정보보호 관리체계(ISMS)와 개인정보보호 관리체계(PIMS)는 인증제도의 준비를 위해 소요되는 시간과 비용을 줄여달라는 요구에 따라 정보보호 및 개인정보보호 관리체계(ISMS-P) 인증제도로 통합되었다. 인증제도 통합으로 제도 운영자는 ISMS-P 인증제도 관리의 용이성을, 인증 대상기관은 인증취득 및 유지의 간편함이라는 장점을 얻을 수 있게 되었으나, 모든 유형의 인증 대상기관에 동일한 인증기준을 적용하면서 생기는 인증 대상기관별 인증기준 적용기준의 모호성과 인증 대상기관에게 과도한 관리체계 운영을 요구하는 인증기준 통제항목의 모호성, 인증 대상기관에 적용해야 할 법적 근거가 모호한 문제점이 발생하였다. 이러한 문제점을 개선하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 사례연구를 통해 인증기준을 적용하는 인증 대상기관의 유형 구분, 인증 대상기관의 유형에 따라 인증심사 시 적용하는 통제항목의 변경, ISMS 인증만 취득하려는 기관에 대해서는 ISMS-P에서 적용하는 통제항목을 제외하는 세 가지 해결방안을 제시하였다. 본 논문은 효율적인 인증제도의 운영을 위한 방안을 제시하고 향후 ISMS-P의 인증제도에서 발생하는 문제점을 개선할 수 있는 근거로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

건설정보를 효과적으로 관리하기 위해서는 데이터 생성부터 유지관리까지 전 과정을 관리해야 한다. 그러나 사업관리정보시스템 (PMIS, Project Management Information System)은 설계를 포함하여 시공단계에서 사업관리를 중심으로 운영하고 있어서 유지관리와의 연계가 부족하다. 본 논문에서는 유지관리분류와 도시철도시설물 공종분류를 활용하여 시공단계에서 발생하는 데이터를 유지관리 활동에 활용하는 프로세스를 제시한다. 유지관리분류와 공종분류를 연계함으로써 시공정보와 유지관리정보를 일괄적으로 추적할 수 있으며, 유지관리 시 필요한 시공정보를 손쉽게 활용할 수 있다. 또한 사업관리정보시스템과 유지관리정보시스템(MMIS, Maintenance Management Information System)을 연동할 수 있으며, 시공정보를 건설사업의 라이프싸이클 정보를 관리할 수 있게 하여 생애비용을 추적관리 할 수 있도록 돕는다. 본 논문에서는 유지관리정보시스템 프로토타입을 개발했으며, 업무적용 시 타당성이 있음을 보여줬다.

본 연구는 미국 켄터키 주에 소재한 머레이 주립대(Murray State University)가 제공하고 있는 주제별 맞춤형 정보제공(Library on Blackboard) 시스템의 기능들을 중심으로 현존하는 대학도서관 서비스가 온라인상에서 어떠한 정보기술을 통해 변형되어 제공될 수 있는지를 살펴보았다. 정보기술의 발달로 인하여 미국 대학교육에서 온라인 강의와 원거리 교육의 비중이 점점 늘어나는 추세이다. LMS(Learning Management System)는 새로운 대학 환경변화의 중요한 도구이다. 대학도서관의 정보제공 기능도 대학교육 환경의 변화에 발맞추어 발전해 왔고, 이에 따라 이용자에게 효과적인 서비스를 제공하기 위한 LMS와 연계한 맞춤형 정보검색 시스템을 개발하기에 이르렀다. LMS와 연계한 도서관 서비스는 학생들의 연구형 과제해결을 위한 정보수집에 적합한 검색시스템과 유용한 정보들을 한곳에 모은 가상 분관의 기능을 제공하기에 더욱 사용되고 발전해야 한다. 이 시스템을 더욱 발전시키기 위해서는 Contents Management Systems의 사용과 과목별 접근방식으로 변환이 중요하다.

The emergency response modeling system CARIS has been developed at CCSM (Center for Chemical Safety Management), NIER (National Institute of Environmental Research) to track and predict dispersion of hazardous chemicals for the environmental decision support in case of accidents at chemical or petroleum companies in Korea. The main objective of CARIS is to support making decision by rapidly providing the key information on the efficient emergency response of hazardous chemical accidents for effective approaches to risk management. In particular, the integrated modeling system in CARIS consisting of a real-time numerical weather forecasting model and air pollution dispersion model is supplemented for the diffusion forecasts of hazardous chemicals, covering a wide range of scales and applications for atmospheric information. In this paper, we introduced the overview of components of CARIS and described the operational modeling system and its configurations of coupling/integration in CARIS. Some examples of the operational modeling system is presented and discussed for the real-time risk assessments of hazardous chemicals.

Chronic diseases management can be effectively achieved through early detection, continuous treatment, observation, and self-management, rather than a radar approach where patients are treated only when they visit a medical facility. However, previous studies have not been able to provide integrated chronic disease management services by considering generalized services such as hypertension and diabetes management, and difficult to expand and link to other services using only specific sensors or services. This paper proposes clinical rule flow model based on medical data analysis to provide personalized care for chronic disease management. Also, we implemented that as Rule-based Smart Healthcare System (RSHS). The proposed system executes chronic diseases management rules, manages events and delivers individualized knowledge information by user's request. The proposed system can be expanded into a variety of applications such as diet and exercise service in the future.

Construction Management(CM) system, which was introduced some years ago to large national construction projects, such as the construction of Incheon New Airport, construction of high-speed railroad and World Cup stadiums, is considered to be still in its early stage and safety at each step of CM is very poorly controlled. In an attempt to improve such inferior safety control of domestic CM, this study analyzed safety control operation system in CM home and abroad and suggested a model for the construction of safety control management information system suitable to the conditions of Korea.

This article examines the features of improving the public management of the market of medical and social services using information technology to improve the efficiency of public activity in modern conditions. The interpretation of the essence of the categories "information technologies" and "information support" is analyzed. The importance of the organization of information support of public authorities in the insurance of the state apparatus of information management for the adoption and solution of state issues of the market of medical and social services has been studied. Issues and system of information support of public management of the market of medical and social services are considered. The stages of the ICT implementation process in the market of medical and social services are described. The tools of state regulation in the market of medical and social services and the introduction of targeted programs for the development of the social sphere and health care are highlighted. Recommendations for improvement are formulated public management of the market of medical services and social way introduction of ICT tools, which provide for the implementation of a set of measures aimed at intellectualizing the entire system public data management spheres. The necessity of development of innovative tools of public management of the market of medical and social services of Ukraine for the purpose of working out of strategies of increase of quality of medical and social services in the XXI century is substantiated. A number of benefits from the implementation of an effective process of application of information support of public management of the market of medical and social services to ensure the efficiency of public authorities of Ukraine. It is proposed to create a "Department of information support of self-government" and electronic health care system (e-Health) to improve the management decision-making process, which will provide an opportunity to accumulate, process, analyze, and as a result, get the expected effect in the form of balanced management decisions by public authorities of Ukraine.

This study suggests a safety management model for construction management (CM) suitable to domestic conditions so that inefficiency resulted from the operation of construction projects by public and private indtitutes according to different systems can be eliminated for the securing of systematic and efficient safety managment. Based on the suggested safety management model, this study also develops a safety management information system that can efficiently and consistently manage and maintain a large quantity of information, and give necessary supports in a speedy way in the managing of construction projects.

Most organizations adopt a process-based approach to manage their operations and now business process management(BPM) is a well-established concept. Because ISO 9001:2000 has been influenced by BPR and it also emphasizes process based. BPM can get together with ISO 9001:2000. Korea Institute of Science and Technology Information has taken ISO 9001:2000 certificate in November 11, 2003 and now implements quality management systems based on BPMS. We call it KQMS(KISTI Quality Management System). KQMS based on BPMS is a new example in field of ISO quality management and is expected to support process management well.
