본 논문에서는 이 문서 클러스터링 방법 중 계층적 방법인 Kmeans 클러스터링 알고리즘을 이용하여 문서를 클러스터링 하고자 한다. 기존의 Kmeans 클러스터링 알고리즘은 문서의 수가 많을 경우 하나의 클러스터링에 너무 많은 문서들이 할당되는 문제점이 있다. 이 치우침을 완화하고자 각 클러스터링에 할당된 문서 수에 따라서 문서에 가중치를 부여한 후 다시 클러스터링을 하는 방법을 제안하였다. 실험 결과는 정확률, 재현율을 결합한 조화 평균(F-measure)을 사용하여 평가하였으며 기존 알고리즘보다 9％이상의 성능 향상을 나타냈다.

음성인식의 연구 대상은 낭독음성에서 대화음성으로 발전해가고 있다. 이를 위해서는 대량의 대화코퍼스가 필요하다. 그러나 아직 충분한 양의 대화코퍼스가 구축되어 있지 못하며 코퍼스의 주석 정보 또한 복잡하고 다양하게 표현하고 있어 효율적인 활용이 어렵다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 대화 영역으로 텔래뱅킹 영역을 설정하고 대화코퍼스를 구축하여 구축된 대화코퍼스의 주석 정보를 XML(Extensible Markup Language)로 표준화할 수 있도록 DTD(Document Type Definition)를 정의하여 문서 구조화하였다.

Today, IT governance has also become a subject of attention along with recent technologies such as ITSM (IT Service Management), PPM (Project Portfolio Management) and Compliance. At the national level, the market is fairly recent. and therefore, lacks detailed research in the field. Models specifically related to EIM has not yet been presented to this day, hence, firms that are considering EIM as a potential part of their information management system may fall into a state of disorder in the process of its implementation. To this end, this research attempts to construct an IT governance model for EIM based on existing models, surveys and interviews. In particular, E-discovery has been applied as means of protecting information assets and its use as evidence. In addition, by applying the research model to a particular global firm and then assessing its documentation management system, the overall feasibility of the research model has been tested.

The article discusses the features of the use of distance technologies to intensify the learning process of students. The advantages and disadvantages of distance learning are shown. The role and functions of the teacher in distance learning have been adjusted. Information and methodological support for distance learning of students is proposed. ISO 15489-1 2016년판의 가장 큰 변화는 현용기록 관리에 '평가(appraisal)'를 핵심 절차 중의 하나로 다루고 있다는 점이다. 2018년 11월에는 ISO 15489-1(2016)에서 제시한 평가의 개념과 원칙을 실무에 적용할 수 있는 방법론을 설명하기 위하여 기록평가국제표준으로 ISO/TR 21946(Information and documentation - Appraisal for managing records)이 발간되었다. 본고에서는 이러한 국제표준에 나타난 평가 개념과 특징, 실제 적용 시 고려해야 할 내용을 중심으로 분석하였다. 특히, ISO/TR 21946에서 제시한 평가 프로세스를 각 단계별로 정리하고, 해당 프로세스를 국내 대학 사례에 적용해봄으로써 국제표준의 기록 평가방법론을 국내 기록관리 환경에 어떻게 적용할 수 있는지 모색하였다. 이 연구는 새로운 기록 평가국제표준에 대한 이해를 높이고, 국내 기록관리 및 평가 제도의 개선 방향 모색에 기초가 될 수 있을 것이다.

The forth edition of the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association (1994) provides documentation advice for writers in the social sciences. This style of citation briefly identifies the source for readers and enables them to locate the source of information in the alphabetical reference list at the end of an article. Although the APA publication manual gives recommendations for citing some kinds of electronic resources, it acknowledges that at the time of writing this edition, a standard had not yet emerged for referencing on-line information. Because the manual was published before the development of the Internet as we know it, it does not have guidelines for citing www sites, web discussion forum posting, and other Internet resources,. Therefore this study aims to extend the principles and conventions of APA citation style to electronic resources.

As a bridge between design and manufacturing, process planning is to generate a sequenced set of instructions to manufacture the specified part. Automatic interpretation of manufacturing information incorporated in the design documentation such as CAD file has been a knotty subject for manufacturing engineers since no current data exchange format for product data provides a perfect interface between heterogeneous systems. The recent neutral data exchange format STEp, standard for the exchange of product model data, includes not only geometry but also technical and managerial information. STEP AP(Application Protocol) 224 is specifically dedicated to the mechanical product definition for process planning using machining features. Given a design information in STEP AP 224 format, process planning can be made without human intervention. This paper describes a method to determine the sequence of machining features by using the machining features and the manufacturing information expressed in STEP AP224.

정보화 사회에서 많은 문서가 전자화 됨에 따라 효율적인 처리를 위해 구조화된 전자 문서 처리가 요구되고 있다. 이에 SGML은 구조화된 정보를 생성하고 교환하기 위한 문서 표준으로써, 이러한 전자 문서를 보여주고 수정하며 새로운 문서를 생성하기에 알맞다. 이에 따라 대량의 구조화된 SGML 문서 정보의 저장, 관리에 관한 연구가 필요하다. 본 논문은 HyTime(Hypermedia Time-based Structuring Language)에서 정의된 GROVE(Graph Representation Of property ValuEs)를 이용하여 데이터 모델링 설계 및 SGML 문서 저장 관리 시스템 설계에 대해 기술한다.

The current technology drain at small and medium-sized enterprises in Korea is very serious. According to the National Intelligence Service's survey data, 69 percent of technology leaks are made through employees of small and medium-sized enterprises. A document security system was introduced to compensate for the problem. However, small and medium-sized enterprises are not doing well due to their poor environment. Therefore, it proposes a document security system suitable for small businesses by developing a location information machine learning system that automatically creates a document security Green Zone through learning, and an ECM-based electronic document leakage prevention system that manages generated Green Zone information by reflecting it into the document authority system. And step by step, propose a universal solution through cloud services..

중국 도서관체제의 한 하부체제로서 중국과학원 문헌정보체제는 이론 연구와 실무 실천 양면에서 중국의 문헌정보활동 발전에 크게 기여해왔다. 현재 중국에 풍미하고 있는 개혁운동으로 중국과학원 문헌정보체제는 훌륭한 기회와 도전에 직면해 있다. 중국과학원 문헌정보체제가 현대적인 기술과 수단으로 그 이용자에게 봉사해야 할 의무와 책임을 견지하고 있는 한 동 문헌정보체제는 그 활동을 더욱 더 개선해 나갈 것이다. 이러한 기본적인 배경아래 본 논문에서는 첫째, 중국과학원 문헌정보체제의 조직 구조; 둘째, 그 주요 사업과 활동 현황 - 특히 이론 연구, 도서관학과 정보학의 통합, 이차간행물의 출판과 데이터베이스의 구축, 정보검색과 정보분석, 자동화, 직원훈련; 셋째, 결론으로서 중국과학원 문헌정보활동의 장래 발전을 전망하였다.
