  • 이산기간 H/sub .inf./ 제어에 의한 최적 예견제어기를 제안한다. 기존의 H/sub .inf./ 제어기는 미지의 외란만 고려한 것이고, LQ 에 의한 예견제어기는 예견 가능한 외란과 미지의 외란이 동시에 가해지는 동적 시스템의 전달함수 행렬의 infinity 놈의 최소화하는 피드백제어기가 동시에 설계된다. 제어기의 설계는 full-information H/sub .inf./ 제어 이론을 따르나, 그 유도 과정은 LQ 에 기초한 예견제어기와 유사하게 이루어진다. 설계된 H/sub .inf./ 예견 게인 행렬은 LQ 예견 게인 행렬과 유사한 구조를 갖는다. 전달함수 행렬의 infinity 놈이 .inf.로 갈수록 H/sub .inf./ 예견 게인 행렬은 LQ에 의한 것에 접근한다. LQ 예견 게인 행렬은 H/sub .inf./ 예견 게인 행렬의 부분 집합임이 입증한다.

(inf,sup)-HESITANT FUZZY BI-IDEALS OF SEMIGROUPS

  • In this paper, we introduce the concepts of (inf, sup)-hesitant fuzzy subsemigroups and (inf, sup)-hesitant fuzzy (generalized) bi-ideals of semigroups, and investigate their properties. The concepts are established in terms of sets, fuzzy sets, negative fuzzy sets, interval-valued fuzzy sets, Pythagorean fuzzy sets, hesitant fuzzy sets, and bipolar fuzzy sets. Moreover, some characterizations of bi-ideals, fuzzy bi-ideals, anti-fuzzy bi-ideals, negative fuzzy bi-ideals, Pythagorean fuzzy bi-ideals, and bipolar fuzzy bi-ideals of semigroups are given in terms of the (inf, sup)-type of hesitant fuzzy sets. Also, we characterize a semigroup which is completely regular, a group and a semilattice of groups by (inf, sup)-hesitant fuzzy bi-ideals.

  • Let R be a commutative Noetherian ring and I an ideal of R. In this paper, we study colocalization of generalized local homology modules. We intend to establish a dual case of local-global principle for the finiteness of generalized local cohomology modules. Let M be a finitely generated R-module and N a representable R-module. We introduce the notions of the representation dimension rI(M, N) and artinianness dimension aI(M, N) of M, N with respect to I by rI(M, N) = inf{i ∈ ℕ0 : HIi(M, N) is not representable} and aI(M, N) = inf{i ∈ ℕ0 : HIi(M, N) is not artinian} and we show that aI(M, N) = rI(M, N) = inf{rIR𝔭 (M𝔭,𝔭N) : 𝔭 ∈ Spec(R)} ≥ inf{aIR𝔭 (M𝔭,𝔭N) : 𝔭 ∈ Spec(R)}. Also, in the case where R is semi-local and N a semi discrete linearly compact R-module such that N/∩t>0ItN is artinian we prove that inf{i : HIi(M, N) is not minimax}=inf{rIR𝔭 (M𝔭,𝔭N) : 𝔭 ∈ Spec(R)\Max(R)}.

  • 기술의 발전에 따라 경제성장의 새로운 동력으로 정보기술이 각광받고 있으며, 기업에서도 정보화를 위한 투자를 늘려가고 있다. 대표적인 현상으로 스마트폰이라는 새로운 정보기술 매체이며, 이를 기반으로 정보화를 이룬 기업간 경쟁이 매우 치열해지는 양상을 보이고 있다. 그러나 일반 중소기업에서는 새로운 기술 트렌드에 부합하여 업무에 필요한 기술개발이 매우 어려운 실정이다. 특히, 데스크탑 환경의 특징인 인터넷을 기반으로 컴퓨터가 있는 곳에서의 업무 처리환경이 이동중인 환경에서 업무의 지속성이 매우 필요하게 된 것이다. 그러나 이와 같은 환경 제공은 대기업 및 일부 소프트웨어 개발 전문 업체에서 가능한 일이라 할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 의사결정자가 이동중에도 업무에 필요한 정보를 획득하여 의사결정을 수행할 수 있도록 스마트폰 환경하에서 업무에 필요한 기술을 개발하는데 목표가 있다. 업무 프로세스로서는 물품의 입력과 재고 관리를 중점으로 이루어지는 업무 프로세스 개발이다. 이를 통해 중소기업에서도 손쉽게 필요한 정보를 이동중에 활용할 수 있을 것으로 예측된다.

  • This paper proposes manual therapy with regards to shoulder diseases accompanied by pain when arms are lifted while spread straight. In the experiment, the angle of the arm when lifted straight is inserted for a manual diagnosis and in case of abnormality, the diagnosis and the therapy are proposed.

A Study on the Enhancement of the International Regulatory Regime for Sea Transport of Radioactive Material through Improving the INF Code

  • The transport of radioactive material by sea is strictly governed by the international regulatory regime which is established by both IAEA and IMO. Nonetheless, although the current regime is well established, due to catastrophic results of potential accident, it is essential to keep identifying areas where further enhancement is necessary. This paper reviews the current regulatory regime governing sea transport, such as IAEA Regulations, IMDG Code and INF Code. Then, specific requirements of the INF Code are analyzed for the purpose of identifying areas where improvement is necessary from the perspective of ships. Through this analysis, this paper identifies areas to be improved and proposes to improve the INF Code which can supplement the current regulatory regime for sea transport of radioactive material.

Protection provided by a commercial modified-live porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV) 1 vaccine (PRRSV1-MLV) against a Japanese PRRSV2 field strain

  • Background: Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV) vaccines do not provide full cross-protection, mainly due to the virus genetic variability. Despite this, vaccines based on modified-live PRRSV (PRRSV-MLV) reduce the disease impact. Objectives: To assess the efficacy of two commercial vaccines-one based on PRRSV1 (PRRSV1-MLV) and another on PRRSV2 (PRRSV2-MLV)-against a Japanese PRRSV2 field strain. Methods: Two groups of three-week-old piglets were vaccinated (G1: PRRSV1-MLV; G2: PRRSV2-MLV) and two were kept as non-vaccinated (INF and CTRL). One month later, G1, G2, and INF were challenged with a PRRSV2 field strain. Results: After the challenge, clinical signs were only observed in INF. Moreover, the highest rectal temperatures and values for the area under the curve (AUC) were observed in INF. Regarding viral detection, both AUC and the proportion of positive samples in blood were higher in INF. In G1, viremic animals never reached 100%. At necropsy (21 d after the challenge), differences for titers among groups were only found in tonsils (G1 < G2 and INF). One animal (belonging to G1) was negative in all tissues. Regarding humoral responses, G1 and G2 seroconverted after vaccination, as detected in the corresponding enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Specific neutralizing antibodies (NA) against PRRSV1-MLV were already detected at 14 d after vaccination in G1, showing a significant booster after the challenge, while PRRSV2-MLV NA were detected in G2 at the end of the experiment. Conclusions: Despite genetic differences, PRRSV1-MLV has been demonstrated to confer partial protection against a Japanese PRRSV2 strain, at least as good as PRRSV2-MLV.

  • The aim of this paper is to suggest a design method of the model following optimal boiler-turbine H.inf. control system using genetic algorithm. This boiler-turbine H.inf. control system is designed by applying genetic algortihm with reference model to the optimal determination of weighting functions and design parameter .gamma. that are given by Glover-Doyle algornithm whch can design H.inf. contrlaaer in the sate. space. The first method to do this is ghat the gains of weightinf functions and .gamma. are optimized simultaneously by genetic algroithm. And the second method is that not only the gains and .gamma. but also the dynamics of weighting functions are optimized at the same time by genetic algonithm. The effectiveness of this boiler-turbine H.inf. control system is verified and compared with LQG/LTR control system by computer simulation.

  • This paper presents a control of active suspension system for quarter-car model with two-degree-of-freedom using $H_{inf}$ and nonlinear adaptive robust control method. Suspension dynamics is linear and treated by $H_{inf}$ method which guarantees the robustness of closed loop system under the presence of uncertainties and minimizes the effect of road disturbance to system. An Adaptive Robust Control (ARC) technique is used to design a force controller such that it is robust against actuator uncertainties. Simulation results are given for both frequency and time domains to verify the effectiveness of the designed controllers.
