Recently, Network technology evolve out of expansion a scale of Network and development various Service. also Hacking skill. We have applied to various Security Systems to make a counterattack on this hacking skill. and A Firewall among these security systems is very effective a defense against in the Outbound Network attack. so we need certainly a Firewall to protect a network. But this Conventional Firewall has an directly effect on reduction to the Performance and Security of Inbound Network. and have no effect on a Inner Network Attacking. In this paper, I propose to a "Functional Firewall" as a Secure Objects for the enhancement Performance and Security of Inbound Network.
The purpose of this study was 1) to segment the market of inbound Japanese tourists based on the importance of tour activity that tourists perceived and 2) to examine the behavior of each segmentation purchasing cultural fashion items in Korea. Data were collected using a self-administered questionnaire survey in Seoul. Clustering analysis, Chisquare, and ANOVA test were used to conduct the data analysis on 288 out of 400 questionnaires. The inbound Japanese tourists market was segmented into 3 groups; culture oriented group, shopping oriented group, and multi-activity group. Three groups were significantly different in terms of age, income, purchase amount, purchase criteria, and degree of shopping satisfaction. Marketing strategies for segmented markets were discussed.

This paper considers the inbound and outbound truck scheduling problem in a cross docking terminal. The unloading process from inbound trucks and loading process to outbound trucks are assumed to be performed within a time window. If some items are not able to be loaded to their scheduled outbound trucks within the time window, they are stored in the terminal and shipped using the truck visiting the next time window. The objective of this paper is to schedule inbound and outbound trucks to minimize the number of items unable to ship within the time window. A mathematical model for an optimal solution is derived, and a rule-based local search heuristic algorithm and genetic algorithm (GA) are proposed. The performance of the algorithms are evaluated using randomly generated several examples.
A cross docking operation involves multiple trucks (known as inbound trucks) that deliver items from suppliers to a distribution center and multiple trucks (known as outbound trucks) that ship items from the distribution center to customers. Based on customer demands, an inbound truck may have its items transferred to multiple outbound trucks. Similarly, an outbound truck can receive its consignments from multiple inbound trucks. A unique characteristic of a cross docking system is the absence or prohibition of long term storage of items at the distribution center. Items delivered to the distribution center from suppliers are shipped to customers as soon as possible without being placed in storage in the distribution center. The objective of this paper is to develop the optimal operational strategy for finding the best truck docking sequence for both inbound and outbound trucks in order to minimize total operation time where a temporary storage area is not available in a cross docking system.

China's inbound tourism became one of the key drivers for economic growth with open-door policy in 1978 and has experienced the fast growth over the past three decades. In 2008, China, as one of the world's leading tourist destinations, is ranked the 4th globally in the number of inbound overnight tourists. Based on China tourism statistics, this paper aims to examine the growth of inbound tourist flows at the national level and the changing spatial distribution by comparing between 1995 and 2008 at the regional level (31 province-level regions) in China. In particular, the spatial distributions of tourist flows from the 6 main generating countries (South Korea, Japan, Singapore, U.S.A., Germany, and Russia) are more concretely analyzed. For five countries except Russia, with slight differences by country, while the eastern area of China is still the most popular destination and western part remains the least visited area, the central part is witnessing the increasing popularity. Russia shows an obvious difference, presenting the spatial pattern that tourist flows are mainly concentrated in the northern and the most southern part of China. This paper helps to understand the dynamics of China's regional changes from an inbound tourism perspective.
The objective of this study is to introduce the concepts and theories of conditional heteroscedastic volatility models and the news impact curves and apply them to the Korea inbound tourism market. Three volatility models were introduced and used to estimate the conditional volatility of monthly arrivals of inbound tourists into Korea and news impact curves according to the three models. Results of this study are as follows. As the proportion of American tourists occupied a large amount of Korea inbound tourism market, the markets' forecasting is very important. The news impact curves which used EGARCH model (1,1) and TGARCH model(1,1), with data on these tourists to Korea showed an asymmetry effect of volatility. It was common that bad news means that it was estimated more sensitively than good news. From these results, we will notice that American tourists who visited Korea only for tourism are affected by good news. The result suggests that the Korea government and tourism industry should pay more attention to changes in the tourism environment following bad news because conditional volatility increases more when a negative shock occurs than when a positive shock occurs.

Cross docking is a logistics management concept in which items delivered to a terminal by inbound trucks are immediately sorted out, routed and loaded into outbound trucks for delivery to customers. Two main advantages by introducing a cross docking terminal are to consolidate multiple smaller shipment into full truck load and remove storage and order picking processes to save up logistics costs related to warehousing and transportation costs. This research considers the scheduling problem of trucks in the cross docking terminals with multi-door in an inbound and outbound dock, respectively. The trucks sequentially deal with the storage process at the one of inbound doors and the shipping process at the one of the outbound doors. A mathematical model for an optimal solution is derived, and genetic algorithms with two different chromosome representations are proposed. To verify performance of the GA algorithms, we compare the solutions of GAs with the optimal solutions and the best solution using randomly generated several examples.

Not only can air pollution reduce the overall competitiveness of tourist destinations, but also changes tourists' travel decisions, thereby affecting the tourism flows. The study presents a machine learning method to analyze how the haze pollution puts spatial effect on tourism flows in China from 2001 to 2018, and reveals the regional differences in heterogeneity among eastern, central, and western China. Our investigation reveals three interesting observations. First, the Environmental Kuznets Curve of the impact of haze pollution on tourism flows is not significant. In the eastern and western regions, the interaction between haze pollution and domestic tourism flows as well as inbound tourism flows shows an inverted U-shaped curve respectively. Second, there is an significantly positive spillover effect of tourism flows in all of the eastern, central, and western regions. As to the intensity of spillover, domestic tourism flows is higher than that of the inbound tourism flows. Both of the above figures are greatest in the eastern. Third, the Chinese haze pollution mainly reduces the inbound tourism flows, and only imposes significantly negative direct effects on the domestic tourism flows in the central region. In the central and eastern regions, significantly negative direct effects and spillover effects are exerted on inbound tourism.

Ministry of Science, ICT and Future Planning have boosted up launching more 'GRI(Government Research Institute) Spin-off High-tech startup' to accelerate the technology commercialization of GRI technologies via the alternative of high-tech startup since 2101. This paper is proposing to found the global platform of accommodating more successful high-tech startup with diagnosing the current policy platform of launching GRI high-tech startup. This paper deliver the outcomes of case study including FGI research over developing the ideas of the experts for the policy line-up of starting from GRI technologies-Hardware Manufacture-BtoB-Global. The research result suggests that the focus of policy should falls not on the quantitative goals, but on more disruptive successful case through utilizing uprising private equity investment in the early stage of business. One of the best policy brought by this research is 'Inbound Globalization Strategy of bringing global early stage investors in Korea for incubation and investment rather than sending out our startup to global without validation by global investor.
Due to the rapid growth of Internet, means of communication with customers in a traditional customer support environment such as telephone calls are being replaced by mainly e-mail in a Web-based customer support system. Although such a Web-based support is efficient and promises potential benefits for firms, including reduced transaction costs, reduced time, and high quality of support, there are some difficulties associated with responding to many types of customer's inbound e-mails appropriately. As many types of e-mail are received, considerable attention is being paid to methods for increasing the efficiency of managing and responding e-mails. This research proposes an intelligent system for managing customer's inbound e-mails in organizations by applying case based reasoning technique for responding to various customers' inbound e-mails more effectively. In this approach, a case is represented as a frame-typed data structure corresponding to an inbound e-mail, keywords, and its reply e-mail. In the retrieval procedure, keywords and affinity set is developed to index a case, and then the case is represented as a vector, a case vector. Also, cosines value is calculated to measure the similarity between a new inbound e-mail and the cases in the case base. In the adaptation procedure, we provide several adaptation strategies to adapt and modify the retrieved case. The strategies guide to make an outbound e-mail using product databases, databases for customer support, etc. Additionally, the Web-based system architecture is proposed to implement our methodology. The proposed methodology and system will be helpful for developing more efficient Web-based customer support.
