조직의 내외 부에서 추진되고있는 CALS/EC개념이 인터넷의 발전과 함께 우리의 주변에서 생성되는 많은 문서들에 대한 효율적인 관리가 절실히 요구되고 있다. 이러한 다양한 문서들에 대한 체계적인 관리기술로서 기록관리, 양식관리, 보고서관리, 제반규정관리, 저장관리, 검색관리 등을 통하여 최종사용자에게 적기적시에 제공할 수 있는 통합적인 시스템이 필요하다. 이에 관계되는 요소기술로서 EDM(Electronic Document Management), Image Document Management, COLD(Computer Output to Laser Disk), Hypermedia, Workflow, Knowledge Management 및 Groupware등이 개별적으로 또는 일부는 상호 연계되고 있으나, 통합적으로 상호 운용성 측면에서는 많은 문제들이 내포되어있다. 따라서 본 고에서는 이러한 CALS/EC개념에 입각한 문서관리의 효율적인 관리방법을 살펴보고, 다양한 형태의 기능별 문서에 대하여 통합적으로 관리할 수 있는 통합문서관리시스템에 대한 모형을 제시하고자 한다.

Use of a hypertext is growing as multimedia and hypermedia systems become popular. The major difference between hypertext-based and ordinary user interfaces is navigation. Typically, there are two major navigation problems in a hypertext compared to the ordinary user interface: "Disorientation" and "Cognitive Overload". To reduce or eliminate these problems of the hypertext system, a variety of aiding tools have been proposed. Among them, a local map is a good tool for helping users navigate through screens, especially for a large and complex system. This study examined three major design variables of a local map in a hypertext: breadth, depth, and functionality of a map. A human factors experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of these variables. Based upon the results of the experiment, design guidelines are suggested.

WBI provides new opportunities to realize the flexible learning environment based on hypermedia and to support distance learning with a diverse interaction. The instructors or learners in WBI claim to be able to resolve reluctant fluctuations such as disorientation and cognitive overload. To overcome these phenomena, a supplementary tool able to manage learning space organized by the instructor's or learner's own way and offer effective navigation techniques is presented in this paper. A learning space management and navigation tool called HyperMap dynamically represents the learning space in the form of a two-dimensional labeled graph. This HyperMap also can be used for an instruction design tool, learner's portfolio for the exchange of learning experiences. and the assessment of WBI.

Our society becomes complex because technology is developing quickly. Especially, building services field deals with the important information that produces a drawing and manages the planning information and manpower. Therefore, the efficient management that connected with the construction information plays the important roles. The study develops a database by organizing systematically the various types of information using hypermedia. And, this study is to build the management system that can serve the various information that operated by DBMS on the web according to the DB structure. The information database was developed using internet web technology for building services field.

초고속 정보 통신망은 다량의 정보를 고속으로 전송할 수 있는 수단을 제공하고, 이를 이용할 수 있는 서비스는 다양한 멀티미디어 응용이 될 전망이다. MHEG(Multimedia and Hypermedia information coding Expert Group) 표준은 서로 다른 환경에서 멀티미디어 응용 시스템 간에 멀티미디어 및 하이퍼미디어 정보를 효율적으로 교환할 수 있도록 하고 멀티미디어의 응용과 서비스 개발을 위한 핵심적인 역할을 담당한다. 또한 MHEG 표준과 객체 지향 기술이 제품 개발을 시작할 정도로 성숙되어있기 때문에 MHEG 표준을 분석하고, 이것을 초고속 정보통신에 적용할 수 있는가를 검토한다.

Under the current dynamic business environment, the corporate knowledge resources are becoming more complicated and diverse. In order to manage these resources effectively, it is necessary to develop an integrative metaschema which accommodates various characteristics of the resources. From this perspective, this paper proposes an integrative metaschema which can manage three types of knowledge resources: schematic model, hypermedia information, and document file. This metaschema can help store and reuse knowledge in a systematic and consistent way. Furthermore, it can support useful and flexible search logics. To demonstrate the usefulness of the metaschema, a prototype system and a real-life bank case are illustrated.

하이퍼미디어 응용들은 다양한 미디어들을 동적이고 비 순차적으로 연결하고 동기화 등의 시간성을 지원해야 한다. 최근 이러한 하이퍼미디어 문서를 표현하는 메타 언어로 HyTime(Hypermedia/Time based Structuring language)이 사용되고 있다. 그런데 HyTime을 이용하여 하이퍼미디어 문서를 기술하고 관리하는 일은 비전문가들에게 상당히 어렵다. 본 논문은 하이퍼미디어 문서의 구조를 기술하는 HyTime DTD를 쉽게 설계할 수 있게 하는 다이아그래밍 기법인 HOMT(HyTime support XOMT)를 제안한다. HOMT는 SGML DTD를 설계하기 위해 제안된 XOMT(eXtended OMT)를 확장하는 방법으로 고안되었다.

도서관 환경에서 전자정보가 점차 중요한 위치를 차지하면서 정보의 성격과 그를 담아내는 정보매체의 기술적 요소들이 새롭게 조명되고 있다. 이 글에서는 디지털 도서관이 개발되고 하이퍼미디어 정보 환경의 특성을 이론적으로 정리하고, 멀티미디어 데이터의 응용에 필요한 관련 기술과 표준안들을 덱스트와 비텍스트 정보유형으로 나누어 구체적으로 살펴본다. 새로운 환경인 디지털 도서관의 도서관 실무자와 연구자 모두에게 시급히 요구되는 전문적 과정과 역할을 기술하고 있다.

본 연구에서는 초기하적 구조라 할 수 있는 하이퍼미디어 구조로 가진 계열성을 넘어선 상호작용적 수업구조의 틀로서 하이퍼미디어를 이용하였다. 이를 컴퓨터 보조 수업이 교수이론의 최근 동향 중에 하나인 개별 학습별 수업의 요구에 부응하여 학습자와 상호작용이 가능하며 즉각적인 피드백을 통해 학습자에게 적절한 자극을 줌으로써 학습의욕의 고취를 강화할 수 있고 학습자의 능력에 따라 학습의 속도를 조절이 가능하여서 개별학습의 효과를 높일 수 있음을 살려보았다. 특히 문자, 그래픽, 영상, 음향, 음성 그리고 비디오 등과 같은 여러 미디어를 병합시켜 표현하는 멀티미디어를 교육에 적용시킨 하이퍼미디어 학습 코스웨어는 학습자의 주의력과 상상력을 키워 줄수 있으며 학습자가 학습에 흥미를 갖고 학습과정에 능동적으로 참여할 수 있도록 하며 적극적으로 원하는 정보를 선정하고 학습 순서 를 조정하는 등 학습 동기가 높은 상호 작용적 학습 환경을 창조하고 자신에게 적합하게 여러 주제로 이동하고 정보를 연결해 보다 융통성 있는 시스템을 이용함으로써 학습의 효과를 높일 수 있음을 살펴보았다.

HALS(Hypermidia Aided Learning System) is very useful computer networking educational system in high information society, and was developed by Kyungwon University. This system has three characteristics; 1) face-to-face learning, 2) ultra-high-speed information networking, 3) web-based hypermedia courseware. So, the purpose of this paper is to introduce the application to university educational program(electrical engineering: electric power system, control system). For this purpose it is described the definition and characteristics of HALS. Next, it is represented the model of electrical engineering educational program applied to HALS and the developed courseware.
