가상현실은 제4차 산업혁명 시대 신산업으로 꼽히는 기술 중 하나이다. 본 연구에서는 가상현실 공간설계의 교육적 가능성을 확인하고 교육적 활용을 위한 툴로서 3D 컴퓨터 그래픽 제작 소프트웨어인 블렌더와 3D 객체를 웹에서 쉽게 렌더링해주는 자바스크립트 라이브러리 three.js를 이용한 건축 내외장재 시뮬레이션 프로그램의 프로토타입을 개발 및 제안하였다. 본 연구에서 제안한 방식으로 학습자들은 자유도 높은 가상공간 공간설계가 가능하여 조형놀이의 형태로 학습을 즐길 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 후속 연구로는 본 연구에서 구현한 프로토타입과 같은 방식으로 가상현실 공간설계 시뮬레이션을 할 수 있는 교육 프로그램 개발 및 효과성 검토를 실시할 것을 제안하였다.

Rural information sector is a strategic planning of agriculture in 21st century for the advancement of agricultural competive power and quality of life to farmers. In order to advance the agricultural competency and quality of life, firstly, it is necessary that rural information sector should focus on the foundation of agriculture and rural information. Secondly, it should construct an area of function and item in application systems. Thirdly, it must Improve to culture of agriculture and rural information. It should be able offer a variety of educational information to help build a recognition and accommodation of value of agricultural information. The agriculture and rural information sector is so desirable that an organization should take exclusive responsibility to maintain the public property of it and to guard it from variable pressure groups. Therefore, to the uninformed mind, it is desirable to build and nurture KICAFF(Korea Information Center for Agriculture, Forestry & Fisheries) which is empowered in the information business- instead of the government. This is necessary for agricultural information system preservation because law and institution corresponds with role and function of the information/education system.

Today, further education of adults in the UK is one of the developing areas of continuing education. The Open University with distance learning, in the process of which innovative forms and methods based on computer and telecommunication technologies are used, is particularly successful in the organization of additional education of the adult population. The advantages of distance learning, multimedia - the latest information technologies, which provide the combination of graphic images, video, sound with the help of modern computer tools, are noted. The basic principles and forms underlying the technologies and forms of work with the elderly are defined. The international experience of implementing "Universities of the Third Age" is summarized. The most widespread approach in adult education in Great Britain is informational. The use of computer technologies motivates a new paradigm in educational methods and strategies, which requires new approaches, forms of learning, and innovative ways of delivering educational materials to adult learners. Information technologies have gained great popularity in such activities as distance learning, online learning, assistance in the education management system, development of programs and virtual textbooks in various subjects, online search for information for the educational process, computer testing of students' knowledge, creation of electronic libraries, formation of a single scientific electronic environment, publication of virtual magazines and newspapers on pedagogical topics, teleconferences, expansion of international cooperation in the field of Internet education. The information technology of synchronous distance learning "online" has gained considerable popularity in the educational process today. A promising direction is the use of multimedia technologies in educational activities to create a design of a virtual computer environment by decoding audiovisual information.

컴퓨터 교과의 중요성에 비추어 볼 때 컴퓨터 교육이 독립교과로 채택되어야 함에도 재량시간으로 실시되고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본고에서는 각 교과별 수업 내용 분석을 통해 컴퓨터 교과의 수업 내용 체계화를 연구하여 독립교과로서의 자리잡는데 기여하고자 한다. 우선 타교과 수업 내용 분석을 하였으며 각 교과의 내용 체계에서 컴퓨터 교과로 선정할만한 내용들을 조직하여 컴퓨터 교과의 내용 체계를 제시해 보았다.

To improve the compliance and verification mechanism is one of the important reasons to revise the STCW Convention. The mechanism includes the assessment of competence, control, precision of description of competence, quality standard system, communication of information and so on. Chinese seaman's education an training institute & the organization of evaluating and issuing certificates should enhance realizing the importance of compliance and verification mechanism and carry out it down to earth. The current work that should be reinforced is to control the qualified evaluation effectively.

본 논문에서는 CBM(Computer Based Multimedia) 기반의 원격교육을 위해 요구되는 몇 가지 필요사항을 제시한다. CBM 기반의 원격교육은 초고속 통신망을 이용한 가상 공간상에서 실시간 상호작용 응용인 원격 가정학습 시스템을 멀티미디어 기술과 접목한 멀티미디어 원격교육의 한 형태이다. 본 논문에서 제시되는 요구사항들은 멀티미디어 통신을 위한 국제 표준인 ITU (International Telecommunication Union)의 표준화 규격을 따르고 있으며, 제시하는 통합 홈 정보서비스의 구조는 IEEE 1394시리얼 통신과 POF(Plastic Optical Fiber) 가정용 백본을 기반으로 하고 있다.

The article considers one of the areas of development of artificial intelligence where there is the development of computer intelligent systems capable of performing functions traditionally considered intelligent - language comprehension, inference, use of accumulated knowledge, learning, pattern recognition, as well as learn and explain their decisions. It is found that informational intellectual systems are promising in their development. The article is devoted to intelligent information systems and technologies in educational activities, ie issues of organization, design, development and application of systems designed for information processing, which are based on the use of artificial intelligence methods.

본 연구는 정부조직의 효과적인 정보화추진에 가장 중요한 요소중 하나인 공무원의 정보기술활용 및 운영능력 (정보화능력)을 증대시키기 위한 정보화 교육훈련체계 수립의 이론적 근거를 제시하는데 초점이 맞추어져 있다. 이를 위해 우선 공무원에게 필요한 정보화교육훈련의 차원을 기본정보능력, 현행시스템운영능력 정보화전략추진 및 정보관리능력, 정보기술전문능력 등 네 차원으로 구분하고 각 차원별로 세부적인 교육훈련항목을 도출하였다. 또한 각 항목들에 대해 교육훈련정도 및 바람직한 교육훈련방식이 담당업무별, 직급별, 정보능력별로 상이함을 실증적으로 규명하고 이러한 결과에 입각한 합리적인 교육훈련내용 및 방법을 설정·제시하였다. 실증분석을 위한 자료조사를 위하여 정보통신부 현업부서 공무원 및 정부 각 부처 정보화 담당공무원들 중 정보통신공무원교육원에 입교한 공무원을 대상으로 담당업무와 직급 등을 고려한 임의표본추출을 행하였으며 이들 표본추출된 공무원들에 대해 직접대면 설문조사를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 우리나라 제반 조직에서의 정보화교육훈련 체계구축에 있어서 이론적 근거를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 보이며, 실제 정보화 교육훈련 프로그램의 수립에 있어서 가이드라인으로서 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

The recent development of IT, consolidation of communication and multimedia technology have brought enormous changes in many organizations. Theses changes are enabling the new educational opportunities such as distance teaming and virtual class room. Recently, e-Learning has grown rapidly in business training field, In the context of companies, e-Learning has merits in terms of access convenience, costs reduction self-directed learning, reciprocity, and flexibility. In this regard, the primary purpose of this study is to investigate which factors of e-Learning influence the effectiveness of education and transfer of loaming in business organizations. Based on the prior studies of the education and business training field, research model and research hypotheses were developed. Factors studied in this paper were as follows: 1) learners' characteristics, 2) organizational support and 3) system environments. The results of our study are as follows. (1) Motivation perceived usefulness in Learner factors had an significant influence on both learning effectiveness and transfer of teaming, whereas Ability, expectation had an influence on transfer of teaming. (2) Support from peer, support from supervisor in Organization factors had an significant influence on both Loaming effectiveness and transfer of teaming, whereas support from organization had influence on learning effectiveness. (3) Appropriate contents in system circumstance had an significant influence on both teaming effectiveness and transfer of teaming, whereas interface design had an influence on learning effectiveness.

The article is devoted to studying the development of scientific and methodological work and its impact on the quality of students' vocational training in higher pedagogical education institutions by applying information technology. The article aim is to development of the organizational methodological support and pedagogical diagnostics of the effectiveness of the project «Modelling scientific and methodological work in a higher education pedagogical institution by applying information technology » realization in the framework of increasing the level of scientific and methodological work in a higher education pedagogical institution as a factor contributing to enhancing the quality of pedagogical education. The research program of the project activity envisages stating and substantiating the problem of scientific and methodological work by applying information technology in the framework of increasing the level and quality of educational activities in a higher pedagogical education institution through the implementation of the project approach, developing a model for the system of organizational and methodological support of the project implementation as well as monitoring the process and evaluating the results of the project implementation in terms of developing teachers' scientific, methodological, information competency and enhancing students' progress in studying. The set of criteria were developed to evaluate the level of formation of scientific and methodological competency as a result of implementing the project for the development of scientific and methodological work. The scientific and methodological work by applying information technology in the academy was carried out in accordance with the following principles: systematic character, consistent diagnostics, practical focus, scientific organizational and methodological support.
