본 논문에서는 기존의 사이버 학습이 모든 학습자에게 동일한 교육 과정을 제시함으로써 제한된 교육효과를 가지는 단점을 개선하고자, 마케팅 전략의 하나인 CRM을 WBI에 접목시켜 개별 학습자에게 적합한 학습 방향을 제시하는 새로운 알고리즘을 제안하고, 제안된 알고리즘을 적용한 가상 영어 교육 시스템을 구축하였다. 본 논문에서 제안한 CRM 알고리즘은 학습자의 학습 과정에서 나타난 학습자의 흥미성향을 알고리즘에 내장된 방식에 의해 분석하여 학습 분야별 흥미보유 정도로 서열화하고 이를 사이버 학습에 활용할 수 있도록 하였다. 여기서 제시하는 학습자별 흥미에 기초한 학습 과정 설정방법은 학습자의 학습흥미를 더욱 높일 수 있는 사이버 교육 대안 중 하나가 될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

본 연구는 도서관 현장에서의 요구하는 인력 현황을 살펴보고, 정보조직학 교육의 개선 방안을 모색하기 위하여 정보조직 사서직에서 필요로 하는 역량과 직무 유형을 분석하였다. 미국 도서관의 채용공고 298건을 대상으로 조사 분석한 결과 기존의 자격요건들의 수요가 지속되고 있으며, 새로운 환경 변화를 반영한 표준 및 전자자원 관련 요구가 추가되었음을 확인하였다. 정보조직 직무 유형은 크게 전통적인 정보조직의 특성이 반영된 것과 전자자원, 정보기술의 특성이 반영된 것으로 나눌 수 있었다. 또한 정보조직 교육의 개선을 위하여 전자자원 교육의 확대, 이론과 실습의 조화, 정보기술 활용의 강화, 새로운 교수 방법의 적용을 제안하였다.

2년제 대학의 전자 및 정보통신 관련 학과에서 전자분야의 생산 공정 관리를 담당하는 테크니션을 양성하기 위한 교과과정 개발을 위해서는 생산 공정 관리자의 직무를 체계적으로 분석하고 정의하며, 관련기술과 도구에 대한 기술이 필요하다. 이 연구에서는 생산 공정 관리를 담당하는 중간관리자가 갖추어야 할 직무능력과 관련하여 3가지 직무에 대해서 22가지의 테스크를 정의하고, 이를 6가지 교과로 분류하고 이들 교과에서 교육할 내용을 12가지 주제로 정리하였다. 이를 통해서 전자관련 분야의 생산 공정 관리를 위한 중간관리자를 효율적으로 교육할 수 있는 교과과정 모형을 제시하였다.

In this paper, a novel speed control algorithm of DC motors is presented. The key contribution here is a simple speed controller only with speed feedback and without an inner current control loop. This is possible by adjusting the reference speed based on a certain rule. Therefore, the proposed speed controller here becomes simpler while maintaining the control performance. Moreover, with the proposed controller, the system response can be tuned with less complexity. This proposed control method is investigated both mathematically and experimentally.

This paper aims to explore whether Learning Study improves teachers' subject content knowledge, pedagogical content knowledge, and attitude toward teaching mathematics. A Learning Study was conducted in a Hong Kong primary school for a research lesson on comparing the size of fractions to explore the new teacher roles.

Around the world, public access to information plays a crucial role in improving lives and facilitating development. People, technology, and information, which also represent common themes of i-Schools, are deemed relevant in adapting to these global challenges. The main purpose of this research is to identify the orientation of curriculums in LIS Schools in South Korea toward technology, information, and people for graduate schools of library and information science. This research also correlates the directions of the schools with the UN 2030 Agenda. Using the Wilson model, this study examines the orientation of courses offered. The result of classification and content analysis revealed that courses offered are leaning towards technology and information content. Courses reviewed in the light of developing knowledge and skills of information professionals to facilitate the fulfillment of global goals can make libraries more responsive to the changing times.

Information revolution shifted the meaning of education from traditional face-to-face education to technology integrated virtual one, namely cyber education. A new way of education, however, has not constituted its methodological standards either performance measurement scheme. The study probes the critical factors that influence students' achievement and satisfaction especially in the cyber education environment. Using hierarchical regression, important factors for students' achievement and satisfaction in the management education environment are presented. The results indicate that students' individual characteristics are relatively less influential for cyber education success. Rather, institutional supports including provision of in-depth interaction among students and with the instructor are more critical. We can infer that cyber education essentially requires three factors: in-depth interactions with instructor collaborative environment among peer students technical support from the institution.

Generally, the repeater in CDMA(Code Division Multiple Access) included HPA(HI-Power Amplifier) to amplifier communication signals. Also , HPA contained PD(Predistortor) to maintain the linearization of amplifier characteristics. A configuration component of PD have been used electricity nonlinear devices such that diode. But this diode takes many influences at the circumstance temperature. Consequently, it can't maintain output linearization, and drop the communication quality. The manufacturer set bias of the circuit to the manual at the first out of ware-house low But the Q-point changes according to the change of the high temperature or low temperature. Therefore, we designed a system to maintain the Q-point by FDM(Fuzzy Decision Maker) in this paper.

최근 BLDC 모터는 널리 사용되고 있지만, 불필요한 코깅 토크가 발생된다. 본 논문에서는 BLDC 모터의 코깅 토크 감소 방법을 설계하고 실험 하였다. 이론을 바탕으로 한 이 방법은 모터의 Magnet을 움직여 고주파성분을 제거하여 코깅 토크를 감소시키는 방법이다. 4극 24슬롯 BLDC 모터를 이용하여 Flux2D로 시물레이션 하고 계산 결과를 얻었다.

Recently, we are concerned about car energy efficiency because of high Price of oil. Hybrid cars are manufactured and used. Now most cars use BLDC Motor, but these motors generate cogging phenomenon due to its frame. As a result, cars are low efficiency and occur noise and vibration. In this paper, 1KW Double Cylinder Motor which is high efficiency, low noise and vibration by its no slot structure was designed and manufactured for a Hybrid car.
