Idleness in rural areas is a very important issue with regard to national land space management. Previous studies have been conducted separately in terms of population housing and farmland. So, an integrated analysis considering population housing and farmland is required for rural spatial management. In this study, vulnerability indices were developed and spatial distribution of the vulnerable areas was analyzed by evaluating regional vulnerability on population, housing, and farmland. In addition, plans for rural space management plan were proposed considering the population hollowing out and the idle farmland. The results of this study would be helpful in preparing policies that take into account the vulnerability of idleness in rural areas.

Purpose: The Purpose of this study was to identify reasons behind the high turnover rate of nurses, and to delineate measures for inactive nurses to participate in professional nursing activities so as to upgrade the quality of the health care delivery system in Korea. Thus, tried this study to drive market entry of these idleness manpower. Methods: This study used the action research, to collect idea from hospital/nurse administrators, nurses on the job, part-time nurses. Results: This study basic data about flexible shift form through scientific paper, Internet, individual contact source collection do, and compare each situation by direct conversation with a nurse, director of a hospital, nursing administrators about flexible shift form, and analyze example of hospital which utilize flexible shift form actually or utilized and deduced advantage, shortcoming, cause of failure, cause of success, other application plan. Conclusions: 1. Emphasize that database about idleness manpower should be put priority certainly. 2. In case of idleness manpower wants a re-employment hospital and institution which can connect to administer demonstration premise . 3. Emphasize that need organ to enforce education program and this that idleness manpower can apply in nursing spot. 4. Premise nurse's great people image and research about method that convert productivity of nursing to money.

In this study, the problem of the idleness of public buildings in rural areas is seriously emerging, but there are no clear standards for assessing the utilization of these buildings. Therefore, this study endeavors to investigate the actual state of idleness of buildings created by rural area development projects based on the criteria for each type. As part of this study, rural facilities were selected in two locations in Sangju City and Miryang City among the target areas of the Rural Agreement. Utilization evaluation criteria were developed to identify the conditions of underutilization. In order to determine the utilization pattern for each facility type, an in-depth interview with the operator and an inspection of the facility were conducted. Based on the analysis, the degree of utilization (e.g., low use, non-use, etc.) was different for each facility type, and among the four facility types (rural tourism, culture and welfare, exercise and recreation, income-based), rural tourism was rated as the least efficient. It has been found that the operating entity's capacity has a significant influence on the utilization of facilities. Socioeconomic factors, such as a decrease in utilization rates, are greatly influenced by the operating entity's capacity. Therefore, support from local governments as well as the national level is required to recycle idle facilities. Lastly, this study suggests the need for different standards for utilization, depending on the type of facility. This moves beyond checking the degree of idleness by the same standard that was previously implemented.

본 논문에서는 다중 채널이 존재하는 인지 라디오 시스템에서 다중 사용자가 협력하여 유휴 채널 탐색 시간을 줄이는 방법을 제안한다. 구체적으로 채널 상태에 대한 마르코프 모델을 토대로 각 채널의 유휴 확률을 추정하고 확률이 높은 순서대로 채널을 센싱함으로써 유휴 채널 탐색 시간을 줄이는 방법을 제안한다. 또한 제안한 탐색 방법을 사용자 그룹을 형성하여 그룹마다 서로 다론 채널을 동시에 센싱하는 방법과 결합함으로써 보다 향상된 센싱 성능을 얻을 수 있도록 한다. 모의실험을 통해 사용자 그룹을 형성하는 방법은 검출 신뢰도를 저하시키지만 탐색시간을 감소시킴을 검증하고, 채널 유휴 확률 추정을 이용한 센싱 순서 결정 방법을 사용하여 임의 탐색 기법에 비해 상당한 탐색 시간 감소 효과를 얻을 수 있음을 검증하였다. 최종적으로 제안한 채널 유휴 확률 추정 기반 탐색 방법과 사용자 그룹 형성 기법을 모두 적용한 인지 라디오 시스템의 유휴 채널 탐색 성능을 검증하였다.

Objectives Lee Je-Ma's Sasang-philosophy that was discussed in Donguisusebowon is Maeumron and Qi-philosophy. Sasang-philosophy has a direct origin to Mencius, which discusses the Maeumron of Confucianism. Therefore the relationship between Maeumron of Donguisusebowon and Mencius Chapter 3 will be examined. Methods Materials and references were collected about the literature survey. Lee Je-Ma's books such as Donguisusebowon, Gyeokchigo and a book of Confucianism including the Mencius. Results and Conclusions Hoyeonjiqi in 'Sadanron' of Donguisusebowon encompasses the Qi of metaphysical personality and physiological Qi, and it can be seen that it is the Qi that fuses body and mind together. Benevolence, righteousness, propriety and wisdom are directly linked to the personal mind of Sasangin. Unlike the mencius's four clues of virtue, the Sadan is discussed in terms of the large and small organs in four constitution such sa lungs, spleen, liver, and kidneys. Next, In the relationship between Taesim of 'Whoakchungron' and greed of Mencius, if discuss a relationships between 'I understand language' and Taesim, Deceptive speech connects with the dogmatism of Soeumin, Licentious speech connects with indulgence of Taeumin, Crooked speech connects with laziness of Soyangin and Evasive speech connects with selfishness of Taeyangin. Also in the relationship between taking delight gladness without real cause idleness arrogant and Taesim, taking Delight connects with the dogmatism of Soeumin, Gladness without real cause connects with selfishness of Taeyangin, Idleness connects with laziness of Soyangin, and Arrogant connects with indulgence of Taeumin. The next thing, people of Four types of 'Gwangjeseol' coincide with Mencius. Also Love benevolence and enjoy goodness, Envy benevolence and jealous talent in the 'Gwangjeseol' are able to find the source directly in Mencius.

The purpose of this study is to survey and analyze the conditions and automation of sewing machines and thereby, address the problems and their solutions to help local sewn products enhance their international competitiveness. The results of study can be summarized as follows : 1. It was found that most of the sample companies were getting smaller scale or pettier in terms of capital, number of employees or scale of factory. The interest in facility investment was relatively higher, which suggests high interest of our sewing companies in facility investment. 2. Most of the sample companies were well equipped with the essential and several auxiliary sewing machines, but poorly equipped with the special or automated sewing machines. 3. The ratio of idle machines was highest in sewing work, compared with cutting or finishing work, primarily due to decreased orders, aging machines or reduced manpower.

The aim of this work for 5 years from 1994 is to develop a multi-fingered robot hand and its control system for grasp and manipulation of objects dexterously. Since the robot hand is still being developed, a commercialized robot hand from Barrett Company is utilized to implement a hand controller and control algorithm. For this, VME based motion control and interface boards are developed and multi-sensors such as encoder, force/torque sensor, dynamic sensor and artificial skin sensor are partly developed and employed for the grasping control algorithm. In oder to handle uncertainties such as mechanical idleness and backlash, a fuzzy rule based grasping algorithm is also considered and tested with the developed control system.

As a fine-grained power gating method for achieving greater power savings, our approach takes advantage of the finite state machine with a datapath (FSMD) characteristic which shows sequential idleness among subcircuits. In an FSMD-based power gating, while only an active subcircuit is expected to be turned on, more subcircuits should be activated due to the power overhead. To reduce the number of missed opportunities for power savings, we deactivated some of the turned-on subcircuits by slowing the FSMD down and predicting its behavior. Our microprocessor experiments showed that the power savings are close to the upper bound.

This study intends to consider about the food culture during the latterly Chosun Dynasty through the genre paintings which are depicted realistically about the total food life figures for example not only the foods, but also that people who eat and drink the food and eating implements, eating methods. There are 9 pieces of works Kim hong-do's which are the best appraisal on the incorporated Korean emotion and on the real life of general public. Those are selected for this study's characteristics through the literature consideration. The characteristics of the tableware pottery and food culture are following things. The first is a white porcelain's development and popularization. In the latterly Chosun Dynasty period, the development of the agriculture and commerce made been connected to the affluent food cultures, these made increase the porcelain's use of upper classes and these made been connected to the development of the porcelain's cultures. The second is the development of various pottery with a dark brown glaze manufactures. The development of agriculture and economy power made bring the development of the kinds of sauces and Kimchi culture with an inflow of foreign crops and these made making the large an earthenware pot or jar which could store something during the long time. The third is the development of the small dining table on the eating the bread of idleness. In the Chosun dynasty period, the food style was been unified to he eating the bread of idleness and been lowered. These made developed of various small dining table through the underfloor heating system's generalization. The fourth is the development of the spoon with the soup culture. It is the East Asia called that the spoon culture boundary, this show the characteristic that we use the spoon mainly compare with another countries. Finally, it is universal use of the fixed quantitative implements. They could live quantitative life with the scales which are jar of soy sauce, liquor jug, jar, scoop leading a set of tableware.
