  • Background: With the increasing use of narcotic analgesics, the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety has been operating the National Narcotics Information Management System (NIMS) since 2018 in Korea. Some studies are related to the narcotic analgesics use, but the evaluation studies of system, including NIMS users are insufficient. Objective: This study evaluated the NIMS enforcement process through in-depth interviews on the experience of using NIMS of doctors and pharmacists who prescribe or dispense opioid analgesics. Methods: Participants in this study were selected through purposeful sampling as three doctors and two pharmacists in the metropolitan area. The interviews were conducted from August 27 to October 19, 2022. Each interview was analyzed using a phenomenological method. Results: Six components of this study included "Doctors and pharmacists come across drug abusers", "They respond individually to drug abusers", "They use NIMS tailored to the needs of system managers", "They are concerned about the role of NIMS in practice settings", "They face challenges against drug abusers" and "They find a way to utilize the system to deal with drug abusers." The interviews confirmed that doctors and pharmacists used NIMS little in their work, and they only reported data. Therefore, it might be difficult for doctors and pharmacists to take measures for the safe use of narcotic analgesics. Conclusion: It is likely that adding data-feedback and medication-check function can reduce the abuse of narcotic analgesics. In the future, further studies on the evaluation of the empirical results of NIMS and review of systems in other countries will be required.

  • Interviews are so important and meaningful that it is the heart of the documentary. In narrative film, it is focused as the story discourse, whereas documentary is strong in disclosure, which consists of narration and interview. In a TV documentary, interviews use conventional shots repeatedly, whereas in a documentary film that targets a relatively large screen, the interviewer's Mise-en-scene should consider the aesthetic depth. , which released in 2017 and used the audience for the third time in documentary film history, tries to make 40% of the volume of the main volume equal to the same angle. In a TV documentary, it is not uncommon for an interview cut to exceed 30 seconds, and if it exceeds 1 minute, immersion is significantly lowered, so the a mount and compression of the interview disclosure is important for both the director and the audience. In the case of the interview sequence of , it was the key to communicate the sub-plot with a relatively focused with long discourse, which is at least 8 minutes and 30 seconds to a maximum of 11 minutes, in a way that allows the audience to communicate. Furthermore, it was produced after the death of the protagonist Roh Moo Hyun, with the limitation that the voice of the protagonist was excluded, and the voice of Roh Moo Hyun was indirectly reproduced through the surrounding characters. In this study, it covers the meaning and scope of interviews in the production of documentary, and the aesthetic applications of the Mise-en-scene.

  • There is a need to define the concept of suffering more appropriate in the context of Korean culture. This research is an attempt to analyze and develop the concept of suffering by applying the Hybrid Model suggested by Schwartz-Barcott and Kim. The data were collected from March 20, 1995 to September 17,1995. The subjects of the study were eight persons including in-patients and out-patients of a general hospital who were diagnosed as having cancer and those resting in sanatoria for natural treatment of cancer. Qualitative research methods of in-depth interview and participant observation were used for data collection. The contents of the interviews were recorded on tape. Data-analysis progressed according to the 3 phases suggested by the Hybrid Model. For each case, in-depth interview data and participant observation data were included and the attributes of suffering revealed in these data were analyzed. Finally, by summarizing the results from each case, the attributes of suffering, its dimensions, definition, and processes observed in the field were suggested. According to the results of the study, the followlng new definition of suffering is suggested : Suffering is a fundamental and inevitable experience of all human beings. When each individual experiences loss, damage, and pain which threaten one's personal integrity, suffering is perceived differently among each individual depending on their personal inner factors, one's significant others, exterior circumstances and stimuli, and the ultimate meaning of life. Suffering brings severe and unendurable distress which accompany despair, powerlessness, anxiety, bitterness, fear, anguish, guilt, depression, withdrawal and anger. The results of this study suggest that the more responsibility and burden a cancer patient felt, the more suffering she/he experienced and it tended to be more relevant to one's significant others and exterior circumstances and stimuli : the less responsibility and burden a cancer patient had, the less suffering she/he experienced and it tended to be related to one's inner factors. These findings have implications for nursing profession. When caring for patients who experience suffering, nurses need to consider the influence of responsibility, burden, and each dimension of suffering. Moreover, appropriate nursing interventions aimed at relieving pain and satisfying the spiritual need of patients experiencing loss need to be developed and implemented more widely.

As a result of this study, first, kindergarten and childcare center teacher apply the same integrated revised Nuri curriculum, but childcare center aims for education that considers childcare perspectives and safety more. Second, childcare center teachers had difficulties in educational matching in the process of linking self-directed open play activities in which infants were the main subjects. • As the audio content market grows due to the spread of the AI speaker market and the influence of connected cars, the demand for podcast service is increasing. Therefore, in this study, the behaviors of podcast users were identified and the user types were classified. In the background study, podcast usage motives and user types were studied, and they were referred to when making the questionnaire. In the survey, preferred audio content was identified according to the situation, and in the in-depth interview, the user type and insights were derived by identifying the audio service usage behavior. As a result of the survey, there was little difference between preferred content for single listening and multitasking, but the difference in preferred content according to time period was statistically significant. The three user types derived from the in-depth interview were divided into users who listen alone for the purpose of study, find and listen to useful information quickly while on the go, and multitask and listen to the light and comfortable contents. It is expected that the results of this study will be an important reference for designing an audio content platform to improve user experience.
