기업의 IT 환경이 시스템 중심에서 비즈니스 중심으로 바뀌어감에 따라 IT 서비스 관리 프로세스 구축에 대한 가이드를 제공하는 Information Technology Infrastructure Library(ITIL) 모델이 나왔다. ITIL 적용이 가장 큰 목적은 IT 업무 프로세스 개선을 통한 서비스 품질 개선과 서비스 비용 절감이다. 변경관리 IT 환경의 모든 사고 및 변경에 관해 효율적이고 신속한 처리를 위한 표준화된 방법과 절차를 사용하는 ITIL 의 Service Support 의 한 영역이다. 그러나 기존 모델에는 우선순위, 업무범위등 처리절차에 대해 선진사례가 나와있는 반면 일정에 대한 신뢰성이 없다는 문제점이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서 프로젝트 관리에서의 일정관리 개념을 도입하고 Goal Question Metrics(GQM) 기법을 사용하여 일정관리의 신뢰성을 부여할 수 있는 개발기간 지표를 제안한다. 또한 이러한 지표의 타당성 검증을 위해 S 사의 데이터를 비교 분석한다. 결과적으로 제안하는 지표를 통하여 조직운영의 효율성과 비즈니스에 초점을 맞춘 IT 서비스를 제공할 수 있다.

Network virtualization is an emerging technology for solving the rigidity of the physical network infrastructure. The innovative technique virtualizes all resources in the network, including the network links and nodes, and provides a number of virtual networks on a single network infrastructure. In order to realize a virtual network, a thorough and complete monitoring of all resources in the network should be performed firstly. OpenFlow is an open source stack for network virtualization. However, it is impossible to apply OpenFlow to AP-based legacy wireless LAN environment because OpenFlow targets ethernet-based LAN environment. In this paper, we implement an adaptor-styled virtual switch for AP-based wireless LAN through customizing the Open vSwitch which is a virtual switch of OpenFlow. The evaluation test results show that the implemented OpenFlow stack operates successfully. The implemented OpenFlow stack can now be plugged immediately in existing AP-based wireless LAN environment and plays network resource monitoring. In the future, we can develop wireless LAN virtualization applications on the wireless OpenFlow stack.

최근 건설 산업은 BIM (Building Information Modeling)의 도입으로 인하여 많은 혜택을 얻고 있다. 하지만 도로나 철도와 같은 선형기반 설계공종의 경우는 구간별 표준횡단면의 정의와 선형의 배치를 통한 서피스(surface)모델을 생성함으로써 3차원 설계가 이루어지나, 현재 설계 소프트웨어에서 제공되는 횡단면 설계요소가 제한적이거나 국내실정에 맞지 않은 점이 많고, 생성된 서피스모델은 선형구간의 시 종점에 대해 일체화 되어있어 공정, 물량, 단가 등의 BIM 소요정보와 세분화된 연계를 위해서는 모델 수정 등의 많은 후속작업이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 3D 선형기반설계가 적용되는 사회기반시설물을 대상으로 3차원 모델의 분절 및 속성정보의 운용이 자유로운 '선형기반 인프라시설물을 위한 Flexible BIM 시스템'의 설계를 통하여 BIM의 활용성을 극대화 하는 것을 목표로 한다.

In this study, we wanted to investigate and analyze the current status of international joint research conducted on researchers who have actually conducted or are doing international joint research and to identify difficulties in promoting international joint research based on this study and propose ways to promote future international joint research. As a result, autonomy of research subjects needs to be guaranteed for the revitalization of international joint research, establishment of international joint research guidelines and contract legal infrastructure, simplification and unification of administrative work system and supplementation of performance-related regulations will be necessary.

급속하게 변화되는 IT서비스에 적극적으로 대응하고, 효율적인 IT서비스의 관리 운영을 위하여 정보화기관에 최적화된 통합 IT서비스관리 모델을 수립하여 운용할 필요가 있다. 이에 기술관리 중심의 IT운영에서 프로세스 중심으로의 새로운 IT서비스관리를 위한 정보화 업무 처리 및 관리 프로세스의 재정립이 필요하며, 운영조직과 정보시스템간의 유기적인 관리를 위해서 선진화된 국제 IT서비스 운영 모델인 ITIL(Information Technology Infrastructure Library)에 기반한 IT서비스의 체계적인 관리가 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 K기관의 통합 IT서비스 관리 모델 수립 사례를 통해서 정보화기관을 대상으로 효과적인 정보서비스 제공 및 고객만족을 위한 IT서비스 관리 규정, 지침에 따른 베스트프랙티스 적용 및 프로세스 개선, ITSM(Information Technology Service Management, IT 서비스 관리) 구축 과정에 대한 사례 연구를 진행함으로써 향후 ITSM 시스템 구축 시 가이드라인으로 활용할 수 있는 이론적 기반을 제시한다.

IT governance in order to achieve the strategic goals of the organization, leadership, organizational structure, and the process is defined. In order to achieve IT governance, organizational structure, leadership for spindle formation, maintenance, and standardized processes to specific and an effective ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) management model is needed. In this study, the K Authority Management Model of IT Governance ITIL - based research on service delivery and customer satisfaction through the effective information for ITSM (Information Technology Service Management, IT Service Management) building measures, information for business planning and performance management PMS (Project Management System, project Management System), survey on ICT service levels established through the process of planning and construction management models such as ITIL future research on the public portion of the proceeds from the ITIL management model can be utilized as a guideline when establishing a theoretical presents a base.

본 연구는 국가과학기술문헌센터 건립에 대한 이론적 기반을 수립하는 것으로서 국가과학기술 문헌센터의 기능과 역할에 부합한 적정규모의 최적모형을 도출하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 국가 과학기술문헌센터의 기능 중 건물 규모 산출과 설비를 위해 자료공동보존소로서의 콘도미니엄 프로그램 개발과 하이브리드 도서관, 클리어링하우스 등의 기능과 역할을 검토하고, 이에 따라 국가과학기술문헌센터 건물의 공간구성 프로그램 국가과학기술문헌센터의 계획 대지 현황분석과 기본구상을 제시하였다.

본 연구는 정부의 원자력 분야 정보 인프라 구축사업의 지원으로 이루어진 연구로서 한국원자력연구소가 국가 원자력 정보센터로서의 기능을 적극 수행하기 위하여 원자력분야 학술정보통합정보관리시스템인 NUCLIS21(Nuclear Information System21)을 구축한 프로젝트이다. 본 시스템은 웹기반의 이용자 중심 단일 인터페이스를 제공하여 국가 원자력 분야 정보기반구축은 물론 기존 정보센터의 정보관리시스템을 개선하는데 목적이 있다. 또한 구축된 시스템은 원자력 분야 학술정보 통합정보관리시스템으로서 크게 두 가지로 먼저 경영정보시스템(MIS)과의 연계모듈과 6개의 하위시스템으로 즉, OPAC과 연동되는 통합검색 시스템, My Library 시스템, 정보수집 시스템, 편목 시스템, 정보제공 시스템, 연속간행물 시스템으로 구성된다. 그 특징은 경영정보시스템(MIS)과 연계하여 연구 프로젝트 등 연구관련 정보를 반입하여 관련 정보를 제공함으로써 이용자의 연구 주제별 맞춤정보, 상호작용, 후속 서비스 등이 가능하도록 구성하였다. 구축결과 시스템의 평가는 만족도를 조사하였는데 이용자 만족도는 정보제공의 충실성은 75.7% (200명), 신속성은 62.1% (164명), 편리성은 78.4% (207명)가 대부분 만족한다고 응답하여 전체적인 시스템 만족도는 비교적 높게 나타났다.

The SM(System Management) is more important than SI(System Integration) in business model of software industry. And the role of ITO(IT Outsourcing) is increasing, recently. Also, The interest of ITIL increasing in the software industry. In the perspective of business, IT organization has been transformed from supportive division the core business organization, IT organization needs the satisfaction of customer’s requirements. So, process oriented IT management is required. In the perspective of technique, according to need of IT infra for a rapid change management, an application management, systematic development and operating process are required. Therefore, this paper analyzes of IT service core process in service support and service delivery that was offered by ITIL using the AHP methodology This paper shows the results of IT service survey in domestic software industry. And this paper gives a guideline of introduction ITIL

Objectives : The purpose of this systematic review was to investigate the efficacy and safety of Sanjoin-tang (Suanzaoren decoction, SZRD) for insomnia in menopausal syndromes. Method : We searched the following databases: PubMed, Cochrane Library, EMBASE, China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), Chinese Science and Technique Journals Database (VIP), Wanfang, Research Information Service System (RISS), OASIS, Korean studies Information Service System (KISS), and National Digital Science Library (NDSL) databases. Randomized controlled trials (RCTs) or quasi-RCTs that used SZRD for women in menopause were included. The methodological quality of each RCT was assessed using the risk of bias tool. Results : In total, nine RCTs were finally included. The included RCTs had a high risk of bias across their domains. Three RCTs examined the effects of SZRD compared with western medicine (WM) in insomnia. Three RCTs showed favorable effects of SZRD with insomnia. Infrastructure also showed that SZRD resulted in better clinical WM (RR 1.19, 95% CI 1.07 to 1.32, P=0.001, I²=0%). Four RCTs showed favorable effects of Modified SZRD with insomnia. Infrastructure also showed that Modified SZRD resulted in better clinical WM (RR 1.13, 95% CI 1.04 to 1.23, P=0.004, I²=0%). Among the 4 RCTs, three RCTs showed an equivalent effect on the total Pittsburh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI). The meta-analysis also showed that Modified SZRD had a superior effect on the total of PSQI (total of PSQI : MD -2.55, 95% CI -3.72 to -1.37, P<0.0001, I²=85%). Only 2 trials reported adverse events and none reported severe adverse events. Conclusion : SZRD appears to be safe, but there is insufficient evidence to make a definitive conclusion because only a few studies reported adverse events. Due to the poor methodological quality of the included studies and the small number of trials included, the evidence cannot be reproduced and assessed. Well-designed RCTs with a larger sample size are needed in the future.
