A Robust Indirect Adaptive Fuzzy State Feedback Regulator Based on Takagi-Sugeno Fuzzy Model

  • In this paper, we propose a robust indirect adaptive fuzzy state feedback regulator based on Takagi-Sugeno fuzzy model. The proposed adaptive fuzzy regulator is less sensitive to singularity than the conventional one based on the feedback linearization method. Furthermore, the proposed control method is applicable to not only plants with a perfect model but also plants with an imperfect model, which causes uncertainties. We verify the global stability of the proposed method by using Lyapunov method. In order to support the achievement, the application of the proposed adaptive fuzzy regulator to the control of a nonlinear system under the external disturbance is presented and the performance was verified by some simulation result.

  • 본 연구는 국내에서 출토되는 화성암, 변성암, 퇴적암 1,417개 블록의 일축압축강도를 간접방법으로 도출하는 과정에서 각 시험법에 따른 강도발현의 거동 특성을 분석하였다. 퇴적암은 간접시험법에 따라 암석군에 상관없이 동일거동을 보이며, 압열인장강도를 매개로 시행한 과정에서는 암석군끼리 동일 거동 특성을 나타내고 있다. 이는 간접시험법을 적용했을 때에는 지질학적 생성원인에 따라 상관성해석을 시행해야 신뢰성 높은 결과를 도출할 수 있음을 암시한다.

Analysis of Incidence Angle Using Total Station in Leveling

  • Total Station (TS) is currently widespread and used in many fields of surveying projects. However, its application functions are not perfectly understood and so insufficiently used. One of them is indirect leveling method using TS. Because we can reach a considerable accuracy level with this method, it is gradually expanding for public surveying works such as construction of roads, airports and harbors. This paper gives results of an experiment to increase accuracy of indirect leveling by TS without direct leveling, which is more comfortable and quick to determine elevation.

Case Report of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Treated with Salt-Indirect Moxibustion

  • Objectives: To describe a clinical case of a patient with chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) who was cured using indirect moxibustion. Methods: A male patient with severe CFS was treated with mainly indirect moxibustion (KI1, CV4 and CV8). The clinical outcome was observed by self-reporting, both visual analogue scale (VAS) and numerical rating scale (NRS). Results: The patient's symptoms matched the criteria for CFS diagnosis. His symptom differentiation was the "Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney". The fatigue feeling and related-symptoms were radically reduced by 14-day treatment. The VAS and NRS score changed from 8.5 and 70 to 3.5 and 35, respectively. Conclusions: This case report provides information on the potential of moxibustion therapy and its application for CFS and fatigue-associated disorders.

  • In this paper, we notice the fact that a human learning process is characterized by a process under a natural language environment, and discuss an approach of learning based on indirect linguistic instructions. An instruction is interpreted through some meaning elements and each trend. Fuzzy evaluation rule are constructed for the searched meaning elements of the given instruction, and the performance of a system to be learned is improved by the evaluation rules. In this paper, we propose a framework of learning based on indirect linguistic instruction based learning using fuzzy theory: FULLINS(FUzzy-Learning based on Linguistic IN-Struction). The validity of FULLINS is shown by applying it to helicopter flight control.

안드로이드 애플리케이션 환경에서 CFI 우회 공격기법 연구 (A Study of Attacks to Bypass CFI on Android Application Environment)

  • CFI(Control Flow Integrity)는 제어 흐름을 검증해 프로그램을 보호하는 기법이다. 안드로이드 환경에서 애플리케이션 보호를 위해 LLVM Clang 컴파일러가 지원하는 CFI 기법인 IFCC(Indirect Function Call Checks)와 SCS(Shadow Call Stack)이 도입되었다. IFCC가 함수 호출, SCS이 함수 복귀 시 제어 흐름을 보호한다. 본 논문에서는 IFCC, SCS을 적용한 애플리케이션 환경에서 CFI 우회 공격기법을 제안한다. 사용자 애플리케이션에 IFCC, SCS을 적용하여도 애플리케이션 메모리 내 IFCC, SCS으로 보호되지 않은 코드 영역이 다수 존재하는 것을 확인하였다. 해당 코드 영역에서 공격을 위한 코드를 실행해 1) IFCC로 보호된 함수 우회 호출 기법, 2) SCS 우회를 통한 복귀 주소 변조 기법을 구성한다. 안드로이드10 QP1A. 191005.007.A3 환경에서 IFCC, SCS으로 보호되지 않은 코드 영역을 식별하고 개념 증명(proof-of-concept) 공격을 구현해 IFCC, SCS이 적용된 환경에서 제어 흐름 변조가 가능함을 보인다.

Microtensile bond strength of repaired indirect resin composite

  • PURPOSE. The objective of this study was to investigate the effect of surface treatments on microtensile bond strengths (MTBSs) of two types of indirect resin composites bonded to a conventional direct resin composite. MATERIALS AND METHODS. Indirect resin composite blocks of Ceramage and SR Nexco were prepared in a plastic mold having a dimension of $10{\times}10{\times}4\;mm$. These composite blocks were divided into three groups according to their surface treatments: Group1: Sandblast (SB); Group2: Sandblast and ultrasonically clean (SB+UL); Group3: Sandblast plus silane (SB+SI). After bonding with direct resin composite, indirect-direct resin composite blocks were kept in distilled water for 24 hours at $37^{\circ}C$ and cut into microbars with the dimension of $1{\times}1{\times}8\;mm$. Microbar specimens (n = 40 per group) were loaded using a universal testing machine. Failure modes and compositions were evaluated by SEM. The statistical analyses of MTBS were performed by two-way ANOVA and Dunnett's test at ${\alpha}=.05$. RESULTS. Surface treatments and brands had effects on the MTBS without an interaction between these two factors. For SR Nexco, the MTBSs of SB and SB+SI group were significantly higher than that of SB+UL. For Ceramage, the MTBSs of SB and SB+SI were significantly higher than that of SB+UL. The mean MTBS of the Ceramage specimens was significantly higher than that of SR Nexco for all surface treatments. CONCLUSION. Sandblasting with or without silane application could improve the bond strengths of repaired indirect resin composites to a conventional direct resin composite.

간접방류사업장 관련 폐수의 생태독성수준 및 특성 평가 (Evaluation of Ecotoxicity and Characteristics on Indirect Effluents and Related Wastewater)

  • This paper aims to evaluate the characteristics of direct and indirect effluents'toxicity level and difference between two test durations (24 h and 48 h) of test method. The proportion of the indirect effluent samples which exceeded the ecotoxicity permit limitations (TU 1 or TU 2) showed more than 2 times higher than that of direct effluent samples. However, effluent toxicity of Wastewater Treatment Plants (WTPs) indicated less than TU 1 regardless of influent toxicity. From this results, treatment process was thought to have a good efficiency. WTP Salinity was very similar between influent and effluent. This trend could be reconfirmed by the component ratio of ion concentration between them and $Na^+$, $SO_4^{2-}$, $C^-$ lions which have a greater percentage than other ions. In addition, in case of high salinity, toxicity value also showed high level. To judge from above results, indirect effluents which were exempted from application of ecotoxicity standards, may need a new effluent limitations regardless of the treatment efficiency of WTP. According to circumstances, effective countermeasure may need to restrain the discharge of salinity-contained effluents which came from indirect-effluent factories. Test duration comparative study indicated that 48 h results were higher toxicity (exceeding rate of ecotoxicity criteria) than 24 h by the 5 to 5.4 percentage. 24 h test duration seemed to be useful in case of rapid detection, whereas 48 h test method could be applied for reinforcement of ecotoxicity regulatory system.

순환 가열 아스팔트의 용도별 기계적성능 평가 및 경제성 분석 연구 (A Study on Mechanical Performance Evaluation and Economic Analysis by Reclaimed Hot Asphalt Pavement)

  • The government is encouraging the notice of obligatory reclaimed asphalt as a result of the economic and social positioning of green growth to reduce the amount of waste resources and to solve natural resource problems by recycling continuously generated waste resources. However, it is necessary to develop application guideline for each application to apply reclaimed asphalt to the site because quality control of the reclaimed asphalt is difficult and the specifications are ambiguous as well. Therefore, in this study, the mix design, quality test, performance test, and finite element analysis about reclaimed Asphalt Pavement were conducted to develop application guideline for reclaimed hot asphalt. The mix design was carried out for the comparative general hot mix asphalt mixture, the reclaimed hot mix asphalt mixture using the additive, and the reclaimed hot mix asphalt mixture without the additive. Indirect tensile strength and tensile strength ratio tests were used to characterize the reclaimed hot mix asphalt mixture. Using the results of dynamic modulus test and FWD test for KPRP analysis and finite element analysis, the performance life was evaluated for general pavement and pavement using recycled aggregate. Finally, the life cycle cost analysis was used to compare and analyze the economics of reclaimed asphalt concrete pavement.
