부하외란이 가해지는 전기.유압서보계의 속도 제어에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Speed Control of Electro - hydraulic Servo System under Load Disturbance)

  • The loads exerted on electro-hydraulic servo system are classified into inertial, viscous, and spring load. The additional load called disturbances is also exerted on system but is generally not modeled. To deal with these kinds of loads, it is necessary to maintain the continuous signal transfer, so we can construct compensator to satisfy control specifications using feedback signal such as displacement, velocity, acceleration and pressure known as state variables. In case of controlling the speed of hydraulic motor, we must keep up robust performance for the various loads and disturbances acted on the system. However, the load flow rate in the valve is characterized by nonlinearity so that traditional theory of linear control could not be expected to give the desired performance. In this paper, it is shown that speed controller of hydraulic motor gives a good command following and disturbance rejection performance by applying sliding mode theory as a way of robust control to the nonlinearity, variation of loads and disturbances.

  • This paper present the nonlinear control and the Lyapunov analysis of the nonlinear electro-hydraulic system for steering control of UCT. Electro-hydraulic system itself has the high nonlinearities arisen from the nonlinear characteristics of the pressure-fluid flow in valve and friction in cylinder. These nonlinearities are unmodeled terms in the transfer function. This paper presents the system modeling, analysis of stability based on the Lyapunov function and simulation of the nonlinear hydraulic servo system.

  • 원자력 발전소와 화력 발전소에서는 양질의 전기를 생산하기 위해서는 발전기에 연결된 고압 및 저압 증기터빈에 최적량의 증기를 공급하여야 한다. 터빈에 증기를 공급하거나 차단하는 특수한 밸브인 터빈출력제어장치를 사용하고 있으며, 이 터빈출력제어장치는 유압서보 액추에이터로 구동 된다. 발전소에서는 유압시스템에서 생성되는 기체로 인하여 유압서보 액추에이터의 성능이 저하되거나, 생성된 기체가 압축되면서 발생하는 열로서 씰을 태우고 마모를 증가시켜서 빈번한 고장이 유발된다. 일부 발전소에서는 고정형 오리피스를 사용하여 공기를 배출하고 있지만 많은 유량배출에 따른 동력 손실과 빈번하게 작동되는 펌프, 전기모터 및 밸브 등의 고장을 발생시킨다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 고정형 오리피스와 같이 초기에 많은 량의 공기를 배출하고 정상운전에서는 매우 미세한 유량만 통과 시킬 수 있는 부하 감응형 공기 배출밸브를 모델링하고 해석하여 장착함으로서 유압서보 액추에이터의 제어 정밀성 확보와 기체 압축으로 인한 고장을 방지할 수 있게 하였다.

  • This study suggests a new type shaft generating system driven by hydrostatic transmission suitable for small size vessels. In this system, the hydraulic motor speed is controlled by displacement adjustment using a 3-way high speed on/off valve. The 3-way high speed valve is operated by PWM control signal. In this study, a digital robust servo control algorithm is applied to the controller design of the system. By experiments and numerical computations, the frequency variation characteristics of the generating system under various disturbances are investigated. Conclusively, it is said that the shaft generating system proposed in this study shows excellent control performances.

소형선박용 아지무쓰 추진기의 선회장치에 관한 연구 (A Study on Azimuth Thruster for a Small Vessel)

  • This paper shows the result of development about the revolution system of azimuth thruster which of power is less than 250kW for small ship. Advanced Azimuth revolution system can revolve propeller and rudder from 360 degree so that this system for vessel maneuvering can be excellent of propulsion effectively. Fluid power control system for azimuth thruster is designed with PID control system by using CEMTool/SIMTool program. And the actuator used for servo valve can control rudder angle, pressure and direction. The first, We had a test for the angle control of revolution system. The result of angle control confirmed that it has the good efficiency from experiment result of time input degree $30^{\circ}$, $90^{\circ}$ and $180^{\circ}$. The second, We had to a test for the pressure characteristic of hydraulic motor. As a result, We confirmed the maximum pressure 3.5MPa and steady state 0.7MPa nom experiment result of time input degree $30^{\circ}$. In this paper, it is identified the pressure characteristic of hydraulic motor and angle control for azimuth thruster by AMESim, and it has been confirmed the usefulness of AMEsim modeling was verified by comparison between AMESim simulation results and experiments results.

  • In this paper, an active vibration control of a translating tensioned string with the use of an electro-hydraulic servo mechanism at the right boundary is investigated. The dynamics of the moving strip is modeled as a string with tension by using Hamilton’s principle for the systems with changing mass. The control objective is to suppress the transverse vibrations of the strip via boundary control. A right boundary control law in the form of current input to the servo valve based upon the Lyapunov’s second method is derived. It is revealed that a time-varying boundary force and a suitable passive damping at the right boundary can successfully suppress the transverse vibrations. The exponential stability of the closed loop system is proved. The effectiveness of the control laws proposed is demonstrated via simulations.

  • In this paper feedback linearization of valve-controlled nonlinear hydraulic velocity control system is studied. The $C^{\infty}$ nonlinear transformation T is obtained, and it is shown that this transformation is global one. Linear equivalence of nonlinear hydraulic velocity control system is obtained by this global nonlinear transformation, and linear state feedback control law is applied to this linear model. It is shown that this transformation method is to the linear approximation by simulation study..

  • In a power plant, it is generally accepted that a turbine governor system is necessary to control amount of steam supply toward the turbine system. There are many kinds of trouble at this governor system, which is recognized one of the most sensitive systems in the power plant. Especially we have experienced the internal leakage of motorization oil of servo valve. In the study, we investigated the mechanism of an internal leakage such as erosion by foreign materials and corrosion by chemical reaction between chloric healed oil and motorization oil. A precautionary measures is also performed to help the field service engineers.

  • This paper presents design of the quantitative feedback control system of the three axes hydraulic road simulator with respect to the dummy wheel for uncertain multiple input-output(MIMO) feedback systems. This simulator has the uncertain parameters such as fluid compressibility, fluid leakage, electrical servo components and nonlinear mechanical connections. This works have reproduced the random input signal to implement the real road vibration's data in the lab. The replaced $m^2$ MISO equivalent control systems satisfied the design specifications of the original $m^*m$ MIMO control system and developed the mathematical method using quantitative feedback theory based on schauder's fixed point theorem. This control system illustrates a tracking performance of the closed-loop controller with low order transfer function G(s) and pre-filter F(s) having the minimum bandwidth for parameters of uncertain plant. The efficacy of the designed controller is verified through the dynamic simulation with combined hydraulic model and Adams simulator model. The Matlab simulation results to connect with Adams simulator model show that the proposed control technique works well under uncertain hydraulic plant system. The designed control system has satisfied robust performance with stability bounds, tracking bounds and disturbance.   • We propoes a study on the dynamic characteristics analysis and position control of 5-degree multi-joint manipulators for untact remote working at construction sites and manufacturing plants. The main frame of freedom multi-joint manipulator consists of five elements, boom cylinder, boom cylinder, arm cylinder, bucket cylinder, and rotation joint and link. In addition, the main purpose of the proposed system is to realize the work of the manufacturing process or construction site by remote control. Motion control of the entire system is a servo valve control method by hydraulic servo cylinders for one to four joints, and a servo motor control method is applied for five joints. The reliability of the proposed method was verified through performance experiments by computer simulation.
