업무수행도 추정을 위한 직무스트레스 평가표의 비교 분석 (Comparative Analysis of Work Stress Assessment Tools for Estimating Human Work Performance)

  • A man is a component of a large system how complex it may be so that human performance which can influence on the system safety should be included in system safety assessment. Meanwhile, human performance can vary over time due to lots of factors. Among them, stress is an indirect factor that may cause human error which can result in industrial accidents. To assess stress level of human workers, not a few assessment tools have been developed. However, it can be questionable to utilize them for human performance anticipation because they were mainly developed with the viewpoint of mental health, though stress assessment can be also required in the safety aspect. Therefore, this study aimed to survey the possibility of their application with safety purpose. About 10 kinds of work stress tools were collected and analyzed with reference to assessment items, assessment and analysis methods, and follow-up measures. The results showed that most tools focused their weights on Demands, Supports, and Relationships, in sequence. However, they, except only one tool developed by the Japanese researchers, merely advised to set up counterplans in PDCA cycle or risk management activities. In consequence, application of stress assessment tools mainly developed for mental health seemed impractical for safety purpose with respect to human performance anticipation so that it was concluded that development of a new assessment tools aimed to human performance variation and accident prevention would be inevitable.

  • 새로운 형태의 도서관으로 휴먼라이브러리는 도서나 인쇄매체가 아닌 사람이 정보자료가 되어 이용자와 직접 커뮤니케이션을 통하여 지식과 정보를 전달하는 도서관서비스의 개념이다. 휴먼라이브러리는 '사람책(휴먼북)'을 통하여 정보를 교환하기 때문에 기존의 도서관서비스와는 다른 특성을 내포하게 되며 새로운 도서관 형태로서의 의의를 지니게 된다. 이에 본 연구는 서울시 성북구에서 실시된 휴먼라이브러리에 관하여 연구하고자 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 휴먼라이브러리에 대한 이론적 배경과 성북구의 휴먼라이브러리의 배경을 살펴본 후, 이를 바탕으로 2012년과 2013년에 진행된 성북구의 휴먼라이브러리에 대한 사례분석을 통해 구체적인 내용과 실태 및 영향을 미치는 요소들을 분석 제시함으로써 휴먼라이브러리에 관한 이해 증진에 일조하고자 한다.

병원종사자의 조직갈등 및 조직몰입에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (A study on the interrelation of influential factors in organizational conflict and organizational commitment)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the interrelation of influential factors in organizational conflict and organizational commitment. The data for this study were collected through a self-administered survey with a structured Questionnaire to 1,167 subjects from several nursing staff members, administration staff members and medical technicians of six hospitals. In this analysis frequency test, t-test, ANOVA, hierarchical multiple regression and structural equation model were used. The main findings of this study are as follows. 1. Factors which influence organizational conflict were analyzed. The type of occupation and the year of service were socio-demographic variables which influenced organizational conflict positively. Adjusted R square was 0.03. Perceptions on organizational structure and organizational culture were analyzed with two- level variables that were added. The findings were as follows. Adjusted R square increased to 0.25. The year of service, internal process culture and rational goal culture were positive variables. The design of organizational structure, human relations culture and open system culture were negative variables. 2. Variables which influence organizational commitment were analyzed. Age and the year of service were positive variables, while academic background based on high school education was a negative variable. Adjusted R square was 0.16. Perceptions on organizational structure and organizational culture were analyzed with two-level variables that were added. The findings were as follows. The characteristics of organizational structure, human relations culture and organizational culture were positive variables. Adjusted R square increased to 0.55. The variables of organizational conflict were added in 3 steps. Findings were as follows. The variables of hierarchical conflict showed negative influence and were included in two-level influential variables. Adjusted R square increased to 0.56. 3. Structural equation model was analyzed in order to examine the relation between organizational structure and the variables of organizational culture, organizational conflict and organizational commitment. Thirteen path coefficients out of seventeen path coefficients were significant. Age had negative influence on organizational conflict and positive influence on organizational commitment. The year of service had positive influence on organizational conflict and organizational commitment. The design of organizational structure, human relations culture and open system culture had negative influence on organizational. conflict. They had positive influence on organizational commitment. Internal process culture and rational goal culture had positive influence on organizational conflict. Organizational conflict had negative influence on organizational commitment. The squared multiple correlation of this model was 25.1% in organizational conflict and 52.7% in organizational commitment. The conclusion of this study is as follows. Factors in organizational structure and organizational culture, rather than socio-demographic factors, had a stronger influence on the organizational conflict and organizational commitment of hospitals. In order to decrease organizational conflict, to increase organizational commitment and to maximize the effectiveness of hospital management, it is necessary to understand the overall relation between organizational structure, organizational culture, organizational conflict and organizational commitment, with the effort of improving personalized factors and individual factors of organization management.

대학생의 일상생활 스트레스가 게임중독에 미치는 영향: 대인관계 기술의 조절효과 (The Influence of Stress on Game Addiction in University Students: Moderating Effect of Human Relation Skills)

  • 본 연구는 대학생의 일상생활 스트레스가 게임중독에 미치는 영향을 알아보고, 일상생활 스트레스가 게임중독에 미치는 영향에 대한 대인관계기술의 중재효과를 알아보기 위하여 수행되었다. 이를 위해 대학생 222명으로부터 수집된 자료를 SPSS 18.0 프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 학업으로 인한 스트레스 수준이 높을수록 대인관계 기술은 낮고, 자신의 장래와 가족관계로 인한 스트레스 수준이 높을수록 대인관계 기술은 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유의한 수준은 아니었지만 게임중독 수준이 높을수록 대인관계기술은 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 대학생의 일상생활 스트레스는 게임중독에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이들은 학업, 경제, 장래, 가치관, 가족관계, 가족외의 대인관계로 인한 스트레스 수준이 높을수록 게임에 빠지는 성향이 강했는데, 이중 학업문제가 가장 큰 영향력을 가지고 있었다. 넷째, 대인 관계기술은 대학생의 일상생활 스트레스의 하위요인 중 장래문제와 가족관계 문제가 게임중독에 미치는 영향력을 유의하게 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 지금까지의 연구가 미흡했던 영역으로 대학생이 게임중독으로 빠지는 것을 예방하려면 무엇보다도 그들 자신이 스트레스에 잘 대처해야 하고, 그의 일환으로 대인관계 기술함양이 이에 일조할 수 있음을 밝혀냈다는 의의를 갖는다.

사상이론(四象理論)의 리더십 연구(硏究)에 적용(適用)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究) (A Sasang Theory of Leadership)

  • 지난 반세기 동안 리더십 연구의 공통적 관심사는 조직 효과성의 향상을 위해 다각적인 리더들의 행위관찰을 통해 상황과 지위에 합치하는 리더십을 제시하는 것으로 요약된다. 이러한 시각의 기본적 전제는 선천적 특질에 관계없이 인간은 스스로 상황에 따라 적응할 수 있다는 시각을 갖는다. 그러나 동일한 상황에 대한 개개인의 태도와 행위는 다르다는 사실을 간과할 수 없는 바 기존의 리더십 연구에서 보여지듯이 선천적 특질에 관계없이 후천적 상황 요인만이 인간의 특질과 행위에 영향을 미친다고 보기는 무리가 따른다. 이미 동양에서는 수 천년 동안 철학자들에 의해 인간의 선천적 특질과 인간성을 후천적으로 주어지는 환경에 적응할 수 있도록 하기 위한 연구가 이루어져 왔다. 본 연구에서는 이미 의학분야에서 널리 활용되고 있는 인간의 선천적 특질을 분류하는데 유효한 사상이론을 리더십 연구에 적용하였다. 본 논문의 구성은 20세기 중반 이후 활발히 연구되어 온 리더십의 제 이론들을 논의하고 사상이론이 여하의 동양사상을 바탕으로 인간본성이 성립되는 경로를 어떻게 설명할 수 있는가를 살펴보았다. 그리고 가상적 사례들을 통하여 리더십 이론들의 문제점들을 인식하게 하여 차후 실증적 작업을 통하여 리더십 유형과의 관련성을 검증할 수 있는 이론적 배경을 마련하기 위한 방향을 제시하였다. 요약하면 이러한 결과는 선천적 요인이 리더십 유형을 결정하는 변수로 고려되어야 함을 의미하는바 향후 연구에서는 사상이론과 그 배경 이론들을 다각적으로도 시도함으로서 리더십의 예측 가능성을 시사한다.

전략적 인적자원관리가 혁신행동과 조직성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effect of Strategic Human Resource Management on Innovation Behavior and Organizational Performance)

  • 본 연구는 중소기업에서 조직구성원들이 지각하고 있는 전략적 인적자원관리가 조직성과와 혁신행동에 미치는 영향관계와 전략적 인적자원관리와 조직성과의 관계에서 혁신행동의 매개효과를 검증하기 위해 통계프로그램 SPSS 21.0프로그램을 활용하여 검증하였다. 첫째, 가설1인 전략적 인적자원관리(채용과 보상, 직무설계, 교육훈련과 경력관리, 의사결정 참여)는 조직성과에 정(+)의 영향관계에 대한 검증결과 긍정적 영향관계를 나타내어 가설 1은 채택이 되었다. 둘째, 전략적 인적자원관리(채용과 보상, 직무설계, 교육훈련과 경력관리, 의사결정 참여)는 혁신행동에 정(+)의 영향관계에 대한 가설 2를 검증한 결과 통계적으로 유의하게 나타내어 가설 2는 채택이 되었다. 셋째, 가설 3인 조직구성원들이 지각하고 있는 혁신행동은 조직성과에 유의한 정(+)의 영향관계를 나타낸 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서 가설 3은 채택이 되었다. 넷째, 가설 4인 전략적 인적자원관리와 조직성과 간의 영향관계에서 혁신행동의 매개효과를 검증한 결과 혁신행동은 부분매개를 하는 것으로 분석되었다. 즉, 조직구성원의 전략적 인적자원관리는 조직성과에 직접적인 영향을 미치지만, 자신의 직무수행에 있어 혁신행동을 거치면서 조직성과에 더욱 더 높은 긍정적인 영향관계를 나타낼 수 있다는 의미이다.

The Influence of Employee Competency and Career Management on Career Commitment: Regional Government in Indonesia

  • This study aims to test the influence of employee competency and career management on career commitment in Indonesia. The study uses the cross-sectional data of regional government employees collected from February to April 2020. Regression and structural equation modeling are employed. The results base on the effect of employee competency and career management on career commitment in Indonesia are in line with the existing theory (i.e., Bandura's Career Theory). Employee competency has a significant positive influence on career management and career commitment, which shows that regional government employees with high competency generate effective career management, and in turn career commitment increased. Regional governments with their career management program should formulate human resources management practice policy (e.g., career support, training, career development program, and orientation programs) in order to increase their competency. The positive effect of employee competency on career management is because of the effective training and career development program. The positive influence of career management on career commitment is due to the regional government providing an attractive career program, thus, employees' career commitment improved. The positive influence of employee competency on career commitment via career management is implemented by regional government support to improve the career management program.

A Study on Effect of the Elderly Living Alone's Date upon Psychological Loneliness and Happiness

  • Purpose - In this study, dating in the elderlys' life gave satisfaction: for elderly men, dating gave them self esteem, and in women they were satisfied with the realities. This study investigated the effect of dating in the elderly on their happiness. Research design, data, and methodology - These days, the elderly population rapidly increased to produce a social issue and studies of such in welfare policy for the elderly are limited. The elderly has lost roles in the society because aged people give up human reason and love in accordance with the traditional expectations of them. Subjects in this study were related with investigating the elderly's dating life, loneliness and happiness. Results - The date life of the elderly had significant influence upon psychological loneliness. Hypothesis was adopted and results showed the degree of elderly's dating life had a significant influence upon psychological loneliness (.230**) to account for 13.2% of psychological loneliness. Needs of dating elderly had influence upon psychological loneliness. Conclusions - Psychological loneliness was mediated with dating in the elderly for opportunity and happiness. Hypothesis was that the dating had influence upon happiness. As a result, date opportunity, degree, needs and friendliness had no significant influence upon happiness.

Intangible Cost Influence on Business Performance of Wholesale and Retail Brokerage in Korea: Focusing on HRM, Marketing and CSR

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the Cost-Effectiveness Analysis (CEA) of wholesale and retail brokerage businesses in Korea. And give managerial implications and contribute to academics. Research design, data and methodology: This research empirically analyzes the relationship between expenses and business performance. As for business performance, this research considered two financial performances; sales and profit. As for antecedent variables, this research measured three cost investment expenses; human resource management (HRM), marketing (MKT) and corporate social responsibility (CSR). This research used frequency analysis, correlation analysis, stepwise regression analysis and curve estimation analysis. Results: The result shows that HRM and CSR positive significant influence on sales yet marketing negatively significant influence on sales. And for profit, HRM and CSR give a positive significant influence. However, marketing's influence was not significant. According to curve estimation analysis, the relation between individual cost and performance, best functional relation was all quadratic functions. Some results show ∩ shape and others show shape. Conclusions: Based on this study result, implications for practical management to Wholesale and Retail Brokerage companies in Korea. And the contribution to academics is expected. Also, based on the limitation of this study, future research is suggested.

배양액 내 인간 난포액 및 성선자극호르몬 첨가가 인간 미성숙 난자의 체외성숙, 수정 및 체외 배발달에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Human Follicular Fluid and Gonadotropins in the Culture Medium on the In Vitro Maturation, Fertilization and Development of Human Immature Oocytes)

  • This study was conducted to examine the effects of human follicular fluid and gonadotropin (FSH+HCG+rhEGF) on in vitro maturation, fertilization and development of human immature oocytes. Cumulus-oocyte complexes (COCs) were collected following for in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer (IVF-ET) cycles of the patients. At the time of oocytes collection, oocytes were classified into MII, MI and GV in accordance with their appearance (MII: Fully mature oocyte at metaphase II of meiosis; MI: Nearly mature oocytes at metaphase I of meiosis; GV: Immature oocytes at prophase I of meiosis). After controlled ovarian stimulation using gonadotropin(FSH) and human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) in 70 ICSI cycles, 158 MI to MII matured oocytes were intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) ${\sim}4$ h after in vitro culture and 553 MII oocytes were ICSI after denudation. The aspirated MI and GV oocytes were cultured in culture medium containing 10% (v/v) serum protein substitute (SPS), 10% (v/v) human follicular fluid (hFF) and 10% (v/v) serum protein substitute (SPS)+1 IU/ml FSH+10 IU/ml HCG+10 ng/ml recombinant human epidermal growth factor (rhEGF). The maturation rate of immature oocytes was similar among the three group. When maturation medium was supplemented with 10% SPS, 10% hFF or gonadotropins, the fertilization rate of in vitro matured oocytes was higher in 10% SPS (80.0%), but there was no statistical significance (78.2%; hFF, 76.9%; gonadotropin, p>0.05). The development rate of human embryos developed to $6{\sim}8$ cells were not significant difference in the medium containing SPS, hFF and gonadotropins (65.6%, 65.9% and 66.7%). The results of these study suggest that human follicular fluid and gonadotropins supplemented in the culture medium was not effected on the in vitro maturation, fertilization and development of human immature oocytes.
