The article analyzes the impact of psychological factors on the level of loans used by investors in Vietnam's real estate market. Individual investors in the Vietnamese real estate industry were surveyed using a questionnaire. A total of 320 questionnaires were collected for the survey. The author finalized 314 questionnaires after deleting those that were invalid due to too many blank cells. SPSS 25 was used to conduct quantitative research. According to the findings, Excessive Optimism (EO) is the factor that has the highest impact on the level of loan used by investors in the Vietnamese real estate market, and this relationship is positive. With an influence level of 0.261 and 0.130, the elements of herd psychology and overconfidence also have a beneficial impact on the degree of loan used by investors in Vietnam's real estate market. Fear of loss is a factor that has a negative relationship with the level of loan utilization by investors in the Vietnamese real estate market, although, with a beta coefficient of 0.134, the degree of influence is not significant. Studies on psychological aspects and human behavior in general, and investors in particular, can help investors avoid falling into these psychological traps.

In recent years, gamification has been a hot issue due to its positive impact on organizational success. The proper application of game elements in an organizational context is required for gamification implementations. Gamification remains an area of active research for its behavior molding potential. Employee engagement is a critical component in assessing employee behavior and is considered crucial for organizational success. Research questionnaires were completed online between March 2021 and February 2022. Our targeted sample encompassed low and mid-level personnel of Asian and Middle eastern employees working in Hungary. The questionnaire was introduced using google forms. Our sample size consisted of 203 respondents (N = 203). Research results indicated gamification's significance in increasing employees' intrinsic motivation and therefore boosting organizational engagement levels. Gamification improved employees' task performance and the overall quality of work. Organizational culture had a mediating role between gamification and employees' behavior. Organizational culture and employee behavior are in close correlation. Research findings also proved engagements' mediating effect on employees' behavior. The results of the research showed that gamification in human resources has risen in popularity, especially in terms of its impact on employee behavior and performance. The study's findings demonstrated that gamification has a positive impact on organizational performance and collaboration.

This paper is designed to show the relationship between the Daesoon Principle and the recent theories like transpersonal psychology(TP) and predicate logic. According to TP there are 3 categories and 8 elements inside of not only human consciousness but civilization; three are pre-ego, ego, trans-ego, and eight are Uroboros, Typhon, Greater Mother, solarization, and repetition of the previous fours. The former is called, for Ken Wilber, the Average mode and the latter, the Advanced mode. I think that Daesoon thought including general Korean National religions belongs to the Advanced mode. I applied the predicate logic or paradoxical logic to understand of the Harmony of God and Man as well as Correspondence of Yin with Yang. The paradoxical logic has been not acceptable through two thousands years in the western tradition. I call the paradoxical logic the E type logic in this paper. The E type logic is most suitable logic for apprehending the Daesoon philosophy to a large extent. Finally my paper may contribute to the globalization of Daesoon mind system.

Purpose: This study's primary goal is to investigate and evaluate the critical contributions made by industrial-organizational psychologists to raising worker job satisfaction. The study aims to offer insights that can enhance workplace environments, improve organizational processes, and increase employees' general well-being by looking at the particular contributions made by this field. Research design, data and methodology: The study design, data collection strategies using the literature content analysis allow for a thorough analysis and synthesis of the body of knowledge about industrial-organizational psychologists' contributions to improving worker job satisfaction. This method entails a sequential procedure that includes formulating research questions and locating pertinent studies. Results: Numerous previous works have indicated that industrial-organizational psychologists are essential in determining how an organization is run and how satisfied its workforce is with their jobs. The four major roles (Job Design, Leadership, Workplace Culture, and Employee Development) that were found after a thorough analysis of the body of current literature are presented in this section. Conclusions: In sum, the roles found in this study provide organizations with a framework for creating work environments that prioritize the well-being and overall growth of the people who make up the organization while also helping them negotiate the complexity of the modern workplace.

Symbolic meaning underneath good and evil motifs in the Divine Comedy was analyzed based on its historical, theological, and psychological perspectives. Contemplating psychological structure and collective psyche in divine comedy with the perspective of Dante's era, brief analyses of various mythological elements, such as mythical beasts, fallen angels, cursed space and time, and femininity, were attempted in this paper. The Divine Comedy lustrously responds to modern man's existential questions about divinity and the opposing dark side of the human psyche. It helps restore the significant connection between the religio and conscientiousness toward the imago Dei and shadow.

This essay interpreted and analyzed 3 Bonpuri (shamanic rituals) of Jeju Island from Jungian perspectives. These rituals (Chokong, Euigong, and Samgong Bonpuri) includes myths about gods who have both anthropomorphic and supreme aspects. 3 myths showed significant psychological motifs such as hieros gamos, parental complex, ethics, numinose, creativity, and return to the origin. Compared to other religious worshipping ceremony such as shamanism in North America, sufism, and tantraism, similar psychological motifs are discussed. Understanding and amplifying the psychological symbols and process related these motifs may help analysis to be more meaningful and revivifying the human psyche especially in distress and sadness.

Maternal interaction behavior, language input and children's language of 34 multicultural families were compared with those of ordinary families. MLU's of multicultural mothers and their children were shorter than those of ordinary Korean mothers and children. Positive maternal interaction behaviors of multicultural mothers were significantly lower than those of ordinary mothers. Correlational analyses revealed that there were positive correlations among maternal interaction behaviors, mother's MLU and children' MLU in multicultural families. However, there were no such correlations in ordinary families. Findings suggest language education and support for multicultural mothers be an effective policy for their children's language development.

본 연구는 한자를 이용하여 시각 정보 (Visual Information)와 음성 정보(Phonological Information)가 단어 재인과 단어 명명 과정에 어떻게 영향을 주는 지를 조사하기 위하여 실시되었다. 기존의 영어를 이용한 연구에서는 시각 정보와 음성 정보를 독립적으로 조작할 수 없었기에 두 요소가 단어 재인에 어떤 영향을 주는 지를 살피는데 어려움이 있었다. 그러나 한자단어를 이용하면 시각 정보와 음성 정보를 독립적으로 조작할 수 있기 때문에 영어 단어를 사용하는 것보다 유리하다. 본 실험에서는 한자 단어를 이용하여 점화 단어 (Prime Word)와 목표 단어(Target Word)간의 시간간격(SOA)을 100 ms, 200 ms, 750 ms, 그리고 2000 ms로 변화시키면서 시간이 흐름에 따라 시각적 유사성과 음성적 유사성에 의한 점화 효과(Priming Effect)가 어떻게 변화하는 지를 조사하였다. 이 실험 결과에 의하면, 100 ms 조건에서는 시각적 유사성에 의한 점화 효과만 있었다. 그러나, 200 ms, 750 ms, 2000 ms 조건들에서는 시각적 유사성뿐만 아니라 음성적 유사성에 의해서도 점화효과가 있었다. 이와 같은 실험 결과는 최초의 한자 단어의 어휘 접근 (Lexical Access)이 시각 정보에 의해 결정됨을 보여주고 있다.

음절과 글자의 내부구조에 대한 언어학적 심리학적 논의들을 개관하였다. 영어의 음절구조에 대한 연구들은 초두자음/각운 구조를 지지하고 있다. 한편 한국어의 음절과 글자의 내부구조에 대한 최근의 연구는 영어에서 얻어진 결과들과 다른 결과를 얻고 있다. 자모대체 과제를 사용한 이 연구에 의하면, 글자유형에 관계없이 종성자모의 대체시간이 초성자모의 대체시간보다 짧았다. 이러한 결과는 음절에 대응하는 글자의 내부구조로서 초중성자모/종성자모 구조를 지지하고 있다. 선행연구 결과들을 바탕으로 음운단위와 표기단위의 상동성, 그리고 언어특유적 음절구조의 가능성에 대해서 논의하였다.

컴퓨터를 이용한 한글 인식 분야의 연구들은 연구결과에 대한 유용성이나 기대에 비해 만족할 만한 결과를 보이지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 이는 컴퓨터에서 한글 인식 모형을 구축하는데 있어서 도구의 역할을 하는 컴퓨터의 계산적 특성만을 고려한데서 그 원인들 중하나를 찾을 수 있다. 따라서 한글 인식 모형을 한글 자체의 구조여 특성 뿐 아니라, 실제 인간이 한글을 인식하는데 있어서 이용하는 기제들을 고려하여 제안되어야 할 것이다. 본 논문에서는 한글 문자의 특성을 고찰하고, 지금까지 지각심리학에서 행하여져온 인간의 한글 지각에 대한 연구 결과들 중 컴퓨터에서의 한글 인식 모형에 도움이 되는 사항들들 살펴 본 후, 한글 인식 모형 구축에 필요한 지각심리학의 매개변수들을 제시하려 한다. 이와 같은 고찰은 컴퓨터과학과 지각심리학이 한글 인식 분야에서 상보적인 입장을 취할 수 있도록 돕는 역할을 할 수 있으리라 기대된다.
