A Study on the Factors Influencing Technology Innovation Capability on the Knowledge Management Performance of the Company: Focused on Government Small and Medium Venture Business R&D Business (기술혁신역량이 기업의 지식경영성과에 미치는 요인에 관한 연구: 정부 중소벤처기업 R&D사업을 중심으로)

  • Due to the recent mid- to long-term slump and falling growth rates in the global economy, interest in organizational structures that create new products or services as a new alternative to survive and develop in an opaque environment both internally and externally, and enhance organizational sustainability through changes in production methods and business innovation is increasing day by day. In this atmosphere, we agree that the growth of small and medium-sized venture companies has a significant impact on the national economy, and various efforts are being made to enhance the technological innovation capabilities of the members so that these small and medium-sized venture companies can enhance and sustain their performance. The purpose of this study is also to investigate how the technological innovation capabilities of small and medium-sized venture companies correlate with the performance of knowledge management and to analyze the role of network capabilities to organize the strategic activities of enterprise to obtain the resources and organizational capabilities to be used for value creation from external networks. In other words, research was conducted on the impact of technological innovation capabilities of small and medium venture companies on knowledge management performance by using network capabilities as parameters. Therefore, in this study, we would like to verify the hypothesis that innovation capabilities will have a positive impact on knowledge management performance by using network capabilities of small and medium venture companies. Economic activities based on technological innovation capabilities should respond quickly to new changes in an environment where uncertainty has increased, and lead to macro-economic growth and development as well as overcoming long-term economic downturns so that they can become the nation's new growth engine as well as sustainable growth and survival of the organization. In addition, this study was conducted by setting the most important knowledge management performance within the organization as a dependent variable. As a result, R&D and learning capabilities among technological innovation capabilities have no impact on financial performance. In contrast, it was shown that corporate innovation activities have a positive impact on both financial and non-financial performance. The fact that non-financial factors such as quality and productivity improvement are identified in the management of small and medium-sized venture companies utilizing their technological innovation capabilities is contrary to a number of studies by those corporate innovation activities affect financial performance during prior research. The reason for this result is that research companies have been out of start-up companies for more than seven years, but sales are less than 10 billion won, and unlike start-up companies, R&D and learning capabilities have more positive effects on intangible non-financial performance than financial performance. Corporate innovation activities have been shown to have a positive (+) impact on both financial and non-financial performance, while R&D and learning capabilities have a positive (+) impact on financial performance by parameters of network capability. Corporate innovation activities have been shown to have no impact on both financial and non-financial performance, and R&D and learning capabilities have no impact on non-financial performance. It could be seen that the parameter effects of network competency are limited to when R&D and learning competencies are derived from quantitative financial performance. SF redistribution techniques based on Deep Reinforcement Learning (DRL) have been devised, taking into account the randomness of the data received by the terminal. In order to predict the best capacity improvements in the wireless instruments of 5G and 6G IoT networks, a hybrid algorithm for deep learning is being used in this study. To control the level of congestion within a 5G/6G network, the suggested approach is put into effect to a training set. With 0.933 accuracy and 0.067 miss rate, the suggested method produced encouraging results.

  • While Internet promises ubiquitous access, it also creates a fundamental challenge to the traditional ownership toward digital assets traded in e-commerce market. Sharing digital information freely through shared networks leads to many untapped business opportunities, but uncontrolled digital asset transaction undermines many electronic business models. Thus, in this Internet age, proper protection and safe delivery of Intellectual Property (IP) and its representation as digital assets would be a crucial ingredient of building trust in upcoming e-business environment. In this paper, we give a general structural diagram of Intellectual Property Management and Protection (IPMP) and implement an IPMP prototype based on the RSA encryption algorithm and XrML (eXtensible rights Markup Language) WORK tags to show how proper protection and safe delivery of the intellectual property is achieved. This study concludes that IPMP mechanism may contribute significantly to the volume and quality of e-commerce market.

  • This paper investigates the Performance of MSA l (group partition based reservation scheduling algorithm) and MSA ll (group based reservation scheduling algorithm) for multicast service in single-hop WDM networks. Simulation results show that MSA l produces lower mean packet delay than MSA ll when the channel resource is sufficient. However, when the channel resource is limited, MSA ll produces lower mean packet delay than MSA I when traffic load is heavy.

  • This paper deals with civil infrastructures in general, sensor and smart structure technology, and smart steel structures in particular. Smart structures technology, an integrated engineering field comprising sensor technology, structural control, smart materials and structural health monitoring, could dramatically transform and revolutionize the design, construction and maintenance of civil engineering structures. The central core of this technology is sensor and sensor networks that provide the essential data input in real time for condition assessment and decision making. Sensors and robust monitoring algorithms that can reliably detect the occurrence, location, and severity of damages such as crack and corrosion in steel structures will lead to increased levels of safety for civil infrastructure, and may significantly cut maintenance or repair cost through early detection. The emphasis of this paper is on sensor technology with a potential use in steel structures.

  • The blockchain is still new and unfamiliar. But blockchain appears to shake an entire technology innovation system. Blockchain is rapidly drawing attention in that it will be able to fundamentally revolutionize industry ecosystem. While cryptocurrency transactions and market capitalization have been popular in mass media, several platform operators in non-cryptocurrency areas such as jewelry, social networks, and entertainment, are also moving to introduce blockchain technology in full swing. In this brief note, we intend to present integrated theoretical strands to summarize various prospects for blockchain technology. Further, we want to provide a reflection as to whether this new technology gives opportunities, challenges, or risks to future society. Particularly, we point out one of its alternative and promising adoption that gives way to new forms of decentralized and autonomous organizations (DAOs).

  • This study analyzed major cities of Chung-cheong area in Korea, -Daejeon($36^{\circ}11'{\sim}36^{\circ}30'\;N$, $127^{\circ}15'{\sim}127{\circ}34'\;E$), Chungju($36^{\circ}54'{\sim}37{\circ}02'\;N$, $127^{\circ}52'{\sim}128^{\circ}02'\;E$), and Cheongju($36^{\circ}34'{\sim}36^{\circ}44'\;N$, $127^{\circ}22'{\sim}127^{\circ}34'\;E$)- their characteristics as a Information Site. The geology map, a summit level map, and a drainage network map are created and analyzed the Site. The results are as follows : First, the geology of these cities are related with the shapes and the characteristics of the inner basins. The relief of inner basin determines by the characteristics of the bedrocks. Second, the major cities are close to rivers and the size of the granite & alluvium area influences the relief energy of the urban areas. Finally, the drainage networks explains the process involved in forming the basin and development of urban area.

  • This work is based on the experience of active and successful organic marketing initiatives, and aims to provide advice for genuine and practical sustainability. To make successful marketing possible we describe, on the one hand, the main challenges of the market and policy environment for organic marketing initiatives and, on the other hand, key factors for management. Management planning is a key issue for successful marketing and is therefore the focus of special attention in this work. This paper summarises and highlights those key factors which influence the operations of an organic marketing initiative. These include the role of key individuals, the role of innovation, the importance of strategic planning and clear objectives, the role of coherence, motivation and identity, brand policy, the role of networks, the importance of market research, public funding, economies of scale, systematized cooperation, hazards and risks in general.
