세미 타이트 스커트의 스트라이프 디자인 변화에 따른 신체 이미지 (Body Image of Stripe Design Variations in Semi-tight Skirt)

  • This study aims to identify the differences of body image when the stripe direction and width change of semi-tight skirt. The semi-tight skirt pattern was made using the standard size of a women in their 20s. 12 semi-tight skirt models combining 6 kinds of stripe directions and 2 kinds of stripe widths were made using CLO 3D virtual clothing system. The data was evaluated by 126 fashion design majors. The results were as follows; In accordance with the body image factor analysis of semi-tight skirt, three image factors were identified; whole body optical illusion, calf optical illusion and hip optical illusion. Among these factors, the whole body optical illusion factor is the most important factor. The body image depending on the stripe direction and width change of semi-tight skirt mostly showed the significant difference. In accordance with the analysis on the interaction effect of body image depending on the stripe direction and width change of semi-tight skirt, the whole body, calf and hip optical illusion factors showed the significance. The interaction of body image had independent influence on all factors of stripe direction and width. In particular, the interaction of stripe direction and width had the most significant influence on the whole body optical illusion.

  • The purpose of the study is to make experimental whether three-dimensional body (especially face) has illusion based on theoretical background of form dimensions and color bright among precedent multi-form illusion, using the function of computer simulation. To investigate illusion that factors of clothing design(line, color, material) effect face, as the following is tried to solve giving change to neckline, collar, scarf which is believed to influence near face. How to make experiment as follows watching in order 13 scenes of a pair of with basic design and experiment design. Then the data were subjected to analysis of variance and Duncan's multiple range test. The result of this studying as follows, 1. Face looks larger in complex neckline than simple neckline. The larger collar is the larger face looks. 2. In white jacket, illusion(the lower luminosity of scarf color gets, the brighter face brightness gets) is shown. In black jacket, also illusion(the higher luminosity of scarf color gets, the darker face brightness gets) is shown. 3. In experiment on hardness and softness of face impression according to the material of collar, collar of knit and fur gives us assimilation illusion bring softer impression of face.

  • With the occurrence of interest in image-presentation that helps express one's individuality in several place in our society, it has affected make-up field. Now, make-up is getting to be recognized as a key role player that reflects our social and cultural concerns not only by presenting a appropriate one that is proper when to use and what for, but also presenting individualistic images that are able to express one's attractiveness free from a last plain concept that meant merely applying cosmetics to one's face is makeup. Like above, the reason that a change for consciousness of the function of make-up was possible is a noticeable outcome that results from the difference before and after make-up. In other word, with the help of Corrective Make-up that makes use of optical illusion, the analytic research for features could have been carried out systematically, therefore, women get to present their beauty of innate facial shape and features at their pleasure. The basic principles of the Corrective Make-up, which was introduced to satisfy the purpose of the existing make-up take advantage of lines and colors that are part of the optical illusion. The nature of direction and movement was expressed by the direction and angle of lines and the colors are also able to induce the variation of images depend on the whole color around them or contrastive color around. This thesis is mainly about optical illusion through lines that are part of elements that induce the optical illusion and deals with phenomena that occur when we apply lines that are part of design into the make-up. And this is written for the purpose of establishing the last basis of make-up more scientifically and systematically through the research for the variation when we apply the nature of lines into our features and deriving facial image variation from it. This is also for study into the role of make-up as for psychological effect that is able to make facial images look different when the optical illusion with possible visual errors is applied into it. In conclusion, we can say "Make-up is optical illusion through visual elements such as lines, surfaces, books, touch and so on."

3D 가상 착의 시스템을 활용한 원피스 드레스의 원형 개발 및 시각적 이미지 연구 (Development of a Pattern and Visual Image for a One-Piece Dress using a 3D Virtual Clothing System)

  • The purpose of this study is to propose a design method for one-piece dress patterns with high body fitness through an appearance evaluation of one-piece dress patterns with the application of the 3D Virtual Clothing System known as i-designer. Measures consisted of an optical illusion effect in visual imagery and mutual influence according to a change in the length and princess line, in a silhouette of a one-piece dress. The data was assessed by a t-test and a multi-way ANOVA and factor analysis using SPSS 17.0. The results were as follows; The design of the study pattern was done by modifying the ease of the bust circumference, ease of the abdominal circumference, ease of the hip circumference, the position of the side seam line, and the appearance of horizontality in the hem line, which received a low evaluation in appearance evaluations of a one-piece dress pattern. As a result of analyzing the visual image according to a change in the length and princess line, in the form of a silhouette of a one-piece dress, four factors were selected; the whole-body optical illusion factor, the upper-body optical illusion factor, the bust optical illusion factor, and the lower-body optical illusion factor. As a result of analyzing the effect of the interaction in the visual image according to the design variables, the influence of the main effect was found to be great in each factor. In the upper-body optical illusion factor, a significant difference was not noted in the two-way interaction between the length and the princess line. However, the influence on three-way interaction among the length, princess line, and silhouette was significant.

착시현상이 반영된 과제지향적 거울치료가 뇌졸중 환자의 상지기능에 미치는 영향: 개별실험연구 (The Effect of Task-Oriented Mirror Therapy involve Visual Illusion on Upper Extremity Functions in Stroke Patients: Single Subject Study)

  • 목적 : 본 연구는 뇌졸중 환자를 대상으로 착시현상이 반영된 과제지향적 거울치료 중재 적용 시 상지기능의 변화를 알아보고자 한다. 연구방법 : 뇌졸중 진단을 받은 6명의 환자들을 대상으로 과제지향적 거울치료 중재를 실시하였다. 과제 지향적 거울치료 시 착시현상을 반영한 운동프로그램을 적용한 그룹과 착시현상을 반영하지 않는 운동프로그램을 적용한 그룹 각각 3명으로 나누어 실시하였다. 상지기능의 변화를 확인하기 위해서 상자와 나무토막 검사와 수직선 그리기 검사를 매회기 반복 측정 하였다. 결과 : 과제지향적 거울치료를 적용한 결과 모든 대상자는 중재기에서 마비측 상지기능이 향상되었으며, 기초선 회귀에서 그 효과가 지속됨을 확인할 수 있었다. 착시현상이 반영된 운동프로그램을 적용받은 그룹이 중재기에서 더욱 상향된 경향선을 보였고, 기초선 회귀에서 더 높은 상지기능이 지속되었다. 결론 : 과제 지향적 거울치료 운동프로그램은 뇌졸중 환자에게 유용하게 적용될 수 있을 것으로 사료되며 과제 지향적 운동프로그램 구성 시 착시현상을 일으키는 편측 움직임을 포함하는 과제를 활용하여 좀 더 효과적인 운동프로그램을 구성할 수 있을 것이다.

  • In this study, in regard to the change of the paradigm to STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics), we have looked into the ways to apply scientific inquiry through the arts, discussed the educational implications for the ways to step forth with the science and the arts in educational field. In the development of the strategies related to the optical illusion arts, to make sure that the design-oriented science education to reach its goal to make effective teaching, students need to be understood in the method of the artistic designs. Totally it had two rounds for inspection about operation of the convergence with curriculum. As a result, students changed attitude to concentrate in class naturally while doing their art work, participating in person rather than simply looking. It is caused by the scientific approach to strategy of illusion arts. In addition, we could see that students change into a proactive manner as well as teachers comments that they are communicate and make a complete the work with others. A lot of researches give that science can provide the ideas as a method to arts, arts can provide creative ideas to science, but it is still lacking that research can be applied to education specifically on how to. An efforts in the number of collaborative research will continue to introduce, as this study STEAM of science and arts in the field of education be shifted paradigm.

이상적인 인체미 구현을 위한 복식 디자인의 착시효과 - 고대 이집트 시대부터 낭만주의 시대까지 - (Optical illusions in Clothing Form Designs for the Ideal Beauty of Human bodies - from the Ancient Egypt to the Romantic Period -)

  • The purpose 7f this study is to investigate the change of the ideal beauty of human bodies and the related clothing form designs from the ancient Egypt to the Romantic Period in the aspect of optical illusions effects to achieve the ideal beauty so that we can accumulate the knowledges for the modern clothing form design and the related optical illusion effects. The scope of this study is limited to the female body forms and female dress forms. The analysis on the optical illusions in the dress forms of the various period relied on the literatures and some representative photographs and figures. The important results are as follows : 1. In the body Priority type designs of Egypt, Greece and Rome, the natural Beauty of human bodies was represented by H type silhouett, the smooth and transparent drapery materials were used with radiant line pleats resulting in slant optical illusions. 2. In the clothing priority type designs of Byzantine, Gothic, Renaissance, Baroque, Rococo and Romantic Period, manteau, cotehardie, hennin and poulain were used to emphasize long arms and legs, high waists, belly curves and large heads resulting in optical illusions of vertical emphasize. Also long train, farthingale and panier were used to emphasize body expansion resulting in the optical illusions of Titchener alld Lipps. Large and complex patterns showed the optical illusions of Aubert. 3. In the clothing priority/body concealment type of Byzantine period, thick materials with precious gems and voluminous silhouettes were used to emphasize body expansion resulting in optical illusions of materials.

환영적 인터랙티브 미디어 아트의 미시 서사구조에 대한 연구 (Study upon Microscopic Narrative Structure of Illusion Interactive Media Art)

  • 본 논문은 다양한 인터랙티브 미디어 아트 작품 종류 중 "상호소통에 의해 변주되는 환영"을 지닌 미디어 아트 유형의 "환영 변화"를 행위성에 의한 유희적, 내용적, 형식적 측면이 아닌, 미시적인 서사론적 관점으로 분석하고자 한다. 화면의 변화가 발생하며 등장하는 작은 미시 서사들을 전통서사 요소인 플롯, 시야, 서술자, 시간성에서 새롭게 도출된, "해체된 단편적인 플롯", "참여자 중심의 시야", "참여자의 탐색적 서술", "참여자의 불연속적인 공간적 시간성" 요소들로 분석하고 그것의 독립적인 특성을 추출하고자 한다. 그 결과 지속적으로 생성되는 독립적인 미시서사들의 화면구성은 해체된 단편적인 플롯으로 이해할 수 있었고, 화면을 구성하는 다양한 여타 시점보다 작품 밖 참여자의 중심의 시야가 더 우선시됨을 알 수 있었다. 또한 제작자가 작품 내에서 치장한 다양한 각도에서의 서술보다 참여자의 물리적인 공간적 탐색에 의한 서술이 더욱 부각되었으며, 인터랙티브 미디어 아트에서의 시간성은 참여자의 공간적 탐색에 의해 현재와 과거가 공유됨을 고찰하였다. 궁극적으로 위 새 서사구조 요소들은 타 미술장르, 그리고 현대 미디어 아트의 다양한 종류 가운데서 "환영적 인터랙티브 미디어 아트"만이 담지하고 있는 독자성임을 알 수 있었다.

공공도서관의 디지털 통합 수준 평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on Evaluating Digital Illusion Level of Public Library)

  • 본 연구에서는 설문조사를 통해 공공도서관이 디지털통합적 지역사회 구축자로서의 역할에 어느 정도 기여하고 있는지를 파악하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 국가도서관통계시스템에 등록된 전국 공공도서관 935개 기관을 대상으로 설문을 수행하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 컴퓨터, 노트북, 스캐너, 태블릿 PC 등 장비 인프라, 인터넷 인프라 등은 비교적 높은 수준에 있는 것으로 파악되었다. 둘째, 이용자가 이용할 수 있는 전자책, 디지털 및 가상참고서비스, 도서관서비스 모바일 앱 등 서비스나 자원은 비교적 높은 수준이나 협업과 그룹작업을 지원하는 소프트웨어나 참여공간의 가용성 등은 상당히 낮게 나타났다. 셋째, 기술과 관련된 리터러시 훈련 비율은 22.4%에 지나지 않았고, 교육주제도 자원탐색 주제로 집중되어 있으며, 화상회의기술 사용법이나 클라우드 컴퓨팅 어플리케이션 교육 등 다소 미래지향적인 기술교육은 하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 문화향유 공간 또는 창의적인 공간으로서의 도서관의 다양한 역할 변화를 모색해야 하는 이 시대의 흐름에 따라 기술 및 장비의 제공확대, 그리고 미래지향적 서비스 및 교육제공을 고려해야 할 것이다.

  • 우리는 빛에 의해 사실적인 형태를 파악하고, 파악된 형태에 근거하여 이미지를 재현하는 방식으로 세계를 시각화한다. 이런 이유로 빛은 고대에서부터 현대에 이르기까지 다양한 방식으로 조형예술에 영향력을 행사해 왔다. 비가시적 실체인 빛은 재현 도구에 따라 다양하게 모사되어 독특한 환영을 투사하고, 투사된 환영은 다시 인간과 사회 문화 전반에 변화를 초래한다. 이처럼 조형예술에 있어 시대와 공간 그리고 장르를 불문하고 빛의 재현이 중요한 이유는 일차적으로 실재의 모든 공간과 공간을 구성하는 사물이 빛에 의해서 지각되기 때문이다. 이제 우리는 실재하는 빛과 구분할 수 없는 CGI기반의 빛을 마주하고 있고, 이러한 빛 재현의 특성을 살펴보고자 한다.
