The article considers some issues of criminal law protection of information relations. With the emergence of new types of threats to Ukraine's national security in the field of protection and defense of the state border, the issues of development and strengthening of information protection become especially important. Proper compliance with information legislation also depends on the established responsibility for its violation, which rests on certain provisions of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. It is stated that these norms are placed in different sections and do not have a proper systematization. The article singles out the subjects of information relations in the border area, which are subject to criminal law protection: persons who are not bound by stable relations with the SBGS (who cross the state border of Ukraine, etc.); persons who are members of the SBGS (servicemen and employees); SBGS as a public authority (official and secret information, information about the activities of the agency, its officials, etc.).

North Korea sharing a border with China has developed economic relations with China for a long time. During the cold war(from 1950s to late 1980s), political, military and economic ties between the two countries have become stronger because they had maintained the same political and economic system. However their economic relations have significantly changed after China has adopted market economies since the late 1970s. In particular, trade volume has been shrinked significantly since the late 1990s when China began to ask hard currency payments in their commercial transactions. This paper aims to investigate the conditions and prospects of trade and logistics relations between North Korea and China including the problems existed and then make some suggestions to foster their trade relations. In conclusion in order to develop its trade relations with China, it is suggested that North Korea should make significant changes in its economic and logistics system including infrastructure, institutional schemes, social and trade practices ect. because most problems in bilateral trade have been incurred from North Korea.

Wikipedia is composed of millions of articles, each of which explains a particular entity with various languages in the real world. Since the articles are contributed and edited by a large population of diverse experts with no specific authority, Wikipedia can be seen as a naturally occurring body of human knowledge. In this paper, we propose a method to automatically identify key entities and relations in Wikipedia articles, which can be used for automatic ontology construction. Compared to previous approaches to entity and relation extraction and/or identification from text, our goal is to capture naturally occurring entities and relations from Wikipedia while minimizing artificiality often introduced at the stages of constructing training and testing data. The titles of the articles and anchored phrases in their text are regarded as entities, and their types are automatically classified with minimal training. We attempt to automatically detect and identify possible relations among the entities based on clustering without training data, as opposed to the relation extraction approach that focuses on improvement of accuracy in selecting one of the several target relations for a given pair of entities. While the relation extraction approach with supervised learning requires a significant amount of annotation efforts for a predefined set of relations, our approach attempts to discover relations as they occur naturally. Unlike other unsupervised relation identification work where evaluation of automatically identified relations is done with the correct relations determined a priori by human judges, we attempted to evaluate appropriateness of the naturally occurring clusters of relations involving person-artifact and person-organization entities and their relation names.

본 연구는 한국의 기업 PR 수단 및 활동의 발전과정에 미친 외적요인을 일본의 영향을 중심으로 고찰하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 기업 PR 커뮤니케이션 수단의 경우 CIP 도입과 수용, 기업 PR광고, 사보를 중심으로, 기업 PR활동의 경우 기업재단을 통한 사회공헌활동과 경제계 PR 활동을 중심으로 살펴보았다. 기업 PR과 관련하여 기업 PR 활동의 특성을 중심으로 한국 기업의 PR 활동의 강조점과 커뮤니케이션 수단 활용 측면의 고찰을 통해 일본의 영향을 분석하였다. PR 발달사적 측면에서 기업 PR관련 영역들을 중심으로 한국의 상황과 일본의 상황 비교를 통해 분석대상으로 선정한 문제들에 접근하였다. 분석결과 한국에서의 기업 PR 수단 및 활동영역의 발전과정에 일본이 많은 영향을 미쳤음을 알 수 있었다. 그러나 일본 기업 PR의 시작과 발전은 PR 이론과 PR 실무 및 관행 측면에서 많은 부분 PR의 발상지며 종주국인 미국의 것을 받아들였음은 이론의 여지가 있다. 따라서 미국으로부터의 직접적 경로가 아닌 일본을 통한 간접적 도입의 형태로 일본에서 도입 발전된 방식으로 한국에서 수용 발전되었다 하더라도 미국의 영향이 존재함은 부정할 수 없을 것이다.

With the development of indexing and retrieval techniques and the trends of information retrieval environment becoming more and more user-friendly, existing guideline for international thesaurus establishment standards and basic term relations currently used in thesaurus have become to longer adequate. The purpose of this study is to present solutions to expanding term relations which will fit new information retrieval environment. This report views standards for ISO 2788 and ANSI/NISO Z 39.19, and compares and analyzes 20 thesaurus basis term relations currently used both at home and abroad(14 overseas and 6 in Korea) to find out problems and limitations. Based on findings of the study, this report suggests how to expand thesaurus basic term relations to accomodate changes in information retrieval environment.

The article analyzes the regulations of current criminal law, which ensures the protection and protection of information relations, offers the optimal model of the system of norms of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, which establishes liability for violation of information. The subject of the article is protected information, which should include information or data, the procedure for access to and distribution of which, regardless of the method of submission, storage or organization, are subject to legal regulation in accordance with laws and regulations. For the purposes of criminal law, information as an object of criminal law protection should be classified on the following grounds: depending on the content: personal or family secrets; information constituting a state secret; data included in the official secret; information that constitutes a professional secret; information that constitutes a commercial, tax, banking secret, and, depending on the medium - documented and undocumented.

A bag is a set-like entity which can contain repeated elements. Fuzzy bags have been studied by Yager, who defined their basic relations and operations. However, his definitions of the basic relations and operations are inconsistent with the corresponding relations and operations for ordinary fuzzy sets. The present paper presents new basic relations and operations of fuzzy bags using a grade sequence for each element of the universal set. Moreover the .alpha.-cut, t-norms, the extension principle, and the composition of fuzzy bag relations are described.

이 연구는 노무현 정부 홍보담당자들과 이명박 정부 홍보담당자들의 언론 관계에 대한 인식과 오보에 대한 전반적인 인식을 살펴보고, 정권 교체로 인한 홍보 환경의 변화에 따라 홍보담당자들의 이러한 인식에 어떠한 차이가 있는지 알아보았다. 또한 홍보담당자들이 갖고 있는 언론 관계에 대한 인식은 오보에 대한 전반적인 인식에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지 함께 살펴보았다. 분석 결과, 두 집단의 언론 관계에 대한 인식이나 오보 개념, 원인에 대한 인식 등이 집단 간 뚜렷한 차이를 나타냈으며, 그들의 언론 관계에 대한 인식은 오보에 대한 인식에 영향을 미친 것으로 밝혀졌다. 하지만, 두 집단의 오보 방지 노력에 대한 인식의 차이는 크지 않게 나타났다.

본 논문에서는 다양한 상호작용을 지원하는 SMIL 2.0 멀티미디어 문서를 확장된 시간 구간 모델에 기반하여 문서의 시간 관계를 검증하는 방법을 제안한다. SMIL 2.0 문서는 기존 SMIL 문서 보다 비동기적인 시간관계의 기술방법을 추가되어 객체간 다양한 상호작용 관계를 제공하지만, 이러한 상호작용 관계에 의한 시간 관계에서 모순이 발생할 가능성이 높다. 그러므로 제안한 검증 방법은 SMIL 2.0 문서를 기존 시간 구간 모델을 확장하여 상호작용 관계를 함수적 관계로 표현하고 객체간 상호작용 관계와 시간 구간을 이용하여 SMIL 문서를 검증한다. 제안한 검증 방법의 적용 예로는 다자간 상호작용 콘텐츠, 온라인 교육 등이다.
