  • Townhouse takes both private housings' and apartments' strengths as its own and forms a new style of house planning. It is highly convenient in maintenance and complement, also satisfying the residents with its independence and refundability. Currently, metropolitan area in Korea being the ignition of the townhouse planning, the gradual housing site development in metropolitan area is laying a foundation for further developments throughout Korea. Through amendment of legislation and qualitative upgrade of habitat, standard about new residence should be readied for activating of townhouse in korea. Therefore This research examines several residence types to secure diversification of residence type and good quality of residence place, introduce the townhouse that developed fast in internal recently and make a planed option for activating in korea.

  • This study examines the Section of 'Housing Regulations' in The Chronicles of the Three States (${\ulcorner}$三國史記${\lrcorner}$ 屋舍條) to verify the residential architecture during the period of the Unified Silla Dynasty. Through the study, the basic architectural terms in the Section of 'Housing Regulations', such as the size of the building, glazing roof tile, animal-shaped ornamental piece on roof ridge, eave purlin, wooden bracket arms, roof decoration, decorative paintings, stone steps, wall structure, blind screen, folding screen, bedstead, and gate are analyzed, interpreted and defined, and, in addition, the forms and styles of the residential architecture during the period of the Unified Silla Dynasty are basically reconstructed.

아파트 거주자의 근린 스트레스에 관한 연구 (A Study on The Neighborhood stress of Residents Living in Apartment)

  • The purpose of this study is to find a better residential plan from the results of apartment residents various forms of stress caused by their neighborhood. The major findings are as follows ; 1) This study finds privacy, noise from children, rules & morality, noise sounds by indoor life, and relationship between neighborhood as 5 main factor of apartment residents stress. 2) This study concludes that the stress caused by neighborhood have similar results by socio-demographis, housing-related, and social-psychological variables. 3) The problems caused by neighborhood noise is very serious ones of apartment residents. This study also finds that neighborhood who have more than average visit feel more stress.

로버트 벤츄리의 건축에 표현된 양자공존적(兩者共存的) 대입(對立)에 관한 연구 - Mother's House을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Ambivalent Contradictions Expressed in Robert Ventur's Architecture)

  • This study was conducted to investigate the ambivalent characteristics of dichotomous contradictions expressed by Robert Venturi's architecture. It focused on his Mother's House, which applied his theoretical practices faithfully among many of his architectural works. First, he sought to change interior and exterior spaces by manipulating the architectural scales of "Mother's House". He achieved tension in space through structural complexities in combination with contradictions. Second, as for the characteristics of ambivalent contradictions, including linear and geometric forms, and plane, there were familarity which emphasizes tradition; external appearances of symmetry and asymmetry which give a comfort feeling; openness and closedness, which were expressed with the size of windows and objects such as molding. Third, the fireplace-chimney and the stair were forming appropriate harmony between contradiction and complexity as they competed for central position on the plane.

  • This paper aims to clarify the transformation and housing spatial form of the Port Settlement of Rivershore in Sangbu-village, Samrangjin. The form of site are many fixed forms, has the narrow width of a site and the length is long. Although built as a shop house those days, there is much what changed to the residence now. If the space composition of a residence is seen, it is one building and what goes in and out through the door is common. When a focus is applied and analyzed to the transformation of a residence, position change of formation of the door and an entrance is noticeable.

2009 개정 중학교 기술·가정 교과서 주생활영역의 내용요소 분석 (An Analysis on the Content Elements of Housing Area in Middle School Technology·Home Economics Textbooks by 2009 Revised Curriculum)

  • The purpose of this research is to analyze content elements of Housing area in 2013 middle school Technology Home Economics textbooks 1 and 2, total of 22 according to 2009 revised curriculum. The analysis method was content analysis, focusing on contents of main text, tables & figures, reading material, and activity materials by their content elements. This research will contribute in obtaining suggestion for the post curriculum/textbook development and helping teachers to perform a lesson. The results are as follows. First, Housing area included 1 to 4 content elements per each units, from 2 chapters and 6 units. The content elements stated in Home economics curriculum were total of 16 which consists of 'the meaning of housing,' 'housing types,' 'family forms,' 'family life style cycle,' 'life style,' 'neighboring environment,' 'co-living values,' 'air environment,' 'heat environment,' 'light environment,' 'acoustic environment,' 'space division,' 'circulation', 'effective use of space,' and 'sustainable dwelling practice.' All of these components are dealt with in every textbooks. Second, the numbers of content elements provided in each textbooks were the same, however they showed difference in their contextual aspect. Some contents need supplemental material for their lacking content element. Others need proper understanding of the concept because some showed different contents from the appropriate content elements. Third, repetitions in content elements were observed, the contents of 'co-living values' in textbook 1 and 'sustainable dwelling practice' in textbook 2 were similar in terms of eco-friendly housing, co-housing and universal housing. These two content elements should be merged as one next curriculum, or should be stated together in one subunit.

애리조나 주의 F. L. Wright 주택작품 디자인 특성 분석 (A Study on the Analysis of Design Characteristic of Works of Frank Lloyd Wright in Arizona State)

  • The purpose of this study is to study how F.L. Wright reflected the climatic properties and materials of the region into creative ways of designing his architecture. The research method examined the design methods and use of materials by Wright in existing research literature and compares the space plans of housing works in Arizona. The research results will be summarized as follows : 1) For two-story houses, pilotis was used to avoid the hot air and the walls on the ground floor were often planned as thick wall. 2) In the fifties, F.L. Wright's design method changed in a circle from the vertical and horizontal lines. 3) F.L.Wright's Architectural form concepts and design concepts were extracted from local symbolic forms and natural forms. 4) F.L.Wright avoided Arizona's direct light but Indirect sunlight enters into the interior space. 5)External space was expressed as a closed space, while internal space was expressed as an open space. It's like an organic space. 6) Most of the housing materials used are stone and cement from rough deserts, and wood with low heat conductivity and thick concrete blocks to prevent the sunlight from rising above.

호텔 진입공간의 구성요소 및 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Components and Characteristics of Hotel Access Space)

  • In this study, an examination and an analysis are carried out on the forms and components of the access spaces of hotel entrances from the front gate of five star hotels in Jejudo, Korea. The results of the study are as follows. In terms of the arrangement of the hotel, city hotels with a relatively narrow site area are influenced by site shape, while resort hotels with a relatively wide site area are affected by the environment. However, the location of the front gate was determined by the access road from the outside. Therefore, forms of access space are related to the front gate, which is governed by the access road, and to the entrance, which is determined by the hotel arrangement. If the front gate is in line with the hotel entrance, a straight line and the hotel are arranged vertically to the front gate(side arrangement) or the hotel is arranged horizontally to the front gate, but if the entrance is not in line with the front gate, it appears as a curved shape. However, those who use their own cars have a variety of choices for access route depending on the location of the parking lot.

주택하부시장 특성을 고려한 신규 분양가와 입주후 가격 변화에 관한 연구 (Differences between Sale Prices and Lotting Prices in New Multi-family Housing Considering Housing Sub-Market)

  • 본 연구는 신규 아파트 가격의 규제에 대한 결과로 나타난 신규 아파트의 분양가격과 입주 시점의 매매가격의 차이 즉 프리미엄의 원인을 규명하고자 하였다. 분석 결과를 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 부산지역 아파트 시장은 기존의 주택 형태에서 벗어나 새로운 형태의 아파트에 대한 수요가 높은 것으로 생각할 수 있다. 분석결과 아파트의 층수가 고층이고 타워형 아파트인 경우에 가격 상승이 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 주택의 형태도 더 많은 베이를 가진 아파트가 가격이 상승하는 것으로 드러났다. 둘째, 신규 아파트의 가격은 주거한 후에 평가되는 가격이 아니므로 가격상승에 대한 기대감을 높여주는 단지정보가 가격상승에 중요하게 작용하는 것으로 분석할 수 있다. 유의하게 나타난 변수는 녹지율과 아파트 세대수, 브랜드 및 도심지 접근성 등과 같은 변수였는데, 이러한 경향은 기존의 중고 아파트에 대한 연구 결과와 동일한 것이다. 셋째, 신규 아파트 중에서도 대단지의 규모를 가지며 건설업도급순위 상위에 위치하는 건설회사의 브랜드 아파트가 가격 상승률이 높은 것으로 분석되었는데, 이는 지역 건설 업체의 불리한 상황에 대한 반증이기도 하다. 넷째, 변수들 중에서 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 변수는 아파트 분양가인 것으로 드러났다. 각종 선행연구들에서는 아파트 가격 상승요인으로 정부의 분양가격 규제정책을 지목하였는데, 분양가격의 규제로 인해 주택의 초기 분양가가 시장가격보다 낮게 책정되어 아파트 입주시에 가격이 상승하게 된다는 것이다. 또한 하부시장 특성에 대한 중요성을 알 수 있었는데, 중고주택시장의 상승률, 제1선호구와 제2선호구, 아파트 비율이 유의한 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났다.

공동주택 위치표현 방법이 대기질의 한계잠재가격 측정에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Locational Point Representation of Apartment Complexes on Hedonic Valuation of Air Quality)

  • 본 연구에서는 점 객체 (Point Object)를 이용하여 수치지도상에 아파트 단지의 위치를 표현하는 다양한 방법에 따라 GIS와 헤도닉 함수를 이용한 대기질의 한계잠재가격의 추정치가 달라지는 문제점을 검토하였다. 본 연구에서 다루어진 수치지도상에 아파트 단지의 위치를 표현방법은 아파트 단지의 중심점을 이용하는 방법, 중심점에서 수평으로 우측 100미터 떨어진 점을 이용하는 방법, 중심점에서 수평으로 우측 50미터 떨어진 점을 이용하는 방법, 중심점에서 수평으로 좌측 100 미터 떨어진 점을 이용하는 방법 등이다. 4가지 방법은 개별 아파트가 아닌 아파트 단지별로 아파트의 가격과 속성이 공개되는 현재와 같은 상황에서 아파트 단지를 대표할 수 있는 점들로 가정되었다. 4개의 방법을 통해 각기 다른 지점에 표현된 수치지도상의 아파트 위치와 GIS를 이용하여 헤도닉 함수추정에 필수적인 위치변수가 측정되었다. 그리고 측정된 위치변수, 아파트의 물리적 속성을 나타내주는 변수, 아파트 위치에서의 미세먼지 (PM10) 수준을 나타내는 변수를 포함한 4개의 헤도닉 함수가 추정되었다. 또한 추정결과를 이용하여 미세먼지의 한계잠재가격이 추정되어 그 크기가 상호 비교되었다. 추정된 4개 함수간에 존재하는 차이를 중심점을 이용했을 경우의 얻어진 한계잠재가격을 기준으로 상호비교할 경우 그 크기의 차이는 3.33%에서 11.91% 정도임이 드러났다. 이는 중심점을 이용했을 경우 얻어진 데이터에 다른 함수식이나 다른 추정방법을 적용하였을 경우에 얻어지는 한계잠재가격들 간의 차이보다 크거나 유사한 것이다. 본 연구의 시사점은 GIS와 헤도닉 함수를 이용한 대기질의 한계잠재가격의 추정시 수치지도상의 아파트단지 위치표현방법이 적지 않은 영향을 미치기 때문에 다양한 위치표현 방법을 시도하여 분석결과가 민감하게 변하는 가를 주의 깊게 분석해야 한다는 점이다.
