual Advertisement in Sports Image)

  • 가상광고는 컴퓨터 그래픽을 이용하여 스포츠영상과 같은 미디어제작영상에 제품의 이미지, 로고, 선전문구 등을 삽입하는 광고기법이다. 최근 영상처리 기술과 컴퓨터 성능의 상승으로 인해 스포츠영상에 가상광고를 삽입하기 위한 기술적인 요소가 충족되어 영상 내에 가상광고의 삽입이 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 또한 자동적인 가상광고 삽입을 위한 영상 처리 기술이 가상광고 영역에서 중요한 연구 분야로 자리 잡고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 스포츠 영상 내에서 자동적으로 가상광고를 삽입하기 위해 영상처리 기법과 기계학습을 활용하여 저정보 영역을 추출하는 방법을 제안한다. 제안 방법은 영상의 밝기 정도를 히스토그램을 통해 분석하고 기계학습 방법을 활용하여 저정보 영역을 추출한다.
