Effect of Nursing Intervention on the Knowledge, Health Beliefs, Self Efficacy and Rescreening Compliance of Cervical Cancer Screening Clients (검진유도 간호중재가 검진대상자의 자궁경부암 지식, 건강신념, 자기효능 및 재검진이행율에 미치는 효과)

  • Purpose: This study was done to determine the effect of nursing interventions on the knowledge of cervical cancer, and health beliefs, self efficacy and rate of rescreening compliance. Method: This was a nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design. The subjects were 93 women who had experienced cervical cancer screening in S city and were randomly assigned to the experimental or control group. Intervention tools were a screening record pocket book, phone-coach. and watching a video(17mins). The data was collected from April to December, 2003 and analyzed using an $X^2-test$. t-test and ANCOVA. Results: The 1st hypothesis, "The Posttest know ledge score of the experimental group will be significantly higher than that of the control group" was supported(F=11.16, p= .001). The 2nd hypothesis, "The Posttest health belief score of the experimental group will be significantly higher than that of the control group" was not supported(F=3.38, p= .069). The 3rd hypothesis, "The Posttest self efficacy score of the experimental group will be significantly higher than that of the control group" was supported(F=4.36, p= .040). The 4th hypothesis, "The Rescreening compliance rate of the experimental group after the nursing intervention will be significantly higher than that of the control group" was supported($X^2=3.45$, p= .050). Conclusion: This nursing intervention was effective in increasing the knowledge of cervical cancer, and self efficacy percentage of rescreening compliance. Therefore I think this intervention can be used for promoting the rescreening compliance of women.

  • Recently, domestic interest about wireless internet is rising gradually. Characteristic of present domestic wireless market is that mobile communication businessmans appropriate each other different mobile platform. So, contents provider's development environment can not be same each other. This makes contents providers repeat same work. To solve this problem, standardization work of wireless internet market was begun. The three mobile communication companies and TTA (Telecommunications Technology Association), RRU(Radio Research Laboratory), ETRI(Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute) progressed standardization. By the result, May 2002, WIPI that is wireless standard platform selected by mobile platform standard that is TTA organization standard. In this paper, 1 am going to examine the WIPI. WIPI can reduce mostly expense that happen when we use different platform. 1 design and embody common phrase function. Through this, 1 am going to show improvement of the character input speed in cellular phone. And I wish to discuss expected cost decrease effect. Investigate about platform of treatise that is used in domestic. analyze about the characteristic, merits and demerits. Chatting service and common phrase function design and embody. Finally, wish to discuss about advantage of common phrase function and practical use field.

  • Former times Information Technology generally has only depended on text or sound, while nowadays information is being moved through a variety of image media. Cell phone, TV and computer have been major elements of modem society as mediators using image signal. Therefore, image signal processing also has been treated importantly and done actively. The processing has been developed in many fields of digital image processing technologies as image data compression, recognition, restoration, etc. Noises are inevitably generated by using the signals during the processing, and typical types of the noise are Impulse(salt & pepper) and AWGN(Addiction White Gaussian Noise). To reduce the noise, various kinds of filters have been developed, and according to each noise, it is being used different filter each. However, the noise is not generated by one signal but by a complex. In this paper, I suggested an image filter to remove the complex noise, and compared with existing filters' methods for verification.

  • Arduino is for design based on open source prototyping platform, artist, designer, hobby activists, etc, i has been designed for all those who are interested in the environment construct. Arduino adventage you can easily create applications hardware, without deep knowledge about the hardware. Configuration of arduino using AVR microcontroller ATmage 168, software to action arduino using arduino program, MATLAB, Processing. Arduino is open source base, you can hardware production directly and using shield additionally, the arduino can be combined. Android AKD is open source. You can create android smart phone application. By the way compatible and can be used android ADK add arduino Manifast. Using arduino program, arduino bread-board design on hardware., create button click, connection with each other. In this paper, sortware was used for arduino program and android ADK, hardware was used for arduino MegaADK board, After making one accessory using the software and hardware verification.

Understanding and Reducing Performance Variation in New Product Development Using Paper Helicopter Experiment (종이 헬리콥터 실험을 통한 개발단계 성능변동의 이해와 개선)

  • Purpose: In developing new products, reducing performance variation is important for competitiveness factors such as quality, cost, and delivery. This paper aims at evaluating three performance variations; measurement, performance evaluation, and manufacturing variations, and then improving product and process design, focused on paper helicopter making case study. Methods: For measurement system analysis, gage R&R (repeatability and reproducibility), linearity, stability are evaluated. Since gage R&R are not satisfactory, the measurement system is improved by adopting voice memos application of iPhone and providing standard measurement procedure. To evaluate performance variation, product deterioration and environment factor (wind speed) is considered. Since the existing design is sensitive to these noise factors, a new product design is developed, which is proven to be robust to the noise factors. Finally, manufacturing variations are evaluated with five factors which can cause variation in flight time. To reduce the impact of three significant factors, three improvement methods are applied. Results: Three performance variations are evaluated and robust paper helicopter design is presented. Conclusion: To reduce measurement and process variations, improved measurement method and paper helicopter making procedure are proposed. A new product design is also presented which is robust to deterioration and environmental variation. This paper is expected to benefit students and practitioners who want to have hands-on knowledge on new product quality improvement.

  • Smart phones become popular all over the world recently. At the same time, demand of various additional services, such as SNS by utilizing low-cost reliable Wi-Fi network and position information, is expected to keep growing. In this paper, Implementation of SNS based on an Open Wi-Fi & Position Information was proposed. This service is achieved by constructing an Open Wi-Fi network based on a built AP access information database. And in order to provide durable connection in mobile environment, RSS detect AP switching module and mobile IP are utilized in the proposed service. Furthermore, with the utilization of GPS information of AP, AP providers could delivery various information such as advertisements, promotion events. In addition, it is possible for AP users to communicate with each other, thus a position information based SNS was also proposed in this paper.

  • This study aimed to compare the systems of ticketing application programs of three major movie theaters, CGV, Megabox, Lotte Cinema, with each other and evaluate the usability, and find problems to figure out user experiences for more convenient mobile ticketing. Experimental subjects with experiences of using apps of the movie theaters were recruited; First, as a primary task, they reserved movie tickets with each of the movie theater apps; Second, they had in-depth interviews with questions based on the model of Creating Pleasurable Interfaces by Stephen Anderson. As a result, users preferred the composition with information in order in overall, in which ticketing process went smoothly. In particular, users were more satisfied with convenient payment applications. Therefore, as an improving way, it is required to design an interface for users to recognize at a glance and a payment system within an app, not to design separate payment system out of the app. I hope this study will help actively conduct researches to maximize the usability in a way to reserve movie tickets through smartphone apps.

  • Along with the advent of ubiquitous computing environment, it is becoming a part of our common life style that the demands for enjoying the wireless internet using intelligent portable device such as smart phone and iPad, are increasing anytime or anyplace without any restriction of time and place. The recommending service becomes a very important technology which can find exact information to present users, then is easy for customers to reduce their searching effort to find out the items with high purchasability in e-commerce. Traditional mining association rule ignores the difference among the transactions. In order to do that, it is considered the importance of type of merchandise or service and then, we suggest a new recommending service using mining sequential pattern based on weight to reflect frequently changing trends of purchase pattern as time goes by and as often as customers need different merchandises on e-commerce being extremely diverse. To verify improved better performance of proposing system than the previous systems, we carry out the experiments in the same dataset collected in a cosmetic internet shopping mall.

  • Recently, rapid innovation of Smartphone is changing the paradigm of our daily life. With the launch of Apple iPhone, there is an explosion of interest in Smartphone itself as well as Internet-based services using Smartphone are being revitalized. Smartphone users, opinion experts more than 99 percent of the economically active population is using, it has reached the saturation past the early stages of formation. Smartphone is equipped with a general purpose OS possible the implementation of high performance environment similar level as a personal computer. Also, it is a mobile communication terminal scalable which can be removed or installed various applications. New information technology like Smartphone gives us a very important and interesting research issue that is to find and prove the factors influencing the purchase intention. At this point, study identifying on the influence factors to the behavioral intention of Smartphone is very important. This study was targeted a total of 99 research papers that are setting up the related Smartphone in among the research papers published in domestic academic journals since 2008. Empirical research related behavioral intention using was summarized on the papers 76.

  • Since the advent of Apple's iPhone, the smartphone industry has been producing new technologies and concepts at an accelerated pace. The speed of progress in this sector is exponentially increasing in accordance with Moore's Law, and smartphones are rapidly changing various aspects of human life. Especially, object control technologies using smartphones are being utilized in various sectors, including robots, home automation, and smart objects. However, the current smartphone object control technology is limited in terms of multicontrol. This study proposes the combined usage of the Bluetooth and Zigbee Modules for multiple object control using smartphones, and presents the necessary application design properties and the methodology for Zigbee communication. The study is an attempt at a territorial expansion of design, as a proposal of new methods for utilizing smartphones in the age of smart objects.
