본 연구의 목적은 합법복제와 비교한 불법복제에 대한 상대적인 인식을 중심으로, 온라인 디지털콘텐츠 불법복제의 영향요인을 규명하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 기존 문헌과 행동예측이론 기반의 선행연구들에서 주요하게 제시되었던 요인들을 통합하여 비용-편익관점에서 접근하였다. 주요 결과는 다음과 같이 요약할 수 있다. 첫째, 합법복제에 비해 불법복제를 통해 얻을 수 있는 상대적 이익에 관한 결과로, 금전적 효용과 심리적 효용은 불법복제에 대한 태도 및 행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 금전적 효용은 불법복제행동의 주요 요인으로 나타나 불법복제를 행하는 이유가 금전적인 이유에 있음을 보여준다. 둘째, 불법복제의 상대적 손실요인 중 도덕적 비용은 불법복제태도에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 결정 요인으로 확인되었으며, 기술적 비용은 불법복제행동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 불법복제에 대한 태도와 복제행동은 밀접한 영향관계임이 확인되었다. 이는 태도가 의도를 매개하지 않고도 행동을 이끄는 선행요인이 될 수 있음을 보여주는 결과라 하겠다.

Today, all the countries of the world newly recognize importance of sea on 70% area of the earth, which are focused on efforts for security of marine territory and fishes resources. On the security concerns of the ocean & fishes resources, Sea are very important on the ground of the importance of the ocean, thus international community has been trying to combat a maritime security threat and illegal fisheries. Coastal states need to have proper state's jurisdiction and exercise it's jurisdiction to response effectively to a maritime security threat and illegal fisheries. Here, many of the coastal states strengthened the rights in Exclusive Economic Zone(;EEZ) naturally, there are made cooperation activities and keen competition in the sea because deepening of complex understanding of the relationship between the surrounding countries with marine surveys & continental shelf development, island territorial sovereignty & marine jurisdiction in overlap of sea area on EEZ. In these circumstances, foreign fishing boats invaded to our territorial waters and EEZ many times. in addition, Chinese fishing boats are going to illegal fisheries naturally. On this point, a powerful crackdown of maritime enforcement organization had no effect on them. Also more and more their resistance gathered strength and tendency of a illegal activities became systematization, group action and atrocity little by little. So this thesis includes a study on the regal regulation, the system and formalities on the control of illegal fishing. And the author analyzed the details of the activities of illegal fishing and boats controlled by Korea Coast Guard(KCG), fishing patrol vessels of Ministry of Maritime Affaires and Fisheries(MOMAF) and Navy etc. from in adjacent sea area of Korea. In relation to this, the policy and activity plan were devised to crackdown to illegal fisheries of foreign fishing boats and then it was enforced every year. According to this, analyze the present conditions of illegal fisheries of a foreign fishing boats on this study, also analyze the present conditions of maritime enforcement organization & found out problems to compared it. protect the territorial waters, at the same time protection of marine mineral resources & fishes resources of EEZ including continental shelf, which has want to study for the role & response of maritime enforcement organization for the protection of fisheries resources and a proper, a realistic confrontation plan of maritime enforcement organization against illegal fisheries of foreign fishing boats.

오늘날 온라인 도박 사이트를 통한 불법 도박이 큰 사회문제가 되고 있다. 인터넷 기술의 발전과 스마트폰 보급으로 시공간의 제약이 사라지고 불법 온라인 도박을 누구나 쉽게 접근할 수 있게 되었기 때문이다. 이를 막기 위해 국내에서는 자체 모니터 요원의 탐지, '누리캅스'와 같은 제보 시스템 등을 활용해 불법 사이트를 탐지하고 있지만 이러한 수동적인 프로세스로는 인력부족 같은 한계로 모든 불법 사이트를 탐지하기 어려운 실정이다. 이에 여러 학자들이 인공지능 기반의 자동 불법 도박 사이트 탐지 기술을 연구해왔다. Xu et al. (2019)은 가짜 사이트들의 HTML Tag 구조에는 차별적인 특징이 있다는 점을 발견하였다. 이는 HTML Tag 구조가 불법 사이트를 탐지하는데 주요한 특징정보가 될 수 있음을 시사하지만, 불법 사이트 탐지 모델에 HTML Tag 구조를 반영하여 모형의 성능을 제고하고자 하는 연구는 지금까지 거의 시도되지 않았다. 이러한 배경에서 본 연구는 HTML Tag 구조를 특징화하여 모형의 성능을 향상시키고자 하였고, HTML Tag 구조를 적절하게 벡터화하기 위한 방법론으로 Doc2Vec을 변형한 Tag2Vec을 제안한다. Tag2Vec 기반 모델의 효과를 검증하기 위해 '더 치트'의 유해 사이트 목록과 Google 검색을 통한 정상 사이트 목록을 데이터 세트로 활용하여 실증분석을 수행하였다. 그 결과 비교 모델로 설정된 URL 기반 탐지 모델보다 본 연구에서 제안하는 Tag2Vec 기반 탐지 모델이 분류 정확도, Recall, F1_Score에서 모두 향상된 성능을 보임을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 본 연구의 제안모델은 향후 지능형 기술을 통해 우리 사회의 건강도를 제고하는데 효과적으로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

The economic and social bad influences of the illegal fishery bring about the results of the fishery resources exhaustion, of the fishery disorder and of the obstruction to sound management for fishery. The typical illegal fishery conducted in the coastal and offshore area of Korea can be divided as follows; fishery conducted by legally unauthorized method, fishery without permission from the Government, and fishery conducted in contravention of the laws and regulations concerning the fishing vessel, fishing gear and fishing method etc. The major reasons of origination of the illegal fishery in the coastal and offshore area of Korea are; Firstly, almost of the fishermen are poorly equipped in economical scale, Secondly, it is very easy to approach the illegal fishery because the domiciliation condition of the fishing village is deteriorated. Thirdly, almost of the fishermen are lacking in lawabiding spirit. Fourthly, the insolvent and unstable fisheries management policy with the lukewarm enforcement of the fisheries laws and regulations by the Government. Fifthly, the small scale family supporting fisheries are widespreaded. Sixthly, to retrieved the economical difficulties the fishermen are easily led astray the illegal fishery. As a conclusion the authors made some suggestions to stamp out the illegal fishery by this study. For the first, temptation fishermen into lawabiding fishery through intensification of the penal regulations is required. Second, simplification of the fishery type through combination of resemble fishing methods is required. Third, actual improvement of the fundamental fishery permission regime is required. Fourth, Introduction of the self-regulating or co-management system for the fishery management is required.

최근 디지털 콘텐츠의 지적 재산권 보호를 위한 디지털 워터마킹 기술 및 핑거프린팅의 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. DRM(Digital Rights Management)는 디지털 콘텐츠 지적 재산권 보호뿐만 아니라 콘텐츠에 대한 출판, 유통 및 사용에 필요한 관리와 보호체계이다. 본 논문에서는 콘텐츠 유통과정에서 발생할 수 있는 불법 복사와 같은 불법 행동에 대해 콘텐츠를 안전하게 보호하며 사용자에게 편의성을 제공 할 수 있는 프로토콜을 제시할 것이다. 이를 위해 콘텐츠 불법복사 및 불법사용을 방지할 수 있도록 은닉 에이전트(Hidden Agent)를 이용한다. 이 은닉 에이전트는 특별한 설치가 필요 없이 콘텐츠 내에 내포되어 있어 불법복사 및 불법사용에 대해 체크함으로써 불법복사의 사용을 차단할 수 있도록 한다. 또한 사용자들에게 숨겨져 있기 때문에 워터마킹의 역할 또한 대신할 수 있다.

이 연구는 청소년의 불법음원사용에 대한 결과기대와 사용행동 간의 관계를 확인하고, 그 관계를 보상민감성과 사회적 책임감 희석이 병렬적으로 이중매개 하는지를 검증하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 그런 목적을 성취하기 위해 수도권에 거주하는 302명의 남녀 고등학생들을 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 PROCESS Macro 3.5 모델 4로 이중매개효과를 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 결과기대는 고등학생의 보상민감성, 사회적 책임감 희석 및 불법음원사용과 정적 상관이 있었으며, 보상민감성과 사회적 책임감 희석도 불법음원사용과 정적 상관이 있었다. 본 연구에서는 고등학생의 보상민감성과 사회적 책임감 희석이 결과기대와 불법음원사용 간의 관계를 병렬적으로 이중매개 하고 있었다. 이 결과는 청소년의 불법음원을 사용하게 하는 내적 심리기제가 중요할 수 있음을 시사하고, 청소년이 불법으로 음원을 사용하지 않게 할 수 있는 전략을 마련하는 데에 유용한 정보를 제공한다.

Recently illegal fishing is being committed as a result of changes in the economic and social framework of Korea, and its mainly due to a reduction of marine living resources, lack of a law-abiding spirit and alienation between related laws and reality. This paper suggests improved methods to fight illegal fishing by revising or enacting fisheries-related laws in an attempt to continuously develop our nation's fisheries industry, by establishing fishing control and fundamentally detering illegal fishing.

It is natural that the medical advertisement should be guaranteed as part of the basic commercial activities of medical institutions. However, the general public are non-specialist and they have less informed about medical care than medical specialists, and it is not easy to judge and select medical information. Also, if someone damaged by illegal medical advertising, it cannot be recovered to the original. In this regard, medical advertising has been legislated so that medical organizations can pre - screen the medical laws. However, In December 2015, after the Constitutional Court ruled unconstitutional preliminary censorship, it became virtually impossible to pre-screen. In recent years, illegal medical advertisement have been on the rise, and false and exaggerated medical advertising are increasing the damage to medical consumers. Therefore it is urgent to take countermeasures about this. Thus, this paper try to analyzes the characteristics of general commercial and other medical advertisements and looks for alternatives that can minimize the damage caused by illegal medical advertisements and institutional weaknesses by analyzing the regulatory trends in medical advertising.

The purpose of this study was to examine variables affecting fashion consumer ethics. 202 consumers living in Seoul and its suburb participated in this study. Data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics, factor analysis and multiple regression for this study. As the results, consumer ethics was classified into three factors such as 'Purposely illegal behavior', 'Tacitly illegal behavior' and 'Socialized illegal behavior' factors. Second, regarding ethics judgement, machiavellianism only had affected consumer ethics. Results showed that 'Tacitly illegal behavior' and 'Socialized illegal behavior' of consumer ethics affected consumer ethics on Fashion Products. Finally, results of multiple regression revealed that psychological factors such as compensatory purchasing, materialism and propensity of religion accounted for 19% of the explained variance in fashion consumer ethics. Based on these results, a fashion educational program about consumer ethics related to fashion industry would be suggested.
