In this paper we propose a new algorithm which resolves the inconsistency problems occurring when DNS severs are employed as elements of PKI. The inconsistency may take place between primary name servers and secondary name servers and between cached certificate and original certificate. The former can be removed by adapting RFC 1996 NOTIFY opcode for DNS. In order to eliminate the latter type of inconsistency we develope a new algorithm which is implemented with two additional RR(Resource Record). The present algorithm is designed such that DNS contacts the destination DNS prior to returning public key to users. Therefore the inconsistency problem occurring when DNS is operated as PKI can be eliminated by using the proposed adaptation and algorithm.
To investigate the feasibility of a boom sprayer in the paddy field, an experimental boom sprayer for both broadcast and directed spraying to the lower part of rice plants was developed. The droplet deposition characteristics of the boom sprayers were experimentally compared to those of power sprayer. Water sensitive papers(WSP) and a machine vision system were used to evaluate the coverage rate and droplet density. It was shown that the broadcast application by the boom sprayer was the best coverage among the tested sprayers. Coverage tate and droplet density were affected by the distance between nozzles and the sprayer ground speed, The best result was obtained when the distance of 30cm and the speed of 1.7km/hr. The directed application showed inconsistency in overall droplet distribution. The inconsistency was judged to be caused by conflict between plants and boom extenders. The power sprayer showed a very wide range of droplet size distribution, relatively larger droplets and inconsistency in cove The power sprayer was judged to be inadequate for the low-volume precision application because of inconsistency in performance and difficulty in adjusting the spraying rate. Based on the droplet coverage characteristics, it was concluded that the self-propelled boom sprayer for the broadcast application was feasible for an alternative to the power sprayer in case of low volume, precision application in paddy condition.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of consumer's status type (status consistency and status inconsistency) on clothing expenditures. Data were obtained from Urban Household Economy Survey published by the National Statistical Office. Multiple regression analyses of variance and Scheffe tests were4 utilized in this study. The effect of the status inconsistency was categorized by three variables such as education occupation and income levels of households. The overprivileged status group which had higher levels of income than the levels of occupation of education spent most on clothing whereas the underprivileged status group which had higher levels of income than the levels of occupation of education spent least on clothing. This study showed that there were significant differences in clothing expenditures among status groups classified by levels of income and education or by levels of income and occupation. Among status group classified by levels of education and income there was a significant difference in clothing expenditures between overprivileged status group and underprivileged status group. In conclusion income has the strongest effect on the clothing expenditures. The results of study can help to understand consumer buying behavior and also give insights of marketing strategy in the apparel industry.

This study was conducted to identify parenting factors relating to attachment style. Subjects were 418 college students. Participants completed 1) a brief demographic data questionnaires, 2) Parenting Behavior Inventory and 3) Relationship Questionnaire. Data were analyzed using discriminant analysis for the total sample and by gender. For men, affection, neglect, monitoring, intrusiveness, reasoning, inconsistency and physical abuse of both father and mother are important parenting behaviors that contribute to discriminating secure attachment style from insecure attachment style. For women, neglect, affection, reasoning, inconsistency, monitoring and physical abuse of father and affection, reasoning, neglect, inconsistency and monitoring of mother are important parenting behaviors that contribute to discriminating secure attachment style from insecure attachment style. The implications of this study for theory and practice were discussed and recommendations for future research were made.
For the Large Corpus based TTS the consistency of the speech corpus is very important. It is because the inconsistency of the speech quality in the corpus may result in a distortion at the concatenation point. And because of this inconsistency, large corpus must be tuned repeatedly One of the reasons for the inconsistency of the speech corpus is the different glottal characteristics of the speech sentence in the corpus. In this paper, we adjusted the glottal characteristics of the speech in the corpus to prevent this distortion. And the experimental results are showed.
Purpose - The purpose of this study is to empirically investigate the degree of performance inconsistency among the Environmental, Social and Governance ratings. Design/methodology/approach - This study performs regression analysis using the widely used ESG ratings published by the Korea Institute of Corporate Governance and Sustainability. Findings - The results show that firms often do not show consistent performance across the Environmental, Social and Governance aspects, with excellent performance on one aspect but mediocre or poor performance on another. The paper also finds some degree of firm-level persistence in such performance inconsistency, suggesting that the traits of the firm and the industry the firm belongs to might influence whether a firm shows inconsistent performance across the three aspects. Research implications or Originality - This paper highlights the need for researchers and practitioners to understand the underlying behavior of the individual E, S and G ratings, instead of taking them as given, in order to properly design their analyses.
The web ontology language(OWL) has become a W3C recommendation to publish and share ontologies on the semantic web. In order to check the satisfiablity of concepts in OWL ontology, OWL reasoners have been introduced. But most reasoners simply report check results without providing a justification for any arbitrary entailment of unsatisfiable concept in OWL ontologies. In this paper, we propose dependency label based causing inconsistency axiom (CIA) detection for debugging unsatisfiable concepts in ontology. CIA is a set of axioms to occur unsatisfiable concepts. In order to detect CIA, we need to find axiom to cause inconsistency in ontology. If precise CIA is gave to ontology building tools, these ontology tools display CIA to debug unsatisfiable concepts as suitable presentation format. Our work focuses on two key aspects. First, when a inconsistency ontology is given, it detect axioms to occur unsatisfiable and identify the root of them. Second, when particular unsatisfiable concepts in an ontology are detected, it extracts them and presents to ontology designers. Therefore we introduce a tableau-based decision procedure and propose an improved method which is dependency label based causing inconsistency axiom detection. Our results are applicable to the very expressive logic SHOIN that is the basis of the Web Ontology Language.

Recently, web portals have been offering georeferenced SLI(Street-Level Imagery) services, such as Google Streetview. The SLI has a distinctive strength over aerial images or vector maps because it gives us the same view as we see the real world on the street. Based on the characteristic, applicability of the SLI can be increased substantially through conflation with other spatial datasets. However, spatial inconsistency between different datasets is the main reason to decrease the quality of conflation when conflating them. Therefore, this research aims to remove the spatial inconsistency to conflate an SLI with a widely used 2D vector map. The removal of the spatial inconsistency is conducted through three sub-processes of (1) road intersection matching between the SLI trace and the road layer of the vector map for detecting CPPs(Control Point Pairs), (2) inaccurate CPPs filtering by analyzing the trend of the CPPs, and (3) local alignment using accurate CPPs. In addition, we propose an evaluation method suitable for conflation result including an SLI, and verify the effect of the removal of the spatial inconsistency.
Using the panel data from the National Longitudinal Survey of Youth 79, we test the effects of relative status inconsistency within American young couples on the direction of migration as well as on migration propensities. Key findings in this study indicate that only couples in which the wife's education is greater than the husband's education are less likely to migrate than couples for which the wife's status is as lower than the husband's. There are no differences in the propensity for rural couples to migrate to urban counties or for urban couples to migrate to rural counties based on status inconsistency between spouses. However, we find that there is the gendered difference in the effect of status inconsistency on the probability of family migration. A spouse's higher status has an impact on a wife's probability of migration but does not affect a husband's migration propensity in a comparable situation. These findings are most consistent with a gender role perspective on migration since increases in the wife's status have little effect on family migration, once the presence and age of children is controlled.
