  • We designed an ALU(Airthmetic Logic Unit) with BIST(Built-In Self Test), which is suitable for 32-bit DSP RISC processors. We minimized the area of this ALU by allowing different operations to share several hardware blocks. Moreover, we applied DFT(Design for Testability) to ALU and offered Bist(Built-In Self-Test) function. BIST is composed of pattern generation and response analysis. We used the reseeding method and testability design for the high fault coverage. These techniques reduce the test length. Chip's reliability is improved by testing and the cost of testing system can be reduced.

Design of Geocasting in MANET using the Improved LBM

  • MANET(Mobile Ad-hoc network) have recently attracted a lot of attention in the research community as well as in industry. Although the previous research mainly focused on various of MANET in routing, we consider, in this paper, how to efficiently support applications such as variable geocasting basd on MANET. The goal of a geocasting protocol is deliver data packet to a group of nodes that are located within a specified geocasting region. Previous research that support geocast service in mobilie computing based on MANET have the non-optimization problem of data delivery path, overhead by frequent reconstruction of the geocast tree, and service disruption problem. In this paper, we propose the mobility pattern based geocast technique using variable service range according to the mobility of destination node and resource reservation to solve this problem. The experimental results show that our proposed mechanism has improved performance of Accessibility & Network Overhead than previous research.

석회석 파쇄도 향상을 위한 발파 설계 (Blast Design for Improvement of Limestone Fragmentation)

  • 이 논문은 필리핀 석회석 광산에 적용한 연구 결과로서 이 광산에서는 파쇄석 입도분포가 좋지 않고 벽면의 유지나 파쇄석 더미의 분산이 불량하였다. 기폭패턴을 대각선 방식에서 V 타입으로 바꾸고 전색장을 조정하여 저항과 가스압의 유지기간을 향상시켰다. 이를 통하여 발파결과가 향상되었다. 특히 공당발파영역이 넓어진 것으로써 그 성과를 확인할 수 있다. 공당발파영역은 기존의 $8.96m^2$에서 $12m^2$로 넓어졌다. 화약계수는 증가하였고 대괴의 수는 감소하였으며, 전방적재기의 행정시간이 감소하였다. 또 공전 시간이 줄었으며 적재높이가 향상되었다.

  • 본 연구는 현재 우리나라 도로에 설치되어 있는 오르막차로의 문제점에 대한 인지에서부터 시작되었다. 현재 적용하고 있는 오르막차로 설치기준은 운전자의 통행패턴이 고려되지 않아 이용률이 저조하고 합류부에 교통사고 발생 가능성이 있다. 따라서 오르막 구간의 차선설치 기준, 테이퍼 길이, 표지판 설치기준 등에 대한 연구를 수행하여 개선방안을 도출하였으며 효과검증을 위하여 고속도로에 시험적용을 하여 효과분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 오르막차로 이용률 및 평균 통행속도가 향상되는 것으로 분석되었으며 경제성분석 결과 저투자 사업으로서 타당성이 매우 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 고속도로 전구간 뿐만이 아니라 국도, 지방도에도 확대 적용할 경우 교통흐름 개선에 크게 기여할 것으로 판단된다.

Improved electrode pattern design for lateral force increase in electrostatic levitation system

  • In contactless disk handling systems based on electrostatic suspension in which the stator is to be transferred, the limited stiffness in lateral direction severely restricts the achievable translational acceleration. In existing stator electrode pattern designs, the magnitude of the lateral force is determined by the magnitude of the control voltages which are applied to the individual electrodes to levitate the disk stably. As a result, the lateral force cannot be set arbitrarily. A new stator electrode pattern is presented for the electrostatic levitation of disk-shaped objects, in particular silicon wafers and aluminum hard disks, which allows the lateral forces to be controlled independently from the levitation voltages. Therefore, greater lateral forces can be obtained, compared with the existing stator designs. Experimental results will be presented for a 4-inch silicon wafer that clearly reveal the increased lateral stiffness by using the proposed stator electrode compared to the conventional electrode pattern.

  • Vibration table is required to obtain high packing density in lost form casting process. Packing density, which is important manufacture factor, depends on the vibration pattern induced by vibration table. In general, circular vibration pattern is recognized as the best pattern. The existing vibration table is investigated to identify current vibration pattern and consider a countermeasure. Modal test is utilized to identify the dynamic characteristics of vibration table, and finite element method is used to present the improved design

  • 논문에서는 YARA의 스캐닝 스레드 알고리즘을 개선하여 다수의 룰 파일 패턴 매칭을 수행할 수 있는 새로운 소프트웨어 구조를 제안한다. 제안하는 방식은 기존의 YARA에 비해 매칭을 위한 룰 파일의 메모리 적재 횟수를 감소시킨다. 따라서 제안된 구조를 적용할 경우 메모리 사용량은 룰 파일의 개수에 비례하여 증가하지만 패턴 매칭 수행에 따른 시간을 감소시킬 수 있다.

  • 전산모사를 통하여 LGP 출력 분포를 조절할 수 있는 패턴 밀도 함수를 찾고 그 효과를 조사하였다. 패턴 밀도 함수, 즉 패턴 간격은 [Pexp(-y/70)+Qexp(+y/25)]R로 조사되었다. 이 함수를 이용하여 패턴의 간격을 조절하는 방식으로 반구형 패턴이 장착된 도광판을 설계하여 도광판 출력 분포를 분석한 결과 출력 분포가 등간격 패턴에 의한 출력 분포에 비하여 확연히 개선되는 것을 확인하였다. 또한 이 함수를 피라미드 패턴에 적용하여 도광판의 출력을 조사하였는데, 반구형 패턴의 경우와 마찬가지로 출력 분포가 개선되는 것을 확인하였다.

3D 가상착의에 의한 노년 여성의 슬랙스 패턴 설계 (Development of the Slacks Pattern for the Elderly Women from 3D Virtual Garment Simulation)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop slacks pattern of elderly women aged over 60s by using the virtual twin and 3D virtual garment simulation system. The results were as follows; first, By using 3D Virtual Garment Simulation, new slacks pattern considered elderly women was development. The basic numerical formula were as follows, front waist girth W/4+2+1.5, back waist girth W/4+1.5+0.5, front hip girth H/4+0.75, back hip girth H/4+1.5, front crotch extension H/16-0.5, back crotch extension H/8-1.3, front dart amount 2 and back dart amount 1.5. Second, according to the results of the new slacks pattern's appearance evaluation, it estimated more highly than existing pattern in silhouette and ease amount, confirming that new slacks pattern is appropriate for the elderly women. Also, new slacks pattern was evaluated to allow proper space length of waist, abdomen and hip. Virtual models production through 3D body scan data, pattern draft and virtual garment digital program were applied to prototypic design method so as to enhance the fitness of ready-made garments. The use of the virtual twin made it impossible to comprehend the appearances and ease correspondent to motions. In order to evaluate wearing fitness, therefore, the system should be improved so as to change arm positions and perform various motions.

백화점 여직원 유니폼 개선을 위한 블라우스 패턴연구 -D백화점사례를 중심으로- (A Study of Blouse Pattern to Improve the Uniform of the Women Empolyee of Department Store -Focused in the Case of D Department Store-)

  • The purpose of this study was to provide the available date to improve the uniform e of the woman employee of the department more aesthetical and functional on the base of the former studies on their situation of uniform wearing. The process of the study was to compare and evaluate the studied uniforms made of elastic material with the one two times after pattern amendment. The nine subjects composed of threes of 20s, 30s and 40s of age and the evaluators were 5 clothing experts. The 5 scored scale of sensory evaluation method was used to evaluate the appearance and the moving function. The data were analysed with mean and t-test. The results were as flowers: 1.The material of blouse was changed with Poly-span to improve the appearance and the moving function. 2.The new uniform got far more good evaluations in the appearance and the moving function showing the significant difference in p<.001 level. 3.The improved uniform blouse pattern was presented fig2 and fig3.
