Impact of Personal Health Information Security Awareness on Convenience (개인의료정보보안인식이 편의성에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of the research is that how awareness of importance of personal medical data, laws regarding personal medical data and perception gap regarding information of medical data system may affect usage of hospital convenience between a regular patient who has experienced hospital service and medical professionals. Preceding research analysis was conducted previous on establishing research model; 150 questionnaires to a regular patient and 150 questionnaires for a medical professional, total of 300 questionnaires were gathered for conducting a question investigation. First of all, the research concluded that there are a regular perception differences between a regular patient and medical professional. Moreover, there are perception differences among the different gender, age, and area of residence. Furthermore, medical professionals tend to consider that convenience of hospital usage will be increased if user strengthens recognition of security of personal medical data. Results of hypothesis stress that higher awareness of exposure of personal medical data and medical information system affect decision making convenience for a better usage of hospital. On the other side, awareness of laws related with personal medical information security does not affect decision making convenience of hospital usage and transaction. The results of the research analyzes with proof that strengthening awareness of personal medical data security positively increase convenience of decision making and transactions in selection of provided medical service.

  • As new technologies emerge and threats become increasingly complex and unpredictable, security professionals who are living in the age of information face an increasingly complex array of challenges. In recent, virtually all organizations with physical and IT assets protect those assets in a variety of methods. There are physical systems to protect facilities and their contents from unlawful trespassing. It is important to note that the integration of physical and IT security is to be required: When done correctly, the integration starts with laws, strategies, policies and procedures. Integration of physical and IT security systems is done not for its own sake but in support of security policies and procedures. Significant security improvements can be made by integrating physical and IT security management without necessarily integrating physical and logical electronic security systems. Up to now, the private security industries of the Republic of Korea have been operated and developed by the separation of physical security and industrial security. However, considering the fast changing security environments, physical security companies should turn their attention to security convergence field to cope with the new trends in the security matters. At the same time, governmental supports on the improvement of various laws, regulations and policies in such a way to meet the realistic needs of the industries should be followed.

Resaerch Trend and Cocentualization of Defense Industry Security From Convergence Security Perspective (융합보안 관점에서 방위산업보안 개념 정립과 연구동향 분석)

  • Methods that industrial spies use to smuggle core technology out are becoming more intelligent, technological, and complex, thus resulting in more serious damages. In particular, defense industries in which involve national core technology as well as institutions including labor force are industries that are in a greater need of the convergence security. Defense Industry develops, experiments, and produces defense security supplies for national security protection. Defense industry involves a number of security elements such as military secret, industrial secret, core technology labor force, defense industry supply, critical national facility, and information communication system. Defense industry security is a complex of military security and industrial security which is convergence security that integrates all security elements of defense industry. Therefore, defense industry security is a typical ideal model for convergence security. Research on defense industry security is relatively insufficient compared to research of security in other industrial fields. In order to prevent core technology of denfese industry from leaking and to protect technical professionals and institutions, research and action on defense industry security from convergence security perspective are therefore essential at this point of time.

  • In e-commerce environment, security should be considered as an essential factor for success. In this paper, we analyze security requirements for e-commerce system, and it is focused on the practical usage, not theoretical contribution, in the field of e-commerce security. To identify the security requirements being specific to e-commerce environment, the researches related to e-commerce security are surveyed and a phase of Delphi method and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) are used to determine the relative importance of e-commerce security factors. Since researchers and practitioners can have significantly different views because of each different work environment, we divide the professionals into two respondents' group. This survey result can be useful security guidelines in the development of e-commerce service system from the initial system development step to the completion.

  • The purpose of this study was to extract the spiritual characteristic factors of the security martial arts qualitatively which are emphasized in guard situation. To get the purpose of this study, 216 people who are students majored in security service, security service professionals, specialists of practical and theoretical security martial arts were selected as participants for this study. The results of this study were as follows. There were divided 4 sub-factors and 20 detailed factors. The spiritual characteristics of the security martial arts were named psychological spirit which was consisted of concentration, self-confidence, self-management, flow, and self-esteem, ethical spirit which was consisted of sacrifice, justice, royalty, peace, and sense of duty, martial arts' spirit which was consisted of courtesy, toughness, defense, balance of mind and body, and bravery, and practical spirit which was consisted of responsibility, cooperation, modesty, determination, and professionalism.

A Study on Critical Success Factors for Enterprise Security Collaboration (전사적 보안협업을 위한 핵심성공요인에 관한 연구)

  • Although the requirement of enterprise security implementation has been raised, a few research on security collaboration, which is one of the methods for enterprise security has been performed. This paper approached information security from the collaboration-centric perspective and propose critical success factors for security collaboration. In this study, a model of security collaboration, which includes coordination and cooperation activities was devised. Based on the previous research on organizational collaboration literature, the eight success factors for collaboration were deduced and examined the significance of the eight factors using the PLS-SEM statistical method with data of 106 samples who are security and IT professionals who have worked for more than 7 years. The result of the hypothesis test supported that trust, expertise motivation, collaboration performance criteria, top manager support and collaboration tools are the prominent factors of security collaboration.

  • The development of IT technology emphasizes the importance of training IT professionals, and the need for education for elementary and secondary education as well as adult education for training technical talent is expanding. In particular, information curriculum will be added as an essential course from the 2015 revised curriculum, and IT technology will be understood in the curriculum for elementary and secondary schools and will be required to develop applicability to solve problems based on understanding. Currently, research is under way to integrate IT technologies to provide new services, and if the use of personal information is required in the process, thorough security for the leakage of personal information is pre-empted. It also prevents the identification of personal information in the process of transmitting data to the outside world. In this paper, we propose a training method for elementary school subjects to understand the non-identification process that occurs in the process of transferring data using pipe games so that they can understand the principles of non-identification and develop applications to solve real-life problems.

  • The directed tests produce an expectation model to assist the organization's heads and professionals with settling on the right and speedy choice. A directed deep learning strategy has been embraced and applied for SCADA information. In this paper, for the load shedding expectation overall power organization of Libya, a convolutional neural network with multi neurons is utilized. For contributions of the neural organization, eight convolutional layers are utilized. These boundaries are power age, temperature, stickiness and wind speed. The gathered information from the SCADA data set were pre-handled to be ready in a reasonable arrangement to be taken care of to the deep learning. A bunch of analyses has been directed on this information to get a forecast model. The created model was assessed as far as precision and decrease of misfortune.   • To develop experts capable of responding to cyber security incidents, numerous institutions have established cyber training facilities to cultivate security professionals equipped with effective defense strategies. However, these challenges such as limited resources, scenario-based content development, and cost constraints. To address these issues, this paper proposes a virtual infrastructure variation generation framework. It provides customized, diverse IT infrastructure environments for each organization, allowing cyber defense trainers to accumulate a wide range of experiences. By leveraging Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) containers and employing Word2Vec, a natural language processing model, mutable code elements are extracted and trained, enabling the generation of new code and presenting novel container environments.

  • Artificial Intelligence has stimulated every aspect of today's life. Human thinking quality is trying to be involved through digital tools in all research areas of the modern era. The education industry is also leveraging artificial intelligence magical power. Uses of digital technologies in pedagogical paradigms are being observed from the last century. The widespread involvement of artificial intelligence starts reshaping the educational landscape. Adaptive learning is an emerging pedagogical technique that uses computer-based algorithms, tools, and technologies for the learning process. These intelligent practices help at each learning curve stage, from content development to student's exam evaluation. The quality of information technology students and professionals training has also improved drastically with the involvement of artificial intelligence systems. In this paper, we will investigate adopted digital methods in the education sector so far. We will focus on intelligent techniques adopted for information technology students and professionals. Our literature review works on our proposed framework that entails four categories. These categories are communication between teacher and student, improved content design for computing course, evaluation of student's performance and intelligent agent. Our research will present the role of artificial intelligence in reshaping the educational process.
