A Proposal on the Elderly Consumer's Consumer Informationization Education in Chung-buk Province : Connection with the Informationization Education for the Community by Chung-buk Province (충북 지역 노인 소비자의 소비자 정보화 교육 방안 : 지역사회 주민을 위한 충북의 정보화 교육과의 연계)

  • The purpose of this study was to suggest the elderly consumer's consumer informationization education connected with the informationization education for the community by Chung-buk province. Three hundred seventy nine elders were surveyed, with questionnaires from August 12 to September 30, 2002, and a hypothetical model of the consumer informationization education on the basis of the informationization education for the suggestion of the elderly consumer's consumer informationization education was tested. The results were as follows: the perception and the attitude on the informationization education of the elderly were, with a statistical significance, positively related to the perception and the attitude on the consumer informationization education of the elderly. The consumer informationization education (basis, application, attendance, and mission) on the basis of the informationization education (basis and application) in steps was supported as a suggestion for the elderly consumer's consumer informationization education.

  • Informationization level is a very important factor for evaluating the national power and modernization. Informationization propulsion is also important strategy for economic and social development. National informationization is depend on educational informationization and educational informationization is depend on teacher education informationization(TEI). So China steadily carry out the teacher education informationization. In this study, We are concerned about the significance, necessity, general rule and process of TEI. The propulsion systems of TEI are infrastructure, data developing, knowledge and usage of information technology, systematic study, standard and evaluation of TEI.

  • Informationization is fast progressing in Korean and the informationization of education is also moving ahead fast. With informationization of education going fast ahead, cyber education is also increasing. Given such scenario, we should establish countermeasures not only to accommodate the current curriculum but also to accommodate the surplus school facilities created by cyber education by compartmentalizing the classrooms for future life-long education, lease and sale in lots. In conclusion, the school construction plan should be established to systematically cope with the future changes systematically.

  • Trying to give an overview of home informationization accelerated by the information age, the main purpose of this research is to suggest a guide for home Economics to adjust to the era. While the informatinization in home provides convenience and plays a major role to improve the quality of the life there are still many problems to be reflected on. First of all in order to utilize a variety of information devices it is needed that technical index related to home management such as home information device index and the expenditure on information is studied. Secondly, it is needed to predict possible home life style in the future and build up the ability to adjust to the change. Therefore, in the field of home economics, developing programs to offer the better chance of education on home life and culture, values, relationships, capability to enhance home life etc, is in urgent need of reflection.

  • While the first step of the comprehensive plan for educational informationization focused on the infrastructure establishment, the second step aims to develop creativity and problem solving skills of students through the use of Information and Communication Technology(ICT). The purpose of this research is to investigate the current status of the educational use of ICT in elementary schools, and to give guidelines for future educational informationization. Four aspects of ICT(i.e., school environments, teachers' abilities to use ICT, methods for using ICT in class, and factors hindering the use of ICT in schools) were examined in the survey. From the survey, it is found that ICT is now used in schools more actively than before. However, it is also found that more efforts need to be made in some areas such as instructional strategies using ICT in class, and the design and the management of teacher training programs.

The Effects of Information Application of the Elderly on Their Lives (정보활용이 고령층 삶에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyse the effect of information application of the elderly on their lives through analysing the key papers on the topic. To achieve the aim of this study, we searched the papers from RISS, KISS, DBpia and the National Assembly Library of the Republic of Korea, using keywords such as 'the elderly and informationization,' 'the elderly and information application,' and 'mediator effect.' In the search process, we did not limited the publication year or journal types. A total of 476 papers were searched as the result of the initial search. Based on three researchers consent of selection criteria, we finally selected 19 papers and analysed the important mediator variables between the information application and the life satisfaction or happiness. Using the content analysis, we analysed the quantitative analyses (including sample characteristics and sociodemographic statistics) and qualitative analyses (including result interpretation and policy implication about the elderly information education). After in-depth analysis of the papers, we built a table organized by the independent variable and the mediator variable. With the results, several implications were discussed and contributions are also explained.

  • In the age of knowledge informationization, various educational programs utilizing cyber education were introduced to schools, corporate education, military service, lifelong education facilities as well as public education and training programs. In the case of the national government officials, the education and local government officials, which are organized by cyber center in the national civil service personnel development center, are organized by 15 cities and provincial public service training institutes. In 2008, it became to be mandatory for them to receive education and training over a certain period of a year through the introduction of the regular learning system of public officials, and cyber education got active in the education and training of public officials. The purpose of this study is to suggest the development plan of cyber education based on the results of the analysis of the trainees of the civil servants of Chungcheongnam-do who participated in the cyber education in the viewpoint of the public education and training system.

  • The purpose of this research is to suggest the direction of the school planning for the future that could respond actively to fast-changing circumstances of the times. The specific purpose is as follows. First, this research creates the education spatial model for the future that could prepare the education for globalization, informationization, liberalization and suggests the direction of the school planning that would correspond to the revised curriculum in 2009. Based on the research findings, establish the fundamental architectural planning guidelines and provide a blueprint of the advanced school for the future. Second, this research suggests diverse layout method of the school building blocks for the future. Key factors, which are method of teaching, planning for eco-school, planning for ubiquitous computing environment, planning of mixed-use school facilities that would give direction of the school planning for the future are determined through theoretical consideration about the social structure, direction of education for the future and case study. Based on these keys factors, this research suggests directions of the school planning for the future.

Reversible Multipurpose Watermarking Algorithm Using ResNet and Perceptual Hashing

  • To effectively track the illegal use of digital images and maintain the security of digital image communication on the Internet, this paper proposes a reversible multipurpose image watermarking algorithm based on a deep residual network (ResNet) and perceptual hashing (also called MWR). The algorithm first combines perceptual image hashing to generate a digital fingerprint that depends on the user's identity information and image characteristics. Then it embeds the removable visible watermark and digital fingerprint in two different regions of the orthogonal separation of the image. The embedding strength of the digital fingerprint is computed using ResNet. Because of the embedding of the removable visible watermark, the conflict between the copyright notice and the user's browsing is balanced. Moreover, image authentication and traitor tracking are realized through digital fingerprint insertion. The experiments show that the scheme has good visual transparency and watermark visibility. The use of chaotic mapping in the visible watermark insertion process enhances the security of the multipurpose watermark scheme, and unauthorized users without correct keys cannot effectively remove the visible watermark.

  • The Ministry of Education and Human Resources Development is propelling the establishment's project of school library digital resource room under recognizing school library is essential facility that it is to educate students to become autonomous and creative person, to embodies a 7th curriculum in the knowledge base society. There is a necessity which it will analyze demonstrative operating school library digital resource room for maximize to educational effect and to establish efficiently. Thus, this study is prepares a foundation of school library informationization as analyzes an operational status and an educational effect with 96 school library digital resource room which are established in tool year.
