특화된 웹2.0 여행사 시스템의 설계 및 구현 (Design and Implementation of specialized Web 2.0 Travel Agency System)

  • This paper is an explanation of a design and an implementation of Web 2.0 online travel agency system for frequent decision-making. On the Web 2.0 travel agency system, optimized information is obtained by applying data mining technology such as association rules, decision trees, and neural networks, and this system is a unified system that consists of the block systems of hotels, ground traffic, and flights in tour packages of a travel agency system. Furthermore, it is implemented to manage the system that is not for the administrator of a travel agency system, but for users or communities that use the system need their own information. The expected effect of this system is to maximize the investment company's efficiency through a new-concept interest model created by B2C customers, and also B2B small and medium-sized travel agencies adopting the system. As a result, it is a system that stimulates dormant customer activity and prevents good customers from leaving by maximizing the merit and capacity of the existed web site for marketing. Moreover, this system is also a model for people who plan customized travel agency business, and will show a way for the domestic and international travel agency industry's globalization.

산업안전보건 분야의 UN 국제적 화학물질관리에 대한 전략적 접근(SAICM) 이행에 관한 연구 (A study on the implementation of UN SAICM in the occupational safety and health)

  • The purpose of SAICM (Strategic Approach to International Chemicals Management) is to minimize the health and environmental hazards from the production and the consumption of chemicals by improving the chemicals management capability of developing countries and implementing a system of the risk assessment and the management based on the precautionary principle until 2020. To achieve this purpose, the UN has prescribed the principles, objectives and establishment of an action plan for the chemicals management strategy which must be carried out at international, local, and national levels, and requested the implementation of the Global Plan of Action (GPA) comprising of 273 recommendations in 36 work areas. SAICM is currently based on voluntary participation, but is expected to become the basic framework of international order in relation to chemicals management in the future. This study aims to analyze the practice in the occupational safety and health area relating to implement 273 recommendations of the GPA, and propose complementary measures for the system in order to provide political advices for establishing future plans to manage industrial chemicals. Twenty three areas of total 36 work areas and 161 items of 273 recommendations have relevance to occupational safety and health areas. We have found that, as a national implementation level, 157 of 161 industrial safety and health items are being implemented at a satisfactory level in regard to the implementation of the GPA, while 4 items, including the ratification of the ILO Conventions 170, 174, 184, and support for GHS (Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling of chemicals) implementation of developing countries, require additional complementary measures for the system and operation.

  • In recent years, a satellite navigation signal authentication technique has been introduced to determine the spoofing of commercial C/A code using the cross-correlation mode of GPS P(Y) code received at two receivers. This paper discusses the technical considerations in the implementation and application of authentication system simulator hardware to achieve the above technique. The configuration of the simulator consists of authentication system and user receiver. The synchronization of GPS signals received at two devices, data transmission and reception, and codeless correlation of P(Y) code were implemented. The simulation test result verified that spoofing detection using P(Y) codeless correlation could be achieved.

  • 본 논문에서는 유무인 협업을 위한 유인회전익기에 의한 다수 무인기 운용통제기술의 요구도 검증을 위한 통합검증환경의 요구도 분석, 구현 및 검증에 대해 기술하였다. 통합검증환경은 유인회전익기 비행 모의, 무인항공기 비행 및 임무장비 모의, 무인항공기 제어 및 유인회전익기와의 통제권 변경을 위한 지상통제장비 모의, 유인회전익기 및 무인항공기 임무계획 작성 및 전송을 위한 운용통제장비 모의로 구성된다. 각각 구현된 구성품들은 소프트웨어/하드웨어 통합시험을 통해 요구도를 검증하였다.

  • In order to increase the survivability of combatant ship, measuring and analyzing the infrared radiation is important. Consequently, providing analysis report is also important for the progress of the new combatant ship design. This paper proposes a design and software implementation of filtering for the noise reduction of mid-wave IR camera image. We reduced the total test cost by using the suggested software filtering technique instead of hardware replacement or re-calibration. In addition, we enhanced the accuracy of analysis results by adjusting the parameters of software filtering according to the results of filtered image.

  • Risk assessment system which is the point of occupational safety and health management system is recognized to be effective to prevent industrial accident and occupational disease internationally. Ministry of Employment and Labor developed guidance on risk assessment at workplace recently. This guidance presents standard model on risk assessment at workplace. However, enterprises may be confronted with many questions in the process of introducing and operating risk assessment. For risk assessment to be implemented properly and effectively at workplace, there are various questions that need to be considered in advance, including giving shape to standard on risk evaluation and clarifying the implementation system at workplace in advance. Also for risk assessment to be revitalized at workplace, several policy matters need to be settled. First, an administrative agency should present the implementation method of risk assessment more concretely. Secondly, it is necessary for an administrative agency to develop and spread various detailed manual, models and good practices related to risk assessment. Thirdly, a government agency need to apply an incentive & disadvantage policy actively to risk assessment.

  • SPECK과 SIMON은 NSA(National Security Agency)에서 개발한 경량블록암호이며 SIMECK은 SPECK과 SIMON의 장점을 결합하여 만든 새로운 경량블록암호이다. 본 논문에서는 SPECK, SIMON, SIMECK을 사용한 대용량 암호화를 구현 하는데 있어 병렬 처리에 용이한 GPU를 활용하였다. NVIDIA에서 제공하는 CUDA 라이브러리를 활용하였으며 불필요한 연산들을 제거하기 위해 CUDA 어셈블리 언어 PTX를 사용하여 성능을 극대화 하였다. 단순 CPU 구현과 GPU를 활용한 구현 결과를 비교해보았을 때, 더 빠른 속도로 대용량 암호화를 수행할 수 있었다. 또한 GPU 구현 시, C언어를 사용한 구현과 PTX를 사용한 구현을 비교해 보았을 때, PTX 사용 시, 성능이 더욱 증가하는 것을 확인하였다.

자활사업 집행기관이 자활사업 참여자의 자활효과에 미치는 영향 - 위계선형모형(HLM)의 적용을 중심으로 - (Implementation agency effect on Self-Sufficiency of Participants in Self-Support Program)

  • 이 연구는 자활사업 집행기관에 따라 참여자의 특성, 자활사업 참여형태 그리고 자활효과가 차이가 나는지 검토하기 위하여 광주시 18개소 자활사업 참여자가 응답한 총 602사례를 위계선형모형(HLM)을 사용하여 분석하였으며 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 참여자의 대부분이 고령, 저학력, 좋지 않은 건강수준을 가진 여성들로써 노동시장에 진입하기 어려운 인적자본의 취약성을 보이고 있었다. 또한 자활만족도와 자활효과 모두 보통 이상의 값을 보여 자활사업 참여가 이들의 태도 변화를 가져오는데 일정정도 기여가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 시민사회단체와 사회복지기관 참여자들 사이 80% 이상의 여성 비율, 45세 이상의 고령, 중졸 이하의 저학력, 약 95%가 기혼자들, 2명 이상의 가구원을 갖고 있다는 점에서 공통적이었으나 시민사회단체 참여자들의 경우 사회복지기관보다 건강이 더 양호하였고, 차상위계층 이상 비율이 더 높았으며, 자활성공에 근접하다고 볼 수 있는 자활공동체 참여비율이 높았고, 자활사업에 잔류하고 있는 기간이 짧았으며, 월평균 소득이 유의하게 더 높았다. 셋째, 자활효과에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 개인특성과 자활사업 참여형태 변수들을 통제한 상태에서도 시민사회단체여부는 자활효과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 시민사회 단체일수록 자활효과는 유의하게 낮게 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 동일한 정책이라도 그 집행기관에 따라 대상자 선정과 사업내용의 전개방식은 상이할 수 있으며, 서비스 결과 역시 다르게 나타날 수 있다는 점에서 집행과정의 중요성을 시사한다.
