In this paper, we present indoor positioning technologies using the wireless signal categorizing them into triangulation based, fingerprinting based, and cell ID based technologies. We describe several representative techniques for each of them emphasizing their strengths and weaknesses. We define important performance issues for indoor positioning technologies and analyze recent technologies according to the performance issues. We believe that this paper provide wise view and necessary information for recent indoor positioning technologies using wireless signals.

The article covered theoretical aspects use of information and communication technologies in teaching. Information and communication technologies are technologies that allow you to search, process and assimilate information from various sources, including the Internet. This is the presentation of information in electronic form, its processing and storage, the use of the computer, a variety of programs. The use of information and communication technologies in the work of a student gives an increase in motivation for learning; increased cognitive interest; evaluate their learning activities, identify the problems of their own educational activities; the formation of cognitive independence of students.

Today, further education of adults in the UK is one of the developing areas of continuing education. The Open University with distance learning, in the process of which innovative forms and methods based on computer and telecommunication technologies are used, is particularly successful in the organization of additional education of the adult population. The advantages of distance learning, multimedia - the latest information technologies, which provide the combination of graphic images, video, sound with the help of modern computer tools, are noted. The basic principles and forms underlying the technologies and forms of work with the elderly are defined. The international experience of implementing "Universities of the Third Age" is summarized. The most widespread approach in adult education in Great Britain is informational. The use of computer technologies motivates a new paradigm in educational methods and strategies, which requires new approaches, forms of learning, and innovative ways of delivering educational materials to adult learners. Information technologies have gained great popularity in such activities as distance learning, online learning, assistance in the education management system, development of programs and virtual textbooks in various subjects, online search for information for the educational process, computer testing of students' knowledge, creation of electronic libraries, formation of a single scientific electronic environment, publication of virtual magazines and newspapers on pedagogical topics, teleconferences, expansion of international cooperation in the field of Internet education. The information technology of synchronous distance learning "online" has gained considerable popularity in the educational process today. A promising direction is the use of multimedia technologies in educational activities to create a design of a virtual computer environment by decoding audiovisual information.

The article analyzes and studies that pedagogical design of the educational process using information and communication technologies in educational institutions of higher education based on the development of a model and methodology personalization of training will improve the quality of the educational process at the university and solve the identified contradiction. The review of known methods and decision support systems regarding the possibility of using the reproductive technologies showed that currently there are no methods and decision support systems regarding the possibility of using reproductive technologies taking into account civil law. Although the analyzed methods and systems have great potential for use in different contexts, these methods and systems do not take into account the civil law requirements of any country. The paper has developed a decision support system regarding the possibility of using the reproductive technologies taking into account civil law, which automatically and free of charge determines the possibility/impossibility of surrogate motherhood or in vitro fertilization. If it is determined that surrogate motherhood or in vitro fertilization is impossible, the sufficiency of the information in the analyzed contract is evaluated, and the reasons for the impossibility of surrogate motherhood or in vitro fertilization are presented to the user.

The use of innovative technologies is one of the promising areas of education development, so the article clarifies the content of the terms "innovation" "pedagogical technology". Our goal is to justify the need to use innovative technologies in education. Innovative technologies are divided into four groups, depending on the appropriate form of educational activity for their use. The development of innovative pedagogical technologies at the present stage of education development should be carried out in accordance with the criteria of technological efficiency, which are presented in the article: scientific; systematic; guaranteed; manageable; mass. Based on the analysis of the process of formation of pedagogical education, the main trends in the information support of teachers in the system of pedagogical education were revealed. Its theoretical and methodological foundations were determined, promising directions and main ways of improving the information support of teachers' education as an organic component of continuous pedagogical education in Ukraine were justified. The conducted study of the state of information support for teachers allowed us to establish that the main functions of scientific and pedagogical information - analytical and predictive, integrative, operational and purposeful informing of various categories of specialists - teachers-are not being implemented enough. This is due to the versatility and complexity of the pedagogical process, the low level and limited range of development of systems of operational differentiated scientific and methodological services for various categories of teachers. Ways to improve the information function of teacher education are determined.

In this paper, we consider the construction of cyclic and quasi-cyclic structured q-ary low-density parity-check (LDPC) codes over a designated small field. The construction is performed with a pre-defined sliding-window, which actually executes the regular mapping from original field to the targeted field under certain parameters. Compared to the original codes, the new constructed codes can provide better flexibility in choice of code rate, code length and size of field. The constructed codes over small fields with code length from tenths to hundreds perform well with q-ary sum-product decoding algorithm (QSPA) over the additive white Gaussian noise channel and are comparable to the improved spherepacking bound. These codes may found applications in wireless sensor networks (WSN), where the delay and energy are extremely constrained.

Network virtualization technologies have played efficient roles in deploying cloud, Internet of Things (IoT), big data, and 5G network. We have conducted a survey on network virtualization technologies, such as software-defined networking (SDN), network functions virtualization (NFV), and network virtualization overlay (NVO). For each of technologies, we have explained the comprehensive architectures, applied technologies, and the advantages and disadvantages. Furthermore, this paper has provided a summarized view of the latest research works on challenges and solutions of security issues mainly focused on DDoS attack and encryption.

OPC has made it to improve the development of control and monitoring software. But it is difficult to understand COM/DCOM model that is a base technology of OPC and complex communication setting between OPC Server and OPC Client. Therefore, in this paper, we design and implement ActiveX based components that are enable to solve these problems. Implemented components provide a method for simple communication between OPC Server and OPC Client and a GUI environment for easy and fast setting of communication information. Also, they provide the architecture for efficient management of OPC Server's data. By using implemented component, easy development and efficient maintenance of OPC Client can be supported.

The processes of informatization of the modern educational space are inextricably linked with the active introduction of innovative information technologies, which diversify the forms of education and upbringing. The use of these technologies in education due to their specific properties significantly enhances the clarity of learning, emotional impact on students, helps to deepen interdisciplinary links, intensifies students' work, and improves the organization of educational activities. Innovative information technologies offer new opportunities for the use of text, audio, graphic, and video information in lessons, enriching the methodological possibilities of the lesson. Today, the use of these technologies is becoming an integral part of the study of any subject. Using multimedia presentations, publications, and websites created by students in the learning process, they can develop learning skills. According to researchers, there are many multimedia programs for working with a computer in a music lesson, namely: a music player, a program for singing karaoke, a music constructor, music encyclopedias, and training programs. The introduction of innovative information technologies in the system of music education allows expanding learning opportunities.
