파랑.흐름 공존장에서의 철도차량 인공어초의 수리학적 특성 (Hydraulic Characteristics of Train Carriage Artificial Reef in Wave and Current Field Conditions)

  • 본 연구에서는 해양수산자원 및 레크리에이션 증진을 위한 프로그램의 일부로 개발된 철도차량 인공어초의 수리학적 안정성 평가를 위해 수리모형실험을 수행하였다. Froude 상사법칙을 적용한 고정상 및 이동상 수리모형실험에서는 설계외력(파랑, 흐름 등)에 상당하는 조건에 따라 이론적/실험적 검토를 수행하였다. 실험결과로서 파랑-흐름공존장에서 어초의 안정성에 영향을 미치는 무차원 영향인자(설계파라메타)로서 쇄파상사지수, 수립자속도, 세굴/퇴적 등이 있으며, 고정상 실험에서 어초의 활동을 일으키는 한계조건은 쇄파상사지수에 따라서 무차원 최대수립자속도가 약 0.32 이상일 때 나타났다. 또한 이동상 실험에서 침하량(현장치)은 6~30cm이었다. 실험결과를 바탕으로 어초의 활동에 작용하는 외력의 방향과 저질 특성이 어초 시설적지를 선정할 때 반드시 고려되어야 함을 알 수 있었다.

전기.유압펌프 시스템의 설계 및 제어에 관한 연구 (A Study on Design and Control of Electro-Hydraulic Pump System)

  • The study deals with controlling the velocity of hydraulic motor with PI controller through the control of displacement pump which has higher efficiency than valve-controlled system. This was done as follows. First, we modified original displacement pump and designed this electrohydraulic puma system. Second, after experimenting static and dynamic characteristics, we identified system parameter of approximated model. Lastly, to control the velocity of hydraulic motor we controlled the angle of the swash plate of displacement pump. Test carried out in the laboratory shows that transient and steady state response could be improved by PI controller reducing power loss.

압력제어용 DDV를 이용한 전기.유압 서보시스템의 식별 및 제어 (Identification and Control of a Electro-Hydraulic Servo System Using a Direct Drive Valve)

  • The electro-hydraulic servo system with a servo valve is applied widely in force control. However, the composition of control system using a servo valve is difficult due to nonlinearities in the servo valve, such as square-root terms in flow equation. The electro-hydraulic servo system using a DDV(Direct Drive Valve) instead of a servo valve was proposed and it's characteristics was estimated. The DDV and whole system are modelled by parameter identification using the input-and-output data, then the models are verified by the comparison of simulation with experiment. Also, the state feedback controller has been designed based on this model, then the performance of the electro-hydraulic force servo system using a DDV is evaluated by simulation and experimental results.

부등류해석을 이용한 QUAL2E 모형의 개선 (Improvement of QUAL2E Model using Nonuniform Flow Analysis)

  • Recently, as water pollution accidents in rivers have increased, there is an increased interest in water quality forecast with accurate simulation. QUAL2E model, widely used for water quality analysis, uses the same hydraulic characteristics, such as depth and velocity, in a reach. The flow of the river is changed by various hydraulic constructions or by topography in a real river channel. In this study, a hydraulic connection module is developed to consider flow variations of river channels in QUAL2E model. The module uses the simulations results of non-uniform flow of a 1-D hydraulic model such as DWOPER or HEC-RAS. The improved QUAL2E model with this module was applied to a downstream section of Paldang Dam on the Han River. The results show the variation of water quality very well in a reach where flowing vary abruptly, like the Jamsil submerged weir.

  • This study describes a hydraulic fluid property compensator under the various operating conditions. Because hydraulic fluid systems have much more excellent features than other control systems, they are used in many fields. However, the characteristics of hydraulic fluid are changed due to various operating conditions. This phenomenon is called uncertainty. Especially, bulk modulus is considered as the most dominant parameter in this study. Under the wide range of temperature and pressure, bulk modulus is changed. In order to overcome the uncertainty, $H_{\infty}$ technique will be used for this study. Spectral factorization, model-matching problem and controller parametrization are also applied to achieve the desired robust control action. Designed controller using the $H_{\infty}$ technique, is adopted for the hydraulic fluid valve-motor system.

ABS 유압 제어 밸브의 동 특성 해석에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Dynamic Characteristics of ABS Hydraulic Control Valve)

  • For the purpose of optimal control of anti-lock brake systems, precise dynamic characteristics analysis of hydraulic modulator, especially solenoid valve is necessary. However, most of researches so far have dealt with dynamic characteristic analysis of valve itself, and the results have been restrictively applied to the actual ABS modulator, where hydraulic pressure is acting. In this study, mathmatical modeling and experimental analysis were peformed in order to evaluate the valve dynamic characteristics when the hydraulic pressure is applied. High pressure on the master cylinder that affects on the valve dynamic characteristics have been analyzed quantitatively, and performance improvement methods have been suggested through parameter study. Consequently, results of solenoid valve dynamic characteristics analysis derived in the study can be utilized as criteria for the optimal control of anti-lock brake systems.

  • 본 연구에서는 유압브레이커의 시뮬레이션 결과와 실제 실험 결과의 비교를 통해 시뮬레이션의 타당성을 검증하였다. 유압브레이커의 성능 향상을 위하여 비교적 설계 변경이 용이한 부품의 제원을 설계인자로 선정하였고, 요인시험과 회귀분석을 이용하여 각각의 설계 인자가 유압브레이커의 성능에 미치는 영향을 규명하였다. 본 연구의 결과로 기존 유압브레이커의 성능을 최대화 시킬 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다.

  • Hydraulic mounts have been used as an alternative to the conventional rubber mounts for they can provide more desirable stiffness and damping properties which may vary with frequency and excitation amplitude. Although a lumped-parameter non-linear model of the hydraulic mount developed by a simple fluid dynamic analysis can be successfully used for representing the inertia track dynamics, a linear model is still preferred. In this paper, an analytic technique for making a linear model of the hydraulic mount is proposed.

  • The MRAC theory has proved to be one of the most popular algorithms in the field of adaptive control, particularly for practical application to devices such as an hydraulic servosystem of which parameters are unknown or varying during operation. For small sampling period, the discrete time system becomes a nonminimal phase system. The $\delta$-MRAC was introduced to obtain the control performance of nonminimal phase system, because the z-MRAC can not control the plant for small sampling period. In this paper, $\delta$-MRAC is applied to the control of an hydraulic servosystem which is composed of servovalve, hydraulic cylinder and inertia load.

  • 수리계수는 하천의 수리학적 특성을 대표하는 인자라고 할 수 있다. 따라서 우리는 하천정비기본계획에 의하여 하천을 측량하고 그 측량성과를 바탕으로 수리계수를 산정하여 왔다. 이러한 수리계수는 하천의 홍수위, 유사량, 수질 산정을 위하여 중요한 매개변수로 활용할 수 있다. 하지만, 하천 측량성과가 없는 미계측 유역의 경우 수리계수를 산정할 수 없는 한계가 있는 것이 사실이다. 이러한 문제점을 극복하고자 SWAT 모형의 방법론을 검토하고 미계측 유역에서 수리계수를 산정하는 방안을 제시하였다.
