본고에서는 초연결(Hyper-connectivity) 사회 구현에 필수적인 초저지연, 고속/대용량화, 고집적화, 저전력화와 같은 요구사항들을 만족하기 위해 빠르게 진화하고 있는 광 네트워크 인프라 기술을 광 전달망, 가입자망, 광 트랜시버 영역으로 나누어서 영역별로 기술추세와 관련 표준화 동향을 살펴보고 이를 기반으로 미래 광 네트워크 인프라 기술의 진화방향을 조망한다.

초연결사회에서 IoT 기반의 라이프로그 데이터는 사물인터넷 기술 전반에 활용되며 사용자의 요구사항을 반영한 맞춤형 서비스의 중요 요소로 자리 잡고 있다. 또한 사용자들은 소셜네트워크서비스를 활용하여 관심사 및 감정들을 쉽게 표현하면서 다양한 라이프로그 데이터가 축척되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 IoT 기반의 라이프로그 데이터를 활용한 지능형 캐릭터를 개발하여 사용자들의 감성을 체계적으로 파악하기 위해 정성적/정량적 데이터를 수집 및 분석한다. 이를 위해 사용자가 이용하는 소셜네트워크서비스를 통한 정성적 데이터와 웨어러블 디바이스를 통한 정량적 데이터를 수집한다. 수집한 데이터는 에스노그라피를 통한 페르소나와 비교하여 신뢰성을 검증한다. 추후에는 더 많은 사용자 라이프로그 데이터를 수집하여 데이터의 신뢰성을 확보하고 분석 과정에서 오차를 줄여 개인맞춤형 서비스를 제공할 수 있도록 지능형 캐릭터를 개발할 예정이다.

오늘날 '제4차 산업혁명'을 통해 '초연결사회'가 구현되면서 새로운 사회적 공리와 더불어 위험 역시 증대하고 있다. 무엇보다도 은밀한 개인정보를 포괄하는 정보에 대한 침해의 위험이 비약적으로 증대하고 있다. 초연결사회가 실현되면서, 사물인터넷 기기 한 개만 해킹되어도 그 파급효과가 초연결망 전체로 확산되는 위험이 등장하고 있는 것이다. 이에 따라 사이버보안을 포괄하는 정보보호의 필요성과 중요성이 증대하고 있다. 사이버 공간, 인터넷 공간의 안정성이 부각되고 있는 것이다. 이에 정부는 초연결사회의 정보침해 문제에 대응할 수 있는 정보보호 관련 법체계 구축을 모색하고 있다. 그러나 그 방향성을 어떻게 설정해야 할지에 관해서는 여전히 고민을 하고 있는 것으로 보인다. 이러한 상황에서 해외 선진국의 법적 상황을 살펴보는 비교법적 검토는 우리가 정보보호 관련 법정 책을 어떻게 펼쳐야 하는지에 관해 의미 있는 시사점을 제공할 것이다. 특히 사이버보안을 침해하는 행위에 대해 적극적인 대응입법을 하고 있는 미국의 법제는 우리가 참고할 만한 가치를 지니고 있다. 이러한 이유에서 이 글은 미국 사이버보안법의 최근 현황을 체계적으로 분석한다. 특히 미국이 최근 제정한 "사이버보안 정보공유법"을 집중적으로 분석한다. "사이버보안 정보공유법"은 국가기관과 민간기관 사이의 정보공유에 관해 체계적이고 상세하게 규정한다. 정보공유야말로 현대 초연결사회에서 정보보호를 적절하게 실현할 수 있는 효과적인 방안이라는 점에서 정보공유를 적극 장려하는 미국의 "사이버보안 정보공유법"은 우리에게 시사하는 바가 적지 않다. 우리는 아직 독자적인 정보공유법을 갖추고 있지 않기 때문이다.

In this paper, we propose a high performance database cluster system called HyperDB to process OLAP queries efficiently. HyperDB is a virtual database system running on top of internet-connected PCs; the PCs are used for their own purpose at ordinary times, but they are able to participate in the database cluster system at non-office hours. We propose fully logical replication technique and optimal parallel intra-query routing technique for extensibility and performance. Experiment for TPC-R benchmark shows significant performance upgrade compared with conventional approaches.

Recently, organizational workers are complaining of stress due to excessive connection on SNS and are claiming the right to disconnect. If these claims are not properly managed, organizational performance may deteriorate. Therefore, organizations need to approach the issue of the right to disconnect carefully. This study examined the effects of work connection at office, IT hyper-connected environments, and work connection at home on the right to disconnect, and analyzed the effect of this perception on job satisfaction, and then analyzed gender differences in these effects. The research results are as follows. First, it was found that the work connection at office lowered the right to disconnect. Second, the deeper IT hyper-connected environment, the higher the right to disconnect. Third, it was found that the work connection at home raises the right to disconnect. Fourth, it was found that the right to disconnect increases job satisfaction to a certain extent, but lowers job satisfaction when it exceeds the appropriate line. Fifth, in the case of men, the effect of the right to disconnect on job satisfaction has sharply increased and sharply reduced. On the other hand, in women, it gradually increased and then decreased slowly. Considering the results of these studies, organizations need to check the current status and appropriate level of the work connection at home for organizational performance management. Organizations need to formulate organizational management measures that take into account the positive and negative functions of the right to disconnect. And organizations need to come up with management measures that take gender into account.

하이퍼-프리젠테이션 개념은 하이퍼-미디어 개념을 확장한 것으로, 동적으로 연출되고 있는 상황에서 링크개념을 설정하여 특정시점이나 지점에서 원하는 다음 정보를 보기 위해서 비순차적으로 연출할 수 있도록 하는 연출이다. 이러한 비순차적인 연출방법인 하이퍼-프리젠테이션 개념을 도입함으로써, 자유로운 멀티미디어 연출이 가능하게 되었지만, 이러한 동기화 방법에 의해서 혼합된 여러 프레젠테이션들간에는 일관성 문제가 발생할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 하이퍼-프리젠테이션 명시 프로그램의 일관성 검증을 위해서 Petri Net을 이용한 하이퍼-프리젠테이션 명시 방법을 제시하고, 그것을 이용한 명시 프로그램의 일관성을 검증하는 방법을 제안한다.

The quaternionic Calabi conjecture was introduced by Alesker-Verbitsky, analogous to the Kähler case which was raised by Calabi. On a compact connected hypercomplex manifold, when there exists a flat hyperKähler metric which is compatible with the underlying hypercomplex structure, we will consider the parabolic quaternionic Monge-Ampère equation. Our goal is to prove the long time existence and C^∞ convergence for normalized solutions as t → ∞. As a consequence, we show that the limit function is exactly the solution of quaternionic Monge-Ampère equation, this gives a parabolic proof for the quaternionic Calabi conjecture in this special setting.

Hyper duplex stainless steels have been developed in Korea for the purpose of application to the seawater system of Korean nuclear power plants. This system supplies seawater to cooling water heat exchanger tubes, related pipes and chlorine injection system. In normal operation, seawater is supplied to heat exchanger through the exit of circulating water pump headers, and the heat exchanged sea water is extracted to the discharge pipes in circulating water system connected to the circulating water discharge lines. The high flow velocity of some part of seawater system in nuclear power plants accelerates damages of components. Therefore, high strength and high corrosion resistant steels need to be applied for this environment. Hyper duplex stainless steel (27Cr-7.0Ni-2.5Mo-3.2W-0.35N) has been newly developed in Korea and is being improved for applying to nuclear power plants. In this study, the physical & mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of newly developed materials are quantitatively evaluated in comparative to commercial stainless steels in other countries. The properties of weld & HAZ (heat affected zone) are analyzed and the best compositions are suggested. The optimum conditions in welding process are derived for ensuring the volume fraction of ferrite(${\alpha}$) and austenite(${\gamma}$) in HAZ and controlling weld cracks. For applying these materials to the seawater heat exchanger, CCT and CPT in weldments are measured. As a result of all experiments, it was found that the newly developed hyper duplex stainless steel WREMBA has higher corrosion resistance and mechanical properties than those of super austenitic stainless steels including welded area. It is expected to be a promising material for seawater systems of Korean nuclear power plants.

This paper defines the role of the Science Park and makes policy recommendations for the "Era of $4^{th}$ Industrial Revolution" from a Triple Helix viewpoint. The role of traditional science parks, and theory of Triple Helix and the $4^{th}$ Industrial Revolution are reviewed, and strategies to cope with the $4^{th}$ Industrial Revolution in a few advanced countries are analyzed. This paper finishes by suggesting strategies such as acceleration of networking, education to foster creative and innovative manpower and initiating capacity building projects for the advancement of Science Parks in the $4^{th}$ Industrial Revolution.

무선 기반 네트워크와 인터넷 기술의 급속한 발전과 더불어, 주변의 모든 사물들이 인터넷으로 연결되어지는 초 연결 사회로 발전해 가고 있으며, 최근 사물인터넷에 기반한 스마트 응용 개발이 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 사물인터넷은 사람, 사물, 공간, 데이터 등이 유무선 네트워크로 연결되어, 정보의 생성, 수집, 공유 및 활용을 할 수 있는 초 연결망을 구축하는 것으로 여기에 다양한 센서들과 클라우드 기술을 이용하여 실시간 상황정보를 수집 저장하여 스스로 판단하고 결정할 수 있는 지능을 부여하여 서비스화 하는 스마트 응용 개발이 주류를 이루고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 시대적 조류에 맞춰 사물인터넷을 기반으로 하는 모바일 컴퓨팅 환경에서 센서와 클라우드 등 첨단 ICT 기술을 이용하여 특정 상황정보의 실시간 탐지와 인식을 바탕으로 현재 상황에 맞는 정확한 판단과 결정을 내릴 수 있는 지능을 기반으로 실시간 제어와 통제 및 처리를 할 수 있는 스마트 응용을 설계하고자 한다.
