청소년의 개인변인과 청소년이 지각한 가족변인이 문제행동에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of the Individual and Family Relational Variables Perceived by Adolescents on Adolescents' Problem Behaviors)

  • The purpose of this study was to show general trends in the psychological environment of family and problem behaviors perceived by adolescents and examine possible changes in such trends in accordance with the individual variables of adolescent, and then find out the effect of these variables on adolescents' problem behavior. The subject were 1374 adolescents of middle school in Busan(male 698, female 676). The main results were as follows : (1) General trends in the degree of parental monitoring showed that girls had more high than boys, and in the degree of family discord, boys showed more high than girls. In the degree of openness of parent-adolescent communication perceived by adolescents showed that girls had more open communication with mother than boys. Such trends in problem behaviors indicated that adolescents had the attention problem most. According to gender, girls had more problems in withdrawal, somatic complain, anxiety/depression, thought problems, attention problems, destructivity/identity, internalizing problems, total behavior problems in comparison to boys. Boys did delinquent behaviors more than girls. (2) For boys, the monthly income of their family, family discord, and the mother-adolescent communication have a significant direct effect on internalizing problems, externalizing problems and total behavior problems. Besides mother's employment and the type of family have a significant indirect effect on behavior problem. For girls, mother's employment, parental monitoring, family discord, and father-adolescent communication have a significant direct effect on internalizing problems. Mother's employment, family discord, mother-adolescent communication have a significant indirect effect on externalizing problems and total behavior problems. Bisides mother's employment, grade, the type of family, dating have a significant indirect effect on behavior problem. (3) The variables to have a significant influence on the parental monitoring showed as the monthly income of their family, dating, mother's employment, the type of family, the family discord showed as mother's employment on the parent-adolescent communication showed as the type of family. (4) Family discord was the most powerful predicator of problem behaviors of middle school students.

자살시도 청소년과 자살 비시도 청소년의 자살생각에 영향을 미치는 경로 비교분석 -짐이 되는 느낌과 좌절된 소속감의 직접효과와 매개효과- (Path Analysis on Adolescent's Suicidal Ideation -A Comparison of Adolescent Suicide Attempters and Non-attempters-)

  • 본 연구는 자살시도 청소년과 자살 비시도 청소년의 자살생각에 영향을 미치는 경로를 비교분석하였다. 복수모집단 동시분석 결과, 본 연구에서 설정한 경로모형이 두 집단 모두에게 동일하게 적용될 수 있었으나 경로계수는 집단 간 차이를 보였다. 부모학대와 또래 괴롭힘은 자살 비시도 청소년의 자살생각에만 직접적인 영향을 미치는 변인으로 밝혀졌다. 반면에 짐이 되는 느낌과 절망감의 직접적 영향력은 두 집단 모두 유의미하였으나 좌절된 소속감의 영향력은 유의미하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 매개효과를 보면, 두 집단 모두 또래 괴롭힘이 짐이 되는 느낌을 매개로 자살생각에 간접적인 영향을 상당히 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면에 자살 비시도 집단의 자살생각에만, 부모학대는 짐이 되는 느낌을 매개로, 짐이 되는 느낌과 좌절된 소속감은 절망감을 매개로 간접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이러한 연구결과는 자살시도 청소년과 비시도 청소년의 자살생각 예방 및 완화를 위해서는 집단 별로 차별화된 대책이 마련되는 것이 효과적임을 시사해주는 것이다.

Comparison of Resting Energy Expenditure Using Indirect Calorimetry and Predictive Equations in Trauma Patients: A Pilot Study

  • Purpose: Nutritional therapy in the intensive care unit is an essential factor for patient progress. The purpose of this study was to compare resting energy expenditure (REE) calculated by prediction equations (PEs) to the REE measured by indirect calorimetry (IC) in trauma patients. Methods: Patients admitted to the trauma intensive care unit who received mechanical ventilation between January and December 2015 were enrolled. REE was measured by IC (CCM Express, MGC Diagnostics) and calculated by the following PEs: Harris-Benedict, Fleisch, Robertson and Reid, Ireton-Jones, and the maximum value (25 kcal/kg/day) of the European Society for Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism (ESPEN). All patients were ventilated at a fraction of inspired oxygen (FiO2) below 60%. Results: Of the 31 patients included in this study, 24 (77.4%) were men and seven (22.6%) were women. The mean age of the patients was 49.7±13.2 years, their mean weight was 68.1±9.6 kg, and their mean Injury Severity Score was 26.1±11.3. The mean respiratory quotient on IC was 0.93±0.19, and their mean FiO2 was 38.72%±6.97%. The mean REE measured by IC was 2,146±444.36 kcal/day, and the mean REE values calculated by the PEs were 1,509.39±205.34 kcal/day by the Harris and Benedict equation, 1,509.39±154.33 kcal/day by the Fleisch equation, and 1,443.39±159.61 kcal/day by the Robertson and Reid equation. The Ireton-Jones equation yielded a higher value (2,278.90±202.35 kcal/day), which was not significantly different from the value measured using IC (p=0.53). The ESPEN maximum value (1,704.03±449.36 kcal/day) was lower, but this difference was likewise not significant (p=0.127). Conclusions: The REE measured by IC was somewhat higher than that calculated using PEs. Further studies are needed to determine the proper nutritional support for trauma patients.

18~24세 한국과 몽골 성인여성 체형비교(제2보) (A Comparison of Body Types Between Korean and Mongolian Women within the 18 to 24 Age Group(PartII))

  • The purpose of this study is to classify the body types based on the side view. The subjects are 404 Korean and Mongolian women within the 18 to 24 age group. From the results of comparing 28 items of indirect photometric measurements, 15 items were shown to have significant differences. Mongolian women were larger in values for 13 items than were Korean women except two items, which are back projecting point height and abdominal projecting point height. The silhouette of Korean women's front body looks completely different from Mongolian women's. Especially, Mongolian women's fore-breast part is much thicker than that of Korean women. The result of analysing the indirect photometric measurement of 4 types which were previously classified by the direct measurements and index values is as follows; Type 1 is normal type, type 2 is lordosis type, type 3 is swayback type, and finally type 4 is flatback type. The groups of each of the 4 types are further divided into Korean and Mongolian women. Judging from their body types based on the side view, it seems clear that significant differences exist between Korean and Mongolian women's side body shapes in the thickness of their breast part.

  • 유럽지역으로의 원전 수출을 위해서는 유럽의 원전 인허가요건을 충족시켜야 하며, 이에 따르면 원전의 중대사고 대처설비로 통상 Core Catcher로 불리는 노외 노심 용융물 냉각설비를 갖출 것을 권장하고 있다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 노심 용융물 직접냉각방식과 간접냉각방식에 대해 각각의 개념 안의 장/단점을 비교, 검토하였으며, 그 결과 직접냉각방식은 냉각효율 측면에서, 간접냉각방식은 중대사고 사고관리 측면에서 각각 우위를 보였다.

Modeling of the Parathyroid Hormone Response after Calcium Intake in Healthy Subjects

  • Plasma ionized calcium ($Ca^{2+}$) concentrations are tightly regulated in the body and maintained within a narrow range; thus it is challenging to quantify calcium absorption under normal physiologic conditions. This study aimed to develop a mechanistic model for the parathyroid hormone (PTH) response after calcium intake and indirectly compare the difference in oral calcium absorption from PTH responses. PTH and $Ca^{2+}$ concentrations were collected from 24 subjects from a clinical trial performed to evaluate the safety and calcium absorption of Geumjin Thermal Water in comparison with calcium carbonate tablets in healthy subjects. Indirect response models (NONMEM Ver. 7.2.0) were fitted to observed $Ca^{2+}$ and PTH data, respectively, in a manner that absorbed but unobserved $Ca^{2+}$ inhibits the secretion of PTH. Without notable changes in $Ca^{2+}$ levels, PTH responses were modeled and used as a marker for the extent of calcium absorption.

한국시판우유의 Lactulose 함량 및 Calcium, Ascorbic Acid의 이용성 관한 연구 (Lactulose Content and Availability of Calcium and Ascorbic Acid of the Commercial Milk Products in Korean Market)

  • In order to investigate heating rate of commercial milk products in korean market, lactulose content and availability of calcium and ascorbic acid were measured. The pH range for raw and commercial milk was 6.5-6.75, and protein content was 2.5-3.13%. The acid degree value (。SH)showed between 5.3 and 7.1. There were no differences in pH, protein and acid degree among 3 types of milk. The portion ionic Ca content in UHT-milk(32.4%) and pasteurized milk (27%) increased significantly in comparison with raw milk (4.6%). Pasteurization led to loss of 20% ascorbic acid, and losses of UHT-treatment are approximately twice as high. Significant differences of lactulose content between UHT milk and pasteurized milk were observed. Some of UHT milk products showed very high value of lactulose content like sterilized milk. It is well known that the stress caused by indirect UHT treatment is slightly higher compared with the direct process. The results in this experiment suggested that most of UHT milk in korean market may be treated by indirect UHT method. In oder to keep the adventages of milk component, the heating methods of milk have to be reconsidered.

  • An establishment of effective control measures to PRRSV infection in swine industry depends on a sensitive and specific diagnosis to detect either viral antigen and/or antibodies to PRRSV. Several diagnostic methods are available to detect antibodies against PRRSV, including IPMA, IFA and ELISA tests have been successfully developed. Sensitivity of the indirect immunofluorescent assay in MA-104 cells using Korean field isolate PL96-1 was superior to that of VR-2332 and field isolate PL96-2. Sensitivity and specificity of the IFA test with PL96-1 were comparable to those of commercial ELISA test kit but ELISA test was more sensitive for the detection of declining antibodies to PRRSV in finishing pigs. In this study we concluded that IFA and ELISA test could be utilized to detect antibodies to PRRSV and the results generated from these two tests were comparable and there were no significant difference between these two tests.

  • 액체저장탱크 구조물은 지진에 의해 붕괴되는 경우 구조물의 파손 및 저장물의 손실에 의한 직접피해보다 파급효과(유독물질이나 오염물질의 유출로 지속적인 재산피해 및 환경파괴를 초래함)가 더욱 심각하므로 이러한 직, 간접적 피해를 최소화하기 위한 내진설계기준의 제정이 시급한 과제이다. 본 논문에서는 원통형 액체저장탱크의 내진설계기준을 마련하기 위한 기초작업으로 뉴질랜드지침과 오스트리아지침의 해석방법을 고찰하고, 수치해석 예의 결과를 비교하여 두 지침의 적용타당성 및 문제점을 제시하였다.

SWAT 모형을 이용한 영양물질 모의 및 유달율 추정에의 적용 (The Simulation of Nutrients using SWAT Model and its Application to Estimate Delivery Ratio)

  • The estimation of delivery ratio is a essential part of Korean Total Maximum Daily Loads (TMDL) procedure which needs a number of observed stream flow and pollutants data. If observed data were not sufficient, researchers have to find other alternatives. One of them is to make indirect data by using watershed models, such as Soil and Water Assessment Tool (SWAT) and Hydrological Simulation Program - FORTRAN (HSPF) and so on. In this study, indirect daily data was made by using SWAT model. To build the Byongseong-SWAT model accurately, crop cultures are reflected by handling the MGT.file in SWAT model. Especially, mass of manure and schedule of crop culture are inputted through investigating domestic research papers as well as fieldwork. After calibrating SWAT model in comparison with the 22-years flow and pollutants observed outlet data, the delivery ratio of Byongseong watershed is calculated by using daily simulated data during 2004-2007. Empirical equations for delivery ratio through multi-regression analysis are developed by using meteorological and physical factors such as flow, watershed area, stream length, catchment slope, curve number (CN) and subbasin's pollutant discharge loads.
