In this paper, a design and implementation for direct deal distribution platform is proposed to bypass the complex traditional distribution structure of agricultural market, as one of the fields where distribution patterns have changed. In the case of domestic agricultural distribution, demand and supply are unstable since the sales market is excessively concentrated in the designated wholesale market. Besides sales must go through multiple stages of distribution leading to problems in freshness and stability of agricultural products and downward pressure on profit margins for producers. To solve the above mentioned issues, we propose a cloud service convergence direct deal distribution platform based on asynchronous-driven Node.js. The proposed platform can facilitate a variety of direct trading functions and also access to visualization information related to agricultural products, which may increase user confidence at an intermediary-free direct transactions platform. First, we describe the requirements of intermediary-free direct transactions of agricultural products and transaction entities. Next the database structure and transaction functions are designed and then implemented according to those requirements. Finally, an API based cloud convergence service structure is designed to provide the analyzed information to ensure a trustworthy system.

온라인 커뮤니티 사이트는 최근 크게 발전하고 있다. 그 이유는 인터넷이 개인생활 속에 깊숙이 침투하면서 사회 연결망, 즉 social networking 현상이 활성화되고 그에 따라 많은 사용자들이 특정 온라인 커뮤니티 사이트에서 다양한 정보활동을 하고 있기 때문이다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 온라인 커뮤니티 사이트에 대한 중개자 신뢰와 시스템 신뢰가 해당 커뮤니티 내에서의 포럼활동에 대한 신뢰 및 정보품질 만족에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증분석을 하고자 한다. 실증분석을 위한 자료수집은 삼성경제연구소의 온라인 커뮤니티 사이트인 SERI (www.seri.erg)를 대상으로 하였으며 해당 SERI 사이트 내에서 SERI 포럼활동을 하고 있는 사용자들을 대상으로 하여 591명의 유의한 설문자료를 수집하였다. 실증분석 결과 다음과 같은 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 첫째, SERI의 중개자 신뢰와 시스템 신뢰는 해당 SERI 포럼의 정보품질과 시스템품질, 그리고 인지효과성에 긍정적인 영향을준다. 둘째, SERI의 중개자 신뢰는 해당 SERI 포럼의 인지위험을 줄이는데 기여를 한다. 반면, SERI의 시스템 신뢰는 해당 SERI 포럼의 인지위험에는 유의한 영향을 주지 못한다. 이는 아무리 온라인 커뮤니티 사이트의 지명도가 높다고 하더라도 이는 해당 온라인 커뮤니티 내의 포럼 사용자가 느끼는 인지위험에는 유의한 영향을 주지 못하다는 것을 의미한다. 셋째 그러나 SERI의 중개자 신뢰와 시스템 신뢰가 높을수록 해당 SERI 포럼의 신뢰와 정보품질만족에는 긍정적인 영향을 준다.

The subject of this study is whether the relevant ordinances of Chungcheongnam-do's five local governments, operating intermediary support organizations for contracted-out community building, comply with the regional innovation and cooperative governance-based perspective. The examination results are summarized as follows. About the normative system: first, village building does not present that it is a participation- and cooperation-based collective activity of various related actors; second, the cooperative governance-based implementation system was not presented as a key term; third, "numerous relevant subjects' participation" and "democratic decision-making and cooperative promotion" are not presented as basic principles; fourth, the subjects are limited to residents and the administration, and only their responsibilities are presented. About the effectiveness system: first, the establishment of a master plan, a primary means, and the establishment of an in-charge department and collaboration system in the administration are presented as optional provisions; second, the nature of the relevant committees and intermediary support organizations is not presented as "public-private cooperation-based system"; third, the area of the function and authority of the relevant committees is limited to review and consultation. Fourth, the related information about the intermediary support organization structure and system, the establishment and operation of the secretariat, and the practical operation of the center is not presented. In sum, to make related ordinances become institutional grounds with stronger effectiveness, reconstructing them by strictly applying the perspectives of regional innovation and cooperative governance is necessary.

In this study, an Intermediary System for Searches has been designed and implemented. This System has some key functions as follows: First, in each stage of a search process, the information related to a definite term could be provided. Second, through displaying semantic categories for terms this system 'helps a searcher in modifying search terms when he fails to retrieve. Third, being consulted, this system could assist a searcher in making a Boolean search statement in terms of search specificity Fourth, to make a final search statement, a searcher could have several rounds of search cycles through displaying related terms, semantic categories, and frames.

본 논문은 인공지능(artificial intelligence) 및 전문가 시스템(expert system)의 기본 개념과 이에 적용되고 있는 특정한 기술인 퍼지 이론(fuzzy logic)을 논하고 있으며, 지난 몇 년 동안 탐색 중개인으로서의 전문가 시스템을 조사해 보았다. 이러한 전문가 시스템은 1) 특정한 데이터베이스에 관련된 질문서 작성을 도와주며, 2) 탐색용어나 데이터베이스 선정에 관한 결정을 보조하고, 3) 탐색중에 있는 이용자에게 조언(助言)을 해주고 있다. 또한 전문가 시스템을 개발하는 에 있어 어려움 및 제한점(制限點)을 논의하고 있다.

The paradigm of the global logistics network has been rapidly changing from traditional concept of productivity in cost terms, toward the new characteristics of innovative productivity in terms of economies of scale, economies of scope, and economies of network. As the ship or airplane becomes larger and speedier, the less logistics hub required. The more diverse logistics parties integrate each other horizontally or vertically, the higher synergy effects they get. The more systematic concurrent engineering available for global supply chain management such as Korean manufacturers in China, the higher productivity they get. The paper analyzes these three paradigms of logistics into the application for the Korean manufacturers in China and concludes that the Korean government, the companies in China should be more focused on the governance of the logistics and the intermediary such as the 4th party logistics(4PL) is definitely developed its role and functions based on three paradigms above mentioned.

This study was conducted to examine the effect of institutional mechanisms on customers' trust and continuous purchase intention in open market platforms, The research frame was expanded by setting institutional situations into positive and negative areas in order to examine the relationship between institutional mechanisms and trust in multiple dimensions. The results of this study confirmed that the feedback system, dispute resolution, and intermediary trust factors affect trust in positive areas, and dispute resolution, information security, and intermediary trust affect buyer trust in negative areas. For the relationship between trust and repurchase intention, it was confirmed that if the institutional situation is positive, trust leads to repurchase intention, and in negative areas, trust does not lead to repurchase intention. The results of this study show that institutional mechanisms are a key factor in building trust in online platforms according to institutional circumstances and play a role in offsetting trust in platforms in negative areas.

인터넷 정보검색과정에서 가장 보편적으로 사용되고 있는 검색방법은 키워드 검색이다. 키워드 검색은 정확률과 재현율의 관점에서 몇가지 단점을 지니고 있다. 이러한 키워드 검색의 단점을 보완해 줄 수 있는 장치로서 다수의 검색포털에서 디렉토리 검색서비스를 제공하고 있다. 검색포털에서 제공하고 있는 디렉토리 서비스는 포털별로 상이한 분류체계를 사용하는 이유로 이용자에게 불편을 주고 있으며, 이러한 불편의 해소를 위해 디렉토리 서비스간 통합검색을 제공하는 중개 게이트웨이의 구축필요성이 제기되고 있다. 이 연구에서는 네이버, 야후, 엠파스 등 국내 주요 포털의 디렉토리 서비스를 대상으로 통합검색을 제공하는 중개 게이트웨이의 모형을 구축하고 그 성능을 평가하였다.

End-user Computing(EUC) is one of the significant developments of the 1980s with the explosive supply of personal computers and application software related to it. EUC can be defined as the direct assumption of system development and data processing tasks by the user of the service for his own direct benefit. This is in contrast to the traditional approach to computing in which user requirement are identified and defined and then turned over to professional system designers and programmers for implementation, with the end-user a relatively passive participant in the process. The traditional approach to system development has two obvious drawbacks. First, there is the problem that something may be lost in translation of the problem as originally formulated by the requestor and as it is implemented by the computer specialists. Second, there is the problem that it can take a longtime as growth of significant workloads within system department staff. EUC is an attempt to compensate for this drawbacks associated with the traditional system department process. It permits the end-user to interact directly with an information system, utilizing user friendly software support tools. End-user Searching(EUS) can be defined as accessing online databases and performing search operations for the purpose of finding information to be used by that same person rather than another, in contract with intermediary searcher. The concept of EUS is related to the concept of EUS. That is, two concept are similarly to development background, effects and functions. Therefore, as EUC bring on a change the traditional data processing environment, EUS also bring on a change the traditional intermediary search environment.

The Study investigated economic effects and the conditions in the public Shipping e-marketplace. For efficient operation of the public Shipping e-marketplace, this study analyzed how do the participation and community actualize in the public Shipping e-marketplace actualize. According to the research results of the Shipping Cooperations, For Promoting participation in the public Shipping e-marketplace, the Cyber-intermediary operating public Shipping e-marketplace provides timely shipping information, needs publicity strategy generating more benefits than offline transaction, and gives a conviction of the searching costs and transaction costs decrease. Second For promoting community, the Cyber-intermediary must playa major role in electronic community and drive forward continuous publicity strategy in the public Shipping e-marketplace.
