The advanced knowledge is increasing day by day due to the progress of medicine and tectonics, the increase of nursing research nowadays. In parallel with these, nursing profession has a need of the nursing care with improvement of new Knowledge, tectonics and nursing procedure through the insertive education. Therefore, this study was attempted to investigate that to grasp learning need of nurses about inservice educational play a pivotal role in the progress of inservice education. This study was made from 242 clinical nurse at 4 hospitals in Seoul and through question- are consisting of 1) ideological part 2) basic sciences 3) nursing part 4) administrative part 5) the others from 10 July '75 to 7 Oct. '75. The data were treated by percentage, Licker method, arid chi- square examination. Significant difference p is 0.05. The results of this studies are as follows : A. learning needs of nurses 1) Generally the learning needs of nurses is very high. 2) Of the learning need of inservice education for nurses, the highest learning need is as follow (Table 2 ) 1 st : Charting 2 nd : The ability of grasping patient's needs and problems. 3 rd ; The contents and the methods of the advanced nursing skill. 4 th ; The importance of team work 5 th ; The general knowledge of the various disease 6 th : The decision of a propriety nursing diagnosis under the general condition. 7 th ; The introduction of the new nursing theory. 8 th : The Nurses role and the responsibility in emergency and disaster. 9 th : The improvement of nursing skill for the perfect interpersonal relationship. l0th ; Cultural education: B . Verification of hypothesis 1. Hypothesis I , learning needs of nurses and educational level of nurse will be correlated, is rejected (Table 3 ) 2. Hypothesis II, learning need of nurses and duties of post will be correlated, is rejected (Table 4) 3. Hypothesis III, learning need of nurse and clinical experience of nurses will be correlated, is rejected (Table 5).

Objective : The study was to investigate Diagnosis and Treatment Based on an Overall Analysis of Signs and Symtoms(證治) of a patient on stomach cancer stage IV by means of the clinical symptoms. Methods : The observation of the clinical progress was carried out by conducting Diagnosis and Treatment Based on an Overall Analysis of Signs and Symtoms(證治) with the patient diagnosed stomach cancer stage IV. Results : Treatments such as the invigoration of qi(補氣), the flow of qi(行氣), and the relieving pain(止痛) was given because the patient showed the qi deficiency of the spleen and stomach(脾胃氣虛). There were moderate effects for anorexia, indigestion, nausea, and general weakness, but there was not any clear effect for alleviation of abdominal pain except the first period. Specially, compared with two hospitalization treatments in 1998, the third hospitalization treatment did not show any apparent improvement. It was believed that this caused by the patients bodily weakness because of deterioration of anemia from bleeding in the progress of cancer. Conclusion : Diagnosis and treatment based on an overall analysis of signs and symtoms(證治) of a patient on stomach cancer stage IV had moderate effects on the improvement of the patients condition, but in this case we had difficulty in long-term observation because of short hospitalizations or insufficient examination by an oriental-western combined medicine group.

Information society, introduced by the rapid progress of computer technology and communication technology, has brought us the comfort and prosperity on every aspect of human life. However, the adverse and harmful effects of it, including the ethics problems, turn out to be serious. Concerning these problems, purpose of this study is set to investigate the actual state of ethics awareness on information and communication, since ethics awareness is required more urgently than ever in this era of technology. While adolescents, who will lead the future society, comprise the majority of internet usage population in our nation, they are exposed to the harmful and risky contents in the periods during which their world view would be established. Furthermore, the problems emerging in the progress towards information-oriented society are jeopardizing the dignity and inherent value of human being, therefore causing the serious moral chaos and social problems. In this paper, the awareness level of middle school students in Gwangju City has been investigated especially in the aspect of information and communication. Based on the results, it is revealed that the efforts of government, social organization, students' parents as well as the education circles are essential. Also the proposal for improvement on the awareness level has been presented.

From environmental point of view, the foreign exchange crisis has motivated the Government to make the positive promoting policy for holding the foreign currency, leading to a series of small companies' bankruptcy due to foreign distribution companies' advance into our country, creating a new consuming culture. In view of culture, the change of retail stores is imperative at the point that the type of consumers' purchase is rapidly changing and a more positive business system is needed. preventing an opportunistic loss of management through the analysis of outcome such as consumer management, sales management and account management by using computers. In view of design. the display in sale is to interpret products more charmingly, and should make interpretation accurately by selecting an important theme. For this, taking the store for valuables for instance. the progress on the effective foundation and store dinic business by presenting the design blue print can be made, and the strategy coping with the foreign distribution market's rush into Korea can be established. through the advanced store management.

Left atrial enlargement (LAE) is an important diagnostic factor in dogs with myxomatous mitral valve disease (MMVD). It is associated with the onset of congestive heart failure (CHF). Recently, a new radiographic left atrial measurement called vertebral left atrial size (VLAS) was introduced. This can be considered as a left atrial enlargement above 2.3. It appears to be related to the severity of MMVD. However, serial changes in VLAS in relation to disease progression and improvement in patients have yet to be studied. This study aims to assess the value of VLAS as a left atrial size monitoring indicator by examining correlations with VHS, LA/Ao ratio and LVIDDN, and comparing serial changes in dogs. A total of 126 dogs were studied with their owners' consent. The dogs were classified into four MMVD groups (Control, B1, B2, C-D) following the ACVIM Guideline by performing a physical examination, radiography and echocardiography. Besides, 24 and 17 dogs were reevaluated to compare values in relation to the progression and improvement of MMVD. VLAS showed significant increase according to the progress of the MMVD stage. This was the same in the Maltese breed group. A strong positive correlation was found between LVIDDN, VHS, LA/Ao ratio, and VLAS. The results of this study found VLAS to be significantly different according to left atrium size, and there was a correlation between disease progression and VLAS levels in each dog. Therefore, VLAS may be used to detect changes in left atrium size as an additional monitoring index of MMVD.

Recently, onset of bacterial disease, especially infiltration of chronic respiratory diseases have been increasing at high rate. The main cause of these diseases are originated from inappropriate sanitary management and slow progress in introducing system and herd free system, which are the base of productivity improvement in bigger pig management, Methods for the prevention and removal of these diseases, are divided into four categories. The first category includes prevention and removal of infectious diseases by organizing strict animal quarantine, enforcing vaccination, and legal regulation and disposal at the time of outbreak. The second category includes improvement of production systems. This purpose can be achieved by discontinuing the open herd system, which brings on the invasion of foreign pathogens and replacing the system by the closed type of farm. To Continue eradication process step-wisely by performing the all-in all-out system at every pig pen or herd level is also effective for this purpose. The third category includes introduction of herd free system can be achieved by repopulating conventional pigs with SPF pigs. If these means are unrealizable from economic or technical viewpoint, medicated early weaning system is perfomed. This system consists of disinfection of pigsty at pre-postpartum stage, application of drugs to pregnant sows and newborn piglets in accordance with the medication program, and early weaning and rearing of newborn piglets in isolation. The fourth category is sanital leading by veterinarians, aimed to eliminating incentives for diseases through diagnoses. Their main activities include periodical monitoring and improvement leading on each responsible subject.

The performance requirements on the safety-based functionality of railway signal systems have been reinforced and the effort for enhancement of the existing system or development of the new system is being accordingly made. In particular, various technical researches on replacement or improvement of the existing ATS(Automatic Train Stop) signaling system are now in progress for better operational efficiency. In this study, the complementary points for improvement or replacement of the currently used system(i.e., ATS) will be derived in terms of operating efficiency in an integrated operating environment with the newly introduced system(e.g., ATC: Automatic Train Control). This study can contribute to derive the need for improvement of the signaling system by checking the interface problems and comparing between different systems through the analysis of real operation cases in the field. Eventually, this analysis can be applied to prevent and estimate the collision accidents can be caused by the failure of the signaling system in advance. In addition, the results can be used to provide a future direction to secure the reliability in the parallel operation by integration based on different railway signaling systems.

In the beginning of the 21s1 century, the world has been making rapid progress and changed all over the areas. Like the rest, as all domiciliary circumstances for a local development have changed, the continuous development considered environmental view has been accounted as much compared with the high growth-oriented development based on the efficiency so far. As the volume of traffic in urban community increases, the environmental load enlarges inevitably. Particularly, the excess and deficiency problems for all sorts of traffic facilities, like the shortage of parking lots continue to happen in proportion to the increase in traffic. For a design to solve these problems, introduction of the Geographic Information System; GIS applied widely over various fields become necessary. In this research, the supply-demand situation in urban areas is observed. The application of GIS for the purpose of the improvement of parking lot management technique to control effectively facilities related to parking lot in the city brings promoting the efficiency of business data inquiry, data management data correction and so on through graphic and non-graphic database for every kind of draft data, record and register data. The graphic users interface to support effective decision-making is applied for the improvement of work in this study. This research also suggests the way to utilize common database considered linkage with sub-systems related existing urban information system by developing the parking lot management system.

Quantum information processing using superconducting qubit based on Josephson junction has become one of the most promising candidates for possible realization of a quantum computer. In the heart of the qubit circuits, the superconducting microwave resonator plays a key role in quantum operations and measurements, which enables single-photon level microwave quantum optics. During last decade, the coherence time, or the lifetime of the quantum state, of the superconducting qubit has been dramatically improved. Among several technological innovations, the improvement of superconducting microwave resonator's quality has been the main driving force in getting the qubit performance almost ready for elementary quantum computing architecture. In this paper, I will briefly review very recent progresses of the superconducting microwave resonators especially aimed for quantum device applications during the last decade. The progresses have been driven by ingenious circuit design, material improvement, and new measurement techniques. Even a rather radical idea of three-dimensional large resonators have been successfully implemented in a qubit circuit. All those efforts contributed to our understanding of the qubit decoherence mechanism and as a result to the improvement of qubit performance.

In Korea, the market of internet shopping mall rapidly increases. The purpose of this study is how to progressed to internet shopping mall system in Korea and a improvement and characteristics of that through progress and case studies of internet shopping mall. As to the future direction of the market of internet shopping mall in Korea, many of commodity parts will be traded among established participants on internet websites owned by internet shopping mall groups. Finally, for improvement of internet shopping mall industry in Korea I suggested that there are "mutual cooperation of internet shopping mall companies", "maintain the customer's confidence", "attain the profits through a niche market strategy".
