어린이집 보육공간의 실내환경 및 공간위생 관리실태 - 청주시를 중심으로 - (Management Condition on Indoor Environment and Hygiene of Childcare Center -Focusing on Cheongju-)

  • This study was a preliminary investigation into improving the environmental and healthy quality of childcare centers. The purpose of this study was to determine the management condition on indoor environment and hygiene of childcare centers in Cheongju. Questionnaire survey was carried out from 11st to 26th of August 2004 by mail. Respondents were consisting of 55 teachers, an executive of each childcare center in Cheongju. From the survey results, there were some problems in 'empty period after remodeling work for preventing sick house syndrome', 'humidity controling', 'glare controling', 'indoor or outdoor noise controling', 'cleaning frequency of each room', 'washing method of toys', 'laundry frequency of rag doll and bedclothes'. So, we need to establish the regulations or give some educations and informations about indoor environment and hygiene to administrators of childcare centers.

초기 양생조건에 따른 콘크리트의 건조수축 특성 (Influence of Curing Condition on Drying Shrinkage of Concrete)

  • Material, mix proportion, curing condition, temperature, humidity and wind velocity have an influence on drying shrinkage of concrete. In this paper, to evaluate the effect of curing condition at early age on the drying shrinkage of concrete was investigated varying curing age for different binder. The principal conclusions from this research were as follows: 1) In case of 14 days of water curing, the drying shrinkage of concrete is smaller than 7 days of water curing, independence of type of binder. 2) In case of 4 days of water curing, the ratio of increase of drying shrinkage of concrete using fly-ash and slag powder is more remarkable than using portland cement alone, comparing the drying shrinkage of 7 days of water curing.

경화조건에 따른 실리콘 젤의 전기적 특성 (Electrical Properties of Silicone Gels due to the Curing Condition)

  • Recently, more advanced electronic elements become, they consume powerful and radiate more heat in devices. So the most suitable packaging technique is keenly needed. The most important purpose of packaging is to protect devices within a system for a long time and to prevent life of devices from external environments; floating ions such as humidity or sodium, and exposure from ultraviolet rays. In order to study the electrical properties of silicone gels often used as packing material due to the curing condition, volume resistivity and AC breakdown experiment are performed. Specimens are made up at several cured times and temperatures condition ; 0.5[H], 1[H] and 2[H] at 100[$^{\circ}C$], 125[$^{\circ}C$], 150[$^{\circ}C$], 160[$^{\circ}C$], 170[$^{\circ}C$] and 180[$^{\circ}C$]. It is confirmed that from volume resistivity experiment liquid silicone become get state at 90~100 [$^{\circ}C$] and cured specimen for 1~2[H] at 170[$^{\circ}C$] are superior in electrical properties.

  • The output power efficiency of the fuel cell system depends on the demanded current, stack temperature, air excess ratio, hydrogen excess ratio and inlet air humidity. Thus, it is necessary to determine the optimal operation condition for maximum power efficiency. In this paper, we developed a dynamic model of fuel cell system which contains mass flow model, diffusivity gas layer model, membrane hydration and electrochemistry model. In order to determine the maximum output power and minimum use of hydrogen in a certain power condition, response surface methodology (RSM) optimization based on the proposed PEMFC stack model is presented. The results provide an effective method to optimize the operation condition under varied situations.

  • The present study measured frost pattern on a cylinder to propose empirical correlation equations for the local and average frost thickness, frost density and frost mass. The key parameters were diameter of the cylinders (7mm, 20mm), cooling surface temperature of the circular tube, absolute humidity of air, air temperature and air velocity. A 50% ethylene glycol aqueous solution was applied as a coolant. The frost thicknesses at both front and rear were larger than those at the other parts, while they were increased as diameter of the cylinder was increased. The local frost thicknesses at high air velocity were more uniform than those at low air velocity. The values predicted by Kim et al. under the freezer condition showed larger by the maximum of $30{\sim}50%$ than the measured data under heat pump condition. The empirical correlations for the local and average frost thickness and frost mass were proposed. The correlation equations for the frost thickness and frost mass under the heat pump condition in the present study might predict more accurate than the other correlation equations. The proposed correlations might be applied for the freezer condition within the maximum 15% deviation from the previous correlations under freezer condition.

뽕나무 절지의 저장 습도가 새싹의 생장에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Storage Humidity on the Sprout Growth of Mulberry Cut Twigs)

  • 목본류의 절지를 이용한 싹기름 채소생산의 기술을 개발하기 위하여 뽕나무 가지를 2006년 4월 13일에 절지하여 $4{\sim}6^{\circ}C$의 저온저장고에서 습도조건($40{\sim}50%$$80{\sim}90%$)에 따른 생존율과 $1{\sim}3$개씩의 싹을 붙인 가지를 자른 후 싹기름을 했을 때 저온저장 일수에 따른 새싹의 생장 정도를 조사하였다. 뽕나무 절지의 생존율은 저장일수가 길수록 낮아져 저온저장을 하지 않은 채취 당일에 싹기름을 한 것은 97.4%였고, 122일 저온저장한 후 싹기름을 한 절지는 $40{\sim}50%$의 습도조건에서 34.2%, $80{\sim}90%$의 습도조건에서 저장한 것은 85.7%였다. 또한 절지의 저장일수가 길수록 새싹의 잎수가 증가하는 경향을 보였고, 싹의 길이와 폭도 큰 경향을 나타내었다. 따라서 뽕나무의 절지를 $4{\sim}6^{\circ}C$의 저장온도와 $80{\sim}90%$의 습도조건에서 저장한 후 $1{\sim}3$개씩의 싹을 붙인 가지를 잘라 싹기름을 하면 새싹 채소의 생산이 가능한 것으로 나타났다.

유리섬유강화 복합재료와 에폭시 접착제의 가사시간과 경화습도에 따른 접착 강도 평가 (Evaluation of Adhesion Property with Pot Life and Curing Humidity of GFRC and Epoxy Adhesive)

  • 각각의 다른 복합재료를 연결하는 데 주로 에폭시 접착제가 사용되고 있다. 에폭시 접착제 대표적인 열경화성 수지로서 에폭시와 경화제의 경화 반응을 통해 선형구조에서 3차원의 망상 구조로 변하게 되어 접착을 한다. 경화제의 종류에 따라 비율 및 경화 조건 등이 변하며, 이러한 조건에 따라 물성이 달라진다. 접착공정이 대형화 됨에 따라 접착제를 바르고 즉시 접착하지 못하기 때문에, 대기시간동안 습도 및 온도 등 외부환경에 영향을 받아 접착제의 접착력 저하로 이어지게 된다. 본 논문에서는 유리섬유강화 복합재료에 에폭시 접착제를 사용하여 접착하였고, 단일 랩 전단 시험을 통하여 가사시간에 따른 에폭시 접착제의 접착강도를 평가하였다. 가사시간에 따른 접착력 변화를 확인하기 위하여, 복합재료에 에폭시 접착제를 바르고 상온에서 각 시간에 따라 대기한 후 접착하였다. 단일 랩 전단 강도를 통하여 일정시간 이상 가사시간을 오래 둘 수록 접착강도가 감소한다는 것을 확인하였다. 습도조건에 따른 접착력 변화를 확인하기 위하여, 경화습도 조건을 항온항습기로 조절하여 경화 시켰고, 습도조건에 따른 접착 강도를 단일 랩 전단 시험을 통해 접착력을 평가하였다. 적은 양의 수분은 에폭시 접착제의 경화 반응을 가속시켜 접착 강도를 증가시켰으나, 일정 이상의 과도한 수분은 오히려 접착강도를 감소시킴을 확인하였다.

포름알데히드에 의한 전통직물의 손상 특성 (Damage Characteristics of Korean Traditional Textiles by Formaldehyde)

  • 포름알데히드는 전시 수장 공간에서 농도와 발생빈도가 높아 전통직물(천연염색)에 대한 손상 개연성이 있다. 본 연구는 견, 면, 모시, 삼베의 무염색, 천연염색(적색, 황색, 청색, 흑색) 시편을 대상으로 포름알데히드 0.5, 1, 10, 100, 500ppm 농도에서의 손상, 손상농도 500ppm에서 온습도 조건에 따른 손상과 열화상태에서의 손상을 광학적, 화학적, 물리적 측정방법으로 평가하였다. 이 결과, 포름알데히드 농도 500ppm에서 일부 직물의 색차, 변퇴색등급, 포름산이온 농도, pH가 변화하였으며, 고온 고습조건($30^{\circ}C$, 80%), 고습조건($25^{\circ}C$, 80%)에서는 색차, 변퇴색등급, 포름산이온 농도가 2배 가중되었다. 그러나, 열화직물은 열화정도, 열화 생성물질로 인해 포름알데히드에 의한 손상변화가 미미하였다. 이를 통해 포름알데히드에 의한 전통직물의 손상, 손상농도, 손상가중 조건, 열화상태에서의 손상을 확인하였으며, 포름알데히드는 적색직물의 황변, 열화직물의 황변 탈색, 포름산은 전체직물의 탈색에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

  • Reliability means that a product maintains its initial quality and performance at certain period of time(time, distance, cycle etc) under given condition without failure. Given conditions include both environmental condition and operating condition. Environmental condition means common natural environment such as temperature, humidity, vibration, and working condition means artificial environment such as voltage, current load, install place, hours of use, which occurs during using the product. In the field of railway vehicles, although components of railway vehicles with reliability are the trend of mandatory as persisting period of railway vehicles is extended, using components of railway vehicles is insufficient for the practical reliability assessment. but the meaning of the first railway operating agnecy to acquire the parts in the field, the data suggest the reliability of products if you can and can show the reliability of modular units and modular units can provide the reliability of if you can present reliability of the entire system is thought to be here. In this study, lifespan of micro-switch for master controller is analyzed and prediction is performed based on its field data considering the special circumstances of railway vehicles operating agency, such as a large number of trains operates on the same line.

양생 조건에 따른 콘크리트의 체적 변화 (Volumetric Change of Concrete Subjected to Different Curing Condition)

  • High-performance concrete (HPC) may be expected to differ from usual concrete with respect to shrinkage behavior, and it shows high autogenous shrinkage due to the use of very low water-binder ratio (w/b) and various admixtures. Therefore, in order to minimize the shrinkage stress and to ensure the service life of concrete structure, volumetric change of HPC should be understood. In this study, small prisms made of HPC with w/b of 0.32 and blast-furnace slag content of $0\%,\;30\%,\;and\;50\%$ were prepared to measure the volumetric changes such as autogenous shrinkage, drying shrinkage, and swelling under three different curing conditions. It was observed that the concrete cured. sealed condition showed only autogenous shrinkage while the concrete let to dry condition at temperature of $20^{\circ}C$ and relative humidity of $60\%$ during the test period showed both autogenous and drying shrinkage. Moreover, the concrete exposed to dry condition after 2-day water curing swelled and then started to shrink with age. The total shrinkage (autogenous+drying) of this concrete was smaller than that of the concrete cured dry condition, especially at early-age. Therefore, the early-age moisture curing is very effective to control or minimize the volumetric change and its induced stress of HPC.
