경쟁력 지표를 통한 노후산업단지 진단과 공모사업으로 선정된 재생사업지구 비교분석에 관한 연구 (A Comparative Diagnosing Plan for Old Industrial Complex Competitiveness and Regeneration Districts based on Competitiveness Index)

  • 국토교통부는 착공후 20년 된 노후산업단지를 대상으로 산업단지의 물리적기반시설 개량 확충, 산업구조재편 등 산업단지 경쟁력 강화방안을 추진하였으며(2013.9), 2014년 12월에는 산업단지 경쟁력 강화방안의 세부 과제인 노후산업단지 리모델링 활성화 방안의 일환으로 노후산업단지 경쟁력강화 종합계획을 수립한 바 있다. 이에 노후산업단지 재생사업의 중요성이 부각되면서 국토교통부는 전국의 20년이 경과한 산업단지 공모 평가를 거쳐 1차 시범사업지구(09.9) 4개 지구를 선정하였으며, 2차 사업지구 4개지구(2014.12), 3차 사업지구 10개지구(2016.4), 4차 사업지구 5개 지구(2017.3)가 선정되었다. 즉 현재까지 착공 후 20년 된 노후산업단지 83개 중 재생사업 지구로 선정된 곳은 총 23개 지구이다. 국토교통부에서는 공모 평가를 거쳐 총 23개 지구를 선정하였지만 본 연구에서는 Focus Group Interview를 통하여 경쟁력 강화 지표 선정 후 83개 노후산업단지의 DB구축을 점수화하여 나타낸 노후산업단지 하위 23개(30%) 지구와 국토부에서 공모사업으로 선정된 23개 지구를 비교분석하였다. 분석결과, 경쟁력 지표를 통한 하위 23개(30%) 산업단지와 국토부 공모사업으로 선정된 산업단지 리스트가 다소 비슷하게 나타났으나, 경쟁력 지표를 통한 산업단지 중 재생사업의 시급한 산업단지임에도 불구하고 공모사업 선정이 안 된 산업단지와 문제점을 제시함으로써 앞으로 노후산업단지 사업추진의 실행가능성을 위한 지침서로 활용되길 기대한다.

  • Analysis is given of construction and stability of complex symmetric analogues of Householder matrices, with applications to the eigenproblem for such matrices. We investigate numerical properties of the deflation of complex symmetric matrices by using complex symmetric Householder transformations. The proposed method is very similar to the well-known deflation technique for real symmetric matrices (Cf. [16], pp. 586-595). In this paper we present an error analysis of one step of the deflation of complex symmetric matrices.

  • 본 연구는 북측 경제특구인 개성공단을 활용한 신발전용단지 조성의 필요성과 가능성을 확보하고자 한다. 이는 남북 상생협력모델을 통해 한국 신발산업의 활성화를 위한 전략적 가치를 모색하는 정책제안이다. SWOT-AHP 분석 방법을 이용하여 신발산업의 지속가능성을 위해 개성공단 신발전용단지 활용 전략을 수립하고자 한다. 국내 신발산업이 직면한 산업구조적인 문제들을 남북협력의 가능성 측면에서 극복방향을 제시하고 있다. 분석결과로 'SO 전략'은 남북의 신발클러스터를 통한 남북협력 K-슈벨트 구축 제안이다. 'WO 전략'은 개성공단 신발전용단지의 국제화 전략이다. 'ST 전략'은 대북제재 해소를 위한 신발전용단지 조성의 유연한 거버넌스 활용이다. 'WT 전략'은 개성공단 재개를 위한 남북의 신발산업이 평화경제 인식의 패러다임 전환이다.

지정폐기물 내 미량 무기물질의 특성 (Properties of inorganic components in the specified waste)

  • 최근 들어 지속적인 폐기물 발생량의 증가와 화석 연료 고갈 문제를 해결하기 위해 폐기물을 이용한 열에너지 회수에 대한 관심이 증가 하고 있다. 여러 가지 신재생 에너지 중 폐기물을 이용하는 방법이 에너지원의 잠재적 가치를 비교하였을 때 가장 유망한 에너지원으로 인정되고 있으며, 그 중에서도 폐기물을 고체연료로 가공하는 고형연료가 현실적이고 가장 경제적인 방법으로 인정받고 있다. 본 연구에는 세지역의 산업단지에서 발생하는 고형연료의 원료가 되는 산업폐기물에 미량 존재하는 중금속 성분을 분석하였으며, Cl+S 함량은 B산업단지의 농도가 A산업단지의 농도보다 약간 높게 나타났다. A-산업단지의 RDF는 모래성분이 많았으며, B-산업단지 RDF는 염화칼륨과 염화나트륨 및 calcium alumina silicates의 성분이 많이 함유된 폐기물로 나타났다. 또한 C-산업단지 RDF는 lime과 calcium alumina silicate 등이 포함된 폐기물임을 알 수 있었다. 이를 바탕으로 산업폐기물의 발생원과 연료로서의 RDF의 성능을 개선하기 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

溫山工團 周邊 海松林의 草本植生에 關한 調査 (Study on herbs vegetation in the vicinity of onsan industrial complex)

  • In order to estimate effects of air pollution for herbs in the plnus thunbergii forests arrounding onsan industrial complex, this study was surveyed. number of species of herb also had a difference over 10 species by distance at the source of air pollution, and species diversity and evennes were also increasing at remote sites in industrial complex as woody plants. At the vicinity of industrial complex, $SDR_4$ of calamagrostis arundinatios arundinacea., miscanthus sinensis and cymbopogon tortilis var. goeringii were very high, and those of lianas as cocculus trilobus, lonicera japonica and paederia scandens, and phytolacca americana were low, but because of being higher than other sites, it was able to inferred that lianas had a tolerance to air pollution. The composition of biological spectra of herbs showed to type of $H-D_1-R_{2-3}-1$ at near site in the source of air pollution and $H-D_1-R_{1-3}-t$ at the other sites, and the propotion of lians forms were relatively high at the vicinity of industril complex.

정읍 신정동 연구단지 및 RFT산업단지 주변 외래식물 현황 (Exotic Plant Species around Jeongeup Research Complex and RFT Industrial Complex)

  • In Shinjeong-dong of Jeongeup, there are three government-supported research institutes and an RFT industrial complex which is currently being established. Increased human activities can affect flora and fauna as a man-made pressure onto the region. As a baseline study, status of exotic plants was investigated prior to a full operation of the RFT industrial complex. A total of 54 species and 1 variety of naturalized or introduced plants were found in the study area. Among them, three species (Ambrosia artemisifolia var. elatior, Rumex acetocella and Aster pilosus) belong to 'nuisance species', and four species(Phytolacca americana, Iopomoea hederacea, Ereechtites hieracifolia and Rudbeckia laciniata) to 'monitor species' designated by the ministry of Environment. Some of naturalized trees and plants were intentionally introduced in this area, while others naturally immigrated. Physalis angulata seemes to immigrate in the study area in the form of mixture with animal feeds as its distribution coincided with the transportation route of the animal feeds. Liquidambar styraciflua is amenable to the ecological investigation on the possible expansion of the species to the nearby Naejang National Park as its leave shape and autumn color are very similar to those of maple trees. The number of naturalized plants around the RFT industrial complex will increase with an increase in floating population, in human activities in association with constructions of factories and operations of the complex. The result of this study provides baseline data for assessing the ecological change of the region according to the operation of the RFT industrial complex.

  • 본 연구는 경제특구 개성공단사업이 한반도의 정치 군사적 긴장을 완화시키고 남북경제협력 활성화에 걸림돌이 되는 일이 없도록 문제점을 진단하고, 해결 방안으로써 정책적 대안을 제시하며, 성공적으로 이 사업이 추진될 수 있도록 입주기업 및 개성공단 전체의 입장에서 필요한 지속 가능한 발전 전략을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구를 수행 한 결과, 개성공단의 개관과 개성공단 사업의 기대효과를 통해 개성공단의 긍정적 효과를 되짚어 볼 수 있는 계기가 되었다. 또한, 본 연구의 핵심과제인 입주기업의 실태조사를 통해 개성공단 입주기업의 현황을 깊이 있게 볼 수 있었으며 입주기업의 경영상 애로요인의 상관관계를 통계적 방법으로 검증한 결과, 유의함을 알 수 있었다.

여수산단 대기 중 휘발성유기화합물질 농도 경향 (Trends of Volitile Organic Compounds in the Ambient Air of Yeosu Industrial Complex)

  • The concentrations of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in the ambient air were measured at three sites (Samil-dong, SRO and EFMC) in Yeosu industrial complex during September 2000 to August 2001. Air samples were collected for 24 hours in Silicocan canister (6l) with constant flow samplers every 6 days and analyzed using a cryogenic preconcentration system and a GC/MS. At each site, we identified 35 species known as on both the carcinogenic and mutagenicity by the EPA US (TO-14 manual). No relationship was found between YOCs concentration at three sampling points. Furthermore, the result shows that there appears to be a variety distribution of the concentration. BTX, vinyl chloride and high concentrations of 1,2-dichloroethane were observed at the sampling sites. Especially, high concentration of toxic VOCs, such as vinyl chloride, chloroform, 1,2-dichloroethane and benzene were shown at environmental facilities management cooperation (EMFC) site. They seem to be emitted from the facility of wastewater treatment in Yeosu industrial complex. It was difficult to tell the seasonal variation of total VOCs concentration. Nevertheless, the concentration in winter was typically higher than in summer The concentrations of toxic VOCs contents in Yeosu industrial complex were generally lower than those in Ulsan complex, although those were similar or less than in Seoul and Daegu. Whereas, toluene and styrene emitted from Yeosu industrial complex were higher than those of Edmonton industrial complex in Canada. Especially, toluene was third times higher than those observed from Texas, USA.

일부 공단 지역과 비공단 지역 중학생의 식사 행동 및 영양 섭취 비교 (Comparison of Dietary Behaviors and Nutrient Intakes among the Students of Middle Schools between in Industrial Complex and in Non-Industrial Complex of Ansan City in Korea)

  • This study was carried out to compare the dietary behaviors and nutrient intakes among the students(13 years of age) of middle schools between in industrial complex and in non-industrial complex. The subjects of each group were composed of 192 male and female teenagers living in Ansan city in Korea, and this study was performed by questionnaire and dietary survey. As a result, mothers' education level and monthly family income were lower in industrial complex-families(ICF) than those in non-industrial complex-families(NICF). The subjects in ICF took dinner more irregularly than did those in NICF. The subjects in ICF skipped the meals often as there was no person preparing meals'. The subjects in ICF tended to take ra-myun, cookie or bread more often as a lunch, and they considered size and price of snack more imporandy when they chose snack than those in NICF. And the subjects in ICF had lower degree of flood habits and satisfaction on their meals than those in NICF. The daily intakes of calorie, vitamin B$_2$, calcium and iron of subjects of two groups were lower than the Korean RDA, and these intakes were lower in ICF than in NICF. These findings show that dietary behaviors and nutrient intakes were poor among the students of middle schools in ICF, in part it seems to be related to the fact that the group of ICF has low family income and mothers of ICF have the jobs that are finished late or irregularly. Therefore, these results underscore the need to provide the nutritional education for the students of middle schools and their mothers in ICF with respect to the importance of optimal nutrition through sound dietary behaviors during the adolescence.

  • To evaluate existence value of green area through industrial area worker's consciousness estimation, result that achieve is as following. According as green area amount of green area decreases, assessment about existence value of green area decreased. Environment that industrial complex worker can work in agreeable psychology need to increase green area in some form to be formed. Existence of green area enhances conscious value about visual improvement effect such as good environment, seasons change, and green quantity, and is judged that green area is exerting positive effect to consciousness regarding environment improvement effect such as cooling sensation, wind control, and noise decrease.
