This paper suggests some strategies for the regional regeneration of Dongincheon Railway station and surrounding area. One is the reduction of the regional unbalance in those divided into two parts, the other is multi-dimentional plan through the efficient land-use on the side area of railway. For these regional refurbishment Plan, organizing the integrated transit system for the passenger's convenience, connecting existing commercial area and existing northen station square, modernization and improvement of environment are suggested.

This study was designed to develop a basic plan for computerization of nursing records. The subjects were 7 nursing record forms, 58 charts, 23 nurses, 2 nurse managers, a nurse and computer specialist, 16 master course students and 3 professors. Data collection was conducted through questionnaire, observation and interview. The collected data were analyzed for problems, plan of improvement and needs for computerization. Based upon these results, it is recommended that nursing record computerization was needed a basic plan to integrate needs of nursing record computerization. The basic plan as fellows : 1. To illustrate a data flow path of nursing record and data dictionary that show nurse's work and record process. 2. To establish a system in order to use multi -tasking and graphic user interface. 3. To establish hardware and software in order to embody integrated management of computer based system through structured walkthrough. 4. To choose effective database management system and to achieve Log as record unit.

This study investigates and analyzed electrical energy curtailment effect by each business department and by energy use efficiency elevation equipment because do an energy use plan that is enforced in each variety business that is developed in domestic by model. This study deducted institutional improvement factors for respond of heavy snowfall disaster and performed AHP analysis for choosing the priority. The result of Analysis, establishment of plan concerned heavy snowfall respond was represented most important factor(Importance : 0.461), this is meaningful establishment of plan is more important than facilities, sources, policies for building system of heavy snowfall respond. Establishment of plan concerned respond was represented most important element(Comprehensive Importance : 0.175) in plan for heavy snowfall respond, it is suggested that establishment of respond plan of heavy snowfall has to need for improving law and institution about heavy snowfall. The result of this study will be useful when the central or local government establish institutional improvement plan for respond of heavy snowfall disaster.

This thesis introduce the organization system and office regulation of standardization administrative organization for the change of times, also suggest improvement plan for its effective management. The main improvement plan refer to the standardization administrative organization\`s work, this thesis suggest, 1. Readjustment of national standardization system and effective reorganization for standards information organization. 2. For industrial standards system, the korea industrial standards should be maintained uniform system, So decentralized korea industrial standard at government ,must be unified and maintained to unique policy for its effective improvement. 3. To strengthen with international standards organization, a institutional device, budget funds, and expert should be backed up. 4. For training and education of expert, Refer to the performance of one\`s duty, the proper expert should be chosen and posted. Also, systematic training and education system for expert must be developed, So they can be on duty continuously, Finally, this thesis suggest that the necessity of systematic and unique policy must be established for high position at international area. Since the limitation of data, the future research will be performed for budget funds and personnel setup.

Diesel engines emit PM and NOx during combustion. This is the main culprit of fine dust, which seriously affects the atmospheric environment. In particular, large-sized diesel vehicles over 3.5 tons emit a greater amount of pollutants because of their large displacement. The occurrence of vehicle abnormalities in this large-scale diesel vehicle causes even greater problems in the atmospheric environment. It was confirmed that there were many problems caused by natural regeneration DPF among large-sized diesel vehicles. Therefore, the most effective maintenance plan is suggested.

This study intends to present an effective and efficient development plan about the information protection of medical institutions, by establishing the improvement plan about Personal Information Management System(PIMS) appropriate to the characteristics of medical information focusing on medical institutions generating and using domestic medical information, and doing an empirical study on medical information protection plan. For this, in view of the medical characteristics of the existing Information Security Management System(ISMS), the study presented a study model appropriated to medical institutions based on Personal Information Management Systems index specialized for personal information, and through this, presented the vulnerability diagnosis and vulnerability improvement plan. Based on ISMS index, it designed an improvement index of personal information protection management about each index. The study conducted a survey for executives and employees about PIMS. Accordingly, it presented vulnerability diagnosis items of the current management system indexes from the viewpoint of the people who establish and mange the personal information protection about patients' medical information targeting executives and employees who serve at hospitals and can access medical information.

This research focuses on accomplishing analysis problems and issues by examining the policies and systems related to geo-spatial big data which have recently arisen, and suggests political and systemic improvement plan for service activation. To do this, problems and probable issues concerning geo-spatial big data service activation should be analyzed through the examination of precedent studies, policies and planning, pilot projects, the current legislative situation regarding geo-spatial big data, both domestic and abroad. Therefore, eight political and systematical improvement plan proposals are suggested for geo-spatial big data service activation: legislative-related issues regarding geo-spatial big data, establishing an exclusive organization in charge of geospatial big data, setting up systems for cooperative governance, establishing subsequent systems, preparing non-identifying standards for personal information, providing measures for activating civil information, data standardization on geo-spatial big data analysis, developing analysis techniques for geo-spatial big data, etc. Consistent governmental problem-solving approaches should be required to make these suggestions effectively proceed.
