Consumptive behavior is the behavior of consuming goods that are actually less or not needed (especially in relation to the response to the consumption of secondary goods, namely, goods that are not really needed). This study aims to determine the influence of factors such as lifestyle, financial literacy, and social demographics on the consumptive behavior. The population in this research is students of STIE Bank BPD Jawa Tengah who had taken entrepreneurship I and II courses, with a total of 230 students, while the sample is determined by using accidental sampling technique and using Slovin formula, which obtained 70 samples. Quantitative data are used, and data collection method in this study is questionnaire. The analytical tool in this study is the multiple regression analysis. Data is processed by using the SPSS program 21. The results showed that there were positive influence of lifestyle variable on student consumptive behavior; positive influence of financial literacy variable on student consumptive behavior; and positive influence of social demographics on student consumptive behavior. The most dominant variable influencing consumptive behavior is variable X3 (social demographics) with a regression coefficient value of 0.510, followed by variable X1 (lifestyle) and variable X2 (financial literacy).
This study conducted frequency analysis, reliability analysis, descriptive statistics, and correlation analysis to determine the impact of quality control managers' perception and implementation of KS certification factory inspection evaluation items on follow-up management. Through a multiple linear regression model, the influence of KS certification officer's awareness and implementation of KS certification factory inspection on post management was found to have a positive (+) influence on post management, with implementation having a greater influence on post management than awareness. It was having an impact. The independent variable (perception) has a statistically significant impact on the mediating variable (execution), and in the stage of verifying the mediating effect, the influence of the independent variable (perception) on the dependent variable (follow-up management) has a statistically significant impact. , In the stage where the independent variable (perception) and the mediator (implementation) are input simultaneously, both the independent variable and the mediator have a statistically significant effect on the dependent variable, indicating that there is a mediation effect.
The muffler which reduce the exhaust noise and vibration from engine influence on the engine performance. Recently, exhaust variable valve has set up in the muffler controls the backpressure in the exhaust system. And the backpressure variation according to the exhaust variable valve opening has developed the engine performance. First, the preceding of structural analysis is needed and simulation experiment is requested for the study on the design factor to influence on the operation of the exhaust variable valve. In this study, setting up the various variables according to each composition element needed for the structural analysis of the exhaust variable valve, it is experimented the analysis on the influence of each design factor with the calculation of stress distribution and the displacement to cause about the backpressure for the valve through parameter study.
The purpose of this study is to investigate interpersonal support, tension in lifechanges & satisfaction. The selected sample is composed of 387 housewives in ChongJoo city. SAS pc program was used for the statistical analysis of the data. Data was analyzed by frequency, F-test, percentage, mean, Duncan's Multiple Range Test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, Regression Analysis. Major findings as follows: 1)At wedding & funeral ceremony, kin networks of her parents & parents-in law side were variables to have influence on tension in life changes. And the number of social organization participated were a variable to have influence on the satisfaction. The age of couple, education of couple, duration of marriage, income, family lifecycle, the number of children, pattern of family were variables to influence tension in life changes, but were not variables to influence on the satisfaction. 2) At usual or wedding & funeral ceremony, kin networks of her parents side were variables to influence on instrumental & companionship support. And the number of friends was a variable to influence on companionship & informational support. The number of neighbors was a variable to influence on instrumental, companionship & informational support. The number of social organization participated was a variable to influence on companionship & emotional support. The age of couple, education of couple,income, duration of marriage, family life cycle, number of children, family size, family type were variables to influence on interpersonal support. 3)The relationship between tension and satisfaction in life changes was negative, and between instrumental support and satisfaction was negative also. But between companionship support and satisfaction was positive relationship and between tension of personal &social life and instrumental support was positive relationship. The relationship between tension of marriage life and companionship support was negative and between tension of family life and information support was negative relationships. The received companionship support was lower tension in life changes than not received it. But the received instrumental support was higher tension of personal & social life. The received companionship & informational support was higher satisfaction than not received them. But the received instrumental support was lower satisfaction than not received it. 4) Instrumental & companionship support, at usual kin network of her parents in taw side, at wedding & funeral ceremony kin network of her parents side,were variables to influence on tension in life changes. The purpose of this study was to identify how th ADHD variable and family variables influence parents' perception of parental role, family functioning. Subjects were 478 preschoolers at the ages of 3-6 and their teachers and parents. The CTRS-10, the PSI, the FACESⅢ were used. The major findings were as follows ; 1) The variables which ae influential in parental strain were shown in order of the social psychological resource variables, the ADHD variable, and the social demographic variables. The sole ADHD variable's influence was high (β=.26***, increased R2=5.4%). 2) The variables which are influential in parental mastery were shown in order of the social psychological resource variables, the ADHD variable, and the social demographic variables. The sole ADHD variable's influence was high(β=.13*, increased R2=1.5%), also. 3) The variables which are influential in family cohesion and adaptability were shown in order of the social psychological resource variables, the social demographic variables. In both family cohesion and adaptability, the sole ADHD variables' influence was insignificant(β=-.08, increased R2=-0.3%, increased R3=-0.3%). Implications to knowledges as well as recommendations for future research are discussed.
The death toll of the elderly by accidents in 2007 takes 6.5% of total death toll. The lost income from this is estimated to be 17 trillion and 511 billion won. According to CISS of Korea Consumer Protection Board, the number of safety related accidents of the elderly at home in 2006 was 486 cases in 2006 and has gradually increased every year. This thesis created 115 guidelines at 14 spaces as facility evaluation index evaluating the aging friendliness of the facility and safety related accidents generated at elderly resident welfare facility, examined influence variables of safety related accidents with 191 elderly including demographic variable, physical skill variable, social psychological variable and facility environmental variables, and then verified relevance between safety accidents and each influence variable. As a result, it was verified through ANOVA test of SAS Package Program and $x^2$- test that facility environmental variable would be closely related to the accident. In this regard, this study newly proposes the facility standards of aging friendly facility by supplementing them with contents and guidelines of facility evaluation table as ways to reduce safety related facility of the elderly.
Purpose - As the interest of financial aria increase in economic change and labor market change, this study focused on the employee of the financial aria in Korea. The purpose of this study is to analyses relation among relationship variable and organizational culture variable and organizational effectiveness of financial aria employees in Korea. Research design, data, and methodology - This study measured relationship variable with communication and trust. And measured organizational culture variable with innovation, relation, hierarchy and rational. And measured organizational effectiveness with job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Empirical analysis is conducted using 442 financial aria employees of 7th HCCP in KRIVET. And SPSS is used in frequency and stepwise regression test and AMOS is used in path analysis with group differentiation test. Results - Overall results show that trust and relation culture give positive influence on job satisfaction. Organizational commitment results show that relation culture and rational culture give positive influence and also job satisfaction. However, hierarchy culture gives negative influence on organizational commitment. Also, the moderating effect of work characteristics is significant. Conclusions -Result of this study give managerial implication to HRM and also expend inflected organizational culture study to financial aria in Korea. Especially gives insight to relationship, organizational culture and organizational effectiveness. And management differentiation needs between work characteristic.
The purpose of this study is to investigate decision making styles task management of urban homemakers. This study focuses on the following aspects: 1) to find out which variables of background variables (ie. age of couple, education of couple, duration of marriage, income, family life cycle, number of children) have effect on decision making styles & task management of urban homemakers. 2) to find out the relationships between decision making styles and task management of urban homemakers. 3) to find out independent influcene of background variables on task management. major findings are as follows; First, it is general tendency that decision making styles were human oriented in urban homemakers. Importance & Urgency of the task, age of homemakers, education of homemakers, family life cycle were significant variables to have influcence on task oriented decision making styles. Importance & urgency of task were variables to have influences on human oriented decision making styl s. Second, the tendency of dealing with task at once is the highest in the task management, on the other hand, the tendency of dealing with task in the next session is the lowest. Income is a variable to influence on dealing with task in delegation to others, education of homemaker is a variable to influence on dealing with task in next session and importance & urgency of the task and the number of children were variables to influence on dealing with task immediately. Third, human oriented decision marking style was a variable to influence on dealing with task in delegation with task in delegation to others, in the next session, and in suspending/ in neglecting. Task oriented decision making style was a variable to influence on dealing with task immediately. Fourth, The urgency of task & income were variables to have direct influence on dealing with task in delegation with task in next session, and the urgency of the task, age & education of homemaker and family life cycle were varia les to direct influence on dealing with the task immediately. The urgency & importance of the task and age of homemaker were variables to have indirect on dealing with the task urgency of task & the number of children were variables to have indirect influence on dealing with the task in suspending/in neglecting through the medium of the human oriented decision making styles.
In this paper we propose a variable selection criterion minimizing influence curve in regression, and compare it with other criteria such as $C_p$(Mallows 1973) and adjusted coefficient of determination. Examples and extension to the generalized linear models are given.
Purpose: COVID-19, government regulation and social media have changed many aspects of life including consumption behavior. The influence of social media by spreading massive news about COVID-19 also have the impact toward emotions threat, perceived risk, and perceived value of consumption behavior in Bengkulu Province, Indonesia. This research aims to analyze the extent to which changes in the consumption behavior, mainly for purchasing of corona prevention products through indirect distribution channels. Research design, data and methodology: This research was descriptive quantitative using the IPA method with sample of people in Bengkulu Province. This study obtained 208 respondent data from questionnaires and tested the validity and reliability with corrected-item total correlation method. Results: The study found that COVID-19 pandemic and government regulation variable were in quadrant II, in quadrant III there were social media variable, emotions threat and perceived risk. Meanwhile, in quadrant IV there were perceived value variable. Conclusions: The findings indicated that COVID-19 and government regulation are the most variable that influence people to buy corona prevention product, meanwhile perceived value is the less influence variable. Therefore, government and marketers have to prepare strategic plan in order to raise people awareness to avoid corona by buying corona prevention product.
