지상관제용 텔레메트리 데이터처리시스템(Line-telemetry DPS)은 나로호 발사체의 지상 운용 또는 비행시험 중 상단부에 탑재된 원격측정시스템으로부터 RS-422 인터페이스를 통해 PCM 데이터를 수신하고 데이터처리 후 9개의 TLM(Telemetry) 콘솔을 통해 상단시스템의 상태를 모니터링 하는 시스템이다. Line-telemetry DPS (Data Processing System)는 데이터 취득 및 decommutation을 위한 취득(Acquisition) 서버와 시스템을 관리하는 관리(Management) 서버 그리고 각 탑재 시스템을 모니터링하기 위한 9개의 콘솔로 구성된다. Line-telemetry DPS는 UTC(Universal Time Coordinated) 동기되어 상단부 탑재 원격측정 시스템의 원시(raw) 프레임과 decommutation된 온보드 파라미터를 실시간 검출, 저장, 분배 기능을 수행한다. 본 논문에서는 나로호 상단부의 원격측정시스템에 대한 간략한 소개, 지상 및 비행시험을 위한 Line-telemetry DPS의 기능 및 설계, 비정상 알람 파라미터 설정 정보, 지상/비행시험절차 및 결과에 대해 기술하고자 한다.

정보산업분야의 발전은 산업구조의 변화와 새로운 패러다임을 요구하는 시대로 변모하고 있다. Off-Line에서 처리하던 많은 내용들이 On-Line으로 변화의 조짐이 보이고 이러한 변화에 따라 많은 기업들이 연구와 투자가 지속적으로 이루어지고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문은 Off-Line에서만 처리되던 DM발송 시스템을 On/Off-Line의 연계를 이용하여 좀더 효율적으로 데이터를 관리할 수 있는 시스템을 제안하고자 DM발송 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다.

The advantages of implementing a virtual channel can be derived from the notion of the 'death of distance' that would result from electronic commerce. According to this view, the internet was going to make distance irrelevant, in that firms would no longer need to establish a physical presence in a geographical location in order to do business there. However, on-line firms selling physical products could take advantages of presence in the related off-line(brick and mortar) industrial area. This paper developed a conceptual framework that highlights the various types of synergies by location on-line businesses in the related off-line industrial area. Using data from 96 on-line ventures selling physical products, factor analysis was used to figuring out six synergies including improved customer trust, value-added service, cost savings, personnel and organizational efficiency, sharing products and customer information, relationship with suppliers, and relationship with local government. The six empirically derived critical synergy factors were then used to examine how they improve performance of the on-line ventures measured by Balanced Scorecard(BSC). According to lthe results, we concluded that the on-line firms selling physical products can take advantages of presence in the related off-line industrial area.

In this paper, utilizing the line balancing algorithm proposed to deal with various situations of automated assembly line, the optimal solution can be derived by the branch and bound method of analysis. By the application of line balancing algorithm to telephone assembly line, thoughput is improved by 3.38%. Therefore, in the proposed line, blicking phenomena were reduced and smooth line-flow was achieved, and uniform distribution of utilization rate of each machine is obtained.

Finding line segments in an intensity image has been one of the most fundamental issues in computer vision. In complex scenes, it is hard to detect the locations of point features. Line features are more robust in providing greater positional accuracy. In this paper we present a robust "line features extraction" algorithm which extracts line feature in a single pass without using any assumptions and constraints. Our algorithm consists of five steps: (1) edge scanning, (2) edge normalization, (3) line-blob extraction, (4) line-feature computation, and (5) line linking. By using edge scanning, the computational complexity due to too many edge pixels is drastically reduced. Edge normalization improves the local quantization error induced from the gradient space partitioning and minimizes perturbations on edge orientation. We also analyze the effects of edge processing, and the least squares-based method and the principal axis-based method on the computation of line orientation. We show its efficiency with some real images.al images.

어구는 어획을 효과적으로 달성하기 위해서 사용되는 도구이다. 연승어업은 모릿줄에 일정한 간격으로 아릿줄을 연결하고 아릿줄 끝에 낚시 1개씩을 매달은 어업 방법이다. 본 논문은 연승어업의 어구 투승을 효율적으로 관리할 수 있는 어구 유형 설정 시스템의 설계 및 구현에 대해서 논한다. 본 논문에서는 이를 위하여 전체적인 어구 유형 설정 시스템을 설계하고, 시스템 사용자 및 통신환경 설정, 어구 유형 설계, 어구 투승의 모형 모듈을 구현하였다. 본 논문의 타당성 검토를 위하여 어구 유형 설계 및 투승 과정을 실험하였다.

본 논문은 인터랙티브 멀티미디어 콘텐츠 서비스 시스템 구축을 목표로 한다. 인터랙티브 멀티미디어 콘텐츠 서비스 시스템을 구축하기 위해서는 오프라인 환경에서 탐색 가능한 멀티미디어 콘텐츠 프로그램이 필요하며, 온라인을 통한 콘텐츠 업데이트 및 메시지 교환을 위한 서버 시스템이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 오프라인 기반의 멀티미디어 콘텐츠 프로그램을 개발하기 위해서 멀티미디어 저작도구인 “Multimedia Toolbook II Instructor 8”을 사용하였으며, 웹서버 시스템은 Apache 웹서버와 다양한 데이터베이스 시스템을 지원하는 Linux 기반의 시스템을 사용하였다.

본 논문은 AC 라인 리액터와 2개의 4레그 PWM 전압형 컨버터를 사용하여 병렬 및 직렬 능동필터 기능을 가지는 새로운 3상 Line-Interactive UPS 시스템을 제안하고 전압제어 방식을 설명한다. 제안하는 UPS 시스템의 병렬 및 직렬 PWM 전압형 컨버터에서 전압제어의 목적은 정상상태 및 과도상태에서 만족스러운 동작 특성을 보장하는 것이다.

열차위치 검지시스템에는 일반적으로 궤도회로장치가 거의 100여년을 안정적으로 사용되어 왔으나, 일반철도 구간의 역 구내, 측선, 해안선 구간 및 열차운행 빈도가 적은 지선 구간의 건널목 등에서는 녹 발생으로 궤도회로 단락불능에 따라 해소방안이 필요하다. 국내에서는 고속철도의 차축온도검지시스템과 통신기반열차제어시스템 분기부 일부에 차축카운터시스템이 사용되고 있으나, 해외의 경우 많은 국가에서 차축카운터 시스템이 없는 간선 및 지방 철도를 상상하는 것은 이제 불가능하고 지하철, 전차, 그리고 산업철도에서 상당한 증가가 확인되었다. 본 논문에서는 일반철도 구간의 역 구내 측선의 본선 및 분기부에 시험적용을 위해 기존 설치되어 있는 궤도회로와 병렬로 설치하여 로그분석을 하여 차축카운터시스템의 동작상태를 확인하였다. 그리고 오봉기지역 및 청주역 운행선 상 설치하여 연동장치와의 인터페이스 시험 및 이를 실용화하기 위한 시험결과를 분석하고, 시스템 안전측 설계, 제작 및 시스템 요구조건 등을 정립하였다.
