본 연구는 1950년에서 1969년 동안 American Documentation에 실린 정보학 논문의 저자 성별과 관련된 변수를 검토한다. American Documentation은 American Documentation Institute에서 출판되었고, 당시 중요한 정보학 저널이었으며, 1968년 모기관의 명칭이 American Society for Information Science로 변경되면서 1970년 표제가 Journal of the American Society for Information Science (JASIS)로 변경되었다. AD 이전에는 ALA에서 출판한 Journal of Documentary Reproduction (JDR)이 정보학 저널로 있었다. 연구에 따르면 JDR (1938-1942)의 전체 논문 중 여성은 약 8%를 차지하였고, JASIS (1970-1996)의 초기 27년에는 22%를 차지하였다. 본 연구는 1950-1969동안 American Documentation에 여성의 논문을 분석하고 있다. AD라는 이름으로 발행된 저널 전체에서 여성 저자는 17%를 구성하였는데 이러한 비율은 초기와 이후 시기의 중간 정도에 해당하고 있다.

Scientific documentation is one of the three preconditions for scientific research and its technical application in the industrialization process. To solve the documentation problems on an international level, UNESCO promotes abstracting, standardization of terminology and of scientifc publications, automatic information processing and translating. Moreover, UNESCO has helped to establish since 1950, on the request of interested national governments, 12 documentation centers within the framework of United Nations Technical Assistance Programme by providing experts, fellowships and equipment. Some data on these documentation centers and a comparison of their features should be of interest for all those who wish to set up new documentation centers or to improve already existing ones.

In engineering industry, technical documentation refers to any type of documentation that describes handling, functionality and architecture of a technical product. The intended audiences for product technical documentation is the end user, the administrator, service or maintenance technician. Competition and rapid technological evolutions have created pressure to release new and improved products on an increasingly frequent basis. As the technical capabilities of products advance, the technical documentation for those products is becoming longer and complex. The Darwin Information Typing Architecture (DITA) is and XML-based, end-to-end architecture for authoring, producing, and delivering technical documents. DITA is an OASIS standard that allows documentation groups to single-source document for multiple products and users, to automatically publish that documentation in several media formats including PDF and HTML, and to efficiently maintain and update that documentation. This paper study on the various implementation projects for technical documentation using OASIS DITA standard and examines the potential for using DITA as a solution for reconstructing existing technical documentation. Also We offer an incremental adoption approach to effectively implement DITA standard of technical documentation project for domestic firms, while reducing failures.

이 연구의 목적은 공간/장소를 중심으로 추진되는 로컬리티 기록화의 모형을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해 Cox 등이 주창한 로컬리티 기록화 모형과 우리나라에서 최근 이루어진 관련 연구 등을 분석하여 로컬리티 기록화의 방향과 전략이 어떻게 바뀌고 있는지 분석하였고, 이를 토대로 디지털 환경에서의 새로운 로컬리티 기록화 패러다임을 도출하였다. 새로운 패러다임에 근거하여 공간 기반의 로컬리티 기록화 모형(spanDoc 모형)을 제시하였다. 이 모형은 기록화의 원칙, 구조, 절차를 포함하며, 특히 로컬리티 기록화의 결과가 디지털 환경에서 축적되고 활용되는 구조를 보여주는 데에 초점을 맞추었다.

The safety and performance of medical device software is managed through life-cycle processes, which represent the entire process of research and development (R&D). The life-cycle process of medical device software is represented by an international standard called IEC 62304, ISO/IEC 12207. In order to license the product, the manufacturer must have document artifacts that comply with the IEC 62304 standard. However, these standards only describe the content of the activity and do not provide a method or procedure for documentation. Therefore, this paper suggests R&D documentation guidelines that assist medical device software developers to have R&D documents conforming to the standards. For this purpose, this study identifies the requirements related to documentation among the requirements existing in the standard and extracts them in the form of guidelines showing only the core information of the requirements. In addition, through the Web framework implemented based on this research, the developer can evaluate whether the technical documents are written in accordance with the R&D document guidelines. Medical device software manufacturers can efficiently produce high-quality research and development documents through R&D documentation guidelines, and they can have standards-compliantresearch and development documentation required for licensing procedures.

본 연구에서는 HTML이나 XML로 작성한 Web 문서들의 복잡도를 측정하는 모델을 제안한다, 문서들의 복잡도는 문서들을 이해하는 데 밀접한 영향을 미치고, 이 이해도가 높은 Web 문서들은 결국 WEI에 좋은 효과를 거둘 수 있다. 본 연구에서 제안한 복잡도는 Web 문서들 간의 주고받는 정보의 흐름의 정도를 표현하기 위하여 엔트로피의 함수를 이용한다. 제안한 문서 복잡도는 문서들간의 정보 이동 관계에 의해서 문서들 내의 정보 흐름을 측정한다. 논 연구에서 제안한 문서 복잡도의 타당도는 Weyuker가 제안한 프로그램의 복잡도 평가 방법을 이용하여 평가하였고, 실제 문서들의 복잡도를 측정하였다. 또한 문서화일의 수와 문서 복잡도간의 상관관계를 분석하여 본 연구에서 제안한 문서 복잡도의 효율성을 제시하였다.

본 연구에서는 코로나19를 비롯한 각종 감염병 재난에 대한 대학의 대응체계를 마련하기 위해 대학기록관의 코로나19 도큐멘테이션 전략을 수립하였다. 이를 위해 '코로나19 시기 대학'을 주제로 헤크만의 도큐멘테이션 전략을 적용하여 '도큐멘테이션 영역 정의 및 예비분석'과 '전략 설계'를 수행하였다. 먼저, 예비분석 단계에서는 해외 대학의 코로나19 도큐멘테이션 사례조사와 이해관계자 면담조사를 실시하였으며, 다음으로 전략 설계 단계에서는 기록관리 전문요원을 대상으로 면담조사를 실시하였다. 이를 토대로 도큐멘테이션 전략안을 작성하였으며, 기록관리 전문요원으로부터 의견을 수렴한 후, 전략안을 확정하였다. 전략안에는 도큐멘테이션 목적과 영역, 그룹을 비롯한 참고정보, 주요 고려사항 등이 포함되었다. 이 연구는 코로나19 사례를 중심으로 대학기록관의 도큐멘테이션 전략을 개발한 것으로 추후 감염병 재난에 대비한 기록 확보 가이드라인으로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

Overseas countries' government and facility management industries make efforts to ensure precise and fluent data from building information modeling (BIM). In facility management, a large amount of data and information are necessary to continue the process activities. Facility condition assessment, which is performed to make budget plan for the maintenance and operation requires the related facilities' documentation and information. However, it depends on the owner and the user of the facility to provide accurate and complete information to consultant. The problems as follows: (1) owner and user should provide documents and information, and (2) the consultant cannot verify the provided information. To solve these problems, we suggest a methodology to produce the information for FCA through BIM. First, all of the essential documentation and assessment elements are listed. Next, the documents and elements are separated out, whether they are able to be extracted from BIM or not. Then, the list indicates only the data that is linked with BIM. The suggestion is expected to provide the required information through the connection to BIM with accuracy and completeness and to present another BIM application use for facility management.

기록관리의 가장 중요한 목표는 기록을 생산한 기관의 행정상의 책임과 기관의 역사를 다큐멘테이션 하는 데 있다. 이를 위해서 각 기관은 그 기관에서 다큐멘테이션 되어야 할 현상 및 증거의 종류와 가치를 결정하기 위한 계획의 입안, 즉 다큐멘테이션 전략을 수립할 필요가 있다. 이 글은 국회를 둘러싼 외부적 요소들과의 관계(외부관계)의 다큐멘테이션에 초점을 두고 그 필요성과 전략을 제시하려는 글이다. 문헌연구를 통해 의회의 외부관계 기능 및 그 기능과 관련된 주요 출처들을 도출하였고 그 출처에서 어떤 기록이 생산되는지 미국의 사례를 조사하고 한국 국회의 현황을 분석하였다. 이러한 분석을 기초로 하여 국회 외부관계 도큐멘테이션 전략으로서 다큐멘테이션 프로그램의 법규화, 수집정책, 다큐멘테이션을 위한 안내 및 홍보의 강화, 외부기관과의 협력 및 지원체계의 수립이라는 네 가지 요소를 제안하였다.
