Modern fashion can be expressed as 'pursuit of cocktail effect', which means not unformed, not bounded by a rule, and mixed with various styles. Among them, the most outstanding trend of style is the'infra-syndrome'which designs underclothes like a ordinary wear, which has outstood since early 1980s. In 1990s, this syndrome made active progress and now facing 21th century, it becomes one of the big trends in fashion. Clothes of infra syndrome are one of attempts for freedom expressed by progressive designers who pursuit new and surrealistic design. The purpose of this study is to maximize the aesthetic beauty of'infra-syndrome'apparel centering on dresses of which designs are notable derived from underclothes. With the sewing techniques using the special facilities of the lingerie-manufacturing industry and making use of new material which can be used far lingerie wear, this research strives to expand new ideas in the lingerie industry as well as to contribute to promoting the dress culture by developing novel lines from a new form of dress and lingerie-foundations of dress suitable for human body.

Since fashion is considered to be a cultural product and belongs to the formative art as well, the changes in fashion reflect those of society. Modern fashion has emerged from the period when people would follow the popular fashion uniformly, and moved toward the age of diversity, expressing not only the inner desires and aesthetic sensibility of individuals but also the freedom from formality and traditional restrictions. This kind of changes in expression became important motives for modern dress design following the present cultural phenomena, and, so called "outerwearization" of the undergarment or "infra apparel" exemplifies this situation. Corset especially has been playing a vital role in exaggerating and emphasizing the beauty of female body and correction of its shape. Today, one can frequently witness corset in street fashion along with brassier, Its sister concept. This "outerwearization" of the undergarment is supplanted as a syndrome, and it is defined as "supra syndrome" using "supra" as the opposite meaning to "infra". This unique phenomenon of modern fashion cannot be explained by a single social aspect, but as a mixed state of eroticism, fetishism, feminism, demonstrationists and expressionism among several current phenomena. The advent of "supra syndrome" and its cultural background were illustrated and stand-out "supra syndrome" exhibited by many world-renowned designers were analyzed in this study. As the result of study, six design pieces were developed and produced in three groups, based on different corset motifs. This study reaffirms that creativity of design is limitless and the imaginative abilities alone cannot accomplish higher level of design and development of works of fashion unless they are accompanied by the understanding of historical background, periodical circumstances and cultural phenomena. In this study, utilizing the modern apparatus such as computer and the advent of the modern technology was also found helpful in creative fashion design process.

Objectives The purpose of this study is to report a case that has an important meaning as a result of treating. Hunter syndrome patient with oriental medicine for elevation of quality of life and continuous health care. Methods The patient had abdominal dropsy, abdominal pain, constipation, frequent gases and the common cold, so we treated him with herbal medicine, acupuncture, infra red, laser, CEP nebulizer, aroma massage and cupping. Results After the treatment, the girth of abdomen didn't Increase any more, and abdominal pain, constipation, frequent gases and common cold were improved. Conclusions This study shows that oriental medicine can elevate the Hunter syndrome patient's quality of life with continuous heath care and treatment for major problem. For more accurate studies, further studies would be needed with more cases.

Frey's syndrome and infra-auricular depressed deformities are the ones of the most common complications that can occur after total parotidectomy. We report 1 case of pleomorphic adenoma occurred in the deep lobe that obtained good results from using acellular dermal matrix (ADM) after total parotidectomy. A 24-year-old man visited the hospital with oval shape mass in right mandibular angle which of 4 cm in size was found in the deep lobe of right parotid gland from Magnetic resonance imaging scanning and a pleomorphic adenoma was suspected. A total parotidectomy was performed while preserving the facial nerve. The material known as ADM were placed in the depressed part from where the mass was removed, and the site was sutured. The surgery site was healed well without any complications such as Frey's syndrome or infra-auricular depressed deformities. The pathological result was confirmed as pleomorphic adenoma. In addition to these advantages, it does not have little potential of deformation by the gravity after the surgery, and there is no restraint on circulation, which makes fabrication free and each deformation into various shapes can be described as another advantage of the reconstruction using the ADM.

14 patients, whose were attacked pain dysfunction syndrome of temporomandibular joint in Dental College Infirmary, Seoul National University from June 1970 to Dec. 1971, were examined regarding to clinical observation and electromyographical analysis. This paper established the followings: 1. Especially young female was more frequently attacked by pain dysfunction syndrome of Temporomandibular joint. 2. It is suggested that most of joint pain was occurred initially in opening mouth and forcible bite, and left side is more attacked than right side. 3. It was possible that this dysfunction can be occurred by open-bite, premature contact and ill-fitting prosthetic restoration. 4. Hoby, habit and bruxism as causal factors are not markedly related with this dysfunction. 5. Pain attacked regions, in most patients, are preauricular, joint itself, infra-auricular, cervical and external auditory meatus region. 6. In electromyographical studis, the musle activities of affected side of pain dysfunction syndrome are more strong than that of opposite side.

복합 국소 동통 증후군은 외상이나 수술을 받았던 환자에게서 수술과 상관없는 사지 말단 부위의 동통, 이상 통증과 피부 온도, 색깔과 일치하지 않는 혈관 운동 이상, 발한 이상, 운동 장애와 위축이 나타나는 경우를 말한다. 말초나 중추에 있는 통증 수용체의 catecholamine에 대한 민감도가 증가되어 생기며 적외선 체열 검사를 통해 온도 차이를 확인하면 진단할 수 있으며 치료는 통증을 덜어주기 위한 치료와 장애가 있는 팔이나 다리의 기능 회복을 위한 재활 치료를 병행한다. 16세 남자에게서 수술 후 통증으로 야기된 수술 외 국소 부위에 생겨난 복합 국소 동통 증후군을 경험하였기에 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.

Scimitar증후군은 우측 폐정맥이 하대정맥을 통하여 좌심방이 아닌 우심방으로 연결되는 부분 폐 정맥 환류이상을 보이면서 우측 폐의 발육부전, 우폐동맥의 발육부전 및 폐 분리증 등과 같은 동반 기형을 보이는 매우 드문 심폐기형 가운데 하나이다. 또한 선천성 항문 막힘증은 출생 후 조기에 잘록 창자 창냄술과 같은 적극적인 수술적 치료가 요구되는 항문 직장 기형의 하나로 비뇨기계 이상, 척추 이상, 기관지 식도루, 식도 폐쇄증 혹은 심혈관계 이상 등이 동반될 수 있다. 그러나, 부분 폐 정맥 환류 이상의 하나인 scimitar증후군이 항문 막힘증과 함께 동반됨을 보고한 예는 아직까지 국내외적으로 없었다. 이에 저자들은 호흡 곤란 및 선천성 편측 폐 발육부전 및 항문 막힘증을 주소로 입원한 신생아에서 진단된 scimitar 증후군 1례를 경험하였기에 보고하는 바이다.

목적 : 이 연구의 목적은 Hunter 증후군 환아의 삶의 질 향상과 지속적인 건강관리를 위해 한방치료를 시행하여 유의한 결과를 얻은 증례를 보고하는 것이다. 방법 : 환아는 복부창만, 복통, 잦은 가스 배출, 변비, 번번한 감기 증상을 호소하였고 이러한 증상의 완화와 지속적인 건강상태 관리를 위해 한약치료, 침치료, IR, 비강레이저, CEP nebulizer, 아로마마사지, 건식부항을 시행하였다. 결과 : 복부둘레는 더 이상 증가하지 않았으며, 복통과 변비는 호전되었고, 가스 배출의 빈도, 감기의 빈도와 정도가 감소하였다. 결론 : 이 연구는 한방치료가 hunter 증후군 환아의 건강상태 관리와 대증 치료로 삶의 질을 향상시킬 수 있다는 것을 보여준다. 향후 더 많은 증례로 심도깊은 임상연구가 필요하다.

There are many factors to evoke pain, for example cold, heat, seven emotion, digestion, fatigue, venemous worms, deficiency of blood etc., and its pathogenesis is complicated. Treatments for pain in oriental medicine are as follows. 1. Pharmacotherapy is a method to treat pain by different effects of herbal medicine, for example, regulating vital energy, activating blood circulation, eliminating phlegm, and dispelling the cold evil etc. 2. Acupuncture and moxibustion therapy is a kind of external application, it has a distinct effect in relieving pain. Recently its operation method has been more developed, so new acupuncture therapies are used in clinics. There are electroacupuncture, auricular acupuncture and injection of drugs at an acupuncture points etc. 3. Oriental physiotherapy is a treatment method to stimulate acupuncture points and meridians. (1) Hot pack, Paraffin bath, Microwave, Ultrasound, Short wave, Infra-red etc. are used to treat cold syndrome by dispersing cold by warming the channels. (2) E.S.T., I.C.T., T.E.N.S., S.S.P., cupping treatment etc. are used to treat disorders of vital energy. (3) Health ion, Carbon, T.D.P., etc are used to treat conic and deficiency syndrome.

현재까지 유아나 장애인을 위한 컴퓨터 활용 교육 콘텐츠는 지각훈련, 인지훈련, 한글 교육 등 다양한 분야에서 개발되었으나 가장 큰 문제점은 컴퓨터 모니터 앞에서 장시간 마우스를 이용하여 교육을 할 경우 활동성이 저하된다는 점이다. 이것은 특히 왕성하게 운동 능력이 발달하는 시기의 유아와 운동 장애로 인해 활동 기회가 부족한 장애 아동에게 적잖은 문제점으로 지적되어 왔다. 이와 같은 문제점을 개선하고 활동성과 협동력, 몰입성을 강화시키는 콘텐츠를 개발하기 위해서는 터치스크린과 같은 스크린 상에서 인간의 동작을 인식하여 이를 대화식으로 보여주는 기술이 필요하다 본 연구에서는 기존의 컴퓨터 활용 콘텐츠의 단점을 보완하고, 사용자의 활동성을 강화하기 위해 위모트가 가지는 센서 기술을 활용하여 실시간으로 빔 프로젝터나 컴퓨터 스크린으로 교육콘텐츠를 제공하고 신체를 직접 움직이며 적외선 펜을 사용하여 자극에 반응하는 교육 콘텐츠를 개발하였다.
