  • This study pays attention to the restricted use and the possibility of standard position of contingent workers in Brazil. The labor market of Brazil has been developed by formal and informal labor sector, and informal sector includes various precarious workers as well as contingent workers. According to Brazilian Statistics Department, not contingent workers but informal labor focused in this paper have been slowly decreased since year 2000. In this context, this study investigated on the reasons of decreasing contingent employment in Brazil. The results demonstrate that decreased informal employment and instead increased standard workers could not be interpreted by recent the Braizil's economic boom. Along with literature review, the author conducted the case study regarding employment of contingent workers at six large foreign companies in Sao Paulo. The results of this show that the use of contingent employment was prohibited in regular daily works by the labor law and thus firms employed contingent workers in only temporary positions. Further, firms often promise standard positions for contingent workers when temporary employment contract was terminated since there is little or no exist of the differences of wage between standard and contingent worker in terms of 'same work same wage' and 'minimum wage'. In here, labor unions play a key role in employment change from contingent position to standard job. Consequently, decreasing of contingent workers and stepping stone to regular jobs seems to be triggered by both legal regulation on contingent employment and strong unions. This institutional perspective may extend the theoretical view on the use of contingent workers, and the author discuss that Brazil's case could provide practical implications to Korean labor policy.

  • After the spread of COVID-19, the OTT market has grown rapidly. Accordingly, competition of OTT platforms has intensified. Among them, TVing provides users distinct characteristics of service, such as media and commerce, to differentiate it from other platforms. It is important to offer appropriate usability when proving combined service in one mobile application. Otherwise, it can adversely affect the user experience. In this regard, this research conducted usability testing of TVing and found out what user experience should be considered when integrating different characteristics of service in one mobile application. Through the usability testing, we measured and analyzed effectiveness, efficiency, and satisfaction based on the ISO usability testing guidelines. As a result, three important considerations of UX design for mobile application of combined services were found; 1) connectivity between services, 2) easy navigation, 3) consistent UI design, and 4) relations between subjects and provided information. This design consideration is expected to be applicable not only to TVing mobile application, but also to the situation where composed services are provided in one application.

  • The purpose of this paper was to confirm the source of Shipsong called Yookchen or Yooksheen used in Myeongleehak and the meaning of Shipsong in major classics. It is to investigate the concept of Shipsong used in modern Myeongri, and to study in-depth the concept of Shipsong in a more advanced form, not just in family relationships. In reality, the concept of Yookchen was defined and the term Yookchen was first used in Yeonhaejapyeong. Most of the contents of the major classics, such as Yeonhaejapyeong, Sammyeontonghwe, and Japyeonjinjeong, were limited to setting only family concepts. Then, in 1963, Sajoojeongsul was published, which explained both family relations and the action of Shipsong. In particular, it is noteworthy that the scientific reputation written by Ki-seung Kim did not only explain the concept of Shipsong but also opened a new chapter to confirm human psychology and aptitude. In this study, I tried to find out the concept and tendency of Shipsong described in Kim Ki-seung's Science Myeongri in the major classics and how the concept changed. I hope this study will be of some help to the study of Myeongleehak in the future in terms of understanding and utilization of Shipsong.

Therefore, we used dream-integrated art therapy to have a process of recognizing unconscious dreams that clearly express expectations for oneself, others, and the world, and to explore this process more flexibly. The research participants selected three students enrolled in the master's and doctor's courses from among the applicants who applied through public relations and adopted the phenomenological Giorgi research method for data collection and analysis through in-depth interviews with the research participants. The main research results are as First, the intern counselors had a motive for wanting their own unconscious insight through dream-integrated art therapy and were able to gain insight into the problems revealed in their unconscious through dreams, music, and art media. Second, it was found that the intern counselors felt a deepening of concentration and comfort through recent dreams, music, and art media in common. Third, as a defense mechanism that was revealed without the combination of dream integrated art therapy, the avoidance tendency of not wanting to reveal oneself was common, but this showed a gradual decrease. Fourth, it was reported that intern counselors gained flexibility for themselves about the future growth direction had an opportunity to accept themselves, and had a plan for the future direction to become professional counselors. Therefore, it is suggested that follow-up studies using various media, studies to verify the effectiveness of the dream integration program, and various case studies are necessary.

  • In the post-industrial society, concerns about the body have devoted to extend the concept of body from its physical level to the spiritual and corporeal level. Now body is not only an instrument which expresses one's personal character, but also an abstract concept which shows one's identity. Through this tendency, body image as a representation becomes notable as much as physical body itself. This tendency has been exaggerated especially for women and the socio-cultural common notion is forcing them to internalize it by presenting several stereotypes of body image. The concept of body image, a rising academic subject becoming a socio-cultural matter of interest, bears an epistemological base about spirit, body, and individual/social character. As the discussion about body develops in the field of women's studies, deepened discussions about body image are in progress. In this article interaction between the making of stereotypes of the female body in the socio-cultural circumstance and the process of internalization of these stereotypes is analyzed. For the analysis, the hypothesis was established that this interaction constructs the making process of body image. The analyzed materials are images and texts for advertisements, and other materials for public relations which are posted on the homepage of body-line consulting company M. The results of this analysis are to summarize as follows; the stereotypes of the female body image in Korea are very similar to those of westerners, and male gaze plays a big role in the construction of female body image through the internationalization of the gaze by women. According to these results, it is necessary to consider the effort that women should strive to produce and to develop healthy female body images.
