As an information-oriented society comes, many people use PC and depend on database that network server has. However, the online data can be missed when a blackout happens and also a power failure effects on standard of judgment on Power Quality. Thus, it is reason of a trend using interruption-free live-line work when a trouble happens to power system. However, the 83％ among the number of people who receive an electric shock experience when a laborer is doing interruption-free live-line works. In interruption-free method, the education and the training problem has been issued. However, we have a few instructors for that training. Furthermore, the trainees have short training period, just 4 weeks. In this paper, to develope the method that has no restriction of a time and place and reduce the wasteful materials, immersion type virtual reality(or environment) technology is used. The users of a 3D immersion type VR training system can interact with the system by doing same action in the real safe environment. Thus, it can be valuable to apply this training system to a dangerous work like as "Interruption-free live-line work exchanging COS(Cut-Out-Switch)". In this program, the user works with a instruction on the window and speaker and can't work other tasks until each part of the task completed. The workers using this system can use their hands and viewpoint movement as he is in a real environment but the trainee can't use all parts and senses of a real body with the current VR technology. Despite of this weak point, when we consider the trends of improvement in electrical devices and communication technology, we can say that 3D graphic VR application has a high potentiality.

As service-oriented software is considered as one of solutions to fulfill the users' needs in internet service environment, it has been increased the demands of reliable service development by the composition of internet services. However a critical issue in the service development approach is to satisfy the performance requirement as well as the functional correctness for the developing services, because impatient user multiply clicks the request-button of service without a short waiting. This paper proposes a framework to examine the performance of composite service. Our testing framework provides the data of service response time to service developer by measuring the service execution time. We develope an Aspect-based timer service, and weave the service with existing services to measure the execution time. Additionally, we perform some experiments to confirm the usefulness of performance test for composite service. This framework can support to develop a good performance service by substitution of the dragging service with another new service that will be a component of composite service.

This research aims at developing a teachers' training program to reinforce teachers' capability to perform the action learning program. To accomplish this goal, the key value of the training program based on action learning, the process of the core learning activities, and the elements to support learners and facilitators respectively were deducted on the foundation of documentary research and case study, based on which, the program was developed through the formative test by professionals and application to the field. This research was applied to 105 middle or high school teachers, the participants of the in-service training on creative problem solving hosted by B metropolitan city for one week (30 hours) from 9 a.m. on Monday, January 25th, 2010 to 4 p.m. on Friday, January 29th. The result of this research is as follows. First, as for the key values of this study, (1) the team-based learning centered on the trainees, not lecturers-oriented, knowledge-transmitting training, is possible, (2)for each process, guidelines, related information, tools, and various kinds of media are supported just in time, and (3)a focus is given on fostering facilitators centered on teachers. Second, the process of the core learning activities of the teachers' training program based on action learning consists of the procedure of a prior lecture${\rightarrow}$break${\rightarrow}$investigation into problems${\rightarrow}$clarification of problems${\rightarrow}$drawing possible solutions${\rightarrow}$decision on the priority${\rightarrow}$making an action plan${\rightarrow}$performance${\rightarrow}$evaluation, and on each stage, the contents for the activities of teachers and learners and detailed supportive elements are offered.

As the use of digital systems becomes more prevalent, adequate techniques for software specification and analysis have become increasingly important in nuclear power plant (NPP) safety-critical systems. Additionally, the importance of software verification and validation (V&V) based on adequate specification has received greater emphasis in view of improving software quality. For thorough V&V of safety-critical systems, V&V should be performed throughout the software lifecycle. However, systematic V&V is difficult as it involves many manual-oriented tasks. Tool support is needed in order to more conveniently perform software V&V. In response, we developed four kinds of computer aided software engineering (CASE) tools to support system specification for a formal-based analysis according to the software lifecycle. In this work, we achieved optimized integration of each tool. The toolset, NuSEE, is an integrated environment for software specification and V&V for PLC based safety-critical systems. In accordance with the software lifecycle, NuSEE consists of NuSISRT for the concept phase, NuSRS for the requirements phase, NuSDS for the design phase and NuSCM for configuration management. It is believed that after further development our integrated environment will be a unique and promising software specification and analysis toolset that will support the entire software lifecycle for the development of PLC based NPP safety-critical systems.

As the number of internet users grows rapidly, the services which users required becomes various. However, for fulfilling these various user requirements, the existing passive network should be standardized for a long time. To resolve the delay on providing services, active network as a new technology was suggested. Its router or switch with DARPA as center has the program running ability, so user oriented network can be composed. However, active network's architecture can resolve the user required service using mobile code on the network node, but it is more complex, easy-to-attack, various than the passive network. Many researchers have tried to resolve this problem. So, this paper studied the mobile code security service in active network environment to provide user's convenience and accommodation, and introduced ANASP system as an alternative.

As mentioned above, Korean restaurant's menu price is to be decided by combining various factors. Korean restaurant is demanded to decide menu price more carefully than other restaurants do, because the number of Korean restaurant is the largest in Korea and Korean food is the most popular among the Korean people. Korean restaurant cannot neglect price competitiveness and is often given complaints from its customers. Because of such management difficulties, the number of Korean restaurant has recently decreased at special class hotels as well as common hotels. Korean restaurant managers are demanded to make efforts to inherit Korean tradition and culture by keeping pride and responsibility. Until now, Korean restaurants are thought to decide the menu prices in short-sighted, non-scientific and haphazard way of thinking. Such price decision factors have established traditions and have been generally accepted to let Korean restaurant managers lose carefulness at the menu price decision. In advanced countries, however, they recognized the importance of the price decision since the 1960's or earlier to research the menu price systematically and scientifically. Before deciding the menu prices, Korean restaurant managers are demanded to investigate various kinds of factors carefully and spend a lot of time to calculate direct costs, that is, one of the most important factors of cost calculations. The managers are demanded to decide the menu prices in reasonable and future-oriented way by keeping not private thinking but correct information and judgment. The sale of each menu has difference, while the menu price increase has been evaluated to be successful from overall point of view. Despite of increased total sale, there was not much difference of net profit because of increased material costs. However, higher level of the customers produced comfortable and cozy atmosphere of the restaurant enough to satisfy customers, and improved service quality much more. Not only customer satisfaction but also improved service quality is thought to play an important role in invitation of future customers.

With the rapid development of computer networks, how to speed up network services and to guarantee QoS (Quality-of-Service) for users has drawn much attention from computer scientists. So has the need to manage network application services in order to manage network resources more effectively and meet the users' demands. In this paper, we present methodology of determining the traffic of application services on the network, so as to manage network resources effectively and thus to make application services more user-oriented. On the basis of this methodology and by using RMON MIB we develop analysis parameters and their algorithm to manage the traffic of application services on the network, thus realizing Web-based Application Management System which allows network managers to extract and analyze the Internet application service traffic beyond the limitation of time and space.

Recently many applications are being developed as web technologies are evolved rapidly, but the development emthodology and quality improvement speed of the web apllications is not so. The creations of Most web applications have developed depending on the developer's knowledge and experience without a systematic development methodologies. But the web-based application systems require the various developing gechniques and the rich developing methodogies for a design process. This paper applies the UML(Unified Modeling Language) supporting an object-oriented development methodology to the design and implementation of a mobile customer management system. That is, it appliesthe UML to the system modeling based on a story board and a requirement specification at the web development of the similar web applications. Applying UML to this system achieved the analysis and the design of an web application effciently.

Web applications have different structural characteristics from conventional applications with the structural language or object-oriented language or 4GL. A web application typically consists of server-side script elements which run on web sewers, client-side script elements which run on the client web-browser, HTML elements that contains context. Therefore web applications developer concurrently uses 3 or more development language. Cyclomatic Complexity for Web Application(CCWA) metrics reflected composite complexity of each element. In this paper, we applied cyclomatic complexity for web application metrics with Complexity level indicator to web application. We applied it to 10 web applications that were developed in practical business. High complexity web applications classify into four type(MENU, FORM, CTRL, GEN). This paper has contributed to practical use of engineering approach for web application.

Objectives : As a part of plan to develop evidence-based treatment guidelines for depression that is more suitable for Korean situation, we investigate the present status and client's requirements for non-pharmacological treatment of depression in Korean clinical situation. Methods : Subjects were patients with depression in 12 university hospitals which are located in metropolises in Korea. We analyzed the records from questionnaires about current clinical status and requirements for the non-pharmacological treatment of depression in Korea. Results : 50.8% of the subjects have experienced non-pharmacological treatments for their depression. The preference of non-pharmacological treatment method of depression is exercise/interesting activity, counseling by psychiatrists and psychotherapy, and the best effective treatment method is psychotherapy (Es=4.36). Actually, the mean consultation time by psychiatrist is $11.31{\pm}7.16$ min, and the appropriate consultation time for client's situation is $18.39{\pm}8.95$ min. During consultation, patients' satisfaction measurement for psychiatrist's explanation about pharmacological treatment is $64.17{\pm}27.11$, and satisfaction measurement for psychiatrist's counseling for their depression about personal problems, resent stress, interpersonal relationship is $61.66{\pm}26.63$. Conclusion : In Korea, many psychiatrists offered biologically oriented treatment to their patients with depression, and patients' satisfaction measurement about consultation by psychiatrists is low. Many patients wanted to combined pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatment for their depression, and aspired to information about complementary and self-help treatment methods. It is necessary to develop non-pharmacological treatment guideline for depression which reflect the clinical situation in Korea and meet Korean patients' need.
